FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The invention relates to shelving devices, also named gondola, comprising at least
one moveable shelf for displaying articles.
BACKGROUND ART
[0002] Shelving devices, also named gondola, comprising a plurality of shelves for displaying
articles are well known. Said shelving devices generally comprise a base, a plurality
of vertical columns which extend from the base and a plurality of shelves, also named
sales shelves, each mounted on two successive vertical columns.
[0003] Many articles are resting on the shelves so that the latter have to bear the weight
of these articles, which weight can be heavy. The shelves have thus to be substantially
rigid and must tolerate a shear stress which is high.
[0004] The shelves are generally each formed by a metal plate which is configured to be
loaded with many articles.
[0005] Most of shelves are arranged on the shelving device such that they are easily accessible
for a user that stocks up again said shelves.
[0006] However, some shelves, in particular the uppermost and lowermost shelves mounted
on the shelving device, are not so easy to access.
[0007] The user has to bend down or to crouch for facing such a bottom shelf and then to
stretch out its arm to reach the rear of said shelf in order to put or to catch articles;
while the user has to put on tiptoe or use a ladder or a lift machine to access such
a upper shelf.
[0008] The position of the user is therefore particularly uncomfortable.
[0009] Others shelving devices are already known, which comprise moveable shelves having
generally an inserted position for displaying articles placed thereon and a deployed
position for restocking.
[0010] Said moveable shelves are arranged like conventional drawers. Namely, they comprise
a casing having slide elements which cooperate with guiding rails fixed on the base
or on lateral panels that comprises the shelving device.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0011] The invention is directed to a shelving device for displaying articles, comprising
at least a moveable shelf, which shelf is configured to be convenient and easily accessible
for a user to restock and which is also simple, economic and easy to manufacture.
[0012] The invention accordingly provides a shelving device for displaying articles, as
recited in claim 1.
[0013] The invention accordingly also provides another shelving device for displaying articles,
as recited in claim 2.
[0014] The shelving devices according to the invention are very convenient in that the moving
system allows to change the height of the support plate in addition to the displacement
of the latter between the inserted and deployed positions, in a single operation.
[0015] For instance, it is particularly advantageous when the moveable shelf is located
at the top of the shelving device to simultaneously take down and deploy the support
plate.
[0016] In the same manner, it is also particularly advantageous for instance when the moveable
shelf is located at the bottom of the shelving device to simultaneously raise and
deploy the support plate.
[0017] The moving system of the moveable shelf of the shelving device according to the invention
thus allows the displacement of the moveable shelf between the inserted and deployed
positions in order for instance to restock the support plate in a safe manner, while
being particularly simple, economic and easy to manufacture.
[0018] According to features preferred as being very simple, convenient and economical for
embodying the shelving device according to the invention:
- said moving system is configured so that, in said inserted position of said at least
one moveable shelf, said at least two moveable arms are substantially parallel to
each other and face said back frame and, in said deployed position of said at least
one moveable shelf, said at least two moveable arms are also substantially parallel
to each other and extend in a direction substantially perpendicular to said back frame;
- said moving system and support plate are configured so that said at least one actuator
is in a retracted configuration when said at least one moveable shelf is in said deployed
position and said at least one actuator is in a deployed configuration when said at
least one moveable shelf is in said inserted position;
- said moving system and support plate are configured so that said at least one actuator
is in a deployed configuration when said at least one moveable shelf is in said deployed
position and said at least one actuator is in a retracted configuration when said
at least one moveable shelf is in said inserted position;
- said at least one moveable shelf comprises a handle grip for the passage from one
to the other of said inserted and deployed positions;
- the shelving device comprises at least one fixed shelf which is mounted on said back
frame and which overhangs said base, said at least one moveable shelf overhanging
at least in its inserted position said at least one fixed shelf;
- the shelving device comprises at least one fixed shelf which is mounted on said back
frame and which overhangs said base and said at least one moveable shelf at least
in its inserted position; and/or
- said moving system and support plate are configured so that said at least one actuator
is in a deployed configuration when said at least one moveable shelf is in said deployed
position and said at least one actuator is in a retracted configuration when said
at least one moveable shelf is in said inserted position;
- said first end of said at least one actuator is pivotally attached to a finger which
protrudes from said first end of said moveable arm;
- at least one of said moveable arms comprises an elongated portion extending between
said first and second ends of said moveable arm and said first end of said at least
one actuator is pivotally attached to an eyelet which protrudes from said elongated
portion;
- said support frame has a general shape of a casing which defines a receiving space
and said at least one moveable shelf is introduced into said receiving space in its
inserted position and said at least one moveable shelf is at least partially remote
to said receiving space in its deployed position;
- said at least one moveable shelf is located at a top of said shelving device and said
first predetermined height is bigger than said second predetermined height;
- said at least one moveable shelf is located at a bottom of said shelving device and
said first predetermined height is smaller than said second predetermined height;
- said at least one moveable shelf comprises a handle grip for the passage from one
to the other of said inserted and deployed positions;
- the shelving device comprises at least one fixed shelf which is mounted on said back
frame and which overhangs said base, said at least one moveable shelf overhanging
at least in its inserted position said at least one fixed shelf;
- the shelving device comprises at least one fixed shelf which is mounted on said back
frame and which overhangs said base and said at least one moveable shelf at least
in its inserted position; and/or
- said back frame comprises at least two vertical columns extending from said base and
a back panel also extending from said base and disposed between said at least two
vertical columns, said at least one fixed shelf being fixed to said at least two vertical
columns and/or to said base.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

