BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of the Invention
[0001] The present invention relates to a speaker structure, especially to a retractable
speaker structure for use in a vehicle.
Description of Related Art
[0002] At present, the mainframe of an audio/video equipment is mainly mounted in a panel
at the front side of a driver's seat, and the speaker is mounted in a vehicle door
or the panel; because the speaker has directivity relative to the user, the mounting
location of the speaker plays an important role regarding to the entertaining effect;
for allowing the speaker to provide an excellent performance, the speaker has to be
protrudingly installed on the panel or the vehicle door, however, the above-mentioned
arrangement would cause the speaker to be more likely to be damaged.
[0003] As such, there is a retractable speaker structure available in the market, in which
a motor is adopted for driving a retracting mechanism to move, and a speaker is secured
at an end section of the retracting mechanism and moved with the retracting mechanism,
thereby allowing the speaker to be selectively protruded out or retracted in the panel
or the vehicle door according to the actual needs.
[0004] However, the motor adopted in the above-mentioned retractable speaker structure is
mostly a synchronizing motor, and the synchronizing motor has properties of constant
sped, no need for speed adjustment and requiring a smaller starting torque, so the
retractable speaker structure is required to be additionally installed with a reducing
gear and a location sensor for adjusting the rotation speed of the retracting mechanism
and limiting the stroke of the retracting mechanism, thereby causing the retractable
speaker structure requiring complicated components and having relatively higher production
cost.
WO 2005/081520 A1 discloses a loudspeaker assembly, wherein the loudspeaker may be brought from a first
non-exposed position into a second exposed position along an axis of movement, where
the loudspeaker assembly comprises a transducer unit, means in the shape of for example
motor means and a gearbox for moving the loudspeaker from the first position to the
second position and vice-versa, and a closure member for covering the loudspeaker
in its first position.
[0005] DE10324640 B3 discloses a mounting device for loudspeaker in automobile. The mounting device has
a loudspeaker housing receiving the loudspeaker and a seating receiving the loudspeaker
housing, with a drive unit allowing the loudspeaker housing to be displaced within
the seating between a lowered stowed position and a raised working position, in which
the loudspeaker can by pivoted or rotated about at least one geometrical axis.

unit inserted into an inside of the casing and configured to be movable upward and
downward within the casing; and a speaker mounted on a top of the driving unit and
configured to be movable upward and downward within the casing.

DE19534400 A1 discloses retractable loudspeakers for use in vehicles. The loudspeakers are mounted
so they can be moved between two positions dependent upon whether they are in or out
of use.

US5072345 discloses a pop-up decorative landscape light - using lead screw or motor wound-unwound
flexible coil to extend or retract light compartment from housing where a control
selectively actuates a stepping motor for a predetermined number of revolutions in
opposite rotation directions. A telescopically extensible member is secured to the
light compartment. An elongated coil of flexible material has a free end extending
through the telescopic extensible member. In view of the above-mentioned shortages,
the applicant of the present invention has devoted himself for inventing a novel design
to solve the above-mentioned shortages.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0009] The present invention is to provide a retractable speaker structure for use in a
vehicle, in which a stepping motor is adopted for driving a retracting mechanism to
protrude or retract, so the retractable speaker structure is able to be adjusted for
being protruded or retracted according to the actual needs, thereby effectively simplifying
components and lowering production cost. The present invention provides a retractable
speaker structure for use in a vehicle according to independent claim 1.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0011] Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to
the drawings.
[0012] Please refer from FIG. 1 to FIG. 6, the present invention provides a retractable
speaker structure for use in a vehicle. According to a first embodiment of the present
invention, the retractable speaker structure (10) mainly includes a case (1), a driving
member (2), a retracting mechanism (3) and a speaker (4).
[0013] As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 2, FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, the case (1) is substantially formed
in a rectangular shape, and formed with a chamber (11). The case (1) is formed with
a base (12) and a cover (13) correspondingly engaged with the base (12), and the chamber
(11) is formed between the base (12) and the cover (13). Wherein, the cover (13) is
formed with a penetrated hole (131) and a position limiting slot (132).
