    Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a multi-part suspension device for a kitchen appliance to be fixed to a wall according to the preamble of claim 1, a kitchen appliance, wherein the kitchen appliance comprises such multi-part suspension device and/or comprising a suspension profile and a method for mounting and fixing a kitchen appliance to a wall using a multi-part suspension device.

[0002] The arrangement and organization of kitchen appliances in a kitchen is, in general, a time and thus cost-intensive procedure. Particularly, if kitchen appliances are to be mounted to a wall, e.g. a kitchen wall, it is often required that two kitchen installation workers work simultaneously, especially if for example a kitchen hood is to be installed. Moreover, known mounting and suspension devices are often complicate and difficult to handle, and installation is thus time and cost-intensive and a higher number of various tools is often required. All known kitchen appliances which are to be installed to the wall, such as kitchen hoods, are usually installed through drilling processes and using the support of wall plugs and screws or the like in order to fix solidly the appliance to the wall. The drilling process of the wall, however, is affected to imprecision thus the adjustments to the position of the kitchen appliances are desired. This is particularly the case as usually a kitchen appliance has to be aligned to the other pieces of furniture.

[0003] There is also a security problem, especially if the appliance is fastened to the wall structure, probably overhead, the appliance may tip over or fall off and violate an installation worker. However, if fastening structures are provided which for safety reasons provisionally or definitely fasten a kitchen appliance, particularly a kitchen hood to the wall, only limited possibilities for adjustment of the position of such kitchen appliance, e.g. horizontal adjustments or adjustments of lever or horizontal and vertical inclination is possible.

[0004] The document KR 10-0838883 B describes a level regulation structure of a hood. However, this document does not disclose a mounting mechanism allowing the adjustment of the kitchen hood to a side wards, i.e. horizontal direction. Moreover, the disclosed hood cannot be safely fixed to the wall, as the hood is easily unhooked and thus may fall off and violate an installation worker.

[0005] The document DE 27 05 349 A1 discloses an extractor hood for arrangement above cookers. This document discloses an adjustment method for adjusting a pitching, such as an inclination towards the front, however, an adjustment towards the side, i.e. horizontally, is not possible.

[0006] EP 0 746 996 A1 discloses a suspension device for hanging elements, in particular wall cabinets. The suspension device comprises a carrier element mountable to the hanging element and an anchoring element mountable to the wall. An adjusting device with at least one setting spindle is provided for adjusting at least the height of the hanging element, wherein said adjusting device is arranged at the anchoring element.

[0007] WO 2012/084130 A1 discloses a suspension device for a wall cupboard. The suspension device comprises a hooking device equipped with an arm and a hook on a terminal end of said arm. The arm is moveable in a first direction by a screw. A further screw activates the rotation of a lunette acting on the arm.

[0008] EP 2 387 912 A1 discloses a support element for overhanging wall-mounted furniture anchored to the wall. The support element comprises an adjustable support food with a support surface for the structural side and/or base panels of the furniture. A vertical-adjustment screw head and a depth-adjustment screw head are accessible from beneath the furniture.

[0009] WO 2012/140467 A1 discloses an anchoring group for wall cupboards with regulation from above. The anchoring group comprises a hanging bracket device and an anchoring plague. Said hanging bracket device includes a slide linearly movable to a flange. A hook is associated with the slide and moveable along a further direction.

    [0010] Similar prior art is disclosed in DE 21 08 208 A1, DE 199 06 322 A1, DE 34 17 453 A1, EP 0 363 868 A1, JP S60 111435 U and JP S60 130343 U.

[0011] It is an object of the present invention to provide a more easy to handle and/or more rapid to install fastening mechanism for fastening a kitchen appliance to a wall, particularly with a limited number of tools, only one installation worker. It is a further object of the present invention that a fastening mechanism allows a secure and safe installation. More particularly, it is a further object of the present invention to allow the adjustment of such kitchen appliance to the left and to the right, i.e. horizontally, the lever and the sideways inclination and, most importantly, to allow the above adjustments particularly while the kitchen appliance is safely but provisionally fastened to the wall.