embodiment given hereinafter by way of non-limiting example and with reference to
the appended drawings. In these drawings:
- Figures 1 to 3 are side views of a shelving device comprising a plurality of fixed

in an intermediary position and in a deployed position; and
- Figures 4 to 6 are side views of a variant of a shelving device comprising a fixed
shelf and a moveable bottom shelf which is respectively in an inserted position, in
an intermediary position and in a deployed position.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERED EMBODIMENTS
[0020] Figures 1 to 3 show a shelving device 1, also named gondola, which is used to display
articles (not represented).
[0021] The shelving device 1 is configured to be disposed for instance in a supermarket
and to receive articles to display for instance for sale.
[0022] The shelving device 1 comprises a base 2 and a back frame 3 extending from the base
2, a plurality of fixed shelves 6 and one upper moveable shelf 7.
[0023] The back frame 3 comprises two vertical columns 4 (only one is shown on Figures)
extending from the base 2 and a back panel 5 also extending from the base 2 and disposed
between the two vertical columns 4.
[0024] The base 2 is made of metal and comprises two foot members 8 spaced apart and each
extending longitudinally from a first end to a second end opposite to the first end.
[0025] Each foot member 8 is fixedly attached by its first end to the bottom of a respective
vertical column 4.
[0026] Each foot member 8 comprises a main body 9 and a receiving U-shaped portion 10 protruding
from a top edge of the main body 9.
[0027] Each foot member 8 further comprises two adjusting studs 11 extending from a bottom
edge of the main body 9, which is opposite to its top edge.
[0028] The adjusting studs 11 are configured to level the shelving device 1 relative to
a gradient of a floor (not shown) on which the shelving device 1 is located.
[0029] The two vertical columns 4 are made from metal and have each a general shape of a
rod having a rectangular section.
[0030] Each vertical column 4 comprises an exterior lateral face 12, an interior lateral
face (not represented) opposite to the exterior lateral face 12, a front face 14 and
a back face 15, opposite to the front face 14.
[0031] A plurality of first openings 16 (shown in interrupted lines) are provided both in
the front face 14 and in the back face 15. Each first opening 16 has a rectangular
general shape whose corners are rounded.

[0033] The back panel 5 is a flat metal back panel which is sandwiched between the two vertical
columns 4.

lateral face of a vertical column 4.

a respective spacer (not shown) that comprises the shelving device 1.

like the back panel 5, on the respective interior lateral faces of the vertical columns

a front face 23 linking both lateral faces 21.

the shelf 6.

from a single metal sheet which comprises two lateral edges (not represented) which
are opposite to each other and a front edge (not represented), all these edges being
folded to form the roof-deck.

between the lateral edge and the front edge and at a junction between the lateral
edge and the front edge in order to allow folding of it to form the roof-deck.

is mounted on the front face 14 and fastened to the base 2 and optionally further
fastened to the back frame 3.

a support plate (130) configured to display articles and a moving system (140) configured
to displace said support plate (130) between said inserted and deployed positions,
said moving system (140) being further configured to place said support plate (130)
at a first predetermined height (H3) relative to said base (102) when said support
plate (130) is in said inserted position and to place said support plate (130) at
a second predetermined height (H4) relative to said base (102) when said support plate