[0014] As shown from FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the driving member (2) is installed in the chamber
(11) and includes a stepping motor (21) and a transmission shaft (22) connected to
the stepping motor (21), wherein the stepping motor (21) is fastened on the case (1)
and served to drive the transmission shaft (22) to rotate.
[0015] A further illustration is that the driving member (2) further includes a transmission
gear (23) sleeved on the transmission shaft (22) and rotated with the transmission
shaft (22).
[0016] As shown from FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the retracting mechanism (3) is disposed in the chamber
(11), and includes a screw rod (31) and a retractable rod (32) fitted with the screw
rod (31). The screw rod (31) is driven by the transmission shaft (22) to rotate, thereby
enabling the retractable rod (32) to perform a protruding/retracting movement relative
to the screw rod (31).
[0017] A further illustration is that one end of the screw rod (31) is disposed corresponding
to the base (12), the other end thereof and the retractable rod (32) are both disposed
corresponding to the penetrated hole (131), and the retractable rod (32) is formed
with an inner thread segment, the screw rod (31) is able to be fitted with the retractable
rod (32) through the above-mentioned inner thread segment. Wherein, the outer wall
of the retractable rod (32) is protrudingly formed with a spiral guide rail (321)
correspondingly received in the position limiting slot (132).
[0018] In addition, the retracting mechanism (3) further includes a passive gear (33) connected
to an end section of the screw rod (31) and linked with the screw rod (31), thereby
enabling the transmission gear (23) and the passive gear (33) to be mutually engaged
for transmission.
[0019] As shown from FIG. 3 to FIG. 6, the speaker (4) is secured at the end section of
the retractable rod (32) and moved with the retractable rod (32), and with the installation
of the above-mentioned spiral guide rail (321) and the position liming slot (132),
the speaker (4) is enabled to be protruded or retracted with a rotating means.
[0020] As shown from FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the retractable speaker structure (10) provided by
the present invention further includes a storage cylinder (5) fastened on the cover
(13) and disposed corresponding to the retractable rod (32), thereby allowing the
speaker (4) to be stored in or protruded out from the storage cylinder (5).
[0021] Please refer from FIG. 3 to FIG. 6, the assembly of the retractable speaker structure
(10) is that: the case (1) is formed with the chamber (11); the driving member (2)
is installed in the chamber (11) and includes the stepping motor (21) and the transmission
shaft (22) connected to the stepping motor (22), wherein the stepping motor (21) is
fastened on the case (1) and served to drive the transmission shaft (22) to rotate;
the retracting mechanism (3) is disposed in the chamber (11) and includes the screw
rod (31) and the retractable rod (32) fitted with the screw rod (31), the screw rod
(31) is driven by the transmissions shaft (22) to rotate, thereby enabling the retractable
rod (32) to perform the protruding/retracting movement relative to the screw rod (31);
the speaker (4) is secured at the end section of the retractable rod (32) and moved
with the retractable rod (32). Accordingly, by the stepping motor (21) driving the
retracting mechanism (3) to protrude or retract, the retractable speaker structure
(10) is able to be adjusted for being protruded or retracted according to the actual
needs, thereby effectively simplifying components and lowering production cost.
[0022] Please refer from FIG. 3 to FIG. 6, which disclose the operating status of the retractable
speaker structure (10) provided by the present invention; when the retractable speaker
structure (10) is installed in a vehicle and the speaker (4) is not in use, the speaker
(4) is stored and hidden in the storage cylinder (5); when the speaker (4) is desired
to be used, the stepping motor (21) drives the transmission shaft (22) to rotate,
the transmission shaft (22) drives the transmission gear (23) to rotate, then the
transmission gear (23) drives the passive gear (33) for enabling the screw rod (31)
to rotate, because the inner thread segment of the retractable rod (32) is fitted
with the screw rod (31), the retractable rod (32) is pushed by the screw rod (31)
for being ascended, thereby allowing the speaker (4) to be ascended from the storage
cylinder (5), and because the spiral guide rail (321) of the retractable rod (32)
is limited by the position limiting slot (132), when the speaker (4) is pushed by
the retractable rod (32) for being ascended from the storage cylinder (5), the speaker
(4) is enabled to be rotated and ascended along with the spiral guide rail (321).
