A bowl for the containment of hair dyes with a system for the fixing thereof to the hand-cart

Abstract

 The present invention concerns a bowl (1) for the containment of a liquid product for hair care/coloring, wherein connection means (3, 4) are foreseen to fix the bowl to a working plan (5) in a removable manner and wherein said connection means (3, 4) foresee a Velcro fabric (3, 4).
In accordance with the invention, a first Velcro fabric (3, 4) fixed at the base of the bowl and a second Velcro fabric (3, 4) that couples with the first one (3, 4) and is fixable to the working plan (5) are foreseen.

Description

Technical field

[0001] The present invention refers to the technical field relative to hairdressing accessories.

[0002] In particular, the invention refers to an innovative container, suitable for containing coloring substances or hair care products in general, provided with a system for the fixing thereof to the working hand-cart.

Background art

[0003] In the current state of the art the hairdresser, who has to apply hair care products, generally uses specific bowls containing the products that are placed on a working hand-cart. The hand-cart, appropriately provided with wheels, can for example foresee many shelves for the working objects (scissors, hair dryer, etc.) and can therefore be moved comfortably to the place where the user needs it. Such bowls, normally of plastic, PVC, etc., although suitable for containing any product for the hair, are particularly indicated for dyes since they are precisely suitable for containing the liquid mixtures necessary for obtaining the desired color and for the mixing thereof. In this manner, once the color has been mixed in the bowl, the user can distribute it on the hair, trying to find the bowl at hand on the hand-cart placed in the area that is more comfortable and of easy reach for him.

[0004] In order to enhance the mixing and facilitate the use of the brush with which the product is distributed on the hair, it is known that such bowls have an opening at the mouth much wider with respect to the support base. They start from a very wide opening to close towards the base which results to be very reduced in area with respect to the mouth. In this way, there is a wide area to be able to mix the product, avoiding the formation of lumps, and precisely the use of the brush itself is facilitated. Thanks to such a wide opening the insertion of the brush and the mixing of the product with the brush itself results to be easy before and during the application phase of the product. Moreover, the level of liquid contained in the bowl, which can be easily added when it is about to finish during the application, results to be easily controllable.

[0005] Such bowls are therefore not particularly deep and develop mostly in width.

[0006] Such bowls, also by virtue of the fact of having a support base that is small with respect to the mouth, result to be rather unstable. The accidental movements of the hand-cart and the need to occasionally mix the product during the application phase, like also the accidental impacts, can be the cause of the overturning of the bowl and therefore of the pouring of the content outside the bowl and even on the client or user. It is clear that this implies a series of technical inconveniences that are not of less importance, since it implies a loss of product as well as a loss of time to prepare again the mixture and, last but not least, the problem of having to clean the entire working plan of the hand-cart and other eventual objects accidentally covered by the liquid poured.

[0007] Patent application US4596370 is known in relation however to a different technical field, that is devices to apply beverages containers to bicycles, maintaining at the same time the temperature of the liquids as long as possible. Such a solution describes a cylindrical sleeve for the containment of beverage cans. The sleeve is preferably made of a rubber thermal insulation material, in such a way as to maintain the temperature of the can constant. Such a sleeve, however, traces the shape of the can in order to keep adhered to it as long as possible and maintain the temperature thereof better. The sleeve foresees at the base a Velcro that couples with the Velcro fixed to a support surface, in turn connectable to the frame of a bicycle through a sort of vice.

[0008] In order to maintain and preserve the temperature, obviously, the sleeve has therefore a cylindrical shape that traces the shape of the can. This solution is not feasible in the technical field relative to the products for hair care and dyes since such a cylindrical shape of the sleeve, unlike the classical bowls used in the field of hair care products, does not allow either the mixing of the product or an easy drawing thereof with the brush. With such a sleeve the control of the level of dying liquid would result difficult, as well as the avoidance of the formation of lumps.

[0009] American publication no. US5222643 describes a container for hair products considered the most similar to the present invention and that describes the preamble of claim 1.

[0010] The invention described in US5222643 foresees a box-like container inside of which the hair product is contained. Such a box-like container is applicable directly to the user's hand through an elastic belt or a belt that closes on itself by means of the Velcro.

[0011] The fixing system described in US5222643 obviously does not allow to arrange the box-like container on a working plan but is specifically studied in order to exclusively allow an application to the hand of the user.

[0012] Therefore, although such a solution leaves the user's hands free, is not at all idoneous to solve the technical problem of the accidental pouring of the liquid. In this particular case, in fact, the liquid dying product has to be distributed by the hairdresser on the client's hair. The hairdresser, in order to distribute the product on the locks, has to operate with both hand using a brush and making different movements. It is clear that the solution proposed in US522643 is not feasible because even if the container results to be firm in the hand of the user, the accidentally pouring of the product on the client during the operation of application of the product is certain.

Disclosure of invention

[0013] It is therefore the aim of the present invention to provide a bowl for the containment of liquids for hair care, in particular dyes, which solves said technical inconveniences.

[0014] In particular, it is the aim of the present invention to provide a bowl for the containment of liquids for hair care that results to be stable on the working plan where it is placed.

[0015] These and other aims are reached with the present bowl (1) for the containment of a liquid product for hair care/coloring in accordance with claim 1.

[0016] In accordance with the invention, connection means (3, 4) are foreseen to fix the bowl to a working plan (5) in a removable manner. Such connection means (3, 4) foresee a Velcro fabric (3, 4) and in particular a first Velcro fabric (3, 4) fixed to the base of the bowl and a second Velcro fabric (3, 4) that couples with the first one (3, 4) and that can be fixed to a working plan (5) are foreseen.

[0017] In this way, all said technical problems are easily solved.

[0018] In particular, through a Velcro fixed directly to the bowl and a corresponding one to be fixed to a stable working plan, it is now possible in a quick and simple way to fix the bowl, rendering the support thereof stable.

[0019] The user can now mix the dye before and during the application, without the risk of overturning the bowl itself and therefore without the risk of pouring the liquid.

[0020] Above all, the user can now make a mixture without the need to hold the bowl with a hand to avoid the overturning thereof.

[0021] Unlike what has been described in US5222643, the bowl now rests in a stable manner on a fixed support surface and not on the hand of the user, therefore rendering the application of the product safe and avoiding the accidental pouring of dye directly on the client.

[0022] Advantageously, the first Velcro fabric (3, 4) and the second Velcro fabric (3, 4) foresee an adhesive surface to be fixed respectively to the base of the bowl and to the working plan.

Description of one preferred embodiment

[0038] Figure 1 shows a bowl 1 in accordance with the present invention.

[0039] As it is well known in the state of the art, the bowl foresees a support base and an opening 2 on top that forms the access to the containment volume of the liquid.

[0040] The bowl, of plastic, PVC or the like, has a much wider opening with respect to the support base and is preferably circular.

[0041] This allows an easier mixing and a better vision to control the level of the liquid. Moreover, a wide opening 2 that progressively closes towards the base allows an enhanced entry of the brush and is essential for allowing an easy movement of the brush inside the bowl.

[0042] The bowl foresees, in correspondence of its support base, a Velcro fabric which, in an indifferent manner, can foresee the so-called "loops" or "hooks".

[0043] It is known that the Velcro fabric in fact foresees two complementary fabrics (the fabric 3 and the fabric 4 of figure 2) which connect between them in a pull-like manner. This is possible because one fabric is composed of a plurality of rings that emerge from its surface and the complementary one is made of hooks that emerge always from its surface. By pressing the two fabrics one against the other the hooks of one hook the rings of the other one, creating a grasp. Being the hooks and rings many, it is clear that the grasp results to be strong.

[0044] In accordance with the invention, in a first preferred embodiment of the invention a first Velcro fabric 4 arranged at the base of the bowl and its complementary one 3, which is instead fixed or fixable on the working plan 5, are foreseen.

