FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to a hygienic nozzle for bottles, the body of which
is rigidly joined to a base which has a recess in the central part thereof forming
a ring with the interior surface of the body of the nozzle for the support thereof
on the mouth of bottles.
PRIOR ART
[0002] At present and as a reference to the prior art, it is common and known to utilize
different closures for bottles such as cork or plastic stoppers as well as metallic
caps or capsules which prevent the accidental pouring of the contents of the bottle
and serve to maintain or preserve the properties of the liquids. The removal of said
closures for the consumption of beverages can leave residues such as rust, cork or
mold on the mouth of the bottle.
[0003] Also known are diverse nozzles for pouring the contents of the bottles such as those
used for pouring cider, dressing salads or measuring out liquors.
[0004] In bars it is common to use a paper serviette which is rolled on the mouth of the
bottle when beverages are served in order to consume them directly from the bottle,
with the aim that the consumer can clean possible remains of rust or residues left
by the closure of the bottle and as a hygienic measure.
[0005] In the face of this state of affairs, the object of the invention claims a hygienic
nozzle for bottles which consists of a body which is rigidly joined to a base which
has a recess in the central part thereof forming a ring with the interior surface
of the body of the nozzle for the support thereof on the mouth of bottles.
[0006] The use of this nozzle enables the cleaning of possible residues from the mouth of
the bottles, as well as the preservation of the properties of the beverage to be consumed.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION AND ADVANTAGES
[0007] The present invention makes reference to a hygienic nozzle for bottles composed of
a body rigidly joined to a base which has, at its center, a recess which defines,
with the interior surface of the body of the nozzle, a support ring on the mouth of
the bottle which enables the cleaning of possible residues from the mouth of the bottles
as well as the preservation of the properties of the beverage to be consumed.
[0008] The body of the nozzle preferably adopts a tapered configuration which enables the
use thereof in bottles with different mouth diameters since the nozzle is supported
by the interior part of the base thereof on the bottles with standard or smaller diameter
and on the interior wall of the body of the nozzle in bottles with greater diameter.
[0009] Furthermore it is provided that the recess of the base of the nozzle has a conical
form, which enables the stacking of various nozzles in an immovable manner, facilitating
the packaging and storage thereof since upon inserting a nozzle into the interior
of another, the volume of the assembly is considerably reduced, which economizes the
costs of packaging and minimizes the space required for the storage thereof.
[0010] The conical form of the recess of the base of the nozzle also facilitates condensation
and reduces the effervescence of gaseous, sparkling or carbonated beverages, allowing
the properties of said beverages to be maintained.
[0011] In addition, the nozzle object of the invention is provided such that it can contain,
in the interior thereof, antiseptic elements by means of inserting a sheet into the
interior part of the nozzle or by means of utilizing an antiseptic solution applied
by means of impregnation or spraying, which improves the hygienic qualities of the
nozzle.
[0012] Lastly, it is provided such that on the exterior surface of the body of the nozzle
which has smooth walls, a label can be placed by means of adhering, printing or stamping
which enables the use thereof for advertising or informative purposes.
[0013] Additionally, the nozzle, due to its tapered configuration with flat base, can be
utilized as a glass for sampling "shots" and can be supported on the bar on a table
or on any horizontal surface.

DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
[0016] With reference to the drawings and references numbered above, a preferred embodiment
object of the invention is illustrated in the attached plans, relating to a hygienic
nozzle for bottles.
[0017] The device which is proposed as illustrated in Figure 1 consists of a hygienic nozzle
for bottles which has a body (1) with a tapered configuration rigidly joined to a
base (3) which has, in the center thereof, a conical recess (4) which defines, with
the interior surface (2) of the body (1) of the nozzle, a support ring on the mouth
of the bottle (5) which enables the use thereof for cleaning the residues of the mouth
or the disinfecting thereof, preserves the properties of the beverages, is easily
stackable and can be used as a glass and as an advertising or informative medium.
[0018] The recess (4) preferably has a conical form as is illustrated in Figures 1 and 4
which facilitates the immovability of the nozzles when they are stacked one on top
of the other, reducing the costs of packaging, as well as the space for the storage
thereof. Furthermore, this conical form of the recess (4) of the base (3) of the nozzle
facilitates condensation and reduces the effervescence of gaseous, sparkling or carbonated
beverages, allowing the properties of said beverages to be maintained.
[0019] The use of antiseptic elements on the interior surface (2) of the body (1) of the
nozzle, is preferably provided by means of the insertion of an antiseptic sheet or
by means of impregnation or spraying of an antiseptic substance suitable for human
consumption.
[0020] The tapered formation of the body (1) of the nozzle and the flat base (3) enables
the use thereof as a glass as is reflected in Figure 3.
[0021] The smooth exterior surface of the body (1) as is reflected in Figure 2 facilitates
the placement of labels by means of adhering, printing or stamping which enables the
use thereof for advertising or informative purposes.
[0022] Furthermore, the tapered form of the body (1) of the nozzle enables the use thereof
on bottles with mouths of different diameters, since the nozzle is supported by the
interior part of the base (3) on the bottles with standard or smaller diameter and
on the interior surface (2) of the body (1) of the nozzle on the bottles with a greater
diameter, as is represented in Figure 4.
[0023] Thanks to this configuration, the known paper serviette rolled on the mouth of the
bottle, commonly used in bars, can be substituted with a nozzle which enables the
cleaning of the possible residues from the mouth of the bottles or the disinfecting
thereof, the preservation of the properties of the beverage to be consumed, the use
thereof as a glass or as an advertising or informative medium as well as the adaptation
to different mouth diameters and the immovable stacking of various nozzles, reducing
the costs of packaging and facilitating the storage thereof.
[0024] Variations in materials, form, size and arrangement of the component elements, described
in a non-limiting manner, do not alter the essence of this utility model.
