FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The invention relates to the technical field of LED lighting, and more particularly
to an assembled LED luminaire.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] LED is known as an environmentally friendly light source and is widely used due to
the characteristics of small volume, low power consumption, long service life (ten
times that of traditional light sources), high brightness, low heat emission, no toxicity,
energy saving, environmental friendliness, etc., and LED is also gradually becoming
an emerging light source for replacing traditional light sources.
[0003] With the rapid development of LED technologies, there are various structures and
application forms for existing LED luminaires. Generally, a traditional LED luminaire
is an integral luminaire in which a lamp body equipped with such components as a transparent
lamp shade and an LED light source is directly fixedly connected with a lamp holder.
Such LED luminaire can be used after being electrically connected with an external
power source via the lamp holder, or a plurality of LED luminaires are fixedly connected
with a lamp bracket via the lamp holder and then combined into a high-brightness luminaire.
However, it is found that such assembled structure and the service performances thereof
have disadvantages during practical use.
[0004] On one hand, for the integral LED luminaire as described above, an LED lighting luminaire
with different power need to be constantly replaced or its external shape needs to
be re-designed and fabricated due to different requirements on the lighting brightness
and lighting luminaire shape, which tends to cause resource waste due to insufficient
flexibility as well as time and labor consumption during use. Especially for a decorative
LED luminaire, the luminaire is not just a lighting tool and also should have a decorative
function, thus the existing LED luminaires which have single shapes and are incapable
of arbitrarily changing shapes have unideal and rather monotonous decorative effects
in addition to inconvenience and inflexibility in assembly, which affects the popularization
and application of LED lighting luminaires. Moreover, when a plurality of the integral
LED luminaires as described above are fixedly connected with a lamp bracket mounted
on a wall via a lamp holder, it is inconvenient to repair or replace the LED luminaires
if desired, thus increasing the complexity in mounting and disassembly between the
LED luminaires and the lamp bracket.
[0005] On the other hand, the existing LED luminaires can only illuminate towards one direction
or one plane such that the LED luminaires have single illumination and the illumination
scope cannot be arbitrarily changed, thus affecting the utility of the LED luminaires.
Moreover, the singleness of the illumination angle remains a problem for a lighting
manner in which a plurality of the integral LED luminaires as described above are
fixed on the lamp bracket. Although there are some LED luminaires with changeable
illumination angles at the present stage, the LED luminaires also need to be additionally
connected with a power connector during use so as to realize the electrical connection
of the LED luminaires, thus not only the convenience in use of the LED luminaires
is greatly reduced to allow the complexity of a connection structure, but also multi-component
connection will directly affect the space occupied by the LED luminaires during use;
in this way, a luminaire formed by combining a plurality of LED luminaires and a lamp
bracket will have such problems as a large volume, a complex structure and complex
mounting procedures, thereby limiting the application place and scope of the LED luminaires.
[0006] The above disadvantages greatly limit the development, popularization and application
of LED luminaires. Accordingly, it is necessary to make corresponding improvements
on the structures of LED luminaires such that the LED luminaires facilitate extensive
use on the market to meet consumers' demand.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0007] An objective of the invention is to overcome the defects and disadvantages in the
prior art, and provide an assembled LED luminaire which has a simple and compact structure,
is flexible and simple to operate, and facilitates mounting and disassembly; wherein
the assembled LED luminaire can be conveniently assembled into different luminaire
shapes for different needs, thereby reducing cost and facilitating wide popularization
and use. A further objective is to provide an assembled LED luminaire which has an
arbitrarily adjustable illumination angle, provides high convenience in use and occupies
a small space when in use.To achieve the above objective, the invention is realized
by the following technical solution: an assembled LED luminaire is characterized by
comprising a lamp cartridge with a built-in accommodating cavity, an electrical connection
member and a lamp body; wherein one end of the electrical connection member is detachably
connected with the lamp cartridge and the other end of the electrical connection member
is detachably connected with the lamp body; the lamp body is a lamp body integrally
formed from an LED light source and an LED driver; and the lamp body is electrically
connected with an external power source via the electrical connection member, and
a conducting wire I electrically connected with the external power source is placed
in the accommodating cavity.
