DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0022] Embodiments of the disclosure are described in detail below, and examples of the
embodiments are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described
below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative and intended to
explain the present disclosure and cannot be construed as limiting the present disclosure.
[0023] A yo-yo with a functional accessory convenient to detach according to embodiments
of the present disclosure is described with reference to Fig. 1 to Fig. 45.
[0024] As illustrated in Fig. 1 to Fig. 45, the yo-yo with the functional accessory convenient
to detach according to embodiments of the present disclosure includes a base assembly
and a functional accessory 4.
[0025] Specifically, the base assembly is provided with a first mounting portion (such as
a limiting notch 32 described below), and the functional accessory 4 is twistably
and rotatably connected to the base assembly. It could be understood that functional
accessory 4 is detached from and mounted to the base assembly by twisting and rotating
functional accessory 4. The functional accessory 4 is provided with a second mounting
portion (such as a mounting protrusion described below) fitted with the first mounting
portion. Thus, a connection between the functional accessory 4 and the base assembly
can be realized by cooperation of the first mounting portion and the second mounting
portion.
[0026] With the yo-yo with the functional accessory 4 convenient to detach according to
embodiments of the present disclosure, by providing the base assembly with the first
mounting portion and providing the functional accessory 4 with the second mounting
portion fitted with the first mounting portion, the connection and detachment between
the functional accessory 4 and the base assembly can be realized, so that the installation
and detachment of the functional accessory 4 is facilitated.
[0027] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as illustrated in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and
Fig. 8, the yo-yo with the functional accessory 4 convenient to detach includes a
limiting member 3, and the limiting member 3 is movable between a first position a
and a second position b. When 3 is at the first position a, the first mounting portion
and the second mounting portion are fitted with each other. Thus, the installation
and detachment of the functional accessory 4 can be realized by rotating the functional
accessory 4 to enable a movement of the functional accessory 4 between the first position
a and the second position b.
[0028] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as illustrated in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and
Fig. 8, a sliding rail 21 is defined in the base assembly, the first position a and
the second position b are located in the sliding rail 21, and the sliding rail 21
is provided with an inner mounting notch 23 and an outer mounting notch 22 opposite
to the inner mounting notch 23. A part of the limiting member 3 is located in the
outer mounting notch 22. An outer end of the limiting member 3 has a poking portion
31 and the poking portion 31 extends out of the outer mounting notch 22. Thus, the
poking of the limiting member 3 is facilitated, the movement of the limiting member
3 between the first position a and the second position b can be realized by poking
the poking portion 31. An inner end of the limiting member 3 is configured as the
first mounting portion. When the limiting member 3 is in the first position a, the
first mounting portion is located in the inner mounting notch 23. When the outer end
of the limiting member 3 is poked, the first mounting portion can drive the second
mounting portion to move. When the limiting member 3 is poked to move from the first
position a to the second position b, the second mounting portion can be deviated from
the inner mounting notch 23.
[0029] During the installation of the functional accessory 4, the outer end of the limiting
member 3 is poked to be located at the first position a, so that the second mounting
portion of the functional accessory 4 is fitted with the first mounting portion, and
then the outer end of the limiting member 3 is poked to move to the second position
b, and during the movement of the limiting member 3 to the second position b, the
first mounting portion drives the second mounting portion to be deviated from the
inner mounting notch 23, in which case a displacement of the second mounting portion
is limited and hence a displacement of the functional accessory 4 is limited, so that
the installation of the functional accessory 4 is finished.
[0030] During the detachment of the functional accessory 4, the outer end of the limiting
member 3 is poked to move from the second position b to the first position a, and
during the movement, the first mounting portion drives the second mounting portion
to move into the inner mounting notch 23, in this case, the second mounting portion
can be separated from the first mounting portion so that the detachment of the functional
accessory 4 is realized.
[0031] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as illustrated in Fig. 1 and Fig.
8, the base assembly includes a base 1 and a supporting member 2. The base 1 is provided
with a mounting cavity 11, and at least one end of the mounting cavity 11 is provided
with an opening 12. The outer mounting notch 22 is adjacent to the opening 12, and
the supporting member 2 is arranged in the mounting cavity 11. The sliding rail 21
is defined by the supporting member 2 and an inner wall of the mounting cavity 11.
In this way, a structure of the base assembly can be simplified.
