(57) An energy converter (100, 200, 300, 400, 500) includes a permanent magnet (20, 70) and a diaphragm (10, 60). The permanent magnet (20, 70) is fixed to a predetermined area. The diaphragm (10, 60) is disposed on the permanent magnet (20, 70) and has a coil (14, 64) formed of a conductor pattern.