In addition, the position limiting slot (132) is matched with the shape of the spiral
guide rail (321), so the retractable rod (32) is able to be smoothly rotated for being
ascended thereby avoiding the situation of unsmooth ascend or even being jammed. Moreover,
when the speaker (4) is desired to be descended for being stored in the storage cylinder
(5), the stepping motor (21) just reversely rotates for driving the transmission shaft
(22) to rotate.
[0023] Wherein, the stepping motor (21) is one type of pulse motor, which is a motor gradually
rotating with a certain angle, and an open loop is adopted for controlling, so a precise
control of position and speed can be achieved without a feedback device for detecting
location and speed. As such, the retractable speaker structure (10) provided by the
present invention does not require a reducing gear nor a location sensor, and the
rotation speed of the retractable rod (32) can still be effectively and stably controlled
and the stroke of the retractable rod (32) can also be precisely limited, thereby
allowing the retractable speaker structure (10) to be provided with advantages of
simplifying components and lowering production cost.
[0024] Please refer to FIG. 7, which discloses a second embodiment illustrating the retractable
speaker structure (10) provided by the present invention. The second embodiment is
substantially the same as the first embodiment, and the difference between the two
is that the outer wall of the retractable rod (32) is protrudingly formed with a linear
guide rail (322).
[0025] A further illustration is that the outer wall of the retractable rod (32) is formed
with the linear guide rail (322), the cover (13) is formed with a position limiting
slot (132) allowing the linear guide rail (322) to be received therein, and the retractable
rod (32) is disposed corresponding to the above-mentioned penetrated hole (131), the
linear guide rail (322) is mutually positioned with the position limiting slot (132),
thereby enabling the speaker (4) to be protruded or retracted with a linearly moving
means, and the same function and effect as the first embodiment can be provided.
[0026] Please refer to FIG. 8, which discloses a third embodiment illustrating the retractable
speaker structure (10) provided by the present invention. The third embodiment is
substantially the same as the first embodiment, and the difference between the two
is the configuration of the driving member (2), so the screw rod (31) is able to be
driven by the transmission shaft (22) to rotate with a different means.
[0027] A detail illustration is that the driving member (2) further includes a first gear
(24), a second gear (25) and a transmission chain (26); the first gear (24) is sleeved
on the transmission shaft (22) and rotated with the transmission shaft (22), the second
gear (25) is connected to the end section of the screw rod (31) and linked with the
screw rod (31), and the transmission chain (26) is sleeved at the outer side of the
first gear (24) and the second gear (25) and mutually engaged with the first gear
(24) and the second gear (25) for transmission, so when the transmission shaft (22)
is rotated, the transmission shaft (22) is able to drive the screw rod (31) to rotate
through the first gear (24), the transmission chain (26) and the second gear (25)
being mutually engaged. Accordingly, the same function and effect as the first embodiment
can be provided.
[0028] Please refer to FIG. 9, which discloses a fourth embodiment illustrating the retractable
speaker structure (10) provided by the present invention. The fourth embodiment is
substantially the same as the first embodiment, and the difference between the two
is the configuration of the driving member (2), so the screw rod (31) is able to be
driven by the transmission shaft (22) to rotate with a different means.
[0029] A further illustration is that the driving member (2) further includes a first gear
(24), a second gear (25) and a transmission belt (27); the first gear (24) is sleeved
on the transmission shaft (22) and rotated with the transmission shaft (22), the second
gear (25) is connected to the end section of the screw rod (31) and linked with the
screw rod (31), and the inner wall of the transmission belt (27) is extended with
an inner gear (271), the transmission belt (27) is sleeved at the outer side of the
first gear (24) and the second gear (25), and the inner gear (271) is mutually engaged
with the first gear (24) and the second gear (25) for transmission, so when the transmission
shaft (22) is rotated, the transmission shaft (22) is able to drive the screw rod
(31) to rotate through the first gear (24), the inner gear (271) and the second gear
(25) being mutually engaged. Accordingly, the same function and effect as the first
embodiment can be provided.

speaker structure (10) provided by the present invention. The fifth embodiment is
substantially the same as the first embodiment, and the difference between the two
is the configuration of the driving member (2), so the screw rod (31) is able to be
driven by the transmission shaft (22) to rotate with a different means.