[0032] During the installation of the functional accessory 4, the outer end of the limiting
member 3 is poked to be located at the first position a, and the functional accessory
4 can be mounted from the opening 12 towards an inner side of the mounting cavity
11, so that the second mounting portion of the functional accessory 4 is fitted with
the first mounting portion, and then the outer end of the limiting member 3 is poked
to move to the second position b, and during the movement of the limiting member 3
to the second position b, the first mounting portion drives the second mounting portion
to be deviated from the inner mounting notch 23, in which case a surface of the supporting
member 2 facing the inner side of the mounting cavity 11 is fitted with and abutted
against a surface of the second mounting portion facing an outer side of the mounting
cavity 11 so as to limit the displacement of the second mounting portion in a direction
of the outer side of the mounting cavity 11, hence limit the displacement of the functional
accessory 4 in the direction of the outer side of the mounting cavity 11, so that
the installation of the functional accessory 4 is finished.
[0033] During the detachment of the functional accessory 4, the outer end of the limiting
member 3 is poked to move from the second position b to the first position a, and
during the movement, the first mounting portion drives the second mounting portion
to move into the inner mounting notch 23, in this case, the second mounting portion
can be separated from the first mounting portion so that the detachment of the functional
accessory 4 is realized.
[0034] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as illustrated in Fig. 4, Fig. 5,
Fig. 34 and Fig. 35, the inner wall of the mounting cavity 11 is provided with a plurality
of first step surfaces 13, the plurality of the first step surfaces 13 is arranged
spaced apart along a circumferential direction of the opening 12, and the limiting
member 3 is slidably arranged between two adjacent first step surfaces 13. When the
supporting member 2 is tightly attached to an inner wall surface of the mounting cavity
11 and the inner wall surface of the mounting cavity 11 is provided with the first
step surfaces 13, the surface of the supporting member 2 facing the inner wall surface
of the mounting cavity 11 is provided with a step surface fitted with the first step
surfaces 13, so that cooperation degree of the inner wall surface of the mounting
cavity 11 and the supporting member 2 can be improved and reliability of the overall
structure can be enhanced. In addition, the limiting member 3 is arranged between
two adjacent first step surfaces 13, and a moving track of the limiting member 3 is
further limited by means of two adjacent first step surfaces 13, the operation reliability
of the limiting member 3 can be improved, so that the operation reliability of the
overall mechanism can be improved, hence the installation and detachment of the functional
accessory 4 can be facilitated.
[0035] As illustrated in Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 34 and Fig. 35, the inner wall of the mounting
cavity 11 is provided with a plurality of second step surfaces 14, the plurality of
second step surfaces 14 is arranged spaced apart along the circumferential direction
of the opening 12, the second step surfaces 14 are spaced apart from the first step
surfaces 13, and the limiting member 3 is slidably arranged between two adjacent second
step surfaces 14. Thus, cooperation goodness of the inner wall of the mounting cavity
11 and the supporting member 2 can be further improved and the moving track of the
limiting member 3 is further limited, so that the operation reliability of the overall
structure can be improved, and the installation and detachment of the functional accessory
4 can be facilitated.
[0036] For example, in the examples illustrated in Fig. 34 and Fig. 35, the inner wall of
the mounting cavity 11 is provided with three first step surfaces 13 and three second
step surfaces 14. The three first step surfaces 13 and three second step surfaces
14 are all arranged spaced apart along the circumferential direction of the opening
12, the first step surfaces 13 are arranged adjacent to the opening 12 with respect
to the second step surfaces 14, and the limiting member 3 can be slidably arranged
between two adjacent first step surfaces 13 and two adjacent second step surfaces
14. Thus, not only the cooperation degree of the inner wall surface of the mounting
cavity 11 and the supporting member 2 can be improved so as to prevent the supporting
member 2 from being separated from the mounting cavity 11, but also the moving track
of the limiting member 3 can be limited, so that the operation reliability of the
overall structure is improved and hence the installation and detachment of the functional
accessory 4 is facilitated.
[0037] Certainly, the present disclosure is not limited to this, for example, in the examples
illustrated in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, the inner wall of the mounting cavity 11 is provided
with the first step surface 13 and the second step surface 14. The first step surface
13 and the second step surface 14 both extend along the circumferential direction
of the opening 12, and the first step surface 13 is arranged adjacent to the opening
12 with respect to the second step surface 14. The surface of the limiting member
3 opposite to the inner wall surface of the mounting cavity 11 is separately fitted
with the first step surface 13 and the second step surface 14, the limiting member
3 is slidably arranged on the first step surface 13 and the second step surface 14,
and the moving track of the limiting member 3 can be defined by the sliding rail 21.
[0038] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as illustrated in Fig. 34, Fig. 35
and Fig. 38, an annular groove 15 is formed in the mounting cavity 11, the yo-yo further
includes an annular gasket 5, and the annular gasket 5 is slidably embedded in the
annular groove 15. The annular gasket 5 and the limiting member 3 are snap-fitted
with each other, the annular gasket 5 is provided with a snapping groove 51, and the
limiting member 3 is snap-fitted in the snapping groove 51. Thus, when the outer end
of one of the limiting member 3 is poked, the limiting member 3 can drive the annular
gasket 5 to rotate in the annular groove 15, and the annular gasket 5 can drive other
limiting members 3 to rotate. That is, when the outer end of one of the limiting members
3, all of the limiting members 3 can move simultaneously, it doesn't need to poke
the outer end of all of the limiting members 3, so that the installation and detachment
of the functional accessory 4 is facilitated.
[0039] For example, in the examples illustrated in Fig. 34, Fig. 35 and Fig. 38, the annular
groove 15 is formed in the mounting cavity 11, the annular gasket 5 is embedded in
the annular groove 15, and the annular gasket 5 is slidable in the annular groove
15. The annular gasket 5 is provided with the snapping groove 51 matched with an outer
contour of the limiting member 3 along the circumferential direction of the opening
12, and the limiting member 3 is snap-fitted in the snapping groove 51. When the outer
end of one of the limiting members 3 is poked, the limiting member 3 can drive the
annular gasket 5 in cooperation with the limiting member 3 to rotate, and the annular
gasket 5 can drive other limiting members 3 in cooperation with the annular gasket
5 to move, so that the movement of all of the limiting member 3 can be realized by
poking one of the limiting members 3 and it doesn't need to poke all of the limiting
members 3, hence the installation and detachment of the functional accessory 4 is
facilitated.
[0040] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as illustrated in Fig. 8, Fig. 9,
Fig. 18, Fig. 19, Fig. 28, Fig. 29, Fig. 37 and Fig. 39, the limiting member 3 is
provided with a first limiting portion (such as a limiting protrusion 33), and the
supporting member 2 is provided with a second limiting portion (such as a limiting
groove 25) fitted with the first limiting portion. One of the first limiting portion
and the second limiting portion is formed to be the limiting protrusion 33, and the
other one thereof is formed to be the limiting groove 25. When the first limiting
portion is fitted with the second limiting portion, the limiting member 3 is located
at the first position a or the second position b. Thus, the limiting member 3 can
be fixed to the first position a or the second position b, so as to improve reliability
of installation and detachment of the functional accessory 4 and prevent the functional
accessory 4 from being separated from the base 1 during the installation or being
stuck during the detachment.
[0041] Certainly, the present disclosure is not limited to this, the limiting member 3 can
be provided with the first limiting portion, and the inner wall of the mounting cavity
11 can be provided with the second limiting portion fitted with the first limiting
portion. One of the first limiting portion and the second limiting portion is formed
to be the limiting protrusion 33, and the other one thereof is formed to be the limiting
groove 25. When the first limiting portion is fitted with the second limiting portion,
the limiting member 3 is located at the first position a or the second position b.
Thus, the limiting member 3 can be fixed to the first position a or the second position
b, so as to improve reliability of installation and detachment of the functional accessory
4 and prevent the functional accessory 4 from being separated from the base 1 during
the installation or being stuck during the detachment.
[0042] As illustrated in Fig. 8, Fig. 18, Fig. 28 and Fig. 37, two limiting grooves 25 are
provided. When the limiting protrusion 33 is fitted with one of the limiting grooves
25, the limiting member 3 is located at the first position a. When the limiting protrusion
33 is fitted with the other one of the limiting grooves 25, the limiting member 3
is located at the second position b. Thus, the limiting member 3 can be fixedly not
only to the first position a, but also to the second position b, so that when the
installation of the functional accessory 4 is finished, the reliability of cooperation
of the second mounting portion and a stopping cavity 24 is ensured and security of
connection between the functional accessory 4 and the base 1 is improved; and when
the functional accessory 4 is detached, it is ensured that the second mounting portion
can be completely separated from the stopping cavity 24 so as to guarantee the reliability
when the functional accessory 4 is installed and smooth-going of the detachment.