[0012] The above objects of the invention are achieved by a multi-part suspension device according to claim 1, a kitchen appliance according to claim 13 and a method for mounting and fixing a kitchen appliance according to claim 14.

[0013] A multi-part suspension device for a kitchen appliance to be fixed to a wall comprises a mounting rail comprising an at least one first fixation point, at which said mounting rail is horizontally fixable to the wall, and at least one suspension profile, wherein the at least one suspension profile is horizontally attachable to the kitchen appliance, wherein the at least one suspension profile comprises at least one engaging means for engaging the at least one suspension profile with the mounting rail, such that in an engaged position a main plane of the suspension profile is arrangeable parallel to a main plane of the mounting rail and to the wall, and the at least one suspension profile is movable along at least a part of a first longitudinal edge of the mounting rail.

[0014] It will be understood that such multi-part suspension device allows for an easy installation and adjustment of a kitchen appliance such as a cooker hood, whereby the mounting rail is to be mounted at first to the wall and afterwards the suspension profile being part of the kitchen appliance is engaged, for example, hooked on the mounting rail, using the engaging means. The dimensions of the mounting rail and the suspension profile are chosen such that the at least one suspension profile is movable along at least a part of a first longitudinal edge of the mounting rail. This movement allows a horizontal adjustment of the kitchen appliance, particularly as the mounting rail is horizontally fixed to the wall at first, at least roughly horizontally. Preferably, the engaging means for engaging the at least one suspension profile with the mounting rail is movable along at least a part of a first longitudinal edge of the mounting rail.

[0015] In the inventive multi-part suspension device the mounting rail comprises a first leg of the mounting rail projecting from a first short edge of the mounting rail and a second leg of the mounting rail projecting from a second short edge of the mounting rail, wherein in a position of the mounting rail being fixable to the wall the first leg and the second leg, project from a main plane of the mounting rail towards the wall, and wherein the first leg and the second leg are capable that each is angled at its free edge such that a contact area of the first leg and the second leg with the wall is enlarged. The first leg and/or the second leg comprises the at least one first fixation point, wherein the at least one first fixation point is arranged in the enlarged contact area of the first leg and/or second leg with the wall.

[0016] In other words the mounting rail preferably is an omega- or hat-shaped, i.e. an omega- or hat-, profile.

[0017] In a further advantageous embodiment of the inventive multi-part suspension device the suspension profile comprises an at least one second fixation point for attachment of the suspension profile to the kitchen appliance, preferably at an upper surface area of the kitchen appliance, wherein, preferably the at least one second fixation point is arrangeable in a contact area of a first longitudinal edge of the suspension profile with the kitchen appliance, preferably with at an upper surface area of the kitchen appliance, wherein, more preferably, the first longitudinal edge of the suspension profile is angled such that the contact area is enlarged.

[0018] It will be understood that such contact area of a first longitudinal edge of the suspension profile may be also formed as a bulge, wing, protrusion or the like, and preferably is located at least one end of the suspension profile. It will be also understood that the suspension profile can be fixed to the kitchen appliance by the installation worker or by the manufacturer. It is also possible that the suspension profile is a part of the sheet or plate forming part of the kitchen appliance, or it may be a separate part. In other words, the kitchen appliance and the suspension profile may be manufactured in one-piece or as separate pieces.

[0019] In a further advantageous embodiment of the inventive multi-part suspension device the first fixation point and/or the second fixation point is for a first fastening means and/or a second fastening means, preferably is a through hole, more preferably the first and/or the second fastening means is each independently selected from the group comprising a fastening screw, rivet or the like.

[0020] A person skilled in the art will know various means for fastening a mounting rail to a wall and/or fastening a suspension profile to a kitchen appliance. It is to be understood that the fastening means can be identical or different. However, preferably the first fastening means for fastening a mounting rail to a wall, more preferably is a screw, most preferably a T20 torx screws. The second fastening means is preferably for fastening the suspension profile to the kitchen appliance, particularly if the suspension profile is separate to the kitchen appliance. Said second fastening means preferably is a weld connection or the like.