3. Shelving device according to one of claims 1 and 2, wherein said moving system (40;
140) is configured so that, in said inserted position of said at least one moveable
shelf (7; 107), said at least two moveable arms (48, 49; 148, 149) are substantially
parallel to each other and face said back frame (3; 103) and, in said deployed position
of said at least one moveable shelf (7; 107), said at least two moveable arms (48,
49; 148, 149) are also substantially parallel to each other and extend in a direction
substantially perpendicular to said back frame (3; 103).
4. Shelving device according to claim 1, wherein said moving system (40) and support
plate (30) are configured so that said at least one actuator (60) is in a retracted
configuration when said at least one moveable shelf (7) is in said deployed position
and said at least one actuator (60) is in a deployed configuration when said at least
one moveable shelf (7) is in said inserted position.
5. Shelving device according to claim 2, wherein said moving system (140) and support
plate (130) are configured so that said at least one actuator (160, 180) is in a deployed
configuration when said at least one moveable shelf (107) is in said deployed position
and said at least one actuator (160, 180) is in a retracted configuration when said
at least one moveable shelf (107) is in said inserted position.
6. Shelving device according to any one of claims 2,3 or 5, wherein said at least one
moveable shelf (107) comprises a handle grip (190) for the passage from one to the
other of said inserted and deployed positions.
7. Shelving device according to any one of claims 1,3 or 4, comprising at least one fixed
shelf (6) which is mounted on said back frame (3) and which overhangs said base (2),
said at least one moveable shelf (7) overhanging at least in its inserted position
said at least one fixed shelf (6).

fixed shelf (106) which is mounted on said back frame (103) and which overhangs said

eine bewegliche Regal (7) nahe zu dem Rückenrahmen (3) ist, und eine eingesetzte Position
aufweist, in welcher das wenigstens eine bewegliche Regal (7) von dem Rückenrahmen
(3) entfernt ist, wobei das wenigstens eine bewegliche Regal (7) eine Stützplatte
(30), die zum Darstellen von Artikeln eingerichtet ist, und ein Bewegungssystem (40)
umfasst, das zum Verschieben der Stützplatte (30) zwischen den Einschub- und eingesetzten
Positionen eingerichtet ist, wobei das Bewegungssystem (40) weiter zum Platzieren
der Stützplatte (30) bei einer ersten vorbestimmten Höhe (H1) relativ zu der Basis
(2), wenn die Stützplatte (30) in der Einschubposition ist, und zum Platzieren der
Stützplatte (30) bei einer zweiten vorbestimmten Höhe (H2) relativ zu der Basis (2)
eingerichtet ist, wenn die Stützplatte (30) in der eingesetzten Position ist, wobei
die erste vorbestimmte Höhe (H1) sich von der zweiten vorbestimmten Höhe (H2) unterscheidet;
wobei das Bewegungssystem (40) einen Stützrahmen (41), der wenigstens zwei auf der
Basis (2) und/oder dem Rückenrahmen (3) befestigte horizontale Träger (45, 46) aufweist,
und wenigstens zwei Arme (48, 49) umfasst, von denen jeder ein erstes Ende (50, 51),
das drehbar zu einem der zwei horizontalen Träger (45, 46) ist, und ein gegenüber

zu der Stützplatte (30) angebracht ist, wobei die zwei horizontalen Träger (45, 46)

wobei der Stützrahmen (41) wenigstens einen zusätzlichen Träger (47) aufweist, der
ähnlich zu den zwei horizontalen Trägern (45, 46) und auf der Basis (2) und/oder dem
Rückenrahmen (3) befestigt ist; und wobei das Bewegungssystem (40) wenigstens einen
Aktuator (60) umfasst, der ein erstes Ende (61), das drehbar zu wenigstens einem der
drehbaren Arme (49) ist, und ein dem ersten Ende (61) gegenüberliegendes zweites Ende
(62) aufweist, das drehbar zu dem wenigstens einen zusätzlichen Träger (47) ist;
wobei das erste Ende (61) des wenigstens einen Aktuators (60) drehbar zu einem Finger
(54) ist, der von dem ersten Ende (51) des drehbaren Arms (49) herausragt;
wobei der Stützrahmen (41) eine allgemeine Form eines Gehäuses aufweist, das einen
Empfangsraum (42) definiert, und das wenigstens eine bewegliche Regal (7) in den Empfangsraum
(42) in seiner eingeschobenen Position eingeführt ist und das wenigstens eine bewegliche
Regal (7) wenigstens teilweise zu dem Empfangsraum (42) in seiner eingesetzten Position
entfernt ist; und
wobei der Stützrahmen (41) auf beiden Seiten des Empfangsraum zwei Unterrahmen umfasst,
von denen jedes zwei gegenüberliegende vertikale Träger (43, 44) aufweist, und wobei
die zwei gegenüberliegenden horizontalen Träger (45, 46) und der zusätzliche Träger
(47), einer der vertikalen Träger (43, 44) direkt oder dank einer Schnittstelle zu
dem Rückenrahmen (3) befestigt ist, wobei jeder der zwei horizontalen Träger als auch
der zusätzliche Träger an den vertikalen Trägern (43, 44) befestigt ist und die zwei
vertikalen Träger (43, 44) ebenfalls im Wesentlichen parallel voneinander durch die
zwei horizontalen Träger (46, 47) beabstandet sind, wobei jeder von diesen zwischen
den zwei vertikalen Trägern (43, 44) eingelegt ist, während einer der zwei horizontalen
Träger (46) zwischen dem anderen der zwei horizontalen Träger (45, 46) und dem zusätzlichen
Träger (47) befindlich ist; und
wobei das wenigstens eine bewegliche Regal (7) oben auf der Regalvorrichtung (2) befindlich
ist und die erste vorbestimmte Höhe (H1) größer als die zweite vorbestimmte Höhe (H2)
ist.