[0043] For example, in the examples illustrated in Fig. 8, Fig. 9, Fig. 18, Fig. 19, Fig.
28, Fig. 29, Fig. 37 and Fig. 39, the limiting member 3 is provided with the first
limiting portion, the supporting member 2 is provided with the second limiting portion
suitable to be fitted with the first limiting portion. The first limiting portion
is formed to be the limiting protrusion 33, and the second limiting portion is formed
to be the limiting groove 25. Two limiting grooves 25 are provided and arranged spaced
apart along the circumferential direction of the supporting member 2. When the limiting
protrusion 33 is fitted with one of the limiting grooves 25, the limiting member 3
is located at the first position a. When the limiting protrusion 33 is fitted with
the other one of the limiting grooves 25, the limiting member 3 is located at the
second position b. Thus, the limiting member 3 can be fixedly not only to the first
position a, but also to the second position b, so that when the installation of the
functional accessory 4 is finished, the reliability of cooperation of the second mounting
portion and the stopping cavity 24 is ensured, and when the functional accessory 4
is detached, it is ensured that the second mounting portion can be completely separated
from the stopping cavity 24 so as to guarantee the connection reliability when the
functional accessory 4 is installed and smooth-going of the detachment. Certainly,
the present disclosure is not limited to this, the limiting protrusion 33 can be provided
to the surface of the limiting member 3 towards the inner wall of the mounting cavity
11, and the limiting grooves 25 can be formed in the inner wall of the mounting cavity
11.
[0044] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as illustrated in Fig. 41 to Fig.
45, the functional accessory 4 is provided with an elastic arm 41, and the second
mounting portion is provided to the elastic arm 41. Thus, during the installation
and detachment, when the second mounting portion cannot be aligned to the first mounting
portion completely, the elastic arm 41 can deform in a direction of a center of the
functional accessory 4 so as to facilitate the installation and detachment of the
functional accessory 4.
[0045] As illustrated in Fig. 41 to Fig. 45, the functional accessory 4 is provided with
a dazzling light assembly, a gyro element, or a decoration element. Thus, it is possible
to make the yo-yo to have more functions, and hence to create more variety of moves
and more consistent moves, improving the enjoyment of the yo-yo effectively.
[0046] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as illustrated in Fig. 7, Fig. 8,
Fig. 17, Fig. 18, Fig. 26, Fig. 27, Fig. 36 and Fig. 37, the supporting member 2 is
configured as an annular member and can cover at least a part of an inner circumferential
wall of the mounting cavity 11. Thus, not only the cooperation of the supporting member
2 and the base 1, but also the cooperation of the supporting member 2 and the functional
accessory 4 are facilitated, which is beneficial for simplifying the structure and
installation process of the yo-yo, and when the supporting member 2 covers a part
of the inner circumferential wall of the mounting cavity 11, materials for the supporting
member 2 can be saved.
[0047] As illustrated in Fig. 31 to Fig. 33, the supporting member 2 is provided with a
protruding opening 28 suitable for the limiting member 3 to protrude. When the limiting
member 3 moves from the first position a to the second position b, the limiting member
3 is configured to move from an end of the protruding opening 28 to the other end
of the protruding opening 28. On one hand, the protruding opening 28 can be used for
the limiting member 3 to protrude, and on the other hand, the protruding opening 28
can play a role of limiting a movement track of the limiting member 3 and further
improve the operation reliability of the limiting member 3.
[0048] As illustrated in Fig. 21, Fig. 23, Fig. 24 and Fig. 26 to Fig. 28, the supporting
member 2 includes a first annular rib 2a and a second annular rib 2b spaced apart,
the first annular rib 2a and the second annular rib 2b both extend along the circumferential
direction of the opening 12, and the first annular rib 2a is adjacent to the opening
12. The first annular rib 2a and the second annular rib 2b can define the sliding
rail 21 together with the inner wall of the mounting cavity 11, the sliding rail 21
is provided with the outer mounting notch 22 at a position adjacent to the first annular
rib 2a, and provided with the inner mounting notch 23 and the stopping cavity 24 at
a position adjacent to the second annular rib 2b. Thus, the structure and processing
technology of the supporting member 2 can be simplified, so that the production period
is shortened and manufacturing cost is lowered down.