[0021] In a further advantageous embodiment of the inventive multi-part suspension device the at least one engaging means for engaging the suspension profile with the mounting rail is located at a second longitudinal edge of the suspension profile, wherein preferably the at least one engaging means is formed by at least one bend and/or rim of the second longitudinal edge.

[0022] Such engaging means may be a hook or the like. However it is also possible that the second longitudinal edge of the suspension profile forms, preferably by the bend and/or rim, a hook structure. Such hook structure can be formed by a part of or major part of the second longitudinal edge.

[0023] In a further advantageous embodiment of the inventive multi-part suspension device the at least one engaging means for engaging the suspension profile with the mounting rail is formed by a double -bent web of the second longitudinal edge of the suspension profile.

[0024] In a further advantageous embodiment of the inventive multi-part suspension device a main plane of the mounting rail is arrangeable spaced, and preferably parallel, to the wall, such that a first longitudinal edge of the main plane of the mounting rail spaced to the wall forms a hold and guide for the at least one suspension profile engaged with the mounting rail by the at least one engaging means, wherein the at least one suspension profile is movable along, preferably horizontally movable along, at least a part of a first longitudinal edge of the mounting rail, wherein preferably the move along is laterally limited by interference of the at least one engaging means with the first leg of the mounting rail and/or the second leg of the mounting rail.

[0025] It will be understood that an engaging means such as a hook or a hook-like structure or the at least one engaging means being formed by at least one bend and/or rim of the second longitudinal edge, engages the mounting rail, more precisely, preferably the at least a part of a first longitudinal edge of the mounting rail. Thereby, the engaging means preferably intrudes into the space between the wall and the main plane of the mounting rail.

[0026] In a further advantageous embodiment of the inventive multi-part suspension device the longitudinal expansion of the at least one engaging means is smaller than the longitudinal expansion of the first longitudinal edge of the main plane of the mounting rail spaceable to the wall.

[0027] In connection therewith, it will be understood that an engaging means, such as a hook or the at least one engaging means being formed by at least one bend and/or rim of the second longitudinal edge, is dimensioned such that the dimension of the engaging means, is less than the part of a first longitudinal edge of the mounting rail in order to allow the movement along the at least a part of the first longitudinal edge of the mounting rail and thus the horizontal adjustment.

[0028] In a further advantageous embodiment of the inventive multi-part suspension device the mounting rail comprises a third fixation point for a third fastening means, wherein preferably the third fixation point is located on a main plane of the mounting rail, more preferably in the center of the main plane of the mounting rail, and wherein the suspension profile comprises a through hole for the third fastening means wherein the through hole preferably is located on a main plane of the suspension profile more preferably in the center of the main plane of the suspension profile, wherein the third fastening means preferably is a fastening screw, rivet or the like, and wherein the third fixation point preferably is a tapped hole.

[0029] In a further advantageous embodiment of the inventive multi-part suspension device in a position wherein the at least one suspension profile is engaged with the mounting rail by the at least one engaging means, and the through hole is positioned such that the third fixation point is accessible through the through hole by the third fastening means.

[0030] It will be understood that such third fastening means may be a security fixing screw. Moreover, it will be immediately understood that by screwing in such security fixing screw halfway, the kitchen appliance is secured not to fall off or slip off. However, as the security fixing screw is not tightened yet each and any adjustment as described herein is still possible.

[0031] In a further advantageous embodiment of the inventive multi-part suspension device the dimension of a through hole is configured such that in position where the at least one suspension profile is engaged with the mounting rail, the at least one suspension profile is movable along at least a part of a first longitudinal edge of the mounting rail, wherein the move along is laterally limited by interference of the third fastening means with horizontal borders of the through hole.

