OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention refers to denim trousers for lady with a removable pads/sponges placement system within the trousers, in the buttocks area, which visibly alters said buttocks shape making them more rounded and elevated, and with a waist and hip design which redefines those shapes of the feminine body, making them rounder and more voluminous, and thus more aesthetically appealing.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] Nowadays, jeans represent a piece of clothing used in every situation, whether formal or informal, which, due to its wide use, are subjected to constant modifications with the purpose of potentiating the aesthetic aspect of its user.
[0003] Thus the industry finds itself forced to develop technical solutions allowing the favoring of the physical appearance, increasingly valued in current society.
[0004] With this purpose there are already several known documents where jeans are described in which changes were made to favor the buttocks, the thigh muscles, and even the abdominal area. In most cases, so far, these modifications have been made by alterations in the trousers cut and by introducing sections of tissue and pleats in a way to shape the silhouette of its wearer.
[0005] Feel Foxy also holds a model that uses pads to increase the buttocks of their users. This model, however, has pads with one inch, which do not adjust to the natural shapes of the body.
[0006] Besides, as it does not have a heart shaped yoke as well as any pocket, does not confer the intended high buttocks effect, required for an appealing appearance with the utilization of this type of pads.
[0007] A body-shape correction ponts according to the preamble of claim 1 is known from JP- 2003 301 311.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0008] The present invention refers to a solution that significantly improves the feminine silhouette through alterations and improvements to conventional jeans.
[0009] The main alteration introduced consists in the incorporation of an interior panel of cloth with two pockets, which are due to accommodate two removable pads, in the area of the buttocks, having a revolutionary effect when referring to anatomic terms, with a visual and aesthetic effect similar to intrusive anatomic corrections, such as plastic surgeries for buttocks implants.
[0010] The trousers of the present invention also comprises a higher waist belt, with three buttons and belt loops, asymmetrical, with a rounded design, wider at the front than at the rear area of the trousers, thus creating an aesthetic effect of low waist; a yoke designed in a heart shape, in which the yoke line connects with the frontal pocket line of the trousers in a descending wave, giving, in a side view perspective, a raised buttocks effect; two back pockets resized and with a curved shape in the upper area, which goes along the yoke line, reinforcing the rounded lines of the feminine behind.
[0011] In addition to the already mentioned features, the trousers of the present invention also include two pairs of pleats sewed only in the reverse side of the trousers and, therefore, practically invisible, located in the inferior area of the yoke and with an inclination that allows it to create a crown with an adequate space to accommodate both the buttocks and the pads.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0013] The present invention refers to denim trousers for lady with a removable pads/sponges placement system within the trousers, in the buttocks area, which visibly alters said buttocks shape making them more rounded and elevated, and with a waist and hip design which redefines those shapes of the feminine body, making them rounder and more voluminous, and thus more aesthetically appealing.
[0014] The trousers of the present invention present a medium high waist, are manufactured in raw material with elasticity, have a wide waist belt with 3 buttons and belt loops and a rounded design, wider in the frontal area than in the rear area of the trousers. This design is intended to provide comfort when using the trousers, as well as to visually induce the idea of wearing lower waist high trousers than it actually happens.
[0015] In the trousers of the present invention an interior panel of cloth with two pockets made to accommodate two removable pads, in the buttocks area, is incorporated. Said pocket is incorporated in the trousers, that is, it is sewed/attached to the trousers. On the outer side it is sewed together with the junction of the frontal and back panels of the leg; in the upper zone, it is united to the waist belt at the back; in the inferior zone, it is united to the trousers only in the crotch junction of the four seams. Externally there is not a single visible extra backstitch caused by this extra element of the trousers.
[0016] The pockets have an opening on their upper zone, positioned at each of the buttocks, which act as receptacles for placing the pads. They are open since the pads/sponges are removable.
[0017] In the inner inferior area of the panel, which lies just below the buttock, that is, at the beginning of the leg, a silicon strap is sewed on with the purpose of avoiding a corrugated aspect caused by the finishing of the fabric and to force said fabric to adhere to the trousers, since that in this area the panel is not sewed to the trousers.