[0049] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as illustrated in Fig. 2, Fig. 12
and Fig. 22, the first mounting portion is formed to be the limiting notch 32 and
the second mounting portion is formed to be a mounting protrusion 42. Thus, the structures
of the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion can be simplified. The
supporting member 2 is provided with a mounting through hole 26 suitable for the mounting
protrusion 42 to pass through. When the limiting member 3 is located at the first
position a, the mounting through hole 26 is communicated with the limiting notch 32.
Thus, during the installation of the functional accessory 4, it is convenient for
the mounting protrusion 42 to pass through the mounting through hole 26 to be fitted
with the limiting notch 32, and during the detachment of the functional accessory
4, it is convenient for the mounting protrusion 42 to extend out of the limiting notch
32.
[0050] As illustrated in Fig. 9, Fig. 10, Fig. 19, Fig. 20, Fig. 29, Fig. 30 and Fig. 35,
a plurality of the limiting members 3 is provided and arranged spaced apart along
the circumferential direction of the opening 12. Thus, the reliability of fixation
between the base 1 and the functional accessory 4 can be improved, which can prevent
the functional accessory 4 from falling off when the yo-yo is used. As illustrated
in Fig. 9, Fig. 10, Fig. 19, Fig. 20, Fig. 29 and Fig. 30, a connecting rib 34 is
provided between two adjacent limiting members 3, thus, when the outer end of one
of the limiting members 3 is poked, the limiting member 3 can drive the connecting
rib 34 to rotate and the connecting rib 34 can drive the other limiting members 3
to rotate. That is, when one of the limiting members 3 is poked, all of the limiting
members 3 can move simultaneously, it doesn't need to poke all of the limiting members
3 one by one, so that the installation and detachment of the functional accessory
4 is facilitated.
[0051] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, three or four limiting members 3 are
provided. Thus, not only the structure is simplified, but also the reliability of
the installation of the functional accessory 4 can be improved. The plurality of limiting
members 3 is distributed evenly along the circumferential direction of the opening
12, so as to simplify the structure further and enable the functional accessory 4
to be subjected to force more uniformly, so that the functional accessory 4 is enabled
to be installed more securely.
[0052] For example, in the examples illustrated in Fig. 9, Fig. 10, Fig. 19, Fig. 20, Fig.
29 and Fig. 30, three limiting members 3 are provided and spaced apart evenly along
the circumferential direction of the opening 12, the connecting rib 34 is disposed
between every two adjacent limiting members 3 so as to connect the three limiting
members 3 into one piece. Thus, when one of the limiting members 3 is poked, the one
limiting member 3 can drive the connecting rib 34 to rotate and the connecting rib
34 can drive other limiting members 3 to rotate. That is, when one of the limiting
members 3 is poked, all of the limiting members 3 can move simultaneously, it doesn't
need to poke all of the limiting members 3 one by one, so that the installation and
detachment of the functional accessory 4 is facilitated. Certainly, the limiting member
3 and the connecting rib 34 can be formed integrally. It is to be noted that, as illustrated
in Fig. 4, Fig. 14 and Fig. 24, the annular groove 15 is formed in the inner wall
surface of the mounting cavity 11 and the connecting rib 34 can move in the annular
groove 15.
[0053] As illustrated in Fig. 12, the stopping cavity 24 is formed in the sliding rail 21
and communicated with the inner mounting notch 23. When the limiting member 3 is poked
to move from the first position a to the second position b, the second mounting portion
moves into the stopping cavity 24. A surface of the second mounting portion facing
the outer side of the mounting cavity 11 is abutted against a surface of the stopping
cavity 24 facing the inner side of the mounting cavity 11 so as to limit the displacement
of the second mounting portion in the direction of the outer side of the mounting
cavity 11, and hence prevent the functional accessory 4 from being separated from
the base 1.
[0054] The yo-yos with the functional accessory convenient to detach according to four specific
embodiments of the present disclosure are described below with reference to Fig. 1
to Fig. 45. The description below is only illustrative and intended to explain the
present disclosure and cannot be construed to limit the present disclosure.
First embodiment
[0055] As illustrated in Fig. 1 to Fig. 10 and Fig. 41 to Fig. 45, the yo-yo with the functional
accessory convenient to detach according to embodiments of the present disclosure
includes the base 1, the supporting member 2, the limiting member 3 and the functional
accessory 4.