[0008] In the above solution, the lamp cartridge, the electrical connection member and the
lamp body are connected in a detachable manner such that the LED luminaire can be
quickly and conveniently assembled. Meanwhile, the lamp cartridge is designed such
that not only the LED luminaire can be conveniently mounted on a wall or a ceiling,
but also the accommodating cavity for accommodating the conducting wire I is also
arranged, thus the conducting wire I electrically connected with the external power
source is not exposed to improve the safety performance. When the LED luminaire is
used, a socket of the external power source also can be covered by the accommodating
space of the lamp cartridge to improve the practicability of the LED luminaire such
that the LED luminaire and the socket form an integral structure. When the assembly
efficiency of the LED luminaire is improved, the overall shape and illumination intensity
of the LED luminaire also can be arbitrarily changed by changing the shape and power
of the lamp body, the shape of the electrical connection member or the shape of the
lamp cartridge, thereby enhancing the versatility of the LED luminaire and the diversity
of its shape. Moreover, the detachable connection mode of various components can facilitate
the maintenance or replacement of the lamp body and the connection member, thereby
reducing the assembly and maintenance cost and improving the working efficiency.
[0009] More particularly, the lamp cartridge is a cartridge body which is provided with
a mounting hole detachably connected with the electrical connection member; or the
lamp cartridge includes a cartridge body and a frame body placed on the cartridge
body, the frame body is a hollow structure and is communicated with the accommodating
cavity, and the frame body is provided with a mounting hole detachably connected with
the electrical connection member. A plurality of lamp bodies according to the invention
can be detachably connected with the frame body of the lamp cartridge via the electrical
connection member to be assembled into an ornamental luminaire. During use, an LED
luminaire with a variety of shapes and illumination intensity can be assembled by
changing the shape and power of each lamp body or the shape of the frame body. Moreover,
it is also very convenient to repair and replace components in this assembled luminaire.
[0010] The electrical connection member includes a main body, a movable body and a plug;
one end of the main body is hinged with the movable body, the main body is provided
with a cavity I, the movable body is provided with a cavity II, and the cavity I is
communicated with the cavity II; and the plug is connected at an end of the main body
not hinged with the movable body, the lamp body is connected to the main body via
the movable body and electrically connected with the plug, and an electric connection
conducting wire II extends into the cavity I via the cavity II.The lamp body according
to the invention is connected to the main body via the movable body and the rotation
of the lamp body can be realized by hinging the movable body on the main body, thus
the illumination angle of the lamp body can be arbitrarily and flexibly adjusted to
increase its illumination range. Moreover, the design that the main body is provided
with the cavity I and the movable body is provided with the cavity II can provide
the wiring space of the conducting wire II electrically connected with the lamp body
to facilitate the electrical connection between the lamp body and the plug, thus the
lamp body is electrically connected with the external power source via the plug. Accordingly,
the electrical connection member according to the invention not only can realize the
function of arbitrarily and flexibly adjusting the illumination angle of the lamp
body, but also can realize the electrical connection between the lamp body and the
external power source, thereby improving the convenience in use of the LED luminaire
and reducing the space occupied by the LED luminaire when in use. The expression that
one end of the main body is hinged with the movable body means that a movable slot
is arranged at one end of the main body and the movable body is hinged with an inner
wall of the movable slot. The movable slot according to the invention can be arranged
along a side wall-top-side wall direction of one end of the main body such that the
movable body hinged with the inner wall of the movable slot rotates at 180° around
one end of the main body; or the movable slot according to the invention also can
be arranged along a side wall-top direction of one end of the main body such that
the movable body hinged with the inner wall of the movable slot rotates at 90° around
one end of the main body, thereby arbitrarily and flexibly adjusting the illumination
angle of an LED luminaire equipped with an LED universal joint.

