(57) The invention relates to a movable lift apparatus, comprising a structure in which a lift shaft with guiding means is arranged. Further, the apparatus comprises a lift cage which is movable in the lift shaft via the guiding means. The lift cage is provided with blocking means for, in a blocked position, blockingly engaging the guiding means to block movement of the lift cage along the guiding means.