zum Verkauf eingerichtet ist, umfassend eine Basis (102), einen von der Basis (102)
erstreckenden Rückenrahmen (103), wobei wenigstens eines der Basis (102) und des Rückenrahmens
(103) zum Empfangen wenigstens eines über der Basis (102) hängenden befestigten Regals
(106), und wenigstens ein bewegliches Regal (107), das an der Basis (102) und/oder
an dem Rückenrahmen (103) befestigt ist und das eine Einschubposition, in welcher
das wenigstens eine bewegliche Regal (107) nahe zu dem Rückenrahmen (103) ist, und
eine eingesetzte Position aufweist, in welcher das wenigstens eine bewegliche Regal
(107) von dem Rückenrahmen (103) entfernt ist, wobei das wenigstens eine bewegliche
Regal (107) eine Stützplatte (130), die zum Darstellen von Artikeln eingerichtet ist,
und ein Bewegungssystem (140) umfasst, das zum Verschieben der Stützplatte (130) zwischen
den Einschub- und eingesetzten Positionen eingerichtet ist, wobei das Bewegungssystem
(40) weiter zum Platzieren der Stützplatte (130) bei einer ersten vorbestimmten Höhe
(H3) relativ zu der Basis (102), wenn die Stützplatte (130) in der Einschubposition
ist, und zum Platzieren der Stützplatte (130) bei einer zweiten vorbestimmten Höhe
(H4) relativ zu der Basis (130) eingerichtet ist, wenn die Stützplatte (130) in der
eingesetzten Position ist, wobei die erste vorbestimmte Höhe (H3) sich von der zweiten
vorbestimmten Höhe (H4) unterscheidet;
wobei das Bewegungssystem (140) einen Stützrahmen (141), der wenigstens einen auf
der Basis (102) und/oder dem Rückenrahmen (103) befestigten horizontalen Träger (145)
aufweist, und wenigstens zwei Arme (148, 149) umfasst, von denen jeder ein erstes
Ende (150, 151), das drehbar zu dem wenigstens einen horizontalen Träger (145) ist,

wobei wenigstens einer der beweglichen Arme (148, 149) ein länglichen Bereich (170,

