(54) DEVICE FOR CLEANING ROLLERS


(57) The invention relates to a device for cleaning rollers onto which glue has become adhered. The robotic arm (2) incorporating the roller (1) is adjusted via a drive element (3) that is fixed to an electric motor (7) such that when the motor (7) is actuated, the roller (1) moves. A cleaning motor (7'), which rotates in the same direction as said drive motor (7), is connected to a felt disc (6) that is continuously moistened with solvent supplied by an ejector (8). The cleaning motor (7) is arranged such that the edge of the felt disc (6) remains in contact with the edge of the roller. When both motors (7, 7') are actuated, the felt disc (6) cleans the roller (1) by means of friction.