[0031] A detail illustration is that the driving member (2) further includes a first passive
wheel (28), a second passive wheel (29) an a transmission belt (27'); the first passive
wheel (28) is sleeved on the transmission shaft (22) and rotated with the transmission
shaft (22), the second passive wheel (29) is connected to the end section of the screw
rod (31) and linked with the screw rod (31), and the transmission belt (27') is tightly
sleeved at the outer side of the first passive wheel (28) and the second passive wheel
(29), so when the first passive wheel (28) is rotated, a friction force is generated
between the transmission belt (27'), the first passive wheel (28) and the second passive
wheel (29) thereby driving the second passive wheel (29) to rotate.
[0032] As such, when the transmission shaft (22) is rotated, the transmission shaft (22)
is able to drive the screw rod (31) to rotate through the friction force generated
between the first passive wheel (28), the transmission belt (27') and the second passive
wheel (29). Accordingly, the same function and effect as the first embodiment can
be provided.
1. A retractable speaker structure for use in a vehicle, including:
a case (1) having a chamber (11) formed between a base (12) and a cover (13);
a driving member (2), installed in the chamber (11) and including a stepping motor
(21) and a transmission shaft (22) connected to the stepping motor (21), wherein the
stepping motor (21) is fastened on the case (1) and drives the transmission shaft
(22) to rotate, and the stepping motor (21) gradually rotates with a certain angle,
and an open loop is adopted for controlling, so a precise control of position and
speed can be achieved without a feedback device for detecting location and speed;
a retracting mechanism (3), disposed in the chamber (11) and including a screw rod
(31) and a retractable rod (32) fitted with the screw rod (31), wherein the screw
rod (31) is driven by the transmission shaft (22) to rotate, thereby enabling the
retractable rod (32) to perform a protruding/retracting movement relative to the screw
rod (31), and an outer wall of the retractable rod (32) is protrudingly formed with
a spiral guide rail (321) or a linear guide rail (322), the cover (13) formed with
a position limiting slot (132) allowing the spiral guide rail (321) or the linear
guide rail (322) to be received therein; and
a speaker (4), secured at an end section of the retractable rod (32) and moved with
the retractable rod (32).
2. The retractable speaker structure for use in a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein
the driving member (2) further includes a transmission gear (23) sleeved on the transmission
shaft (22) and rotated with the transmission shaft (22); the retracting mechanism
(3) further includes a passive gear (33) connected to an end section of the screw
rod (31) and linked with the screw rod (31), thereby enabling the transmission gear
(23) and the passive gear (33) to be mutually engaged for transmission.
3. The retractable speaker structure for use in a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein
the driving member (2) further includes a first gear (24), a second gear (25) and
a transmission chain (26); the first gear (24) is sleeved on the transmission shaft
(22) and rotated with the transmission shaft (22), the second gear (25) is connected
to an end section of the screw rod (31) and linked with the screw rod (31), and the
transmission chain (26) is sleeved at an outer side of the first gear (24) and the
second gear (25) and mutually engaged with the first gear (24) and the second gear
(25) for transmission.
4. The retractable speaker structure for use in a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein
the driving member (2) further includes a first gear (24), a second gear (25) and
a transmission belt (27); the first gear (24) is sleeved on the transmission shaft
(22) and rotated with the transmission shaft (22), the second gear (25) is connected
to an end section of the screw rod (31) and linked with the screw rod (31), and an
inner wall of the transmission belt (27) is extended with an inner gear (271), the
transmission belt (27) is sleeved at an outer side of the first gear (24) and the
second gear (25), and the inner gear (271) is mutually engaged with the first gear
(24) and the second gear (25) for transmission.
5. The retractable speaker structure for use in a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein
the driving member (2) further includes a first passive wheel (28), a second passive
wheel (29) and a transmission belt (27'); the first passive wheel (28) is sleeved
on the transmission shaft (22) and rotated with the transmission shaft (22), the second
passive wheel (29) is connected to an end section of the screw rod (31) and linked
with the screw rod (31), and the transmission belt (27') is tightly sleeved at an
outer side of the first passive wheel (28) and the second passive wheel (29).
