<heading id="h0001"><b>Technology Field</b></heading>
<p id="p0001" num="0001">This invention relates to children's clothing, and specifically to jumpsuits.</p>
<heading id="h0002"><b>Previous Technology Level</b></heading>
<p id="p0002" num="0002">Today's jumpsuits for children up to 1 year old have a substantial drawback - the need to take the jumpsuit off in order to change diapers. A simplest baby jumpsuit, for example, http://www.children-wear.ru/katalog/products/kids0-18/kombinezony, http://www.rait-opt.ru/catalog/My0xOA, has sleeves, legs, snap fasteners, zip fasteners or buttons on the front from the neck to the lower part, which can extend to the heels on one or both legs.</p>
<p id="p0003" num="0003">A jumpsuit is known from the existing technology level that includes a one-piece back and front, which form a neck with a collar in the top part and legs in the bottom part, as well as sleeves; this jumpsuit is characterized in that the front is designed with a zip fastener or snap fasteners located in the middle of the front part or shifted to the right or left from the middle of the front part (see Patent <patcit id="pcit0001" dnum="RU127765"><text>RU No. 127765</text></patcit>). In that jumpsuit, a fastener shifted to the right or to the left from the middle of the front part can go from the neck into one leg, while a fastener located in the middle of the front part can go from the neck to the groin. The front part of such jumpsuit can be designed with a cut-off yoke. The sleeves of such jumpsuit can be designed as set-in, raglan, or cuffed. A snap fastener can be designed between the legs of such jumpsuit.</p>
<p id="p0004" num="0004">A jumpsuit is known that includes a one-piece back and front, which form a neck with a collar in the top part and legs in the bottom part, as well as sleeves; this jumpsuit is characterized in that it has a pass-through fastener for convenience of changing the child's<!-- EPO <DP n="2"> --> clothes, while the bottom part has a fastener between the legs for changing diapers; see Patent <patcit id="pcit0002" dnum="RU14484"><text>RU No. 14484</text></patcit>. The difficulty in the diaper changing process consists in the need to take the child's legs out of the jumpsuit legs, which is very time-consuming and requires much effort due to the child's resistance to the dressing/undressing process.</p>
<p id="p0005" num="0005">A jumpsuit is known as per Patent <patcit id="pcit0003" dnum="CH682206"><text>CH No. 682206</text></patcit>, designed with vertical division into right and left flaps extending from the neck over the chest to the crotch, with fasteners on the sides in the chest area, which ensure the overlapping of one flap on the other. This jumpsuit design simplifies and accelerates the putting on and the taking off of the jumpsuit. A deficiency of this jumpsuit is that when the flaps are open, it is not possible to change the diaper without taking the jumpsuit off completely.</p>
<p id="p0006" num="0006">A jumpsuit is known as per Patent <patcit id="pcit0004" dnum="FR2788944"><text>FR No. 2788944</text></patcit>, designed with a possibility to open a small vertical strip of the jumpsuit, which goes over the crotch along the legs in the front and in the back, in order to change the diaper without taking all the clothes off, using two fasteners which attach the strip to the rest of the jumpsuit. A deficiency of this jumpsuit is that when the vertical strip is open, it is easy to remove the diaper but difficult to put on a new diaper without taking the jumpsuit off completely, because the side parts of the jumpsuit remain closed and it is necessary to introduce not only the hands but also the diaper's fasteners. If the jumpsuit tightly adheres to the child's body, it is practically impossible to put a diaper on. In addition, the process of undoing the fasteners along the jumpsuit's legs is very complex and lengthy, which, considering the time consumption, makes it pointless to change the diaper without taking the jumpsuit off completely.</p>
<p id="p0007" num="0007">A child umpsuit is known as per Patent <patcit id="pcit0005" dnum="RU2484744"><text>RU No. 2484744</text></patcit>, divided into two vertical parts of cloth in the crotch area, which overlap each other and have fasteners in this area. The fastening of the vertical parts of the jumpsuit cloth is designed from the middle of the trunk on the front and on the back over the crotch; also, the groin area on the jumpsuit's legs is expanded using flaring or a pleat, and by deepening the sitting line to knee level. The pleat in such a jumpsuit can be designed up to the neck area. The fastening in the groin area can be designed in the form of pass-through fasteners. This jumpsuit is designed with a<!-- EPO <DP n="3"> --> possibility to create a wrapover, which allows to open the jumpsuit material at least from the waist on the back to the navel on the front.</p>
<p id="p0008" num="0008">This technical solution was adopted by us as a prototype for the proposed child jumpsuit design.</p>
<p id="p0009" num="0009">The main deficiency of the known jumpsuits is the overlapping of two layers of material in the crotch area, an unnecessary expansion of the groin area and the deepening of the groin area to knee level. This results in consumption of extra material and complicates the use of the jumpsuit due to the need to arrange the overlapping layers of material and the need to hold the layers of material; also, undressing the lower body using fasteners proves to be insufficient for performing all required hygienic procedures.</p>
<p id="p0010" num="0010">The task to be solved by the proposed technical solution consists in creating a new simplified design of a child jumpsuit with lower material consumption, which would be more convenient to use when all required hygienic procedures need to be performed without taking the jumpsuit off.</p>
<heading id="h0003"><b>Disclosure of the Invention</b></heading>
<p id="p0011" num="0011">A child jumpsuit, including a top head portion with a hood and a body portion with sleeves and legs, is characterized in that the body portion includes a detachable flap located on both sides of the jumpsuit's body portion and containing a narrow part located on the front side of the body portion of the jumpsuit from the head portion to the bottom of the jumpsuit between the legs, and an expanding part, located on the back part of the body portion, which is designed with an expansion up to the width of the middle of the jumpsuit's body portion.</p>
<p id="p0012" num="0012">Moreover, the proposed technical solution is characterized by a number of additional optional features, specifically:
<ul id="ul0001" list-style="dash" compact="compact">
<li>the flap can be connected to the body portion using snap fasteners;</li>
<li>the flap can be connected to the body portion using zip fasteners.</li>
</ul><!-- EPO <DP n="4"> --></p>
<p id="p0013" num="0013">The technical result, which is ensured by the proposed combination of essential features of the proposed technical solution, consists in that the detachable flap can be easily opened and closed over the bottom of the jumpsuit to the child's chest or neck; this provides more access to the child's lower back, which allows to perform any hygienic manipulations easily and quickly, without taking the jumpsuit off and without taking the child's legs out of the jumpsuit legs - for example, putting the child on a potty, going to the bathroom, changing diapers, daily hygiene procedures.</p>
<heading id="h0004"><b>Best Option for the Use of the Invention</b></heading>
<p id="p0014" num="0014">The essence of the invention is illustrated by the drawing, where <figref idref="f0001">Fig. 1</figref> shows the front view of the proposed jumpsuit in closed position; <figref idref="f0001">Fig. 2</figref> shows the rear view in closed position; <figref idref="f0001">Fig. 3</figref> shows a rear view at the initial stage of opening the flap; <figref idref="f0001">Fig. 4</figref> shows the detachable flap of the proposed jumpsuit.</p>
<p id="p0015" num="0015">The proposed jumpsuit includes a top head portion 1 with a hood, and a body portion 2 with sleeves 3 and legs 4. The body portion 2 includes a detachable flap 5, which is located on both sides of the body portion 2 and includes a narrow part located on the front of the jumpsuit's body portion 2 from the head portion 1 to the bottom of the jumpsuit between the legs, and an expanding part located on the back side of the body portion 2, which is designed with expansion up to the width of the middle of the jumpsuit's body portion.</p>
<p id="p0016" num="0016">The proposed jumpsuit is to be used as follows.</p>
<p id="p0017" num="0017">When putting the jumpsuit on the child, the narrow part of the flap 5 is unfastened, and the child's arms and legs are inserted in the sleeves 3 and legs 4. Then the flap 5 is fastened.</p>
<p id="p0018" num="0018">If it is needed to gain access to the child's lower body for hygienic procedures, the flap 5 is unfastened on the back of the body portion 2, uncovering the child's lower body as much as needed for the relevant hygienic procedure (removing the diaper, putting the child on the potty, washing up, etc.) without taking the jumpsuit off. The flap 5, depending on the<!-- EPO <DP n="5"> --> need to perform a particular hygienic procedure, can be unfastened partially or completely. The design of the jumpsuit allows to begin unfastening the flap 5 on the front or back side of the body portion, depending on the child's gender. The use of the proposed jumpsuit keeps the child's chest and upper body covered, protecting the child from cold.</p>
<p id="p0019" num="0019">The proposed jumpsuit design allows to perform any hygienic procedures easily and quickly, without taking the child's legs out of the jumpsuit legs - for example, putting the child on a potty, going to the bathroom, changing diapers, daily hygiene procedures.</p>
