Field of the invention
[0001] The present invention relates to a top garment with conversion to bag, where the
top garment comprises front and rear part, or short and long sleeves, wherein different
functional elements are located on the front and rear parts.
Background of the invention
[0002] Top garments, T-shirts, undershirts, vests, sweatshirts and other suitable top garments
do not allow the change to bag because they do not contain the appropriate integrated
elements. There are already some adjustments of old T-shirt with adjustment to the
bag without a single stitch or cut and sewing of this T-shirt but there is no way
to turn back to the T-shirt. There is invention no.
286 272 entitled "Plastic bag - T-shirt and method of its manufacture". The invention relates
to plastic bags, more particularly reinforcing bags, especially bags generally referred
to as the bag / t-shirt. Document
US4476587 A describes garments comprising the main part with sleeves, hood, pulling laces, hooks,
zipper that are reversible to the rucksack. The hood and sleeves are folded into the
hull portion and by connecting the pulling laces into hooks are formed shoulder straps.
The document
US4057854 A discloses a sweater provided with pulling laces around the neck or hood, waist and
in the sleeves. The pulling lace in the belt passes through the grommets in the sleeves
and joins the sleeves with the belt, thereby closing the bottom of the sweater and
forming the bag.
Summary of the invention
[0003] According to the present invention, a top garment with conversion to the bag includes
a front and a rear part of the garment on which the integrated elements are placed
and a seam is formed on the underside of the garment's front and rear part, in which
the lace is threaded through the holes formed on it, which is on its end provided
with an engaging element or engaging elements for engaging in the engaging elements
arranged symmetrically horizontally in the upper portion of the joined front and rear
garment's parts, while after pulling the lace and fastening the engaging element or
the engaging elements located on the lace at the same time into the engaging elements
arranged symmetrically horizontally at the top of the joined front and back parts
of the garment forms a bag.
[0004] The top garment with conversion to bag, with the advantage that as the front and
back parts of the garment are used front and back parts of the T-shirt, undershirt
or vest. With these parts is the modification most suitable.
[0005] Top garment with conversion to the bag, where is preferably used as front and a rear
part of the garment a front and a rear part of the vest or on the front or rear part
of the garment are placed straps provided with engaging elements, while the lace contains
on its end engaging elements that are in their common position for wearing engaged
in the elements preferably placed on the rear part of the garment.
[0006] Top garment with conversion to the bag has engaging elements provided with an engaging
element or engaging elements, preferably horizontally symmetrically positioned in
the shoulder region in the case of T-shirt, or horizontally symmetrically placed on
the straps in the case of vest.
[0007] Top garment with conversion to the bag, wherein the engaging elements for fastening
the elements placed on the lace may be formed as circles, eyes, holes, hooks or other
closed elements of different geometric shapes.
[0008] Top garment with conversion to the bag where the lace, in the case of the front and
the back part of the garment forming a T-shirt, can be made so as to fulfill the function
of the strap to form a rucksack or backpack.
[0009] Top garment with conversion to the bag, where the front and back part of the garment
can be made of materials such as fabric, leather, synthetic leather, plastic, cord
fabric, rubber, or a combination thereof to guarantee the carrying capacity of the
bag and the front and rear part of the top garment comprises cases, pockets, hooks,
spring hooks, various protectors, zippers, reflective elements and other integrated
elements according to the intended use.
[0010] The advantage is that the backward procedure creates the top garment in its original
state.