[0045] The bowl can obviously be produced directly with the Velcro fixed to the base or this can be purchased separately and connected to the base of the bowl.

[0049] A specific mat 5 can be included, for example impermeable to liquids, already provided with the Velcro fabric 3 and therefore directly applicable to a working plan of the hand-cart.

[0050] The application of the fabric 3 directly on the hand-cart, however, renders the bowl still more stable but the use of the impermeable mat protects the plan of the hand-cart from hair dye liquid drops that can pour during the mixing with the brush or in case of accidental dropping during the application phase.

[0051] The hand-cart can obviously be of any shape and of the type commonly used in such a technical field, for example provided with wheels and/or many working plans.

[0052] A variant of the invention could foresee the use of a bi-adhesive fabric instead of the Velcro, even if this has the inconvenience of requiring a continuous change of the bi-adhesive at the end of each use to avoid the loss of adherence by wear of the glue.

Claims

1. A bowl (1) for the containment of a liquid product for hair care/coloring, wherein connection means (3, 4) are foreseen to fix in a removable manner the bowl to a working plan (5) and wherein said connection means (3, 4) foresee a Velcro fabric (3, 4), characterized in that a first Velcro fabric (3, 4), at the base of the bowl, and a second Velcro fabric (3, 4), that couples with the first one (3, 4) and fixable to the working plan (5), are foreseen.

2. A bowl (1), as per claim 1, wherein the first Velcro fabric (3, 4) and the second Velcro fabric (3, 4) foresee an adhesive surface for being fixed respectively to the base of the bowl and to the working plan.

3. A bowl (1), as per claim 1 or 2, wherein said working plan is a hand-cart.

4. A bowl (1), as per one or more of the preceding claims, wherein a mat (5) is foreseen provided with the Velcro fabric (3, 4) that is connected with the Velcro fabric present at the base of the bowl.

5. A bowl (1), as per claim 4, wherein the mat is impermeable to liquids.

6. The combination of a hand-cart for hairdressers and a bowl (1) for the containment of liquids for hair care/coloring, the hand-cart comprising one or more working plans and characterized in that connection means (3, 4) are foreseen to fix in a removable manner the bowl (1) to a working plan (5) of the hand-cart, said connection means (3, 4) foreseeing a first Velcro fabric (3, 4), at the base of the bowl, and a second Velcro fabric (3, 4) that couples with the first one (3, 4) and fixed to the working plan (5) of the hand-cart.

7. The combination, as per claim 6, wherein the first Velcro fabric (3, 4) and the second Velcro fabric (3, 4) foresee an adhesive surface for being fixed respectively to the base of the bowl and to the working plan of the hand-cart.

8. The combination, as per claim 6 or 7, wherein the hand-cart is provided with a mat (5), provided with the Velcro fabric (3, 4) that connects with the Velcro fabric present at the base of the bowl.

9. The combination, as per claim 8, where the mat (5) is impermeable to liquids.

10. A bowl (1) for the containment of a liquid product for hair care/coloring, wherein connection means (3, 4) are foreseen to fix the bowl to a working plan (5) in a removable manner and characterized in that said connection means (3, 4) foresee a couple of magnets and of which one of them applied to the base of the bowl and one of them applicable to the relative working plan.

11. A bowl (1), as per claim 10, wherein said magnets foresee an adhesive layer to be applied to the base of the bowl and to the working plan.

12. A bowl (1) for the containment of a liquid product for hair care/coloring, wherein connection means (3, 4) are foreseen to fix the bowl to a working plan (5) in a removable manner the bowl characterized in that said connection means (3, 4) foresee a layer of bi-adhesive material applied to the base of the bowl (1).

13. A bowl (1), a per one or more of the preceding claims, comprising an opening (2) and a support base, the opening being wider than the support base.

14. The use of a bowl (1) as per one of more of the preceding claims from 1 to 13 to prepare/distribute a hair dye on a user.