[0018] The panel mold follows exactly along with the trousers mold so that one does not feel any discomfort when wearing the trousers.
[0019] The panel is manufactured in a material with 80 gr/m2, with elasticity and with an open network/structure construction. As an example, the panel might be manufactured in a material containing 93% of polyamide and 7% of elastane.
[0020] Its texture cannot be too silky and slippery because after dressing up the trousers, the pocket slips and ends up dislocating the pads from its anatomically natural spot; that is, the material of the panel has to ensure a slight adherence both to the body and to the trousers.
[0021] The pads/sponges to be inserted in the panel are perforated, which makes the article breathable, hygienic and avoids overheating of the buttocks area, and are also removable in order to facilitate the washing of the trousers and the pads/sponges separately, as well as to allow their replacement, either due to aesthetical reasons or due to any damage that these may suffer.
[0022] The trousers of the present invention have, as already mentioned, a yoke with a heart shape design in which.the yoke line connects to the front pocket line of the trousers in order to, in a side view perspective, help to enhance the illusion of raised buttocks, since that creates a design of a descending wave.
[0023] The shape of the rear pockets has a curvature in the upper area, which goes along the yoke line. This design reinforces the introduction of rounded lines in the area of the feminine behind, as opposed to what would happen if the pocket was made in a straight line as the traditional cowboy pocket, once it would cut out the effect created with the yoke round lines.
[0024] The trousers of the present invention also comprise two sets of pleats (starting with an initial depth of 0,9 mm and ending with 0 mm) only sewed on the reverse side of the trousers, making them practically invisible, located in the inferior area of the yoke and with an inclination of 15° in a way to create a crown to provide enough space to accommodate both the buttock and the pad.
[0025] The trousers with the improvements of the present invention intend to be commercialized with a pair of pads/sponges, which should be placed in the pockets of the inner panel, in order to add volume and to redefine the design of the buttock of the trousers wearer.
[0026] In order to allow a better understanding of the present invention, a set of figures, which will be described in more detail further ahead, is presented.
[0027] These figures are only for illustration purposes of a demonstrative character and not to limit the scope of the present application, as well as of the subject matter comprised by its claims.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0028] Figure 1 illustrates a frontal view of the waist belt area (1) of a pair of trousers with the improvements of the present invention. The waist belt (1) is rounded and has in its frontal area three buttons (2) and belt loops. The waist belt (1) is wider in the frontal area than in the laterals or the rear area of the trousers. The size of the waist belt in its frontal area is of 11 cm and of 8 cm in the laterals.
[0029] Figure 2 illustrates a rear view of the waist belt (1) area of a pair of trousers with the improvements of the present invention. This design is intended to give comfort when using the trousers, as well as to visually induce the idea of wearing lower high waist trousers than it actually happens. The waist belt (1) has at its rear area a size of 7,5 cm.
[0030] Figure 3 illustrates a rear view of a pair of trousers with the improvements of the present invention highlighting the heart shape yoke area (3), which helps to enhance the illusion of raised buttocks.
[0031] Figure 4 illustrates a side view of the trousers of the present invention where it can be seen the line (4) that connects the yoke (3) to the front pockets. This line (4) also reinforces the illusion of raised buttocks since it connects to the line of the front pocket originating a descending wave design.
[0032] Figure 5 illustrates a rear view of a pair of trousers with the improvements of the present invention, where it can be observe the design of the rear pocket (5) in comparison to the yoke (3). The pockets (5) have a curvature in their upper area which goes along the yoke line, reinforcing the introduction of rounded lines on the behind area.
[0033] Figure 6 illustrates the design of the pleats and its location in the trousers of the present invention. The pleats have a distance of 5 cm between themselves.
[0034] Figure 7 illustrates the detail of the pleats of the trousers of the present invention. The trousers of the present invention have two sets of pleats which begin with an initial depth of 0,9 mm and end with 0 mm, being only sewed on the reverse side of the trousers, thus becoming practically invisible. These pleats have an inclination of 15° in a way to create a crown to provide enough space to accommodate both the buttock and the pad.