[0056] Specifically, the base 1 is provided with the mounting cavity 11, and one end of
the mounting cavity 11 is provided with the opening 12. The supporting member 2 is
disposed to the inner wall of the mounting cavity 11 and is tightly attached to the
inner wall of the mounting cavity 11. The supporting member 2 is formed to be annular,
and three grooves extending along the circumferential direction of the supporting
member 2 are formed in the surface of the supporting member 2 opposite to the inner
wall of the mounting cavity 11. The sliding rail 21 is defined by an inner circumferential
wall of the groove and the inner wall surface of the mounting cavity 11. The sliding
rail 21 extends along the circumferential direction of the opening 12 and has the
first position a and the second position b along the extending direction thereof.
The inner mounting notch 23, the outer mounting notch 22 and the stopping cavity 24
are formed in the sliding rail 21. The inner mounting notch 23 is opposite to the
outer mounting notch 22 and the outer mounting notch 22 is adjacent to the opening
12. The stopping cavity 24 and the inner mounting notch 23 are located at an end of
the sliding rail 21 away from the opening 12, the stopping cavity 24 is communicated
with the inner mounting notch 23, the supporting member 2 is provided with the mounting
through hole 26, and the mounting through hole 26 is opposite to the inner mounting
notch 23. The outer mounting notch 22, the inner mounting notch 23 and the stopping
cavity 24 all extend along the circumferential direction of the opening 12.
[0057] The limiting member 3 is disposed to the sliding rail 21 and tightly attached to
the inner wall of the mounting cavity 11 and the wall surface of the supporting member
2 towards the inner wall of the mounting cavity 11. The limiting member 3 is movable
between the first position a and the second position b. The outer end of the limiting
member 3 is provided with the poking portion 31. The poking portion 31 is located
at a central position of the outer end of the limiting member 3 and forms to be a
poking protrusion. The poking portion 31 is located in the outer mounting notch 22,
the limiting notch 32 is formed in the inner end of the limiting member 3, and the
limiting notch 32 is located in the inner mounting notch 23. The functional accessory
4 is provided with the elastic arm 41 and the elastic arm 41 is provided with the
mounting protrusion 42 suitable to be fitted with the limiting notch 32. When the
limiting member 3 is located at the first position a, the mounting through hole 26
is opposite to the limiting notch 32 and communicated with the limiting notch 32,
and the mounting protrusion 42 is configured to pass through the mounting through
hole 26 and to be located in the limiting notch 32. When the poking portion 31 is
poked to move from the first position a to the second position b, the mounting protrusion
42 moves into the stopping cavity 24. The functional accessory 4 can be the dazzling
light assembly, the gyro element, a finger-sustaining cover, a first side shaft model,
a second side shaft model and etc.
[0058] During the installation of the functional accessory 4, it is possible to enable the
limiting member 3 to be located at the first position a by poking the poking portion
31, in this case, the mounting through hole 26 is opposite to the limiting notch 32,
the mounting protrusion 42 of the functional accessory 4 can pass through the mounting
through hole 26 and be located in the limiting notch 32; then the poking portion 31
is poked to move from the first position a to the second position b, in this case
the limiting notch 32 moves along with the limiting member 3 and drives the mounting
protrusion 42 to move into the stopping cavity 24, a surface of the mounting protrusion
42 in the direction of the outer side of the mounting cavity 11 is fitted with and
abutted against the surface of the stopping cavity 24 in the direction of the inner
side of the mounting cavity 11, thus, the stopping cavity 24 can limit the displacement
of the mounting protrusion 42 towards the outer side of the mounting cavity 11 so
that the functional accessory 4 is enabled to be mounted to the base 1.
[0059] During the detachment of the functional accessory 4, the poking portion 31 is poked
so as to make the limiting member 3 to move from the second position b to the first
position a. During the movement of the limiting member 3, the limiting notch 32 drives
the mounting protrusion 42 to be separated from the stopping cavity 24 and enter the
inner mounting notch 23 gradually. When the limiting member 3 moves to the first position
a, the limiting notch 32 is completely separated from the stopping cavity 24 and opposite
to the mounting through hole 26, in this case, the mounting protrusion 42 in the limiting
notch 32 can pass through the mounting through hole 26 and move in the direction of
the outer side of the mounting cavity 11, and the detachment of the functional accessory
4 from the base 1 is finished when the mounting protrusion 42 moves out of the mounting
through hole 26.
[0060] In addition, as illustrated in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, the inner wall of the mounting
cavity 11 is provided with the first step surface 13 and the second step surface 14.