the expression that the lamp body is connected to the main body via the movable body
and electrically connected with the plug, and an electric connection conducting wire
II extends into the cavity I via the cavity II means that the lamp body is connected
to the main body via the movable body, and the electric connection conducting wire
II passes through the cavity II and extends into the cavity I such that the lamp body
is electrically connected with the plug; and the plug is detachably connected with
the lamp cartridge and electrically connected with the external power source, and
the conducting wire I electrically connected with the external power source is placed

end of the movable body; and the connection member is a threaded connection member,
or a connection block for being connected with an outer surface of the lamp body.
The threaded connection mode according to the invention can facilitate the mounting
and disassembly of the lamp body and the electrical connection member, and also facilitates
the replacement of components. For some unthreaded lamp bodies, the electrical connection
member according to the invention also can be connected with outer surfaces of the
lamp bodies via such fasteners as connection blocks and screws to realize their mounting;
or the electrical connection member according to the invention is in threaded connection
with the lamp bodies and then fixed inside the lamp bodies via nut accessories such
that their mounting also can be realized, and this manner not only can realize the
convenience in their connection, but also can reduce the thread processing difficulty
of the lamp bodies.

the expression that the lamp body is connected to the main body via the movable body
and electrically connected with the plug, and an electric connection conducting wire

function of arbitrarily and flexibly adjusting the illumination angle of the lamp
body, but also can realize the electrical connection between the lamp body and the
external power source. Moreover, the electrical connection member also provides the
wiring space of the conducting wire electrically connected with the lamp body, thereby
reducing the space occupied by the LED luminaire when in use.
[0015] With respect to the first manner, the plug consists of a male plug and a female socket
with a housing I, and the female socket is built in the housing I; the male plug is
in threaded connection with the non-hinged end of the main body, and an external thread
for being connected with the housing I is arranged at a end, connected with the male
plug, of the main body; and the housing I is in threaded connection with the lamp
cartridge. The threaded connection mode employed by the invention can improve the
convenience in mounting and maintenance of the lamp body connected with the electrical
connection member during its use. Moreover, the male plug is also in threaded connection
with the main body, thereby further improving the convenience in use of the lamp body
connected with the electrical connection member.
[0016] Alternatively, the plug consists of a male plug with a housing II and a female socket,
and the male plug is in threaded connection with one end of the housing II; the female
socket is connected with an inner wall of the non-hinged end of the main body, and
the main body is provided with an internal thread for being connected with the housing
II; and the other end of the housing II is in threaded connection with the lamp cartridge.
The male plug and the female socket according to the invention can be used interchangeably,
and the arrangement of the internal thread in the invention also can improve the convenience
in assembly and maintenance of the LED luminaire.
[0017] With respect to the second manner, the plug consists of a male plug and a female
socket with a housing I, the housing I is in threaded connection with the non-hinged
end of the movable body, and the female socket is built in the housing I; the male
plug is in threaded connection with the lamp body; and the housing I with the built-in
female socket is in threaded connection with the lamp body, thereby realizing the
electrical connection between the female socket and the male plug connected with the
lamp body. This manner allows that the lamp body is electrically connected with the
plug and then connected with the main body via the movable body connected with the
plug, and the electric connection conducting wire II also can be laid via the cavity
I and the cavity II, thereby realizing both the arbitrary adjustment of the illumination
angle and the electrical connection with the external power source.

I; the male plug is in threaded connection with the non-hinged end of the movable
body; the housing I is in threaded connection with the lamp body and the female socket
is built in the housing I; and the lamp body is in threaded connection with the movable
body, thereby realizing the electrical connection between the male plug and the female
socket connected with the lamp body. In the second manner, the male plug and the female
socket also can be used interchangeably.

