The present invention refers to denim trousers for lady with a removable pads/sponges placement system within the trousers, in the buttocks area, which visibly alters said buttocks shape making them more rounded and elevated, and with a waist and hip design which redefines those shapes of the feminine body, making them rounder and more voluminous, and thus more aesthetically appealing.
Nowadays, jeans represent a piece of clothing used in every situation, whether formal or informal, which, due to its wide use, are subjected to constant modifications with the purpose of potentiating the aesthetic aspect of its user.
Thus the industry finds itself forced to develop technical solutions allowing the favoring of the physical appearance, increasingly valued in current society.
With this purpose there are already several known documents where jeans are described in which changes were made to favor the buttocks, the thigh muscles, and even the abdominal area. In most cases, so far, these modifications have been made by alterations in the trousers cut and by introducing sections of tissue and pleats in a way to shape the silhouette of its wearer.
Feel Foxy also holds a model that uses pads to increase the buttocks of their users. This model, however, has pads with one inch, which do not adjust to the natural shapes of the body.
Besides, as it does not have a heart shaped yoke as well as any pocket, does not confer the intended high buttocks effect, required for an appealing appearance with the utilization of this type of pads.

The present invention refers to a solution that significantly improves the feminine silhouette through alterations and improvements to conventional jeans.
The main alteration introduced consists in the incorporation of an interior panel of cloth with two pockets, which are due to accommodate two removable pads, in the area of the buttocks, having a revolutionary effect when referring to anatomic terms, with a visual and aesthetic effect similar to intrusive anatomic corrections, such as plastic surgeries for buttocks implants.
The trousers of the present invention also comprises a higher waist belt, with three buttons and belt loops, asymmetrical, with a rounded design, wider at the front than at the rear area of the trousers, thus creating an aesthetic effect of low waist; a yoke designed in a heart shape, in which the yoke line connects with the frontal pocket line of the trousers in a descending wave, giving, in a side view perspective, a raised buttocks effect; two back pockets resized and with a curved shape in the upper area, which goes along the yoke line, reinforcing the rounded lines of the feminine behind.
In addition to the already mentioned features, the trousers of the present invention also include two pairs of pleats sewed only in the reverse side of the trousers and, therefore, practically invisible, located in the inferior area of the yoke and with an inclination that allows it to create a crown with an adequate space to accommodate both the buttocks and the pads.

The trousers of the present invention present a medium high waist, are manufactured in raw material with elasticity, have a wide waist belt with 3 buttons and belt loops and a rounded design, wider in the frontal area than in the rear area of the trousers. This design is intended to provide comfort when using the trousers, as well as to visually induce the idea of wearing lower waist high trousers than it actually happens.
In the trousers of the present invention an interior panel of cloth with two pockets made to accommodate two removable pads, in the buttocks area, is incorporated. Said pocket is incorporated in the trousers, that is, it is sewed/attached to the trousers. On the outer side it is sewed together with the junction of the frontal and back panels of the leg; in the upper zone, it is united to the waist belt at the back; in the inferior zone, it is united to the trousers only in the crotch junction of the four seams. Externally there is not a single visible extra backstitch caused by this extra element of the trousers.
The pockets have an opening on their upper zone, positioned at each of the buttocks, which act as receptacles for placing the pads. They are open since the pads/sponges are removable.
In the inner inferior area of the panel, which lies just below the buttock, that is, at the beginning of the leg, a silicon strap is sewed on with the purpose of avoiding a corrugated aspect caused by the finishing of the fabric and to force said fabric to adhere to the trousers, since that in this area the panel is not sewed to the trousers.
The panel mold follows exactly along with the trousers mold so that one does not feel any discomfort when wearing the trousers.
The panel is manufactured in a material with 80 gr/m2, with elasticity and with an open network/structure construction. As an example, the panel might be manufactured in a material containing 93% of polyamide and 7% of elastane.
Its texture cannot be too silky and slippery because after dressing up the trousers, the pocket slips and ends up dislocating the pads from its anatomically natural spot; that is, the material of the panel has to ensure a slight adherence both to the body and to the trousers.
The pads/sponges to be inserted in the panel are perforated, which makes the article breathable, hygienic and avoids overheating of the buttocks area, and are also removable in order to facilitate the washing of the trousers and the pads/sponges separately, as well as to allow their replacement, either due to aesthetical reasons or due to any damage that these may suffer.
The trousers of the present invention have, as already mentioned, a yoke with a heart shape design in which.the yoke line connects to the front pocket line of the trousers in order to, in a side view perspective, help to enhance the illusion of raised buttocks, since that creates a design of a descending wave.
The shape of the rear pockets has a curvature in the upper area, which goes along the yoke line. This design reinforces the introduction of rounded lines in the area of the feminine behind, as opposed to what would happen if the pocket was made in a straight line as the traditional cowboy pocket, once it would cut out the effect created with the yoke round lines.
The trousers of the present invention also comprise two sets of pleats (starting with an initial depth of 0,9 mm and ending with 0 mm) only sewed on the reverse side of the trousers, making them practically invisible, located in the inferior area of the yoke and with an inclination of 15° in a way to create a crown to provide enough space to accommodate both the buttock and the pad.
The trousers with the improvements of the present invention intend to be commercialized with a pair of pads/sponges, which should be placed in the pockets of the inner panel, in order to add volume and to redefine the design of the buttock of the trousers wearer.