[0032] It will be understood that preferably the through hole is covering the third fixation point and thus the third fixation point is accessible through the through hole by the third fastening means. Preferably the third fixation point is a tapped hole and the third fastening means is a securing fixing screw. The through hole is dimensioned such that it allows that the at least one suspension profile is movable along at least a part of a first longitudinal edge of the mounting rail. Said move along is laterally limited by interference of the third fastening means with horizontal borders of the through hole. In an embodiment the through hole is configured as a horizontal slot, thus allowing such move along laterally being limited by interference of the third fastening means with the thus wide apart ends of the slot, i.e. the horizontal borders of the through hole. The dimension of the through hole can thus be chosen depended on the need and extend of a horizontal adjustment, preferably depended on the overall dimensions of the kitchen appliance.

[0033] It will also be understood that tightening of the third fastening means at the third fixation point, e.g. tightening of the securing fixing screw in its tapped hole will fix the kitchen appliance and thus also the horizontal position. It will be understood that such securing fixing screw is first screwed in half-way to secure the kitchen appliance and then, after horizontal adjustments and/or further adjustments are made the securing fixing screw is tightened and thus the position of the kitchen appliance is fixed.

[0034] In a further advantageous embodiment of the inventive multi-part suspension device the mounting rail has at least one portion projecting from the mounting rail, preferably away from the wall, more preferably projecting away from the first leg of the mounting rail and/or the second leg of the mounting rail, most preferably at an upper rim of the mounting rail, and wherein, the suspension profile, comprises at least one opening for receiving an adjusting means, preferably an adjusting screw, wherein more preferably the opening is a tapped hole, wherein the adjusting means is for adjusting the level and/or the vertical inclination related to the kitchen appliance to be fixed to a wall, and wherein the adjusting means inserted in the opening, preferably screwed in a tapped hole, is supported by the at least one portion.

[0035] In a preferred embodiment the first fastening means and the third fastening means and the adjusting means are screws, more preferably the same slotted head, e.g. cross-head, most preferably are T20 torx screws. This allows to install the kitchen appliance with the multi-part suspension device using preferably only screw drivers, more preferably only one screw driver.

[0036] In a further advantageous embodiment of the inventive multi-part suspension device the kitchen appliance is a kitchen hood, and wherein, preferably the wall is a bearing wall.

[0037] In a further advantageous embodiment of the inventive multi-part suspension device the mounting rail and/or the suspension profile comprises at least one bubble level.

[0038] It will be immediately understood by a person skilled in the art that where the mounting rail comprises at least one bubble level, this is advantageous for putting and/or fixing the mounting rail to the wall horizontally. In connection therewith it will also be immediately understood that such bubble level at the mounting rail is advantageous for determining that the mounting rail is put and/or fixed to the wall horizontally. Also a precise adjustment of the mounting rail is simplified with such bubble level being comprised by the mounting rail, particularly a horizontal adjustment, adjustment of lever or vertical inclination is possible afterwards, preferably using such bubble level.

[0039] A suspension profile may also comprise at least one bubble level. It will be immediately understood that such suspension profile comprising at least one bubble level is advantageous in that adjusting horizontally the position of the kitchen appliance by adjusting the level and/or the vertical inclination of the kitchen appliance is simplified.

[0040] The term "bubble level" as used herein preferably refers to a spirit level or bubble level which is an instrument designed to indicate whether a surface is horizontal or vertical. Different types of bubble levels may be applied in connection with the suspension profile and/or mounting rail of the present invention and various types of bubble levels are known to the person skilled. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention a bubble level is selected from the group comprising surveyor's leveling instrument, Carpenter's level, Mason's level, Torpedo level, Post level, Line level, Engineer's precision level, Electronic level, Inclinometer, Slip or Skid Indicator, Bull's eye level and/or tubular spirit level and variations or modifications thereof.

[0041] In a preferred embodiment of the inventive multi-part suspension device at least one bubble level allows to control the horizontal adjustment of the mounting rail and/or the suspension profile. More preferably, the at least one bubble level allows to control the horizontal adjustment and/or the vertical inclination of the mounting rail and/or the suspension profile.

[0042] For example, a tubular bubble level may be comprised which is arranged such that the mounting rail and/or the suspension profile is adjusted in a first, preferably horizontal, adjustment dimension. In addition or instead, a second tubular bubble level may be comprised which is arranged such that the mounting rail and/or the suspension profile is adjusted in a second, preferably vertical, adjustment dimension. Which adjustment dimension is controlled by a bubble level will depend on the configuration of such bubble level and/or orientation of such bubble level being mounted to the suspension profile and/or mounting rail.