6. The retractable speaker structure for use in a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein
the cover (13) is correspondingly engaged with the base (12).
7. The retractable speaker structure for use in a vehicle according to claim 6, wherein
the cover (13) is formed with a penetrated hole (131), one end of the screw rod (31)
is disposed corresponding to the base (12), and the other end thereof and the retractable
rod (32) are both disposed corresponding to the penetrated hole (131).
8. The retractable speaker structure for use in a vehicle according to claim 6, further
including a storage cylinder (5) fastened on the cover (13) and disposed corresponding
to the retractable rod (32), thereby allowing the speaker (4) to be stored in or protruded
out from the storage cylinder (5).
9. The retractable speaker structure for use in a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein
the retractable rod (32) is formed with an inner thread segment, and the screw rod
(31) is able to be fitted with the retractable rod (32) through the inner thread segment.
1. Einziehbare Lautsprecherstruktur zur Verwendung in einem Fahrzeug, beinhaltend:
ein Gehäuse (1) mit einer Kammer (11), die zwischen einer Basis (12) und einer Abdeckung
(13) gebildet ist;
ein Antriebselement (2), das in der Kammer (11) installiert ist und einen Schrittmotor
(21) und eine mit dem Schrittmotor (21) verbundene Getriebewelle (22) aufweist, wobei
der Schrittmotor (21) an dem Gehäuse (1) befestigt ist und die Getriebewelle (22)
zum Drehen antreibt, und der Schrittmotor (21) sich allmählich mit einem bestimmten
Winkel dreht, und eine offene Schleife zur Steuerung eingerichtet ist, so dass eine
präzise Steuerung von Position und Geschwindigkeit ohne ein Rückkopplungsgerät zur
Erkennung von Ort und Geschwindigkeit ermöglicht wird;
einen in der Kammer (11) angeordneten Einziehmechanismus (3), der eine Gewindestange
(31) und eine mit der Gewindestange (31) versehene einziehbare Stange (32) umfasst,
wobei die Gewindestange (31) von der Getriebewelle (22) angetrieben wird, um sich
zu drehen, wodurch die einziehbare Stange (32) eine ausfahrende/einziehende Bewegung
relativ zur Gewindestange (31) ausführen kann, und eine Außenwand der einziehbaren
Stange (32) hervorstehend mit einer spiralförmigen Führungsschiene (321) oder einer
linearen Führungsschiene (322) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Abdeckung (13) mit einem
positionsbegrenzenden Schlitz (132) gebildet ist, der die spiralförmige Führungsschiene
(321) oder die lineare Führungsschiene (322) aufnehmen kann, und einen Lautsprecher
(4), der an einem Endabschnitt der einziehbaren Stange (32) befestigt ist und mit
der einziehbaren Stange (32) bewegt wird.
2. Einziehbare Lautsprecherstruktur zur Verwendung in einem Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 1,
wobei das Antriebselement (2) weiterhin ein Übertragungsrad (23) aufweist, das auf
der Übertragungswelle (22) aufgezogen ist und mit der Übertragungswelle (22) gedreht
wird; wobei der Einziehmechanismus (3) ferner ein passives Zahnrad (33) aufweist,
das mit einem Endabschnitt der Gewindestange (31) verbunden und mit der Gewindestange
(31) verbunden ist, wodurch das Übertragungsrad (23) und das passive Zahnrad (33)
für die Übertragung gegenseitig in Eingriff gebracht werden können.
3. Einziehbare Lautsprecherstruktur zur Verwendung in einem Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 1,
wobei das Antriebselement (2) weiterhin ein erstes Zahnrad (24), ein zweites Zahnrad
(25) und eine Übertragungskette (26) aufweist; wobei das erste Zahnrad (24) auf der
Getriebewelle (22) aufgezogen ist und mit der Getriebewelle (22) gedreht wird, wobei
das zweite Zahnrad (25) mit einem Endabschnitt der Gewindestange (31) verbunden und
mit der Gewindestange (31) verbunden ist, und die Übertragungskette (26) an einer
Außenseite des ersten Zahnrads (24) und des zweiten Zahnrads (25) aufgezogen ist und
mit dem ersten Zahnrad (24) und dem zweiten Zahnrad (24) in Eingriff steht.
