<p id="pa01" num="0001">Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Rangierlok, die einen Gleisabschnitt befährt, wobei ein Bewegungszustand der Rangierlok in Abhängigkeit eines Signals eines Fernwirkungssensors beeinflusst wird, wobei der Fernwirkungssensor ortsfest derart angeordnet ist, dass er den Gleisabschnitt überwacht.