a fixing member disposed in the male plug body; one end of the pin is fixed inside
the male plug body via the fixing member and the other end of the pin extends out
of the male plug body; and the male plug electrode sheet is arranged at the top of

electrical connection with the LED luminaire, thereby improving the convenience, stability
and safety in use of the electrical connection member. Moreover, the structure that
the male plug electrode sheet is sleeved on the fixing member is cleverly designed
to occupy a small space and hence reflects the compact structure of the LED luminaire,
thereby reducing the space occupied by the LED luminaire when in use and improving
the convenience in use of the LED luminaire. The female socket according to the invention
has a simple structure to allow its strong versatility. The expression that the female
socket positive electrode sheet and the female socket negative electrode sheet according
to the invention are arranged at the top of the female socket body means that the
female socket positive electrode sheet and the female socket negative electrode sheet
are fixed at the top of the female socket body via the positive and negative electrode
sheet gland by being inserted into the accommodating cavities in the positive and
negative electrode sheet gland, thus electrical connection can be realized by the
female socket positive electrode sheet and the female socket negative electrode sheet
of the female socket. Moreover, the accommodating cavities of the positive and negative
electrode sheet gland are provided with through holes, and the female socket positive
electrode sheet and the female socket negative electrode sheet extend from the through
holes and can be electrically connected with the connected conducting wire; and the
female socket body is internally provided with a separating sheet for realizing the
electrical isolation between the female socket positive electrode sheet and the female
socket negative electrode sheet. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the
following advantages and beneficial effects:
- 1. the assembled LED luminaire according to the invention has a simple and compact
structure and strong practicability, and the lamp cartridge, the electrical connection
member and the lamp body of the LED luminaire are connected in a detachable manner
such that the LED luminaire can be quickly and conveniently assembled, thereby improving
its convenience and quickness in mounting, disassembly or maintenance;
- 2. when the assembly efficiency of the assembled LED luminaire according to the invention
is improved, the overall shape and illumination intensity of the LED luminaire also
can be arbitrarily changed by changing the shape and power of the lamp body, the shape
of the electrical connection member or the shape of the lamp cartridge, thereby enhancing
the versatility of the LED luminaire and the diversity of its shape; moreover, the
detachable connection mode of various components can facilitate the maintenance or
replacement of the lamp body and the connection member, thereby reducing the assembly
and maintenance cost and improving the working efficiency;
- 3. the lamp cartridge according to the invention is designed such that not only the
LED luminaire can be conveniently mounted on a wall or a ceiling, but also the accommodating
cavity for accommodating the conducting wire I is also arranged, thus the conducting
wire I electrically connected with the external power source is not exposed to improve
the safety performance; and when the LED luminaire is used, a socket of the external
power source also can be covered by the accommodating space of the lamp cartridge
to improve the practicability of the LED luminaire such that the LED luminaire and
the socket form an integral structure; and
- 4. the electrical connection member according to the invention not only can realize
the function of arbitrarily and flexibly adjusting the illumination angle of the lamp
body, but also can realize the electrical connection between the lamp body and the
external power source, thereby improving the convenience in use of the LED luminaire
and reducing the space occupied by the LED luminaire when in use.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0022] The invention is to be further described below in detail with reference to the drawings
and particular embodiments.
Embodiment 1
[0023] This embodiment is to be described below by an example in which a male plug of a
plug is connected at a non-hinged end of a main body.
[0024] As shown in Figs. 1 to 3, an assembled LED luminaire according to the invention comprises
a lamp cartridge 11 with a built-in accommodating cavity, an electrical connection
member and a lamp body 4, wherein one end of the electrical connection member is detachably
connected with the lamp cartridge 11 and the other end of the electrical connection
member is detachably connected with the lamp body 4. The lamp body 4 is a lamp body
integrally formed from an LED light source and an LED driver, the LED light source
is electrically connected with the LED driver, the lamp body 4 is electrically connected
with an external power source via the electrical connection member, and a conducting
wire I electrically connected with the external power source is placed in the accommodating
cavity. The lamp cartridge 11 is a cartridge body which is provided with a mounting
hole detachably connected with the electrical connection member.
[0025] The electrical connection member according to the invention includes a main body
1, a movable body 2 and a plug 3, wherein a movable slot 6 is arranged at one end
of the main body 1, the movable body 2 is hinged with an inner wall of the movable
slot 6 and a non-hinged end of the main body 1 is in threaded connection with the
plug 3. The main body 1 is provided with a cavity I, the movable body 2 is provided
with a cavity II, and the cavity I is communicated with the cavity II; and when the
electrical connection member is connected with the lamp body 4, a non-hinged end of
the movable body 2 is in threaded connection with the lamp body 4 while the lamp body
4 is connected to the main body 1 via the movable body 2, and an electric connection
conducting wire II passes through the cavity II and extends into the cavity I, so
as to electrically connect with the plug 3. Moreover, the plug 3 is detachably connected
with the lamp cartridge 11 and electrically connected with the external power source,
and the conducting wire I electrically connected with the external power source is
placed in the accommodating cavity.
[0026] The design that the main body 1 according to the invention is provided with the cavity
I and the cavity II can provide the wiring space of the conducting wire II electrically
connected with the LED luminaire to facilitate the electrical connection between the
lamp body 4 and the plug 3, thus the lamp body 4 is electrically connected with the
external power source via the plug 3. The movable slot 6 according to the invention
can be arranged along a side wall-top-side wall direction of one end of the main body
1 such that the movable body 2 hinged with the inner wall of the movable slot 6 rotates
at 180° around one end of the main body 1; or the movable slot 6 according to the
invention also can be arranged along a side wall-top direction of one end of the main
body 1 such that the movable body 2 hinged with the inner wall of the movable slot
6 rotates at 90° around one end of the main body 1, thereby arbitrarily and flexibly
adjusting the illumination angle of the lamp body 4 equipped with the electrical connection
member. For some unthreaded lamp bodies 4, the electrical connection member according
to the invention is in threaded connection with the lamp bodies 4 and then fixed inside
the lamp bodies 4 via nut accessories such that their mounting also can be realized,
and this manner not only can realize the convenience in their connection, but also
can reduce the thread processing difficulty of the lamp bodies 4.
[0027] To improve the convenience in use of the LED luminaire, the plug 3 consists of a
male plug and a female socket with a housing I 18, and the female socket is built
in the housing I 18, wherein the male plug is in threaded connection with the non-hinged
end of the main body 1, and an external thread 5 for being connected with the housing
I 18 is arranged at an end, connected with the male plug, of the main body 1, and
the housing I 18 is in threaded connection with the lamp cartridge 11, thereby improving
the convenience in mounting and maintenance of the lamp body 4 connected with the
electrical connection member during its use. The male plug according to the invention
is also in threaded connection with the main body 1, thereby further improving the
convenience in use of the LED luminaire. The connection among the lamp cartridge 11,
the electrical connection member and the lamp body 4 of the invention as well as the
connection among various components in the electrical connection member can be threaded
connection, thereby improving the convenience and quickness in assembly, mounting,
disassembly or maintenance of the LED luminaire.
[0028] The male plug according to the invention includes a male plug body 7, a pin 8 and
a male plug electrode sheet 9, wherein one end of the pin 8 is arranged inside the
male plug body 7 and the other end of the pin extends out of the male plug body 7;
and the male plug electrode sheet 9 is arranged at the top of the male plug body 7.
