[0001] The present application discloses a children carrier and assistant walker, in particular a type of walker intended to assist with the first steps and carry babies and children.

[0002] Currently, the assistant walkers for babies and children are made of rigid cylindrical materials and large pieces of high cost plastics and metals which are too big and heavy for the initial strength of babies and children, the existing walkers are not practical and where to install them is another concern, the risk of accident is high, and they are handled with the minimum of safety and comfort, furthermore they are not easy to handle and parts cannot be easily replaced, causing a risk to the quality of existing products without a safe use for babies and children. Basically, the technology now disclosed is different comprising an adjustable fixed base which may be ready for use in a matter of seconds since it is simple and functional almost without the need for maintenance.
[0003] The problem is that many times, whether for quality, time, cost, safety and place, whether for constant difficulties with control, or even for lack of financial means for the cost of assistant walkers, which have a difficult maintenance with many accidents, it ends up not being used for the intended purpose, causing a serious problem for the lives of children and babies. Therefore, for any of the aforementioned reasons or even as a result of other factors, many serious accidents could be prevented by using alternate ways; however such alternate ways are not used or end up being used irregularly, fact which hinder the use of the traditional walker with safety, economy and easiness.
Brief Description
[0004] The present application discloses a type of walker intended to assist with the first steps, including in the same device the option to carry babies and children. In the base of the device there are handles and fixers to adjust to the child's size and to the adult who will control the base by adjustable upper handles fixed to the sides opposite to the fixer. To accommodate the child or baby in the lower parts there are handles which are attached to the fixers, the direction and height control handles for the walker or assistant walker come out of this lower base. For the transportation mode the base adjustment handles are used, after this the device can be folded and stored without the inconvenience of disorganization, waste of time, with better quality of life, economy and easiness.

1. Assistant walker, rehabilitation and transportation of babies and children, comprising
a base (1) with adjustable upper handles (2) fixed on the sides opposite to the fixers
(6), lower handles (4) fixed to the said fixers (6) in the lower part, control handles
(3) coming out of said lower part and base adjustment handles (7).
2. Assistant walker, rehabilitation and transportation of babies and children according
to the previous claim, comprising a structure for transportation with the control
handles (3) retrieved in the base (1) wherein the height adjustment is made by adjusting
the said base (1).
3. Assistant walker, rehabilitation and transportation of babies and children according
to any of the previous claims, wherein the same structure is used for walker with
the base (1) fully out controlling the child's height (3) and direction firmly adjusted
by the lower handles (4) duly fixed to the fixers (6).
4. Assistant walker, rehabilitation and transportation of babies and children according
to any of the previous claims, wherein the base (1) determines the function of the
structure both for transportation and as a walker.
