BACKGROUND
Technical Field
[0001] The invention relates to an integrated nursing system used in wards in the technical
field of medical auxiliary devices.
Related Art
[0002] Currently, ward medical devices are approximately divided by two types. One is used
for ICUs (Intensive Care Units) and the other for ordinary wards. In ICUs the medical
devices usually comprise some high-grade apparatus, such as medical bridge pendant
and tower pendant, etc. with complete functions, while in ordinary wards the devices
are much simpler. The medical devices for ordinary wards generally comprise a facility
band with simple structure, infusion supports, bedside tables and cabinets. Such a
configuration not only brings a lot of inconveniences to both patients and doctors
and nurses, but also occupies much space of wards. For instance, bedclothes, clothes,
food and other personal things for different patients have to be stored in the same
cabinet and as a result, it is inconvenient for patients to take out things and sometimes
the muddle would cause something is taken away by mistake or lead to cross-infection
among different patients. Particularly, one bedside table is provided to each patient
in the ward and in general several patients are arranged in one ward. It makes the
room crowded and messy. It is also difficult to be cleaned up. Thus, current medical
devices for ordinary wards are not suitable for modern hospital developments any more,
even cannot meet the requirements for human-based management of hospitals. It's necessary
to improve the medical devices for ordinary wards. As such, a ward integrated system
with a compact, easy-to-clean and reasonable layout is being long-awaited, which could
be used by different patients separately and independently and provide sufficient
storage space for patients.
SUMMARY
[0003] The present invention aims to solve the problem that the traditional facilities such
as a facility band with simple structure, infusion supports, bedside tables and cabinets
are dispersedly distributed in a ward with their separate and single functions only.
The invention discloses an integrated nursing system with all essential functions
for regular medical care in a hospital.
[0004] In order to achieve the above purposes, the technical solution of the invention is
provided as follows.
[0005] An integrated nursing system used in a ward, comprising a storage box, a multifunctional
integrated nursing device connected below to the storage box, a nursing platform configured
below the multifunctional integrated nursing device, and a bracket configured at an
extension position of a connection device below the nursing platform, the integrated
nursing system is fixed on a wall of the ward, wherein,
the storage box comprising an built-in disinfection unit;
the multifunctional integrated nursing device comprising an information display, a
medical gas terminal, a strong-and-weak current interface, an extension, an equipotential
interface, and a control switch;
the nursing platform comprising an extensible and movable extension plate for carrying
devices used in the ward; and
any one of the storage box, the multifunctional integrated nursing device, the nursing
platform, and the bracket is configured individually and fixed on the wall, or any
two of said components are configured in combination and fixed on the wall.
[0006] In the invention, the integrated nursing system further comprises a pipeline channel
for holding a medical gas pipeline and strong-and-weak current circuits which separately
extend and run through the storage box.
[0007] The storage box comprises one or two or more than two extended modular sections according
to layout requirements of the ward.
[0008] The integrated nursing system further comprises an infusion support connection assembly,
which is configured in front or at the bottom of the storage box or on the wall below
the storage box, said infusion support connection assembly further comprises a slide
rail, a sliding sleeve sleeved on the slide rail, and a folding infusion arm movably
connected to the sleeve, the infusion arm moves left and right along the slide rail
by the sliding sleeve.
[0009] What's more, the multifunctional integrated nursing device comprises a bottom case
and a panel matched with and connected to the bottom case, the multifunctional integrated
nursing device further comprises an information display device, a medical gas terminal,
a power socket, weak current information interface, a lighting switch, an equipotential
interface, an extension and a disinfecting control panel.
[0010] Also the integrated nursing system further comprises an auxiliary light configured
at the bottom of the storage box.
[0011] In one embodiment, the nursing platform comprises a nursing plate and an extension
plate movably connected to the nursing plate, the extension plate is laterally and
movably connected to the nursing plate by way of inlaid type, or by way of an add-on
plate combined with a guide rail or by way of an add-on folding flip-type plate combined
with a support fixing device.
