(54) A loft ladder subframe assembly


(57) A loft ladder subframe assembly comprising a generally quadrangular subframe, a hatch door moveably couplable to the subframe at or about one lateral edge of the hatch door to allow the hatch door to be movable between an open position and a closed position. A multi-sectional loft ladder assembly being mountable on the upper surface of the hatch door, wherein at least one section of the multi-sectional loft ladder assembly is detachably couplable to the loft ladder subframe assembly.
