1. Field of the Invention
[0001] The present invention relates to a baby chair, especially for a baby chair provided
for convenient height adjustment of a chair seat of the baby chair.
2. Description of Related Art
[0002] Babies are always seated on a conventional baby chair at the mealtime. The conventional
baby chair is capable of being put on a general-purpose chair for increasing the applicability
of the conventional baby chair. The conventional baby chair has a frame, a first lifting
member, a second lifting member, a seat, and a tray. The frame has a base, a first
supporting assembly, and a second supporting assembly. The first supporting assembly
and the second supporting assembly are mounted on the base. The first supporting assembly
has a first inner tube and a first outer tube. The first inner tube is fixedly mounted
on the base. The first outer tube is mounted around the first inner tube. The second
supporting assembly has a second inner tube and a second outer tube. The second inner
tube is fixedly mounted on the base. The second outer tube is mounted around the second
inner tube. The first lifting member is mounted on the first supporting assembly for
controlling the first outer tube to move upward and downward along the first inner
tube. The second lifting member is mounted on the second supporting assembly for controlling
the second outer tube to move upward and downward along the second inner tube. The
seat is rotatably mounted between the first outer tube and the second outer tube.
The tray is mounted between the first outer tube and the second outer tube.
[0003] For height adjustment of the seat of the baby chair, the first lifting member and
the second lifting member are respectively controlled by two hands of a user. The
first outer tube is driven by the first lifting member and moves upward and downward.
The second outer tube is driven by the second lifting member and moves upward and
downward. The first outer tube and the second outer tube need to coact with each other,
and then the seat is moved upward and downward smoothly. Therefore, the height adjustment
of the seat of the baby chair is operated inconveniently by two hands of a user.
[0004] To overcome the shortcomings, the present invention provides a baby chair to mitigate
or obviate the aforementioned problems.
[0005] The main object of the present invention is to provide a baby chair; the baby chair
has a frame, a lifting device, a chair seat and a tray. The frame has a fixing assembly
and a moving assembly. The moving assembly is moveably mounted on the fixing assembly.
The lifting device is mounted on the frame and drives the moving assembly to move
upward and downward along the fixing assembly. The lifting device has a first lifting
member, a second lifting member, a connecting rod and a lifting controller. The connecting
rod is connected between the first lifting member and the second lifting member and
is driven by the first lifting member. The connecting rod drives the second lifting
member to coact with the first lifting member. The lifting controller is mounted on
and drives the first lifting member. The chair seat and the tray are mounted on the
moving assembly of the frame.
[0006] The baby chair can be put on a general-purpose chair and allows babies to sit. The
lifting controller can be rotated by a single hand of a user. The lifting controller
drives the first lifting member and the connecting rod. The connecting rod drives
the second lifting member. The first lifting member and the second lifting member
coact via the connecting rod and drive the chair seat to move upward and downward
smoothly. Therefore, the height of the chair seat of the baby chair is conveniently
adjusted by a single hand of a user.