[0012] Preferably the bracket is configured as a flat plate type or a basket type.
[0013] Any two or more of the storage box, the multifunctional integrated nursing device
and the nursing platform are configured as a whole and fixed on the wall of the ward.
[0014] In some embodiments, the storage box comprises a storage box body, a box door movably
connected to the storage box body, and a disinfecting device configured in the storage
box body, the disinfecting device is an ultraviolet lamp or applies other physical
disinfecting methods, the box door further comprises an opening-and-closing mechanism
which is configured as a regular handle or a mechanic lock or an intelligent lock,
the storage box body is configured as a matched geometrical structure, an opening-and-closing
mechanism between the storage box body and the box door is configured as a flip-type
structure in which the box door is opened and closed in any directions, or as a translational
push-and-pull structure, or the storage box body is configured as an open-type without
the box door.

on a ward wall, the storage box further comprises a frame fixed on a wall, a movable
cover connected above the frame, the multifunctional integrated nursing device connected
below the frame, the pipeline channel configured between the frame and the wall, an
opening-and-closing mechanism is configured on the movable cover, the frame is separated
into multiple sections by multiple partition plates, the frame is configured as a
one-piece structure or as a sectional type connection structure, the medical gas pipeline
and strong-and-weak current circuits are extended from the pipeline channel and then
connected to the corresponding functional units in the multifunctional integrated
nursing device.

or an irregular structure.
[0017] The multifunctional integrated nursing device further comprises a protecting cover
with decorative function, any adaptive opening-and-closing mechanism is provided between
the protecting cover and the multifunctional integrated nursing device.
[0018] In some other embodiments, a gas-electric separation structure is provided in the
multifunctional integrated nursing device ,wherein a separation device I is configured
vertically in the center of the bottom case, a card slot is provided at the upper
part of the panel right of the separation device I, the information display device
is connected to the card slot, a disinfecting switch, the power socket, the equipotential
interface, and a breaker are configured in sequence at the lower part of the panel
right of the separation device I, the gas terminal interface is configured in the
center of the panel left of the separation device I, the extension and the weak current
information interface are configured at the lower part of the panel left of the separation
device I, a separation device II is configured horizontally in the bottom case between
the gas terminal and the extension and the weak current information interface, the
gas terminal is separated from the extension, the weak current information interface,
the information display screen, the disinfecting switch, the power socket, the equipotential
interface and the breaker by the separation device I combined with the separation
device II; the gas pipeline for connecting the gas terminal is provided from the upper
part of the bottom case left of the separation device I.
[0019] Further more, a protecting cover I connected to the panel is provided above the disinfecting
switch, the power socket, the equipotential interface and the breaker, and a protecting
cover II connected to the panel is provided above the extension and the weak current
information interface.
[0020] The invention also provides another technical solution, in which an independent storage
box combining with a facility band is configured and assembled in the ward.
[0021] In the invention, the medical gas pipelines and strong-and-weak current circuits
are configured to separately run through the storage box from the outer part or the
inner part of the storage box. The invention discloses a compact and reasonable layout
of an integrated nursing system, which is convenient for patients to put in and take
out articles from their own storage space. Moreover, it has a function of having articles
disinfected in the storage box so that the environment of the ward is safe, clean
and comfortable. The integrated nursing system of the invention is particularly used
in ordinary wards.
[0022] The technical advantages and beneficial effect are set forth as follows:
- 1. The invention provides an integrated nursing system with reasonable functions and
distribution used in wards, comprising a storage box, a multifunctional integrated
nursing device, a nursing platform, and a bracket as well. The devices are fixed on
the wall and used together with beds in the ward. It has a simple and convenient construction
and improves the ward layout in the prior art and by collecting different functions
to bedsides of the ward, and as a result can maximize the utilization of ward space.