[0043] In a preferred embodiment the bubble level is a bull's eye level. A bull's eye level will allow for controlling two adjustment dimension at the same time, preferably the horizontal and vertical inclination. Such bull's eye level, preferably is a circular, flat-bottomed device with a liquid under a slightly convex glass face with a circle at the center, and preferably allows to level a surface across a plane. By contrast one tubular level only does so in the direction of the tube.

[0044] The sensitivity of bubble levels is an important specification for a bubble level. The accuracy of a bubble level depends on its sensitivity. The sensitivity of a level as used herein, preferably is the change of angle or gradient required to move the bubble by unit distance. In a preferred embodiment a hosing of a bubble level comprises graduated divisions. If the housing has graduated divisions then the sensitivity preferably is the angle or gradient change that moves the bubble by one of these divisions. Preferably, 2 mm is the spacing for graduations. For example, may the bubble move 2 mm when the vial is tilted about 0.005 degree.

[0045] It will be also understood that such bubble level may be fixed to the mounting rail and/or suspension profile by various means. For example, may the bubble level be clipped in a stay, clip joint or the like. In a preferred embodiment of the inventive multi-part suspension device the mounting rail and/or the suspension profile comprises at least one mounting for a bubble level, such as a clip joint for clipping in the bubble level.

[0046] The above described problems are also advantageously solved by a kitchen appliance comprising a multi-part suspension device according to the present invention.

[0047] The above described problems are also advantageously solved by a method for mounting and fixing a kitchen appliance to a wall using a multi-part suspension device according to the present invention, comprising at least the following steps:
    • optionally, a step a) of putting a mounting rail horizontally to the wall in a predetermined height and drawing positions of at least one first fixation point, and/or a center line between at least two first fixation points for fixing the mounting rail horizontally to the wall,
    • a step b) of drilling at least one hole to the wall at positions intended for the at least one first fixation point, preferably two holes for two first fixation points having a predetermined distance, the distance being predetermined by the distance of the fixation points on the mounting rail,
    • a step c) of fixing the mounting rail horizontally to the wall by inserting a fastening means preferably a fastening screw through the first fixation point, preferably a through hole, into the drilling hole drilled in step b),
    • a step d) of fixing the suspension profile to the kitchen appliance,
    • a step e) of installing the kitchen appliance, preferably a kitchen hood, to the wall by engaging the at least one suspension profile with the mounting rail fixed to the wall in step c),
    • a step f) of inserting a third fastening means, preferably a fastening screw, through a through hole of the suspension profile into a third fixation point on the mounting rail, preferably a tapped hole, preferably such that the third fastening means is inserted in half-way position,
    • a step g) of adjusting horizontally the position of the kitchen appliance by moving the at least one suspension profile along at least a part of a first longitudinal edge of the mounting rail, and/or adjusting the level and/or the vertical inclination of the kitchen appliance by inserting, preferably screwing, at least one adjusting means, preferably an adjusting screw, into an at least one opening in the suspension profile, preferably a tapped hole, such that the at least one adjusting means is supported by an at least one portion projecting from the mounting rail thereby adjusting the level and/or the vertical inclination of the kitchen appliance, and
    • a step h) of tightening third fastening means.

[0048] As used herein in connection with putting and/or fixing the mounting rail to the wall, horizontally preferably means roughly horizontally. In connection therewith it will be immediately understood that the mounting rail has only to be fixed roughly to the desired position as precise adjustments, particularly horizontal adjustment, adjustment of lever or vertical inclination is possible afterwards.