des drehbaren Arms (148, 149) erstreckt, und das erste Ende (161, 181) des wenigstens
einen Aktuators (160, 180) drehbar zu einer Öse (172, 173) angebracht ist, die von
dem länglichen Bereich (170, 171) herausragt;
wobei der Stützrahmen (141) eine allgemeine Form eines Gehäuses aufweist, das einen
Empfangsraum (142) definiert, und das wenigstens eine bewegliche Regal (107) in den
Empfangsraum (142) in seiner eingeschobenen Position eingeführt ist und das wenigstens
eine bewegliche Regal (107) wenigstens teilweise zu dem Empfangsraum (142) in seiner
eingesetzten Position entfernt ist;
wobei der Stützrahmen (141) auf beiden Seiten des Empfangsraum zwei Unterrahmen umfasst,
von denen jedes zwei gegenüberliegende vertikale Träger (143, 144) aufweist, und wobei
der wenigstens eine horizontale Träger (145) und der zusätzliche Träger (147) ähnlich
zu dem horizontalen Träger sind, einer der vertikalen Träger (143) direkt oder dank
einer Schnittstelle zu dem Rückenrahmen (103) befestigt ist, wobei der horizontale
Träger als auch der zusätzliche Träger an den vertikalen Träger (43, 44) befestigt
ist und dazu eingerichtet sind, voneinander im Wesentlichen parallel beabstandet zu
sein, und die zwei vertikalen Träger (43, 44) ebenfalls im Wesentlichen parallel voneinander
durch den zwei horizontalen Träger beabstandet sind, wobei jeder von diesen zwischen
den zwei vertikalen Trägern (43, 44) eingelegt ist, und
wobei das wenigstens eine bewegliche Regal (107) auf einem Boden der Regalvorrichtung
(101) befindlich ist und die erste vorbestimmte Höhe (H3) kleiner als die zweite vorbestimmte
Höhe (H4) ist.
3. Regalvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, wobei das Bewegungssystem (40;
140) derart eingerichtet ist, dass in der Einschubposition des wenigstens einen beweglichen
Regals (7; 107) die wenigstens zwei beweglichen Arme (48, 49; 148, 149) im Wesentlichen
parallel zu einander und dem Rückenrahmen (3; 103) zugewandt sind und in der eingesetzten
Position des wenigstens einen beweglichen Regals (7; 107) die wenigstens zwei beweglichen
Arme (48, 49; 148, 149) im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander sind und sich in eine
Richtung erstrecken, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu dem Rückenrahmen (3; 103) ist.
4. Regalvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Bewegungssystem (40) und die Stützplatte
(30) derart eingerichtet sind, dass der wenigstens eine Aktuator (60) in einer zurückgezogenen
Anordnung ist, wenn das wenigstens eine bewegliche Regal (7) in der eingesetzten Position
ist, und der wenigstens eine Aktuator (60) in einer eingesetzten Anordnung ist, wenn
das wenigstens eine bewegliche Regal (7) in der eingeschobenen Position ist.
5. Regalvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei das Bewegungssystem (140) und die Stützplatte
(130) derart eingerichtet sind, dass der wenigstens eine Aktuator (160, 180) in einer
eingesetzten Anordnung ist, wenn das wenigstens eine bewegliche Regal (170) in der
eingesetzten Position ist, und der wenigstens eine Aktuator (160, 180) in einer zurückgezogenen
Anordnung ist, wenn das wenigstens eine bewegliche Regal (107) in der eingeschobenen
Position ist.
6. Regalvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2, 3 oder 5, wobei das wenigstens eine bewegliche
Regal (107) einen Führungsgriff (1190) für den Übergang von einem zum anderen der
eingeschobenen und eingesetzten Positionen umfasst.
7. Regalvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 3 oder 4, umfassend wenigstens ein befestigtes
Regal (6), das an dem Rückenrahmen (3) befestigt ist und das über der Basis (2) hängt,
wobei das wenigstens eine bewegliche Regal (7) wenigstens in seiner eingeschobenen
Position über dem wenigstens einen befestigten Regal (6) hängt.
8. Regalvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2, 3, 5 oder 6, umfassend wenigstens ein
befestigtes Regal (106), das an dem Rückenrahmen (103) befestigt ist und das über
der Basis (102) wenigstens in seiner eingeschobenen Position über dem wenigstens einen

2. Dispositif de rayonnage pour supermarché et configuré pour recevoir des articles à
présenter pour la vente, comprenant une base (102), un bâti arrière (103) s'étendant
à partir de ladite base (102), au moins l'un parmi ladite base et ledit bâti arrière
étant configuré pour recevoir au moins une étagère fixe (106) surplombant ladite base
(102), et au moins une étagère mobile (107) montée sur ladite base (102) et/ou sur
ledit bâti arrière (103) et ayant une position insérée dans laquelle ladite au moins
une étagère mobile (107) est proche dudit bâti arrière (103) et une position déployée,
dans laquelle ladite au moins une étagère mobile (107) est à distance dudit bâti arrière
(103), dans lequel ladite au moins une étagère mobile (107) comprend une plaque de
support (130) configurée pour présenter des articles et un système de déplacement
(140) configuré pour déplacer ladite plaque de support (130) entre lesdites positions
insérée et déployée, ledit système de déplacement (140) étant en outre configuré pour
placer ladite plaque de support (130) à une première hauteur (H3) prédéterminée par
rapport à ladite base (102), lorsque ladite plaque de support (130) est dans ladite
position insérée et placer ladite plaque de support (130) dans une seconde hauteur
(H4) prédéterminée par rapport à ladite base (102), lorsque ladite plaque de support
(130) est dans ladite position déployée, ladite première hauteur (H3) prédéterminée
étant différente de ladite seconde hauteur (H4) prédéterminée ;
dans lequel ledit système de déplacement (140) comprend un bâti de support (141) ayant
au moins une poutre horizontale (145) montée sur ladite base (102) et/ou sur ledit
bâti arrière (103), et au moins deux bras mobiles (148, 149) ayant chacun au moins
une extrémité (151, 152) fixée de manière pivotante à ladite au moins une poutre horizontale