The male plug also includes a fixing member 10 disposed in the male plug body 7, one
end of the pin 8 is fixed inside the male plug body 7 via the fixing member 10, and
the male plug electrode sheet 9 is arranged at the top of the male plug body 7 by
being sleeved on the fixing member 10, thus this structure facilitates the mounting
and disassembly between the pin 8 and the male plug body 7. The fixing member 10 is
a cylinder, the pin 8 is inserted at the top of the cylinder and the male plug electrode
sheet 9 is sleeved at an outer wall of the cylinder, thereby realizing the electrical
isolation between the pin 8 and the male plug electrode sheet 9. The structure that
the male plug electrode sheet 9 according to the invention is sleeved on the fixing
member 10 is cleverly designed to occupy a small space and hence reflects the compact
structure of the LED luminaire, thereby reducing the space occupied by the LED luminaire
when in use and improving the convenience in use of the LED luminaire.
[0029] The female socket according to the invention includes a female socket body 19, a
plughole 15 connected with a female socket positive electrode sheet 14, a female socket
negative electrode sheet 16, and a positive and negative electrode sheet gland 17
suitably connected with the female socket body 19, wherein the positive and negative
electrode sheet gland 17 is provided with two accommodating cavities respectively
adapted to the female socket positive electrode sheet 14 and the female socket negative
electrode sheet 16; and the female socket positive electrode sheet 14 and the female
socket negative electrode sheet 16 are fixed at the top of the female socket body
19 via the positive and negative electrode sheet gland 17 by being inserted into the
accommodating cavities in the positive and negative electrode sheet gland 17. The
accommodating cavities of the positive and negative electrode sheet gland 17 are provided
with through holes, and the female socket positive electrode sheet 14 and the female
socket negative electrode sheet 16 extend from the through holes and are electrically
connected with a conducting wire. In order to realize the electrical isolation between
the female socket positive electrode sheet 14 and the female socket negative electrode
sheet 16, the female socket body is also internally provided with a separating sheet.
[0030] In order to improve the tightness and stability of the connection between the male
plug and the female socket and prevent the main body 1 from being loosened during
its rotation, a screw 22 is arranged on the housing I 18 to hold the male plug in
the invention, thereby preventing the main body 1 from being loosened.
[0031] The LED luminaire according to the invention has a simple and compact structure and
the LED luminaire is assembled as follows: one end of the main body 1 of the electrical
connection member is hinged with the movable body 2 and its non-hinged end is in threaded
connection with the male plug body 7; and the non-hinged end of the movable body 2
is in threaded connection with the lamp body 4. The lamp body 4 is connected to the
main body 1 via the movable body 2, and the conducting wire II electrically connected
with the lamp body 4 passes through the cavity II and extends into the cavity I so
as to electrically connect with the male plug. The female socket with the housing
I 18 is in threaded connection with the lamp cartridge 11 via the housing I 18, the
lamp body 4 is electrically connected with the external power source when the male
plug is inserted into the female socket, and the conducting wire I electrically connected
with the external power source is placed in the accommodating cavity of the lamp cartridge
11.
Embodiment 2
[0032] This embodiment is the same as Embodiment 1 except that, as shown in Figs. 4 and
5, a connection member is arranged at the non-hinged end of the movable body 2 of
this embodiment, and the connection member is a connection block 12 which is connected

formed from an LED light source and an LED driver; and the lamp body is electrically
connected with an external power source via the electrical connection member, and
a first conducting wire electrically connected with the external power source is placed
in the accommodating cavity.
2. The assembled LED luminaire according to claim 1, characterized in that: the lamp cartridge is a cartridge body which is provided with a mounting hole detachably
connected with the electrical connection member; or the lamp cartridge includes a
cartridge body and a frame body placed on the cartridge body, the frame body is a
hollow structure and is communicated with the accommodating cavity, and the frame
body is provided with a mounting hole detachably connected with the electrical connection
member.
3. The assembled LED luminaire according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that: the electrical connection member includes a main body, a movable body and a plug;
one end of the main body is hinged with the movable body, the main body is provided
with a first cavity, the movable body is provided with a second cavity, and the first
cavity is communicated with the second cavity; and the plug is connected at an end
of the main body not hinged with the movable body, the lamp body is connected to the
main body via the movable body and electrically connected with the plug, and an second
electric connection conducting wire extends into the first cavity via the second cavity.
