Technical Field: The idea of the Laundry stapler and Labeler stapler, respectively (in short: Labeler stapler) was invented to be used by/to help the workers/staff of the laundries/dry cleans' shops to finish their work faster, easier, safer, and in more professional environment, along with usual using of the regular staplers.

Technical Background: As a part of the laundering/washing/cleaning process and before having the textiles/clothes inside the washing/drying machine and through the watching of the whole washing process in many laundries, each piece of clothes or textiles must be attached with a small label shows the invoice number to which it belongs, before keeping it inside the washing/ drying machine.

The process of attaching the labels to the textiles/ customer's clothes takes a long time and tough efforts, starting from cutting the paper notes into smaller pieces, ending by stapling them one by one using the regular stapler on each piece of the customer's clothes,

WO 2004/062856 A2 discloses a labeler stapler which combines both of a labeling and a stapling mechanisms in one tool that comprises a scissor shape stapler or a stapler that contains a base.

Introduction of the invention: "The Labeler stapler" will avoid the laundries' workers the long tough time of using the regular staplers to cut the paper notes and to fix each one to each piece of the customer's clothes through a new mechanism which is a combination of two systems (labeling and stapling) in one tool called "the Labeler stapler".

Methods to execute the invention: The idea of the Labeler stapler can be implemented in a various designs:

• The Regular staplers' shape (Plastic)
• The scissor stapler's shape (Metal body Stapler)
• The core of the Laundry stapler's / Labeler Stapler's idea is: to include a labeling system between the stapler's base and the bottom of the base, which allows the users to have additional option of labelling and stapling at the same time.
• A pop-up paper note's system is embedded inside the stapler's base in a container, which is refillable, once the paper notes are consumed the user can refill the container easily with other paper notes that will be separately included within the outer packing of the stapler, and will be salable independently in the market.
• The paper note's container is fixed on the inner top side of the stapler's bottom base, generating the paper notes automatically out of the stapler's front slot with each time of stapling.
• The stapler comes with a lock that allows the users to on/off the pop-up paper note's system, which means that the stapler will be able to do the regular stapling job along with additional option which is the labeling anytime the user decides to do.
• In both of the suggested designs "The regular shape, and the scissor shape", the base should be provided/combined with a flexible rubber base, which includes a door with lock that allows refilling the paper note's container.
• The rubber base should include a transparent part that shows the level of the paper notes inside the container, and helps the user to decide when to refill it with new paper notes.

Figures 1 through 8 show exemplary embodiments of the invention or one exemplary embodiment of the invention, respectively.

Figure 1 shows an exemplary embodiment of a labeler stapler having paper inside (see reference numeral 10), and further having a transparent plastic cover 12, a logo 14, a metal body 16, metal pins - remover 18, a plastic rubber base 20, a pop-up sticky paper's(container) base 22 (refillable) (hidden inside the larger base), a lock 24 to close the paper notes' pop-up, and refillable embedded pop-up paper notes 26. Reference numeral 28 indicates pop-up paper notes. Transparent plastic base can be opened and closed, shows level of papers inside (see reference numeral 28). Pop-up paper notes are indicated by reference numeral 30.

Figure 2 show the embedded container 22 of the paper notes, and a switch 24 to on/off the paper notes pop-up, and a slot 32 where paper notes come out.

As indicated by reference numeral 34, figure 3 show that the paper-note is out of the slot 'during usage'.

In figure 5, reference numeral 34 indicates paper notes, and reference numeral 36 indicates pop-up built in the main rubber base. Moreover, a transparent back 38 to show the level of the paper notes inside is shown.

In figure 6, reference numeral 40 indicates a combination of metal and rubber surface.
