Transparent atomizer comprising a pair of heating wires

Abstract

 A transparent atomizer, including a cigarette holder assembly, a transparent tube assembly, an atomizer assembly, and a heating wire base. The atomizer assembly and the heating wire base are fixed via a screw thread. A bottom of the atomizer assembly is provided with a pair of heating wires. The cigarette holder assembly comprises a plastic long cigarette holder and a long sealing ring. The transparent tube assembly comprises an external transparent tube, an upper ring for fixing the cigarette holder, and a steel tube base. A fixing base is disposed at the lower part of the transparent tube. The pair of heating wires is disposed in the cigarette holder, and so the smoke is large, the taste is pure, and no oil leaks into the mouth.

[0001] The invention relates to an electronic cigarette, and more particularly to an atomizer of an electronic cigarette.

[0002] It is well-known that "Smoking is harmful to health", but there are still hundreds of millions of smokers in the world, and the trend is expanding. To purify the environment, prohibiting smoking in public places has become the consensus of people. Thus, cigarette substitutes such as "patches for quitting smoking", "nicotine mouthwash", "nicotine gum", "nicotine drink" flourish in the market. Although the cigarette substitutes cause no tar harm, nicotine is slowly absorbed in the blood and thus an effective peak concentration of nicotine cannot be established, so the "satisfied" feeling resulting from the high concentration of tobacco alkali cannot be achieved. Meanwhile, the smokers are deprived of the smoking actions such as "pumping", "expiring", and "puffing" by consuming the cigarette substitutes.

[0003] In view of the above-described problems, it is one objective of the invention to provide an atomizer that is convenient for use and causes no pollution. Using the atomizer as a cigarette substitute, the smoking actions such as "pumping", "expiring", and "puffing" are practicable.

[0004] The invention provides a transparent atomizer, comprising a cigarette holder assembly, a transparent tube assembly, an atomizer assembly, and a heating wire base. The atomizer assembly and the heating wire base are fixed via a screw thread. A bottom of the atomizer assembly is provided with a pair of heating wires. The cigarette holder assembly comprises a plastic long cigarette holder and a long sealing ring. The transparent tube assembly comprises an external transparent tube, an upper ring for fixing the cigarette holder, and a steel tube base, and a fixing base is disposed at the lower part of the transparent tube.

[0005] Preferably, the atomizer assembly comprises a limit cover for fixing the heating wires and a sealing ring for sealing the heating wires.

[0006] Preferably, the atomizer assembly further comprises a joint which is connected to the heating wire base.

[0007] Preferably, the positive and negative electrodes of the heating wire are separated by a silicone ring.

[0008] Advantages of the invention are summarized as follows:

[0009] 1) Two heating wires are disposed in the cigarette holder, and so the smoke is large, the taste is pure, no oil leaks into the mouth;

[0010] 2) The pair of heating wires are disposed at the bottom of the atomizer and are hidden in the inside of the shell cover, and assistant parts of the heating wires such as fiber ropes cannot be seen from the outside, thereby having a beautiful external appearance; and

[0011] 3) The atomization pole separates the smoke oil from the air and tightly integrates the atomizer as a whole, and the atomizer and the copper part cooperates closely to switch on the circuits.

[0015] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a transparent atomizer comprises a cigarette holder assembly, a transparent tube assembly, an atomizer assembly, and a heating wire base.

[0016] The cigarette holder assembly comprises a plastic long cigarette holder 1 and a long sealing ring 2.

[0017] The transparent tube assembly comprises an upper ring 3 for fixing the cigarette holder, a steel tube base 4, a threaded sealing ring 5, a cigarette holder pole 6, an external transparent tube 7, and a fixing base16.

[0018] The atomizer assembly comprises a joint 15, an insulating ring 14, a sealing ring 13 for sealing the heating wires, a threaded ring 12, a sealing gasket 11 of the atomization pole, an oil-guiding cotton 8, heating wires 9, and a limit cover 10 for fixing the heating wires.

[0019] The heating wire base comprises an external fixing ring 18 and a sealing ring 17 of the transparent tube.

[0020] The atomizer is assembly according to following steps:

[0021] 1) Fixing the atomizer assembly and the heating wire base via screw threads;

[0022] 2) Infusing smoke oil into the transparent tube assembly to a preset graduated scale;

[0023] 3) Assembling the atomizer assembly, the heating wire base, and the transparent tube assembly;

[0024] 4) Inserting the cigarette holder assembly into the fixing base of the cigarette holder of the transparent tube assembly; and

[0025] 5) Connecting the heating wires with power supply.

[0026] While particular embodiments of the invention have been shown and described, it will be obvious to those skilled in the art that changes and modifications may be made without departing from the invention in its broader aspects, and therefore, the aim in the appended claims is to cover all such changes and modifications as fall within the true spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims

1. A transparent atomizer, comprising a cigarette holder assembly, a transparent tube assembly, an atomizer assembly, and a heating wire base, characterized in that the atomizer assembly and the heating wire base are fixed via a screw thread; a bottom of the atomizer assembly is provided with a pair of heating wires; the cigarette holder assembly comprises a plastic long cigarette holder and a long sealing ring; the transparent tube assembly comprises an external transparent tube, an upper ring for fixing the cigarette holder, and a steel tube base; and a fixing base is disposed at the lower part of the transparent tube.

2. The transparent atomizer of claim 1, characterized in that the atomizer assembly comprises a limit cover for fixing the heating wires and a sealing ring for sealing the heating wires.

3. The transparent atomizer of claim 1, characterized in that the atomizer assembly further comprises a joint which is connected to the heating wire base.

4. The transparent atomizer of claim 1, characterized in that the positive and negative electrodes of the heating wire are separated by a silicone ring.