4. Einziehbare Lautsprecherstruktur zur Verwendung in einem Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 1,
wobei das Antriebselement (2) weiterhin ein erstes Zahnrad (24), ein zweites Zahnrad
(25) und einen Antriebsriemen (27) aufweist; wobei das erste Zahnrad (24) auf der
Getriebewelle (22) aufgezogen ist und mit der Getriebewelle (22) gedreht wird, wobei
das zweite Zahnrad (25) mit einem Endabschnitt der Gewindestange (31) verbunden und
mit der Gewindestange (31) verbunden ist, und eine Innenwandung des Antriebsriemens
(27) mit einem Innenzahnrad (271) gespannt ist, der Antriebsriemen (27) an einer Außenseite
des ersten Zahnrads (24) und des zweiten Zahnrads (25) aufgezogen ist, und das Innenzahnrad
(271) mit dem ersten Zahnrad (24) und dem zweiten Zahnrad (25) für die Übertragung
gegenseitig in Eingriff steht.
5. Einziehbare Lautsprecherstruktur zur Verwendung in einem Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 1,
wobei das Antriebselement (2) weiterhin ein erstes passives Rad (28), ein zweites
passives Rad (29) und einen Antriebsriemen (27') aufweist; wobei das erste passive
Rad (28) auf der Getriebewelle (22) aufgezogen ist und mit der Getriebewelle (22)
gedreht wird, wobei das zweite passive Rad (29) mit einem Endabschnitt der Gewindestange
(31) verbunden und mit der Gewindestange (31) verbunden ist, und der Antriebsriemen
(27') an einer Außenseite des ersten passiven Rads (28) und des zweiten passiven Rads
(29) fest aufgezogen ist.
6. Einziehbare Lautsprecherstruktur zur Verwendung in einem Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 1,
wobei die Abdeckung (13) entsprechend mit der Basis (12) in Verbindung steht.
7. Einziehbare Lautsprecherstruktur zur Verwendung in einem Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 6,
wobei die Abdeckung (13) mit einem durchbohrten Loch (131) ausgebildet ist, ein Ende
der Gewindestange (31) entsprechend der Basis (12) angeordnet ist und das andere Ende
davon und die einziehbare Stange (32) beide entsprechend dem durchbohrten Loch (131)
angeordnet sind.
8. Einziehbare Lautsprecherstruktur zur Verwendung in einem Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 6,
ferner mit einem Speicherzylinder (5), der an der Abdeckung (13) befestigt und entsprechend
der einziehbaren Stange (32) angeordnet ist, so dass der Lautsprecher (4) in dem Speicherzylinder

9. Einziehbare Lautsprecherstruktur zur Verwendung in einem Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 1,
wobei die einziehbare Stange (32) mit einem Innengewinde-Segment ausgebildet ist,
und die Gewindestange (31) mit der einziehbaren Stange (32) durch das Innengewinde-Segment
hindurch angebracht werden kann.

lequel le moteur pas à pas (21) est fixé sur le boîtier (1) et entraîne l'arbre de
transmission (22) en rotation, et le moteur pas à pas (21) tourne graduellement avec
un certain angle, et une boucle ouverte est adoptée pour la commande, de telle manière
qu'une commande précise de la position et de la vitesse peuvent être obtenue sans
dispositif de rétroaction pour la détection de la position et de la vitesse ;
un mécanisme de rétraction (3), disposé dans la chambre (11) et comprenant une tige
de vis (31) et une tige rétractable (32) équipée de la tige de vis (31), dans lequel
la tige de vis (31) est entraînée en rotation par l'arbre de transmission (22), permettant
ainsi à la tige rétractable (32) d'effectuer un mouvement de saillie/ rétraction par
rapport à la tige de vis (31); et une paroi extérieure de la tige rétractable (32)
est formée en saillie avec un rail de guidage hélicoïdal (321) ou un rail de guidage
linéaire (322), le couvercle (13) étant formé avec une encoche de délimitation de
position (132) permettant le logement du rail de guidage hélicoïdal (321) ou du rail
de guidage linéaire (322) en son sein ; et
un haut-parleur (4), fixé à une section d'extrémité de la tige rétractable (32) et
mobile avec la tige rétractable (32).