[0049] All described embodiments of the invention have the advantage, that a kitchen appliance can be fastened to wall using a more easy to handle and/or more rapid to install inventive multi-part suspension device, particularly with a limited number of tools, preferably only one screw driver. The inventive multi-part suspension device allows a secure and safe installation of such kitchen appliance and, preferably only one installation worker is needed. Moreover, all described embodiments allow the adjustment of such kitchen appliance to the left and to the right, i.e. horizontally. Particularly preferred embodiments allow furthermore the adjustments of the lever and the sideways inclination and, most importantly, to allow the above adjustments particularly while the kitchen appliance is safely but provisionally fastened to the wall using a securing third fastening means at the third fixation point.

[0050] The present invention provides quick installation, e.g. hooking of a kitchen appliance, e.g. a hood, to a wall is provided, allowing manifold and rapid adjustments, wherein safety of the installation worker is secured g a securing third fastening means at the third fixation point.

[0051] The installation time for installing a kitchen hood using the inventive multi-part suspension device, preferably is less than 12 min, more preferably 11 min.

[0052] The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings, in which

    FIG 1 illustrates a perspective view of a multi-part suspension device showing a first inventive embodiment;

    FIG 2 illustrates a perspective view of a multi-part suspension device showing the first inventive embodiment;

    FIG 3 illustrates a perspective close-up view of a multi-part suspension device showing a second inventive embodiment;

FIG 4 illustrates a perspective view of a mounting rail being part of the multi-part suspension device showing the first inventive embodiment.

[0053] Figures 1, 2, 3 and 4 show various perspective views of an inventive multi-part suspension device (1) or a part thereof. Said multi-part suspension device (1) is for a kitchen appliance (2), here a cooking hood, which is to be fixed to a bearing wall (4), comprising an omega-shaped mounting rail (3), which comprises two through holes as first fixation points (10) for fixing the mounting rail (3) horizontally to the wall (4), and one suspension profile (5) being horizontally attached to the kitchen hood(2), wherein the suspension profile (5) comprises an engaging means (6) for engaging the suspension profile (5) with the mounting rail (3), such that in an engaged position as shown in Figs. 1, 2, and 3 the main plane (23) of the suspension profile (5) is arranged parallel to the main plane (12) of the mounting rail (3) and, parallel to the wall (4). The engaging means (6) for engaging the suspension profile (5) with the mounting rail (3), here is located at the second longitudinal edge (19) of the suspension profile (5), and is formed by a double bend of the second longitudinal edge (19), more particularly a double -bent web of the second longitudinal edge (19) of the suspension profile (5), thus forming a hook-like structure being formed by a major part of the second longitudinal edge. It can be seen, that the suspension profile (5) is movable along at least a part of a first longitudinal edge (21) of the mounting rail (3). Such multi-part suspension device (1) allows for an easy installation and adjustment of the cooker hood (2), whereby the mounting rail (3) is to be mounted at first to the wall (4) as shown in Fig. 4 and afterwards the suspension profile (5) being part of the hood (2) is engaged, here hooked, on the mounting rail (3), using the double bend (6). In the first inventive embodiment shown in Figs. 1 ,2 and 4 the mounting rail (3) comprises a tubular bubble level (24) which is mounted on the mounting rail (3) via two clip joints (32) which are manufactured from the main plane (12) of the mounting rail (3) by punching and bending of flaps for clipping in the bubble level (24) as may be seen best in Fig. 2 in particular. The suspension profile (5) has no such bubble level. According to the second inventive embodiment which is shown in Fig 3, also the suspension profile (5) comprises a tubular bubble level (24) which is mounted on the suspension profile (5) via two clip joints (32) which are manufactured from the main plane (23) of the suspension profile (5) by punching and bending of flaps for clipping in the bubble level (24). Here, the bubble level (24) is located centrally above the through hole (25). However, a person skilled in the art will immediately acknowledge that positioning of a bubble level is not limited and such bubble level may be positioned on the suspension profile (5), as well as on the mounting rail at various positions, however, it will be understood that some positioning will be advantageous, as interfere with any parts of the multi-part suspension device (1) and the kitchen appliance (2) should be avoided and, moreover, an installation worker should be able to view and control the bubble level upon installing and adjusting the multi-part suspension device (1).