The first step surface 13 and the second step surface 14 both extend along the circumferential
direction of the opening 12. The first step surface 13 and the second step surface
14 are arranged spaced apart and the limiting member 3 can slide on the first step
surface 13 and the second step surface 14. Correspondingly, the step surfaces fitted
with the first step surface 13 and the second step surface 14 are formed on the wall
surface of the supporting member 2 opposite to the inner wall of the mounting cavity
11 and the wall surface of the limiting member 3 opposite to the inner wall of the
mounting cavity 11. Thus, the tightness of the cooperation of the supporting member
2, the mounting cavity 11 and the limiting member 3 can be increased and the reliability
of the overall structure of the yo-yo can be improved, so that the installation and
detachment of the functional accessory 4 is facilitated. The first step surface 13
of the mounting cavity 11 is defined by the annular gasket 5 located on the inner
wall of the mounting cavity 11.
[0061] As illustrated in Fig. 7 to Fig. 10, three the sliding rails 21 are provided, and
three limiting members 3 are provided correspondingly. Thus, the reliability of installation
and detachment of the functional accessory 4 can be improved. In addition, the connecting
rib 34 is provided between two adjacent limiting members 3 and the connecting rib
34 and the limiting member 3 can be formed integrally. Thus, when the poking portion
31 of one of the limiting members 3 is poked, the poking portion 31 drives the corresponding
limiting members 3 to move, the one limiting member 3 can drive the connecting rib
34 to rotate, and the connecting rib 34 can drive the other limiting members 3 to
rotate. That is, when the poking portion 31 of one of the limiting members 3 is poked,
all of the limiting members 3 can move simultaneously, and it doesn't need to poke
the poking portion 31 of all of the limiting members 3 one by one, so that the installation
and detachment of the functional accessory 4 is facilitated. It is to be noted that
the annular groove 15 configured to accommodate the connecting rib 34 is formed in
the inner bottom wall of the mounting cavity 11.
[0062] As illustrated in Fig. 8 and Fig. 9, the limiting member 3 is provided with the limiting
protrusion 33 at a side towards the supporting member 2, the limiting protrusion 33
is located at an end of the limiting member 3 adjacent to the inner mounting notch
23, and two limiting grooves 25 fitted with the limiting protrusion 33 are formed
in the supporting member 2 at a side towards the limiting member 3. When the limiting
member 3 is located at the first position a, the limiting protrusion 33 is fitted
with one of the limiting grooves 25. When the limiting member 3 is located at the
second position b, the limiting member 3 is fitted with the other one of the limiting
grooves 25. Thus, when the limiting member 3 is located at the first position a and
the second position b, the relative fixation of the limiting member 3 is realized
by means of the cooperation of the limiting protrusion 33 and the limiting grooves
25, so that the fixation and detachment of the functional accessory 4 after the installation
is facilitated, and the functional accessory 4 is prevented from falling off after
the installation or being stuck during the detachment.
[0063] As illustrated in Fig. 9, a reinforcement rib 35 is provided between two step surfaces
of the limiting member 3 corresponding to the first step surface 13 and the second
step surface 14, thus the reliability of the structure of the limiting member 3 is
increased, the limiting member 3 is prevented from breaking due to low strength, so
that the operation reliability of the overall structure of the yo-yo is guaranteed.
In addition, the step surface of the limiting member 3 is further provided with an
installation mark (the installation mark can be an arrow indicating the direction).
The step surface of the limiting member 3 corresponding to the first step surface
13 is provided with a unidirectional arrow mark indicating a movement direction towards
the second position b, and the step surface of the limiting member 3 corresponding
to the second step surface 14 is provided with bi-directional arrow mark indicating
movement directions towards the first position a and the second position b separately.
Thus, during the installation of the limiting member 3, the accuracy of the installation
of the limiting member 3 can be ensured and a reverse installation of the limiting
member 3 is prevented.
Second embodiment
[0064] As illustrated in Fig. 11 to Fig. 20 and Fig. 41 to Fig. 45, this embodiment discloses
a structure substantially same as that of the first embodiment, in which same components
are given same reference numerals. The difference only lies in that the inner wall
of the mounting cavity 11 is only provided with the second step surface 14, and correspondingly,
the supporting member 2 and the limiting member 3 are only provided with the step
surface corresponding to the second step surface 14. Meanwhile, the limiting member
3 is not provided with the reinforcement rib 35, and the limiting protrusion 33 is
arranged at a central position of the limiting member 3 between the outer end and
the inner end of the limiting member 3, correspondingly, the limiting grooves 25 in
the supporting member 2 are arranged in a central position of the supporting member
2.