(142) dans sa position déployée ;
ledit bâti de support comprend de chaque côté de l'espace de réception, deux sous-châssis
ayant chacun deux poutres verticales (143, 144), qui sont opposées, ladite au moins
une poutre horizontale (145) et ladite poutre supplémentaire (147) étant similaires
à la poutre horizontale, l'une des poutres verticales (143) est fixée, directement
ou grâce à une interface, au bâti arrière (103), la poutre horizontale et la poutre
supplémentaire sont chacune montées sur les poutres verticales et sont configurées
pour être espacées, sensiblement parallèles, et les deux poutres verticales sont également
espacées, sensiblement parallèles, par la poutre horizontale et la poutre supplémentaire,
dont chacune est prise en sandwich entre les deux poutres verticales ; et
dans lequel ladite au moins une étagère mobile (107) est positionnée au fond dudit
dispositif de rayonnage (101) et ladite première hauteur (H3) prédéterminée est inférieure
à ladite seconde hauteur (H4) prédéterminée.
3. Dispositif de rayonnage selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, dans lequel ledit système
de déplacement (40 ; 140) est configuré de sorte que, dans ladite position insérée
de ladite au moins une étagère mobile (7 ; 107), lesdits au moins deux bras mobiles
(48, 49 ; 148, 149) sont sensiblement parallèles entre eux et font face audit bâti
arrière (3 ; 103) et, dans ladite position déployée de ladite au moins une étagère
mobile (7 ; 107), lesdits au moins deux bras mobiles (48, 49 ; 148, 149) sont également
sensiblement parallèles entre eux et s'étendent dans une direction sensiblement perpendiculaire
audit bâti arrière (3 ; 103).
4. Dispositif de rayonnage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit système de déplacement
(40) et la plaque de support (30) sont configurés de sorte que ledit au moins un actionneur
(60) est dans une configuration rétractée lorsque ladite au moins une étagère mobile
(7) est dans ladite position déployée et ledit au moins un actionneur (60) est dans
une configuration déployée lorsque ladite au moins une étagère mobile (7) est dans
ladite position insérée.
5. Dispositif de rayonnage selon la revendication 2, dans lequel ledit système de déplacement
(140) et la plaque de support (130) sont configurés de sorte que ledit au moins un
actionneur (160, 180) est dans une configuration déployée lorsque ladite au moins
une étagère mobile (107) est dans ladite position déployée et ledit au moins un actionneur
(160, 180) est dans une configuration rétractée lorsque ladite au moins une étagère
mobile (107) est dans ladite position insérée.
6. Dispositif de rayonnage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2, 3 ou 5, dans
lequel ladite au moins une étagère mobile (107) comprend une poignée (190) pour le
passage de l'une à l'autre desdites positions insérée et déployée.
7. Dispositif de rayonnage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 3 ou 4, comprenant
au moins une étagère fixe (6) qui est montée sur ledit bâti arrière (3) et qui surplombe
ladite base (2), ladite au moins une étagère mobile (7) surplombant au moins dans
sa position insérée ladite au moins une étagère fixe (6).
8. Dispositif de rayonnage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2, 3, 5 ou 6, comprenant
au moins une étagère fixe (106) qui est montée sur ledit bâti arrière (103) et qui
surplombe ladite base (102) et ladite au moins une étagère mobile (107), au moins
dans sa position insérée.
9. Dispositif de rayonnage selon l'une des revendications 7 et 8, dans lequel ledit bâti
arrière (3 ; 103) comprend au moins deux montants verticaux (4) s'étendant à partir
de ladite base (2 ; 102) et un panneau arrière (5 ; 105) s'étendant également à partir
de ladite base (2 ; 102) et disposé entre lesdits au moins deux montants verticaux
(4 ; 104), ladite au moins une étagère fixe (6 ; 106) étant fixée auxdits au moins
deux montants verticaux (4 ; 104) et/ou à ladite base (2 ; 102).