[0054] It will be immediately understood by a person skilled in the art that such bubble level (24) at the mounting rail (3) and/or the suspension profile (5) is advantageous for putting and/or fixing the mounting rail (3) and/or the suspension profile (5) to the wall (4), horizontally, preferably roughly horizontally. By controlling the horizontal inclination of the bubble level (3) it can be easily determined whether the mounting rail (3) and/or the suspension profile (5) is put and/or fixed to the wall (4) horizontally. A precise adjustment of the mounting rail (3) and/or the suspension profile (5) is simplified with such bubble level (24). The dimensions of the mounting rail (3) and the suspension profile (5) are chosen such that the suspension profile (5) is movable along at least a part of a first longitudinal edge (21) of the mounting rail (3). This movement allows a horizontal adjustment of the cooker hood (2) relative to the wall (4), particularly as the mounting rail (3) is horizontally fixed to the wall (4) at first, at least roughly horizontally. The double bend (6) for engaging the suspension profile (5) with the mounting rail (3) is movable along at least a part of the first longitudinal edge (21) of the mounting rail (3). Here, the mounting rail (3) comprises a first leg (7) of the mounting rail (3) projecting from a first short edge (8) of the mounting rail (3) and a second leg (9) of the mounting rail (3) projecting from a second short edge (11) of the mounting rail (3), wherein in a position of the mounting rail (3) being fixed to the wall (4) as shown, for example in Fig. 4, the first leg (7) and the second leg (9), project from a main plane (12) of the mounting rail (3) towards the wall (4), and wherein, the first leg (7) and the second leg (9) each is angled at its free edge such that a contact area (13) of the first leg (7) and the second leg (9) with the wall (4) is enlarged, wherein the first leg (7) and the second leg (9) comprises the through holes (10). One through hole (10) is arranged in each of the enlarged contact areas (13) of the first leg (7) and second leg (9), respectively. Here, the suspension profile (5) comprises in total four second fixation points (18) for attachment of the suspension profile (5) to the kitchen hood(2) at an upper surface area (17) of the kitchen hood(2), wherein the fixation points (18) are arranged each in a contact area (16) of the first longitudinal edge (15) of the suspension profile (5) with the kitchen hood (2), more particularly with at an upper surface area (17) of the kitchen hood (2), wherein the first longitudinal edge (15) of the suspension profile (5) is angled such that the contact area (16) is enlarged and forms two wings at each end of the suspension profile (5). Here, the suspension profile (3) is fixed to the kitchen hood (2) by the manufacturer. The first fastening means (14) here is a T20 torx screw. The second fixation points (18) are welded spots and the second fastening means are weld connections. It can be immediately seen, that a main plane (12) of the mounting rail (3) is arranged spaced, and parallel, to the wall (4), such that a first longitudinal edge (21) of the main plane (12) of the mounting rail (3) spaced to the wall (4) forms a hold and guide for the suspension profile (5) engaged with the mounting rail (3) by the double bend (6), wherein the suspension profile (5) is movable along, preferably horizontally movable along, at least a part of a first longitudinal edge (21) of the mounting rail (3), wherein preferably the move along is laterally limited by interference of the double bend (6) with the first leg (7) of the mounting rail (3) and with the second leg (9) of the mounting rail (3). The double bend while engaging the mounting rail (3) intrudes into the space (20) between the wall (4) and the main plane (12) of the mounting rail (3). Thereby, longitudinal expansion of the double bend (6) is smaller than the longitudinal expansion of the first longitudinal edge (21) of the main plane (12) of the mounting rail (3) spaced to the wall (4), more particularly is smaller than the part of a first longitudinal edge (21) of the mounting rail (3) and allows thus the movement along at least a part of the first longitudinal edge (21) of the mounting rail (3) and thus the horizontal adjustment. The mounting rail (3) comprises also a third fixation point (22) being a tapped hole for a third fastening means (26), here another T20 torx screw as a securing fixing screw, the tapped hole (22) being located on the main plane (12) of the mounting rail (3) and in the center of the main plane (12) of the mounting rail (3). The suspension profile (5) comprises a through hole (25) for the T20 torx screw (26) wherein the through hole (25) is located on the main plane (23) of the suspension profile (5) in the center of the main plane (23) of the suspension profile (5).