What's more, any one of the above components can be configured and fixed on a wall
of the ward, or any two or more of the components can be also configured in combination
as a whole and fixed on the wall. Also only the storage box and the multifunctional
integrated nursing device can be configured as a whole and fixed on the wall. It is
very convenient for doctors or nurses to take care of patients without removing bedside
tables and infusion supports. The technical solution is especially useful for cooperating
with hospital beds in ordinary wards.
- 2. Since the storage box in the invention comprises one or two or more modular sections
provided above the bed head, only one public storage cabinet in a ward for all patients
in the prior art is completely replaced. By this way, patients have their own storage
space and can easily put in and take out articles. On the other hand, the space even
in wards with narrow space can be adequately utilized. Thus, inconveniences and troubles
resulted from present public storage cabinet can be eliminated. Furthermore, the disinfecting
device configured in the storage box guarantees that personal things in the box can
be disinfected in time and thus makes personal articles clean always. Further the
auxiliary light in the prior art is innovated and configured on the bottom of the
storage box by this way direct light is provided to a patient and it is beneficial
for protecting eyesight of patients and doctors or nurses.
- 3. According to the disclosure of the invention, a pipeline channel used for carrying
and installing a medical gas pipeline and strong-and-weak current circuits are provided
in the storage box. Therefore, it is not necessary to excavate slots in the wall for
holding the pipelines. It makes the installation and maintenance of the gas pipelines
and strong-and-weak current circuits more convenient and efficient. Also the cost
for the installation and maintenance can be greatly reduced.
- 4. An independent multifunctional integrated nursing device is disclosed in the invention
and it substitutes the traditional facility band or one-piece bedside device. What's
more regular nursing functions are added. An information display device, a medical
gas terminal interface, an extension, an equipotential interface, a power socket,
a weak current information interface, a lighting switch and a disinfecting control
panel are integrated to the multifunctional integrated nursing device. The newly information
display device, as a development of medical digital information technique, can input
and output varieties of patient's information, electronic medical record, and hospital
management information, and can be connected to the local area network and/or graphics
and text information of the Internet. The functional configuration of the multifunctional
integrated nursing device is to the point, and operation of it is more convenient.
- 5. A nursing platform is disclosed in the invention and it substitutes the traditional
bedside table in wards. The nursing platform is capable of comprising a nursing plate
combined with a drawer. Additionally an extension plate for carrying medical devices
and instruments can be provided. Obviously, the extension plate expands the original
nursing platform space and thus makes the nursing plate tidy. In normal state, the
extension plate can be configured together with and in the nursing plate by way of
inner bushing. The nursing platform can also be configured in combination with cabinets
or both cabinets and draws. Furthermore, the extension plate can be connected to the
nursing plate by way of an add-on plate combined with a guide rail, or by way of an
add-on folding flip-type plate combined with a supporting fixer. Due to the above,
the nursing platform can occupy very small space.

[0027] Figs. 1 and 2 show a preferred embodiment of the invention. As shown in Figs. 1-2,
the integrated nursing system used in a ward comprises a storage box 1, a multifunctional
integrated nursing device 2 connected below to the storage box 1, a nursing platform
3 configured below the multifunctional integrated nursing device 2, and a bracket
4 configured at the extension position of the connection device 301 below the nursing
platform 3. The integrated nursing system is fixed on a ward wall.

back of the storage box body 102 of each modular section. The concave portion is used

as mentioned above is extended through all sections of the storage box 1, and passes
through the storage box from the outer or internal part of the storage box body 102
so as to provide medical gas, power source and electronic information service between
the wall 7 and the storage box 1.

storage box 1.
[0035] Figs. 3-5 show the detailed construction of the storage box 1 according to one embodiment
of the invention. The storage box 1 is fixed on the wall 7 by a fixing block 106.
The storage box 1 comprises the storage box body 102, the box door 101 movably connected
to the storage box body, and the disinfecting device 8 configured inside the storage
box body. The disinfecting device is an ultraviolet lamp, or applies other physical
disinfecting methods. The disinfecting device is configured at the top left corner
inside the storage box body and is used for disinfecting articles inside the storage
box body 102. The box door further comprises an opening-and closing mechanism 103,
which can be a regular handle, a mechanical lock or an intelligent lock.