2. La structure de haut-parleur rétractable à utiliser dans un véhicule selon la revendication
1, dans laquelle l'élément d'entraînement (2) comprend en outre un engrenage de transmission
(23) gainé sur l'arbre de transmission (22) et entraîné en rotation avec l'arbre de
transmission (22); le mécanisme rétractable (3) comprenant en outre un pignon passif
(33) relié à une section d'extrémité de la tige de vis (31) et lié à la tige de vis
(31), permettant ainsi à l'engrenage de transmission (23) et à l'engrenage passif
(33)) d'être mutuellement en prise pour la transmission.
3. La structure de haut-parleur rétractable à utiliser dans un véhicule selon la revendication
1, dans laquelle l'élément d'entraînement (2) comprend en outre un premier engrenage
(24), un second engrenage (25) et une chaîne de transmission (26); le premier engrenage
(24) étant emmanché sur l'arbre de transmission (22) et entraîné en rotation avec
l'arbre de transmission (22), le second engrenage (25) étant relié à une section d'extrémité
de la tige de vis (31) et en liaison avec la tige de vis (31), et la chaîne de transmission
(26) étant emmanchée sur un côté extérieur du premier engrenage (24) et du second
engrenage (25) et mutuellement en prise pour la transmission avec le premier engrenage
(24) et le second engrenage (25).
4. La structure de haut-parleur rétractable à utiliser dans un véhicule selon la revendication
1, dans laquelle l'élément d'entraînement (2) comprend en outre un premier engrenage
(24), un second engrenage (25) et une courroie de transmission (27); le premier engrenage
(24) étant emmanché sur l'arbre de transmission (22) et entraîné en rotation avec
l'arbre de transmission (22), le second engrenage (25) étant relié à une section d'extrémité
de la tige de vis (31) et en liaison avec la tige de vis (31), et une paroi interne
de la courroie de transmission (27) est prolongée avec un engrenage interne (271),
la courroie de transmission (27) étant emmanchée sur un côté extérieur du premier
engrenage (24) et du second engrenage (25), et l'engrenage interne (271) étant mutuellement
en prise pour la transmission avec le premier engrenage (24) et le second engrenage
(25).
5. La structure de haut-parleur rétractable à utiliser dans un véhicule selon la revendication
1, dans laquelle l'élément d'entraînement (2) comprend en outre une première roue
passive (28), une seconde roue passive (29) et une courroie de transmission (27');
la première roue passive (28) étant emmanchée sur l'arbre de transmission (22) et
entraînée en rotation avec l'arbre de transmission (22), la seconde roue passive (29)
est reliée à une section d'extrémité de la tige de vis (31) et en liaison avec la
tige de la vis (31), et la courroie de transmission (27') est manchonnée de manière
étanche sur un côté extérieur de la première roue passive (28) et de la seconde roue
passive (29).
6. La structure de haut-parleur rétractable à utiliser dans un véhicule selon la revendication
1, dans laquelle le couvercle est en prise correspondante avec la base 12.
7. La structure de haut-parleur rétractable à utiliser dans un véhicule selon la revendication
6, dans laquelle le couvercle (13) est formé avec un trou traversant (131), une extrémité
de la tige de vis (31) est disposée de manière correspondante à la base (12), et l'autre
extrémité de celle-ci ainsi que la tige rétractable (32) étant toutes deux disposées
de manière à correspondre au trou traversant (131).
8. La structure de haut-parleur rétractable à utiliser dans un véhicule selon la revendication
6, comprenant en outre un cylindre de stockage (5) fixé sur le couvercle (13) et disposé
en correspondance par rapport à la tige rétractable (32), permettant ainsi de loger
le haut-parleur (4) dans le cylindre de stockage (5) ou d'en sortie par saillie.
9. La structure de haut-parleur rétractable à utiliser dans un véhicule selon la revendication
1, dans laquelle la tige rétractable (32) est formée avec un segment de filetage intérieur,
et la tige de vis (31) peut être équipée de la tige rétractable (32) à travers le
segment de filetage interne.