The third embodiment
[0065] As illustrated in Fig. 21 to Fig. 30 and Fig. 41 to Fig. 45, this embodiment discloses
a structure substantially same as that of the second embodiment, in which same components
are given same reference numerals. The difference only lies in that the supporting
member 2 includes the first annular rib 2a and the second annular rib 2b spaced apart,
the first annular rib 2a and the second annular rib 2b both extend along the circumferential
direction of the opening 12, and the first annular rib 2a is adjacent to the opening
12. The groove extending along the circumferential direction of the opening 12 is
formed in the inner wall of the mounting cavity 11. The sliding rail 21 is defined
by the inner wall of the groove and wall surfaces of the first annular rib 2a and
the second annular rib 2b towards the inner wall of the mounting cavity 11. The outer
mounting notch 22 is defined by the first annular rib 2a and the inner wall of the
mounting cavity 11. The inner mounting notch 23 and the stopping cavity 24 are defined
by the second annular rib 2b and the inner wall of the mounting cavity 11. A snapping-groove
16 extending along the circumferential direction of the opening 12 is formed in the
inner wall of the mounting cavity 11, a snapping-protrusion 27 fitted with the snapping
groove 16 is formed in a side wall of the second annular rib 2b opposite to the mounting
cavity 11, and the second annular rib 2b is connected with the mounting cavity 11
in a snap-fitted manner.
[0066] In addition, the limiting protrusion 33 of the limiting member 3 is arranged at a
position adjacent to the inner end of the limiting member 3, and the limiting member
3 is provided with a plurality of arrow marks pointing from the outer end to the inner
end.
The fourth embodiment
[0067] As illustrated in Fig. 31 to Fig. 45, this embodiment discloses a structure substantially
same as that of the first embodiment, in which same components are given same reference
numerals. The difference only lies in that the inner wall of the mounting cavity 11
is provided with the plurality of first step surfaces 13 and the plurality of second
step surfaces 14, the plurality of the first step surfaces 13 is arranged spaced apart
along the circumferential direction of the opening 12, the plurality of the second
step surfaces 14 is arranged spaced apart along the circumferential direction of the
opening 12, and the limiting member 3 is slidably arranged between two adjacent first
step surfaces 13 and two adjacent second step surfaces 14.
[0068] As illustrated in Fig. 34, Fig. 35 and Fig. 38, the annular groove 15 is defined
in the inner wall of the mounting cavity 11 between the first step surface 13 and
the second step surface 14. The yo-yo includes the annular gasket 5 and the annular
gasket 5 is slidably arranged in the annular groove 15. The snapping groove 51 is
provided in the annular gasket 5 and the limiting member 3 is snap-fitted in the snapping
groove 51. Thus, when the poking portion 31 of one of the limiting members 3 is poked,
the poking portion 31 drives the corresponding limiting member 3 to move, and the
one limiting member 3 can drive the annular gasket 5 to rotate, and the annular gasket
5 can drive other limiting members 3 to rotate. That is, when the poking portion 31
of one of the limiting members 3 is poked, all of the limiting members 3 can move
simultaneously, it doesn't need to poke the poking portion 31 of all of the limiting
members 3, so that the installation and detachment of the functional accessory 4 is
facilitated.
[0069] As illustrated in Fig. 31 to Fig. 33, the supporting member 2 covers a part of the
inner circumferential wall of the mounting cavity 11 and is provided with the protruding
opening 28 suitable for the limiting member 3 to protrude. When the limiting member
3 moves from the first position a to the second position b, the limiting member 3
is configured to move from one end of the protruding opening 28 to the other end of
the protruding opening 28.
[0070] As illustrated in Fig. 39, the limiting protrusion 33 is arranged at the central
position of the limiting member 3 between the outer end and the inner end of the limiting
member 3, and the step surface of the limiting member 3 corresponding to the second
step surface 14 is provided with an arrow mark indicating the movement direction towards
the second position b.
[0071] In summary, the yo-yo according to embodiments of the present disclosure, the functional
accessory 4 can be installed conveniently and reliably and connected firmly, and has
a simple structure. The functional accessory 4 can be twisted in or out by hands directly
without the aid of other tools, and is highly practical.