[0036] It should be noted that the opening-and-closing mechanism between the box door 101
and the storage box body 102 is not only limited to the following structures, but
also can be a matched opening-and-closing mechanism with a flip-type cover in any
opening-and closing directions. As shown in Figs. 4 and 5, the box door 101 and the
storage box body 102 is movably connected by the hinge 104 so that the box door 101
can be opened and closed upwards. Alternatively as shown in Fig. 10, the box door
101 and the storage box body 102 is movably connected by the hinge 104 so that the
box door 101 is capable of being opened and closed downwards. Of course, the opening-and
closing mechanism between the box door 101 and the storage box body 102 can also be
a translational push-and-pull structure. As shown in Figs. 11 and 12, the box door
101 is connected to the box body 102 by a sliding sleeve and can move towards left
and right thus the box door 101 is capable of being opened and closed to the left
or to the right of the storage box body 102 in a translational push-and pull way.
[0037] In some embodiments, an electrical opening-and-closing mechanism is connected between
the box door 101 and the storage box body 102. A lighting device is configured in
the storage box body. The box door 101 can be adaptively opened and closed outwards
by the electrical opening-and-closing mechanism. The storage box body 102 and the
box door 101 are configured matching with each other. In particular, the electrical
opening-and-closing mechanism is arranged by a pneumatic draw stem matching with a
servo motor or a step motor or a gear motor. Based on the mesh of a driving gear and
a driven gear, the pneumatic pusher is driven by the servo motor or the step motor
or the gear motor. The servo motor or the step motor or the gear motor is connected
with the storage box body 102, and one end of the pneumatic draw stem is connected
with the box door 101. Alternatively, the electrical opening-and-closing mechanism
is configured by an electrical pusher. In this embodiment, one end of the electrical
pusher is connected with the storage box body 102, and the other end is connected
with the box door 101. The electrical opening-and-closing mechanism can control the
opening and closing of the box door 101 by an electronic sensor or a remote control.
[0038] In an embodiment of the invention, the storage box body 102 is an open structure
without a box door 101.
[0039] With reference to Figs. 6-8, the integrated nursing system is provided with an infusion
support connection assembly, which can be configured in front of the storage box 1,
or at the bottom of the storage box 1, or on the wall 7 below the storage box. More
particularly, the infusion support connection assembly comprises a slide rail 9, a
sliding sleeve 11 sleeved on the slide rail 9, and a folding infusion arm 10 movably
connected with the sliding sleeve 11. The infusion arm 10 moves left and right along
the slide rail by the sliding sleeve. As shown in Fig. 6, the infusion support connection
assembly is connected to the storage box 1 by the slide slot 108 in front of the storage
box 1. As shown in Fig. 7, the infusion support connection assembly is connected to
the storage box 1 by the slide slot 108 at the bottom of the storage box 1. As shown
in Fig. 8, the infusion support connection assembly is directly fixed on the wall
7 below the storage box 1 by a fixer.
[0040] With reference to Fig. 6, when the infusion support connection assembly is connected
to the front of the storage box 1, a connection plate 107 for connecting the front
lower part of the storage box body is configured at each side inside the storage box
body 102. The connection plates 107 can improve the supporting effect of the front
of the storage box body so that the connection between the infusion support connection
assembly and the front of the storage box 1 is much stronger.
[0041] With reference to Fig. 9, the box door 101 can be moved away. That is, the storage
box body 102 can be individually configured by way of frame and fixed on the wall
7 of a ward, so that it is easy to reach into the inner part of the storage box for
putting and taking articles conveniently. The infusion support connection assembly
can be configured in front of the frame, or at the bottom of the frame, or on the
wall below the frame.
