(57) A modular block, comprises a front surface, a rear surface and two sides each side extending between an edge of the front surface and an edge of the rear surface of the block, a channel extending through the block between the two sides and open at a bottom surface of the block, and a through-bore extending between a top surface of the block and into the channel to receive an arm of a lifting or support member.