[0055] In a position wherein the suspension profile (5) is engaged with the mounting rail (3) by the double bend (6), such as shown in Fig. 1, 2, or 3, the through hole (25) is positioned such that the tapped hole (22) is accessible through the through hole (25) by the T20 torx screw (26). In connection therewith it will be immediately under-stood that by screwing in the T20 torx screw (26) halfway, the kitchen hood (2) is secured not to fall off or slip off the wall (4). However, as the security fixing screw (26) is not tightened yet, each and any adjustment as described herein is still possible. This is particularly, because the dimension of the through hole (25) is configured such that in position where the suspension profile (5) is engaged with the mounting rail (3), the suspension profile (5) is movable along at least a part of a first longitudinal edge (21) of the mounting rail (3), wherein the move along is laterally limited by interference of the security fixing screw (26) with horizontal borders (27) of the through hole (25). Thereby, the through hole (25) is covering the tapped hole (22) and thus the tapped hole (22) is accessible through the through hole (25) by the T20 torx screw (26). The through hole (25) is dimensioned such that it allows that the suspension profile (5) is movable along at least a part of a first longitudinal edge (21) of the mounting rail (3). Said move along is laterally limited by interference of the T20 torx screw (26), with horizontal borders (27) of the through hole (25). A tightening of the securing fixing screw (26) at the tapped hole (22) will fix the position of the kitchen hood (2) and thus also the horizontal position thereof. Such securing fixing screw (26) is first screwed in halfway to secure the kitchen hood (2) and then, after horizontal adjustments and/or further adjustments are made the securing fixing screw (26) is tightened and thus the position of the kitchen hood (2) is fixed. The mounting rail (3) has two portions (28) projecting from the mounting rail (3) away from the wall (4) and away from the first leg (7) of the mounting rail (3) and the second leg (9) of the mounting rail (3), respectively, at an upper rim (29) of the mounting rail. The suspension profile (5) comprises two further tapped holes as openings (30) for receiving each another two T20 torx screw as an adjusting means (31), for adjusting the level and/or the vertical inclination of the kitchen hood(2) to be fixed to a wall (4). The adjusting screws (31) are screwed in the tapped holes (30), being supported by the at least one portion (28). Here the first fastening means and the third fastening means and the adjusting means are T20 torx screws, which allows to install the kitchen hood (2) with the multi-part suspension device (1) using only a single screw driver.

[0056] In order to mount and fix the kitchen hood (2) to the bearing wall (4) using the multi-part suspension device (1), the following steps are carried out: At first, the mounting rail (3) is put roughly horizontally to the wall (4) in a predetermined height and the positions of the through holes (10) are drawn to the wall. Next, two holes are drilled to the wall (4) at positions intended for the through holes (10), having a predetermined distance, the distance being predetermined by the distance of the through holes (10) on the mounting rail (3). Subsequently, the mounting rail (3) is fixed horizontally to the wall (4) by screwing tightly a T20 torx screw (14) through the through hole (10) into the hole drilled before. Next, the kitchen hood is installed to the wall (4) by engaging the suspension profile (5) with the mounting rail (3) fixed to the wall (4). Further, a T20 torx screw (26) is inserted as a securing fixing screw through the through hole (25) of the suspension profile (5) into the tapped hole (22) on the mounting rail (3), preferably a tapped hole, preferably such that the securing fixing screw (26) is inserted in half-way position. Next, the position of the kitchen hood (2) is adjusting horizontally by moving the suspension profile (5) along at least a part of the first longitudinal edge (21) of the mounting rail (3), and afterwards the level and/or the vertical inclination of the kitchen hood (2) is adjusted by screwing, an adjusting screw (31), into each of the tapped holes (30) in the suspension profile (5), such that the adjusting screws (31) are supported each by a portion (28) projecting from the mounting rail (3) thereby adjusting the level and/or the vertical inclination of the kitchen hood (2), and, finally, tightening the securing fixing screw (26).
