(57) A method for creating an electronic signature of a document (2) associated to a person (1) by means of the voice print of the person (1); the creation method envisages the steps of: generating the document (2) in electronic format; determining a message digest (8) of the document (2) by means of a hash function (9); having the person (1) read out loud the message digest (8) of the document (2) or another alphanumeric sequence derived from the message digest (8) itself, at the same time generating a corresponding authentication voice recording (13); and associating the authentication voice recording (13) to the document (2) in electronic format.