[0035] Figure 8 illustrates the design of the inner side and of the areas in which the pocket for the pads is sewed to. In the trousers of the present invention, an interior panel (6) of fabric with two pockets (7) meant to accommodate two removable pads (8), in the buttocks area, is incorporated. Said pocket is incorporated in the trousers. On the outer lateral side it is sewed together with the junction of the frontal and back panels of the leg (9) ; in the upper zone, it is united to the waist belt at the back (10); in the inferior zone, it is united to the trousers only in the crotch junction of the four seams (11).
1. Denim trousers for lady with a removable pads/sponges placement system within the
trousers, in the buttocks area, comprising an interior perforated panel (6) of fabric
with two pockets (7), which have an opening in their upper side to accommodate two
pads (8); said pads/sponges (8) being intended to be inserted in the perforated panel
(6) and having a thickness of 15 mm at its central area and a thickness of 2 mm on
its periphery; characterized in that it comprises a silicon strap sewn on the inner inferior area of the panel, below
the buttock; an asymmetrical waist belt (1) when referring to its front and rear,
high and rounded which has at its frontal area three buttons (2) and belt loops, said
waist belt (1) being wider in frontal area than in the laterals or the rear area of
the trousers, its dimensions being of 11 cm in the frontal area, 8 cm in the laterals
and 7,5 cm in the rear area and also comprising a yoke (3) with a heart shape design,
in which the line (4) of the yoke connects to the line of the front pocket of the
trousers in a descending wave and two back pockets (5) with a curved shape in their
upper area which goes along the yoke line.
2. Denim trousers for lady, according to the claim 1, characterized in that the panel (6) is manufactured in a material that ensures a slight adherence both
to the body and to the trousers, with 80 gr/m2, elasticity and a open network/construction
structure, such as a panel in a material with 93% polyamide and 7% elastane, the mold
of said panel (6) following exactly along with the trousers mold.
3. Denim trousers for lady, according to the previous claims, characterized in that it comprises two sets of pleats, located in the lower area of the yoke, which begin
with an initial depth of 0,9 mm and end with 0 mm, sewed on the reverse side of the
trousers, and having an inclination of 15°.
4. Denim trousers for lady, according to the previous claims, characterized in that the pocket (7) is sewed to the trousers and in the outer lateral side it is sewed
together with the junction of the frontal and back panels of the leg (9); in the upper
zone, it is united to the waist belt at the back (10); and on its inferior zone, it
is united to the trousers only in the crotch junction of the four seams (11).
5. Denim trousers for lady, according to the previous claims, characterized in that the pads/sponges (8) have a distance between perforations of 15 mm.

der Hose im Gesäßbereich, umfassend eine innere perforierte Bahn (6) aus Gewebe mit
zwei Taschen (7), die über eine Öffnung an ihrer Oberseite verfügen, um zwei Polster
aufzunehmen (8); wobei die Polster/Schwämme (8) dazu bestimmt sind, in die perforierte
Bahn (6) eingeführt zu werden, und über eine Dicke vom 15 mm in ihrem Zentralbereich
und eine Dicke von 2 mm an ihrer Peripherie verfügen; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Siliziumband umfasst, das am inneren unteren Bereich der Bahn unter dem Gesäß
eingenäht ist; sowie einen asymmetrischen Hüftgürtel (1), bei Bezugnahme auf ihre
Vorderseite und Hinterseite, hoch und abgerundet, der an seinem Vorderbereich über
drei Knöpfe (2) und Gürtelschlaufen verfügt, wobei der Hüftgürtel (1) im Vorderbereich
breiter ist als an den Seiten oder dem Hinterbereich der Hose, wobei die Abmessungen
11 cm im Vorderbereich, 8 cm im Seitenbereich und 7,5 cm im Hinterbereich betragen,
und außerdem umfassend einen Sattel (3) mit einem herzförmigen Design, wobei die Sattellinie
(4) mit der Linie der vorderen Tasche der Hose in einer abwärts gerichteten Welle
und zwei hinteren Taschen (5) mit einer gebogenen Form in deren oberem Bereich, die
entlang der Sattellinie verläuft, verbunden ist.