[0042] Figs. 29-33 show a ward storage shelf having medical functions. It is characterized
in comprising a frame 141 fixed on the wall, a movable cover 142 connected above to
the frame, a multifunctional integrated nursing device 2 connected below to the frame,
and a pipeline channel 105 configured between the frame and the wall. An opening-and-closing
mechanism 103 is configured on the movable cover. The frame is separated into several
sections by multiple partition plates 1411 matching with multiple movable covers 142.
The frame is configured as a one-piece structure or as a connection of several sections.
The medical gas pipeline 201 and the strong-and-weak current circuits 218 are extended
from the pipeline channel and then connected to the corresponding functional units
in the multifunctional integrated nursing device. The movable cover 142 can be opened
and closed by the hinge 104 cooperating with the opening-and-closing mechanism 103.

structure. A separation device I 2021 is configured vertically in the center of the
bottom case202. A card slot 2022 is arranged at the upper part of the panel right
of the separation device I. The information display screen 17 is connected to the
card slot. The disinfecting switch 801, the power socket 204, the equipotential interface
207, and the breaker 217 are configured in sequence at the lower part of the panel
right of the separation device I. The gas terminal 16 is configured in the center
of the panel left of the separation device I. The extension 208 and the weak current
information interface 209 are configured at the lower part of the panel left of the
separation device I. A separation device II 2023 is configured horizontally in the

integrated nursing device (2) connected below to the storage box (1), a nursing platform
(3) configured below the multifunctional integrated nursing device, and a bracket
(4) configured at an extension position of a connection device (301) below the nursing
platform (3), the integrated nursing system is fixed on a wall of the ward,
characterized in that,
the storage box comprising an built-in disinfection unit;
the multifunctional integrated nursing device comprising an information display, a
medical gas terminal, one or more strong current interfaces and weak current interfaces,
an extension, an equipotential interface, and a control switch;
the nursing platform comprising an extensible and movable extension plate for carrying
devices used in the ward; and
any one of the storage box, the multifunctional integrated nursing device, the nursing
platform, and the bracket is configured individually and fixed on the wall, or any
two of said components are configured in combination and fixed on the wall.
2. The integrated nursing system according to claim 1, characterized in that the integrated nursing system further comprises a pipeline channel (105) for holding
a medical gas pipeline (201) and strong-and-weak current circuits which separately
extend and run through the storage box.
3. The integrated nursing system according to claim 1, characterized in that the storage box (1) comprises one or two or more than two extended modular sections
according to layout requirements of the ward.
4. The integrated nursing system according to claim 1, characterized in that the integrated nursing system further comprises an infusion support connection assembly,
which is configured in front or at the bottom of the storage box or on the wall below
the storage box, said infusion support connection assembly further comprises a slide
rail (9), a sliding sleeve (11) sleeved on the slide rail, and a folding infusion
arm (10) movably connected to the sleeve, the infusion arm moves left and right along
the slide rail by the sliding sleeve.
5. The integrated nursing system according to claim 1, characterized in that the multifunctional integrated nursing device (2) comprises a bottom case (15) and
a panel (205) matched with and connected to the bottom case, the multifunctional integrated
nursing device (2) further comprises an information display device, a medical gas
terminal (203), a power socket (204), weak current information interface (209), a
lighting switch (206), an equipotential interface (207), an extension (208) and a
disinfecting control panel (216).
6. The integrated nursing system according to claim 1, characterized in that the nursing platform (3) comprises a nursing plate (302) and an extension plate (303)
movably connected to the nursing plate, the extension plate is laterally and movably
connected to the nursing plate (302) by way of inlaid type, or by way of an add-on
plate combined with a guide rail or by way of an add-on folding flip-type plate combined
with a support fixing device.
7. The integrated nursing system according to claim 1, characterized in that any one, two or more of the storage box (1), the multifunctional integrated nursing
device (2), and the nursing platform (3) are configured and assembled as a whole and
fixed on the wall of the ward.
