Description

[0001] The subject of the utility model is a fireplace housing for the assembly and dismantling on your own and the installation of the fireplace insert.

[0002] The report description CA2845652 offers a modular set of plates to put them into the fireplace housing or electric heater. The set contains front, top and side plates connected with each other and with the fireplace by means of supports.

[0003] The Polish patent description PL216640 offers a set of elements of a fireplace housing of which elements, like the lower beam, side shields, upper beam, column, distributor of warm air, decompression chamber, outer shield, thermal screen and a drip located above the detached fireplace insert in form of a side surface of a truncated cone, constitute separate spatial forms made of metal mesh drawn by cutting, bending, rolling and welding, and are separately affixed to the carrying metal construction.

[0004] The report description FR2688871 offers a fireplace consisting of at least three prefabricated metal blocks which are separated from each other and connected with each other in order to put the fireplace together.

[0005] The purpose of the utility mode is to ensure the fireplace housing improving energy saving of the fireplace system, which is simultaneously easy to assemble and dismantle.

[0006] According to the utility model, the fireplace housing containing the segments which constitute separate spatial forms is characterised by the fact that it consists of at least five separate segments with side walls and the upper wall in case of the segment constituting the closing of the housing, in which the inner layer of the walls is made of accumulation material, and the outer wall of dekton, where the layers are connected to each other with glue, where in the inner layer at the top edges of the side walls of at least one lower segment constituting the carrying plate for the fireplace insert and the housing under the insert, there is a cavity or a lug, where in the inner layer at the lower edges and the upper ones of the side walls of the next segments: at least two segments around the facade of the fireplace insert and at least one of the segments constituting the hood, there are cavities or lugs cooperating respectively with the cavities and lugs made in the inner layer at the lower and upper edges of the side walls of the segments affixed underneath or above, and in the inner layer at the lower edges of the side walls of the upper segment constituting the closing of the casing there is a cavity or lug cooperating with the cavity or lug in the inner layer at the upper edges of the side walls of the segment constituting the hood, whereas the shape of at least two segments around the facade of the fireplace insert reminds the channel bar, and are mounted in pairs creating an opening for the fireplace door, in the segment constituting the hood or in the segment constituting the closing of the housing there is an opening for the exhaust pipe, and in the segment constituting the closing of the housing there is a convection air outlet opening.

[0007] In the alternative design, the shape of the lower segment reminds the channel bar where in the inner layer at the side edges of the side walls of this segment there are cavities and lugs.

[0008] In the alternative design, the base is mounted to the lower segment and its outer layer is made of dekton, and the inner layer is made of accumulation material, the layers are connected with each other by means of glue, where in the inner layer at the upper edges of the base there are cavities or lugs cooperating with the lugs or cavities in the inner layer
at the lower edges of the side walls of the lower segment. In the alternative design, there is a pass-through opening in the base.

[0009] The lower segment is equipped with legs mounted to this segment together or separately.

[0010] In the inner layer of the segments around the facade of the fireplace insert with the shape similar to the channel bar at the side edges of the side walls of these segments there are cavities and lugs cooperating with each other.

[0011] The thickness of the casing is no more than 50 mm.

[0012] The thickness of the inner layer is no more than 30 mm.

[0013] The thickness of the outer layer is no more than 12 mm.

[0014] There is a rosette made around the edge of the exhaust pipe opening.

[0015] The inner layer of the side walls of the segments is no less than 5 cm away from the side parts and the rear part of the fireplace insert. In the alternative design there is at least one shelf mounted to the outer surface of at least one side wall of the lower segment.

[0016] The width of the shelf is from 40 to 60 cm.

[0017] The shelf is made of dekton.

[0018] In the solution according to the utility mode, there is some space for the air convection inside the fireplace housing by leaving a gap between the accumulation material and the radiators of the fireplace insert. The gap is no smaller than 5 cm.

[0019] According to the utility mode, the fireplace housing improves energy saving of the fireplace system thanks to the applied construction and materials. During the process of air combustion, energy is accumulated and it is still released for some time after the fire has damped. The applied connections like cavity - lug ensure the uniformity of the connection and contribute to the reduction of the losses released during the process of energy accumulation. The time of giving up the heat for the housing warmed up to the temperature of 65° C amounts to 6,5 hours.

[0020] The maximum thermal power has been referred to the average temperature of the construction 65°C. For the requirements of the usable room temperature of 18-15°C, the heating power of the housing amounts to 3kW, which has been shown in the table underneath:
