[0001] The present invention relates to a bottle for sports use.
[0002] In particular, the present invention relates to a bottle which allows to be marked
in a simple and precise manner, in particular by allowing to mark a plurality of such
bottles in a uniform way even tracing on the reference marks by hand.
[0003] Nowadays, there are many sports made up of teams in which a group of bottles are
used for a plurality of athletes of the same team.
[0004] The Bottles of same team are generally of the same shape and color and therefore,
they are not distinguishable one from the other.
[0005] Each athlete tends to mark his or her bottle, for example, by writing his name or
his unique identification number.
[0006] This generates non-uniformity in the overall appearance of the group of bottles as
each has a different style in which it is marked.
[0007] The underlying problem of the present invention is to render a bottle markable in
order that the style in which it is marked can easily be maintain consistent for a
group of bottles.
[0008] The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a bottle for sports use,
that solves this problem by solving the drawbacks of a bottle for sports as described
above.
[0009] Within the scope of this task, it is an object of the present invention to propose
a bottle for sports use, markable with a wide range of predefined marks.
[0010] Another object of the present invention is to provide a bottle for sports use, that
are markable with precise and durable marks.
[0011] Yet another object of the invention is to propose a bottle for sports use, that is
structurally simple and easy to realize and use.
[0012] This task, as well as these and other objects that will best appear in the following,
are achieved by a bottle for sports use according to claim 1 attached.
[0013] Detail features of the bottle for sports use according to the invention are reported
in the corresponding dependent claims.
[0014] Further characteristics and advantages of the invention will become more apparent
from the description of a preferred but non-exclusive embodiment of the bottle for
sports use according to the invention, illustrated by way of non-limiting example
in the joined table of figures, in which:
- figure 1 shows a partial view of a bottle for sports use according to the present
invention;
- figure 2 shows a further partial view of a bottle for sports use;
- figure 3 illustrates a bottle for sports use according to the present invention, in
perspective view.
[0015] With particular reference to the figures cited, the reference numeral 10 generally
designates a bottle for sports use, which according to the present invention has a
particular peculiarity in the fact that it has operating parts 11 delimited and adapted
to be colored by means of an ink, these operating parts 11 are visible on the outside
of the bottle and mutually positioned in such a way that, after the coloring of the
first of these operating parts 11 or portions of them, they form letters, digits or
other conventional symbols.
[0016] Preferably, the operating parts 11 are embossed or grooved with respect to an outer
surface 12 of the bottle 10.
[0017] The operating parts 11 advantageously have an operating surface 11 a and an edge
11 b that surrounds the operating surface 11 a to hinder the coloring of surfaces
of the bottle 10 different from the operating surface 11 a when it is colored by a
user.
[0018] In other words, the edge 11 b defines a physical blocking, for example, to the tip
of a pen or a marker, so that a user that colors the operating surface 11 a is guided
by the edge 11 b to color the peripheral margin of the latter in a clean and precise
manner.
[0019] Preferably, the operating surface 11 a is structurally or chemically suitable to
retain an ink or other coloring material.
[0020] Advantageously, the operating surface 11 a is substantially parallel to the outer
surface 12 of the bottle 10 and the operating parts 11 form a plurality of digits
or letters and/or comprise a plurality of segments that are selectively colorable
to form at least a digit or a letter such as, by way of example and not limitative,
illustrated in figures 1 and 2.
[0021] Preferably, the operating parts 11 are grooved with respect to the outer surface
12 and comprise at least a group 13 of 7 rectilinear operating parts 11 arranged to
form a stylized 8.
[0022] In this way, by selectively coloring a combination of the rectilinear operating parts
11, it is possible to obtain any of the digits from 0 to 9, for example in figure
2, in a first group, the straight lines of the operating part 11 are colored in a
way to form the digit 2 and in a second group, the operational parts are colored to
form the digit 3.
[0023] In a possible embodiment of the present invention, not shown in the accompanying
figures, the bottle 10 advantageously comprises a body and a sheath covering at least
partially an external face of the body, the sheath has through holes able to expose
tracts of the external face of the body, whereby the tracts are delimited by the holes
so as to define the operating parts.
[0024] The sheath is preferably movable on the body and, advantageously, can be coupled
to the body and detachable from the latter to be used on the body of an additional
bottle 10.
[0025] With particular reference to figure 3, the bottle 10 advantageously comprises a body
14 and a cap 15.
[0026] The operating parts 11 are provided with choices:
- exclusively on the body 14;
- exclusively on the cap 15;
- or on the body 14 and on the cap 15.
[0027] Preferably, the cap 15 comprises a lower part 16 able to couple with an opening of
the body 14 and an upper part 17 provided with a spout 18 through which the user can
drink the contents of the bottle.
[0028] The cap 15 advantageously comprises an upper wall 19 circumferential with spout 18
and provided with operating parts 11.
[0029] The body 14 has a main direction of development and advantageously the upper wall
19 extends substantially perpendicular to the main direction of development.
[0030] Thus, the bottle 10 allows for easy visibility of recognizable symbols even from
the top, where such symbol have been drawn, as described above.
[0031] The invention thus conceived is susceptible of numerous modifications and variations,
all of which fall within the scope of the enclosed claims.
[0032] In addition, all details may be replaced by other technically equivalent elements.
[0033] In practice, the materials used, as well as the shapes and the size of the contingents,
may be varied according to the contingent needs and state of the art.
[0034] For example, the operating parts can be made from a dot matrix, little squares embossed
or grooved, and not just with the typical features of the digital numbers exemplified
in the attached figures.
[0035] If the constructive features and techniques mentioned in the following claims are
followed by signs or reference numbers, such signs or reference numbers have been
assigned with the sole purpose of increasing the intelligibility of the claims themselves
and, consequently, they do not constitute in any way of limiting the interpretation
of each element identified, purely for example, by such signs or reference numbers.
