(54) BALLOON CATHETER


(57) A balloon catheter is provided that is capable of suppressing warping of a balloon. A balloon catheter 10 is provided with an outer shaft 11, an inner shaft 12, and a balloon 14. The inner shaft 12 is inserted inside the outer shaft 11 and a part of the inner shaft 12 extends from a leading end of the outer shaft 12. The balloon 14 includes a base end side joint portion 21 and a leading end side joint portion 22. The base end side joint portion 21 is a portion joined to the outer shaft 11. The leading end side joint portion 22 is a portion joined to the inner shaft 12. The inner shaft 12 has an extension portion. The extension portion is configured to extend and retract in an axial line direction.
