TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The invention relates to the field of coin counting machinery, in particular to a
coin counter and a sorting brush thereof.
DESCRITION OF RELATED ART
[0002] After a certain number of coins are sorted by a sorting brush of a coin counter in
the prior art, the abrasion and local damage phenomena will happen to brush teeth
of the sorting brush, so that the brush teeth are easily cracked.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0003] The invention provides a coin counter and a sorting brush thereof, wherein the sorting
brush is simple in structure, low in cost and unlikely to crack.
[0004] In order to achieve the advantages, as the first aspect of the invention, the invention
provides a sorting brush of a coin counter, comprising an annular body, brush teeth
and automatic pressure compensating sheets, wherein the brush teeth are located on
one side of the annular body, and one end of each brush tooth is connected with the
annular body; one end of each automatic pressure compensating sheet is connected with
the annular body, the automatic pressure compensating sheets are arranged in an inclined
mode relative to the brush teeth, and the other ends of the automatic pressure compensating
sheets are connected with the other ends of the brush teeth.
[0005] Furthermore, multiple brush teeth and multiple automatic pressure compensating sheets
are arranged sequentially in the peripheral direction of the annular body at intervals.
[0006] Furthermore, the sorting brush comprises coin friction convex blocks, and the end
faces of the other ends of at least part of the brush teeth are each provided with
at least one coin friction convex block.
[0007] Furthermore, the annular body is of a hollowed-out structure. Furthermore, the annular
body comprises an inner ring and an outer ring, and the inner ring and the outer ring
are connected through the automatic pressure compensating sheets and/or the brush
teeth.
[0008] Furthermore, the widths of the multiple brush teeth extending in the radial direction
of the annular body are different.
[0009] Furthermore, the annular body and/or the brush teeth and/or the automatic pressure
compensating sheets is/are made of elastic materials. Furthermore, the sorting brush
is integrally formed.
[0010] As the second aspect of the invention, the invention provides a coin counter, comprising
the sorting brush mentioned above.
[0011] The automatic pressure compensating sheets can provide compensatory pressure for
the brush teeth and further prevent cracking of the brush teeth after the brush teeth
are abraded and part of the brush teeth are damaged while ensuring that coins keep
moving on the preset motion track.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0014] Detailed explanation is given to the embodiment of the invention with below drawings,
however, the invention can be implemented in various ways limited and covered by the
Claims.
[0015] Please refer to FIG. 1, FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, as one aspect of the invention, the invention
provides a sorting brush of a coin counter, comprising an annular body 1, brush teeth
2 and automatic pressure compensating sheets 3, wherein the brush teeth 2 are located
on one side of the annular body 1, and one end of each brush tooth is connected with
the annular body 1; one end of each automatic pressure compensating sheet 3 is connected
with the annular body 1, the automatic pressure compensating sheets 3 are arranged
in an inclined mode relative to the brush teeth 2, and the other ends of the automatic
pressure compensating sheets 3 are connected with the other ends of the brush teeth
2. Preferably, the sorting brush is integrally formed. Preferably, the annular body
1 and/or the brush teeth 2 and/or the automatic pressure compensating sheets 3 are
made of elastic materials.
[0016] If the sorting brush is not provided with the automatic pressure compensating sheets
3, and the coins are kept moving on the motion track required by the design through
pressure generated by bending deformation of the brush teeth 2 only, the accurate
sorting requirement cannot be met (particularly at high speed). Especially, after
a certain number of coins are sorted through the brush teeth 2, the abrasion and partial
damage phenomena happen, and if the automatic pressure compensating sheets 3 are not
arranged, the brush teeth 2 are easily cracked. The automatic pressure compensating
sheets 3 can provide compensatory pressure for the brush teeth 2 and further prevent
cracking of the brush teeth 2 after the brush teeth 2 are abraded and part of the
brush teeth 2 are damaged while ensuring that the coins keep moving on the preset
motion track.
[0017] Preferably, the multiple brush teeth 2 and the multiple automatic pressure compensating
sheets 3 are arranged sequentially in the peripheral direction of the annular body
1 at intervals. In other words, one automatic pressure compensating sheet 3 is arranged
between two adjacent brush teeth 2.
[0018] Preferably, the sorting brush further comprises coin friction convex blocks 4, and
the end faces of the other ends of at least part of the brush teeth 2 are each provided
with at least one coin friction convex block 4. Convex point structures formed by
the coin friction convex blocks 4 can be automatically adapted to the surface structures
of the coins, so that the brush teeth 2 are attached to the surfaces of the coins
more sufficiently, and the relative sliding between the brush teeth and the coins
is reduced. Preferably, the annular body 1 is of a hollowed-out structure. In an embodiment,
preferably, the annular body 1 comprises an inner ring 5 and an outer ring 6, and
the inner ring 5 and the outer ring 6 are connected through the automatic pressure
compensating sheets 3 and/or the brush teeth 2. By means of the hollowed-out structure,
acting force of reverse deformation is formed by the brush teeth 2 and the automatic
pressure compensating sheets 3, so that the working vibration and noise of the whole
machine are reduced.
[0019] Preferably, the widths of the multiple brush teeth 2 extending in the radial direction
of the annular body 1 are different, so that a groove 7 is formed in one side of each
brush tooth 2.Coins with different face values have different diameters, and particularly,
the largest diameter is much different from the smallest diameter, therefore, if a
user hopes that the coins with large diameters are easily swept in by the sorting
brush under the condition that the tooth widths of all the brush teeth 2 are the same,
the last coin with the smallest diameter is hard to be swept in the required actual
position by the sorting brush; vice versa. In order to eliminate the unfavorable influence,
grading processing is conducted on the brush teeth 2 according to the width requirement
of the brush teeth 2, namely part of the brush teeth 2 have large widths, the other
part of the brush teeth 2 have small widths, wherein the brush teeth with the large
widths are automatically adapted to the coins with small diameters, the brush teeth
with the small widths are automatically adapted to the coins with small diameters,
and the sorting speed can be increased in this way.
[0020] As a second aspect of the invention, the invention provides a coin counter, comprising
the sorting brush mentioned above.
[0021] The above embodiment of the invention is provided preferably only and is not used
for limiting the invention. For the skilled in the field, the invention can have various
alternations and changes. Any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like
within the spirit and principle of the invention should be covered in the protection
