(57) Apparatus 700, comprising a housing 701; a mineral water container 710 positioned within the housing 701 and formed as a bag and box package unit; a water faucet 707 configured to dispense chilled mineral water and hot mineral water from the apparatus 700. A cold water tank 735 for receiving water at room temperature from the mineral water container 710 and supply cold water to the faucet 707 and a hot water tank 730 for receiving water at room temperature from the mineral water container 710 and supply hot water to the faucet 707. The apparatus comprises a pump 715 for pumping water from the mineral water container 710 to the cold water tank 735 and the hot water tank 730.
