This invention is related to a wall-hung toilet bowl mounting apparatus used in mounting of the wall-hung toilet bowls in bathrooms and toilets.

Today wall-hung toilet bowls which show an aesthetic form in terms of wall-mounted view have been used in bathrooms and toilets. Mounting of wall-hung toilet bowls to walls is realized in various ways.

In one of the mounting ways of the conventional technique for mounting of wall-hung toilet bowls to walls, two stud bolts fixed to built-in reservoir are available on the wall. Holes on the wall-hung toilet bowl are passed through these stud bolts, thus it is provided to mount the wall-hung toilet bowl to wall by means of pin, bushing and nut.

In another mounting way of the conventional technique for mounting of wall-hung toilet bowls to walls, it is provided to mount the wall-hung toilet bowl to wall by means of plastic or metal parts nested in the slots prepared in the unseen inner side of the wall-hung toilet bowl and a countersunk pin attached to stud in the wall.

In another mounting way of the conventional technique for mounting of wall-hung toilet bowls to walls, it is provided to mount the wall-hung toilet bowl to wall by means of plastic wedges attached on the wall-hung toilet bowl.

The main objective of the invention based on the conventional technique is to allow easier mounting with weighing down to the apparatus.
Another main objective of the invention based on the conventional technique is to eliminate the countersunk pin used in mounting.

Another objective of the invention is to simplify the ceramics production since there is no moving part as well as to minimise the scrap amount in the production.

Another objective of the invention is to obtain a more pleasant appearance with production of the overcast side surface and to provide a sanitary toilet bowl structure with easy cleaning facility.

This invention is related to a wall-hung toilet bowl mounting apparatus used in mounting of the wall-hung toilet bowls in bathrooms and toilets. Placing the toilet bowl on the fixed wedges connected to the stud bolts on the wall, it is provided to mount the toilet bowl by leaning it against wall smoothly by means of the movable wedges fixed on the toilet bowl.

In the invention, the wall-hung toilet bowl mounting apparatus consists of fixed wedge (1), stud bolt (2), washer (3), nut (4), movable wedge (5), sheet support (6), stay bolt (7), plastic bushing (8) and mounting stopper (9) as it is shown in Figure 5 as the overall structure.

Reciprocal channels (1.1) and an inclined surface (1.2) with "V" shaped structure are located on the both side surfaces of the fixed wedge (1). Movable wedge (2) has the reciprocal nail arms (5.1) on the both side surfaces. Mounting stopper (9) is made of metal.

Mounting of the wall-hung toilet bowl mounting apparatus is performed as follows; fixed wedge (1) is mounted to the wall by fixing on the stud bolt (2) using washer (3) and nut (4). Movable wedges (5) are mounted to the wall-hung toilet bowl by means of stay bolt (7), plastic bushing (8) and mounting stopper (9). Next, the wall-hung toilet bowl on which the movable wedge (5) was fixed is placed on the sheet support (6) which was mounted on the inclined surface (1.2) of the fixed wedge (1) and meanwhile nail arms (5.1) of the movable wedge (5) are slide-seated on the channels (1.1) of the fixed wedge (1) and thus it is provided to fix the wall-hung toilet bowl on the stud bolts (2) through the connected movable wedge (5). After placing the wall-hung toilet bowl along with the movable wedge (5) on the sheet support (6) over the fixed wedge (1), it is mounted on the wall through tightening the stay bolts (7) located inside of the mounting stoppers (9) by allen wrench as is seen in Figure 1. In addition, by moving the movable wedge (5) towards the fixed wedge (1) by means of the stay bolt (7) tightened on the sheet support (6) located on the inclined surface (1.2) of the fixed wedge (1), it is provided to complete the mounting process by leaning the wall-hung toilet bowl against wall smoothly as is seen in Figure 2, Figure 3 and Figure 4.
