<p id="pa01" num="0001">The present application discloses a duvet cover comprising a base part (superior and inferior parts) and a removable element on superior part. The removable element promotes the customization of duvet cover allowing its modification by another element of same size. As this function is also associated the ease of use, when compared to current models of duvet covers, substantially reduces the time needed to dressing the duvet. The removable element of the duvet cover are joined by closing systems, preferably a fastener of the zipper, springs, Velcro, laces, knobs, and/or straps type.</p>

<p id="p0001" num="0001">The present invention relates to a duvet cover with removable elements that comprises one or several parts that can be fully or partially separated from the body of the duvet cover.</p>
<p id="p0002" num="0002">The duvet cover is comprised of two or more elements connected together by closing systems. This invention is preferably applied in the protection and ornamentation of duvets.</p>
<heading id="h0002"><b>Background of the invention</b></heading>
<p id="p0003" num="0003">It is currently known from the state of the art the existence of ornamentation and protective cover for duvets, which have the identical format of a duvet without the possibility of any kind of customization of the final product.</p>
<p id="p0004" num="0004">Rather, the invention here described proceeds to the replacement of the removable parts by others of the same size or by more elements which total size is equal to the replaced part, thereby allowing the customization of the final product by enabling different visual aspects with the same base.</p>
<heading id="h0003"><b>Summary</b></heading>
<p id="p0005" num="0005">The present invention intends to describe a duvet cover with a removable element that comprises the following elements:
<ul id="ul0001" list-style="dash">
<li>element with final size of the said duvet cover;</li>

<p id="p0006" num="0006">In a preferred embodiment, the duvet cover with removable element presents a connection between the element and the removable bar made by means of seams or closing systems.</p>
<p id="p0007" num="0007">In another preferred embodiment, the duvet cover with removable element has a closing system used in a zipper and/or knobs and/or Velcro and/or springs and/or laces and/or straps type of fastener.</p>

<heading id="h0004"><b>Brief description of the figures</b></heading>
<p id="p0009" num="0009">For an easier understanding of the invention the attached figures are joined, which represent preferred embodiments of the invention that, however, are not meant to limit the scope of this invention.

<heading id="h0005"><b>Description of the invention</b></heading>
<p id="p0010" num="0010">The present invention relates to a duvet cover with removable elements that comprises one or several pieces that are fully or partially separated from the body of the duvet cover. The duvet cover is thus comprised by an element with the final size of the duvet cover and bars whose total area sums up that of the element.<!-- EPO <DP n="3"> --></p>
<p id="p0011" num="0011">The element or the bars of the duvet cover are joined by seams or closing systems, preferably a fastener of the zipper, knobs, Velcro, springs, laces or straps type. This way, it is possible to proceed with the replacement of the removable parts by others of the same size or by more elements whose total size is equal to the one of the replaced part. Thus, this duvet cover with removable elements allows customization of the final product enabling the achievement of different visual aspects, with the same base.</p>
<heading id="h0006"><b>Example of application</b></heading>
<p id="p0012" num="0012">An example of application of this duvet cover with removable elements is the protection and ornamentation of duvets. With the duvet cover model with removable elements now presented it is possible to "dress up" the duvet, and the removable parts may be marketed in conjunction with the fixed part, or individually. It also becomes possible to fully customize the duvet cover, where each customer selects the colour or the design of the removable part.</p>
<p id="p0013" num="0013">This way, it will be possible to present some examples below, which are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.</p>
<heading id="h0007">Version A</heading>
<p id="p0014" num="0014">In version A, a fully removable piece is presented with a closing system applied at the ends all the way around the duvet cover, as can be seen in <figref idref="f0001">Figure 1</figref>. This version has an opening throughout the end of the duvet cover, in the union of the elements with the removable part, with a closing system applied in order to proceed to their union.</p>
<heading id="h0008">Version B</heading>
<p id="p0015" num="0015">In version B it is presented a removable part corresponding only to an applied bar in the central zone of the duvet cover as it can be seen in <figref idref="f0002">Figure 2</figref>.</p>
<p id="p0016" num="0016">In this version, the duvet cover is comprised by the lower element and two fixed bars applied on the upper element, one at the top, another at the bottom and yet another removable bar applied to the central part.<!-- EPO <DP n="4"> --></p>
<p id="p0017" num="0017">The duvet cover presents a fully opening at the middle of the duvet cover, in the union of the removable bar to the upper element. The lower element is comprised by a single piece and the upper element is comprised by two single fixed bars, joined by a seam to the lower element, one at the top and one at the bottom of the duvet cover. The central bar is fastened to the upper element by a closing system.</p>
<heading id="h0009">Version C</heading>
<p id="p0018" num="0018">In version C, the duvet cover comprises a fixed bar applied on the top or bottom of the upper element and a removable bar which adds up the final dimension of the duvet cover, as shown in <figref idref="f0003">Figures 3</figref> and <figref idref="f0004">4</figref>.</p>
<p id="p0019" num="0019">In this case, the opening is total in the union of the removable bar to the upper and lower elements of the duvet cover.</p>
<p id="p0020" num="0020">The duvet cover comprises a lower member comprised by one single piece, an upper member comprised by a horizontal bar joined by a seam to the bottom element and to a removable bar applied at the top or bottom of the duvet cover which is attached to the upper and lower elements by a closing system.</p>
<p id="p0021" num="0021">The present invention is not, naturally, in any way restricted to the embodiments described herein and a person with ordinary skills in the area might provide plenty of changes without departing from the general idea of the invention, such as defined in the claims.</p>
<p id="p0022" num="0022">The preferred embodiments described above are obviously combinable with each other. The following claims define further preferred embodiments of the invention.</p>