4. The assembled LED luminaire according to claim 3, characterized in that: the plug is connected with the non-hinged end of the main body; the expression that
the lamp body is connected to the main body via the movable body and electrically
connected with the plug, and the second electric connection conducting wire extends
into the first cavity via the second cavity means that the lamp body is connected
to the main body via the movable body, and the second electric connection conducting
wire passes through the second cavity and extends into the first cavity, to electrically
connect with the plug; and the plug is detachably connected with the lamp cartridge
and electrically connected with the external power source, and the first conducting
wire electrically connected with the external power source is placed in the accommodating
cavity; and
a connection member for being connected with the lamp body is arranged at the non-hinged
end of the movable body; and the connection member is a threaded connection member,
or a connection block for being connected with an outer surface of the lamp body.
5. The assembled LED luminaire according to claim 3, characterized in that: the plug is connected with the non-hinged end of the movable body; the expression
that the lamp body is connected to the main body via the movable body and electrically
connected with the plug, and the second electric connection conducting wire extends
into the first cavity via the second cavity means that the lamp body is electrically
connected with the plug and then connected to the main body via the movable body,
and the second electric connection conducting wire passes through the second cavity
and extends into the first cavity; and the main body is detachably connected with
the lamp cartridge, the first cavity is communicated with the accommodating cavity,
the second electric connection conducting wire is electrically connected with the
external power source via the conducting wire, and the conducting wire I is placed
in the accommodating cavity.
6. The assembled LED luminaire according to claim 4, characterized in that: the plug consists of a male plug and a female socket with a first housing, and the
female socket is built in first the housing; the male plug is in threaded connection
with the non-hinged end of the main body, and an external thread for being connected
with the first housing is arranged at the end, connected with the male plug, of the
main body; and the first housing is in threaded connection with the lamp cartridge.
7. The assembled LED luminaire according to claim 4, characterized in that: the plug consists of a male plug with a second housing and a female socket, and
the male plug is in threaded connection with one end of the second housing; the female
socket is connected with an inner wall of the non-hinged end of the main body, and
the main body is provided with an internal thread for being connected with the second
housing; and the other end of the second housing is in threaded connection with the
lamp cartridge.
8. The assembled LED luminaire according to claim 5, characterized in that: the plug consists of a male plug and a female socket with a first housing, the first
housing is in threaded connection with the non-hinged end of the movable body, and
the female socket is built in the first housing; the male plug is in threaded connection
with the lamp body; and the first housing with the built-in female socket is in threaded
connection with the lamp body, thereby realizing the electrical connection between
the female socket and the male plug connected with the lamp body.
9. The assembled LED luminaire according to claim 5, characterized in that: the plug consists of a male plug and a female socket with a first housing; the male
plug is in threaded connection with the non-hinged end of the movable body; the first
housing is in threaded connection with the lamp body and the female socket is built
in the first housing; and the lamp body is in threaded connection with the movable
body, thereby realizing the electrical connection between the male plug and the female
socket connected with the lamp body.
10. The assembled LED luminaire according to claim 6, 7, 8 or 9, characterized in that: the male plug includes a male plug body, a pin, a male plug electrode sheet, and
a fixing member disposed in the male plug body; one end of the pin is fixed inside
the male plug body via the fixing member and the other end of the pin extends out
of the male plug body; and the male plug electrode sheet is arranged at the top of
the male plug body by being sleeved on the fixing member; and
the female socket includes a female socket body, a plughole connected with a female
socket positive electrode sheet, and a female socket negative electrode sheet; the
female socket positive electrode sheet and the female socket negative electrode sheet
are arranged at the top of the female socket body; and the female socket includes
a positive and negative electrode sheet gland, which is provided with two accommodating
cavities respectively adapted to the female socket positive electrode sheet and the
female socket negative electrode sheet, and which is suitably connected with the female
socket body.