2. Jeanshose für Damen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bahn (6) aus einem Material hergestellt ist, dass ein leichtes Anhaften sowohl
am Körper, als auch an der Hose sicherstellt, mit 80 g/m2, Elastizität und einer offenen Netz-/Konstruktionsstruktur, wie beispielsweise einer
Bahn aus einem Material mit 93% Polyamid und 7% Elastan, wobei die Formgebung der
Bahn (6) genau der Formgebung der Hose folgt.
3. Jeanshose für Damen nach den vorstehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei Reihen von Falten umfasst, angeordnet im unteren Bereich des Sattels, die
mit einer anfänglichen Tiefe von 0,9 mm beginnen und mit 0 mm enden, eingenäht an
der Rückseite der Hose, und mit einer Neigung von 15°.
4. Jeanshose für Damen nach den vorstehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tasche (7) an die Hose genäht ist und sie an der äußeren seitlichen Seite mit
der Verbindung der vorderen und hinteren Bahnen des Beins (9) zusammengenäht ist;
in der oberen Zone ist sie mit dem Hüftgürtel an der Rückseite (10) vereint; und an
ihrer unteren Zone ist sie mit der Hose nur in der Schrittverbindung der vier Nähte
(11) vereint.
5. Jeanshose für Damen nach den vorstehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Polster/Schwämme (8) zwischen den Perforationen über einen Abstand von 15 mm
verfügen.

intérieur (6) en tissu avec deux poches (7) qui ont une ouverture sur leur côté supérieur
pour loger deux coussinets (8); lesdites coussinets/éponges (8) étant destinées à
être insérées dans le panneau perforé (6) et ayant une épaisseur de 15 mm à sa zone
centrale et une épaisseur de 2 mm à sa périphérie; caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une bande de silicone cousue sur la zone inférieure et interne du panneau,
en dessous des fesses; une ceinture asymétrique (1) en se référant à l'avant et à
l'arrière, haute et arrondie qui a à sa face frontale trois boutons (2) et des boucles
de ceinture, ladite ceinture (1) étant plus large dans la zone frontale que dans les
côtés ou dans la zone arrière du pantalon, ses dimensions étant de 11 cm dans la zone
frontale, de 8 cm dans les côtés et de 7,5 cm dans la zone arrière et comprenant également
une enfourchure (3) avec un dessin en forme de coeur, dans laquelle la ligne (4) de
l'enfourchure rejoint la ligne de la poche avant du pantalon dans une vague descendante
et deux poches à l'arrière (5) avec une forme incurvée dans leur zone supérieure qui
suit la ligne de l'enfourchure.
2. Pantalon en jean pour femme, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le panneau (6) est fabriqué dans un matériau qui assure une légère adhésion à la
fois au corps et au pantalon, avec 80 gr/m2, d'élasticité et une construction en réseau/structure ouverte , tel qu'un panneau
en un matériau ayant 93% de polyamide et 7% d'élasthanne, le moule dudit panneau (6)
suivant exactement le long du moule du pantalon.
3. Pantalon en jean pour femme, selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend deux séries de plis, situés dans la zone inférieure de l'enfourchure,
qui commencent avec une profondeur initiale de 0,9 mm et se terminent par 0 mm, cousus
sur le verso du pantalon, et ayant une inclinaison de 15 °.
4. Pantalon en jean pour femme, selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la poche (7) est cousue au pantalon et, sur le côté latéral extérieur, elle est cousue
conjointement à la jonction des panneaux avant et arrière de la jambe (9); dans la
zone supérieure, elle est unie à la ceinture à l'arrière (10); et dans sa zone inférieure,
elle est unie au pantalon seulement à la jonction des quatre coutures de l'entre-jambe
(11).
5. Pantalon en jean pour femme, selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les coussinets/éponges (8) ont une distance de 15 mm entre les perforations.