8. The integrated nursing system according to any one of claims 1, 3 or 7, characterized in that the storage box (1) comprises a storage box body (102), a box door (101) movably
connected to the storage box body, and a disinfecting device (8) configured in the
storage box body, the disinfecting device is an ultraviolet lamp or applies other
physical disinfecting methods, the box door further comprises an opening-and-closing
mechanism (103) which is configured as a regular handle or a mechanic lock or an intelligent
lock, the storage box body is configured as a matched geometrical structure, an opening-and-closing
mechanism between the storage box body and the box door is configured as a flip-type
structure in which the box door is opened and closed in any directions, or as a translational
push-and-pull structure, or the storage box body is configured as an open-type without
the box door.
9. The integrated nursing system according to any one of claims 1, 3 or 7, characterized in that the storage box (1) comprises an independent storage shelf (109) fixed on a ward
wall, the storage box (1) further comprises a frame (141) fixed on a wall, a movable
cover (142) connected above the frame, the multifunctional integrated nursing device
(2) connected below the frame, the pipeline channel (105) configured between the frame
and the wall, an opening-and-closing mechanism (103) is configured on the movable
cover, the frame is separated into multiple sections by multiple partition plates
(1411), the frame is configured as a one-piece structure or as a sectional type connection
structure, the medical gas pipeline (201) and strong-and-weak current circuits (218)
are extended from the pipeline channel (105) and then connected to the corresponding
functional units in the multifunctional integrated nursing device.
10. The integrated nursing system according to claim 9, characterized in that the frame (141) is configured matching with the movable cover (142) as a geometrical
or an irregular structure.
11. The integrated nursing system according to any one of claims 1, 5 or 7, characterized in that the multifunctional integrated nursing device (2) further comprises a protecting
cover (5) with decorative function, any adaptive opening-and-closing mechanism is
provided between the protecting cover (5) and the multifunctional integrated nursing
device.
12. The integrated nursing system according to any one of claims 1, 5 or 7, characterized in that a gas-electric separation structure is provided in the multifunctional integrated
nursing device (2) ,wherein a separation device I (2021) is configured vertically
in the center of the bottom case, a card slot (2022) is provided at the upper part
of the panel right of the separation device I, the information display device is connected
to the card slot (2022), a disinfecting switch (801), the power socket (204), the
equipotential interface (207), and a breaker (217) are configured in sequence at the
lower part of the panel right of the separation device I, the gas terminal interface
(203) is configured in the center of the panel left of the separation device I, the
extension (208) and the weak current information interface (209) are configured at
the lower part of the panel left of the separation device I, a separation device II
(2023) is configured horizontally in the bottom case between the gas terminal and
the extension and the weak current information interface, the gas terminal is separated
from the extension, the weak current information interface, the information display
screen, the disinfecting switch, the power socket, the equipotential interface and
the breaker by the separation device I combined with the separation device II; the
gas pipeline (201) for connecting the gas terminal is provided from the upper part
of the bottom case left of the separation device I.
13. The integrated nursing system according to claim 12, characterized in that a protecting cover I (501) connected to the panel is provided above the disinfecting
switch, the power socket, the equipotential interface and the breaker, and a protecting
cover II (502) connected to the panel is provided above the extension and the weak
current information interface.
14. An integrated nursing system for use in a ward, comprising: a storage box (1), a multifunctional
integrated nursing device (2) below the 5 storage box (1), a
nursing platform (3) below the multifunctional integrated nursing device,
a bracket (4) below the nursing platform (3), and a connection device (301),
wherein at least two of the storage box (1), the multifunctional integrated nursing
device (2), the nursing platform (3) and the bracket (4) are attached to said connection
device (301), the connection device being configured for mounting against a wall in
a ward.
15. The integrated nursing system according to claim 15, wherein the storage box comprises
an built-in disinfection unit and/or the multifunctional integrated nursing device
comprises at least one of an information display, a medical gas terminal, one or more
strong current interfaces and weak current 15 interfaces, an extension, an equipotential
interface, and a control switch; and/or the nursing platform comprises an extensible
and movable extension plate for carrying devices used in the ward.
