TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of automatic rope braiding mechanical
equipment, and particularly relates to a braiding machine of a seamless wound braided
rope with excellent stability and a braiding method.
BACKGROUND
[0002] A current high-speed braiding machine of a braided rope is suitable for braiding
a variety of circular or flat non-elastic and elastic braided ropes, and involves
braided varieties including various shoelaces, elastic bands, high-tension bands,
sports belts, curtain tapes and the like. The existing high-speed braiding machine
of the braided rope has the advantages of fast braiding, diversified braiding types
and simple operation, but has relatively low machine operating stability, resulting
in unstable product quality, loud noise, short service life and maintenance inconvenience.
[0003] In a structure of the braiding machine of the braided rope, a gallop knitting ingot
is a key component of the machine. How the gallop knitting ingot performs cross braiding
on a disk surface stably and rapidly plays a decisive role in quality and pattern
of braiding the braided rope by the machine. The existing gallop knitting ingot causes
relatively low yield per unit time for the braiding machine of the braided rope.

the rope guiding wheel can move rotatably; the braided rope is wound outside the rope
guiding wheel; and a rubber tube is arranged on the machine frame and located at a
center of the gallop knitting tray.
[0007] A further solution is as follows: each of the pulley assemblies is provided with
a synchronous belt, a driven wheel and two driving wheels; the driven wheel is located
between the two driving wheels; and the synchronous belts are sleeved outside the
two driving wheels and the driven wheel.
[0008] A further solution is as follows: the rope guiding mechanism further comprises a
first spring, a second spring and an adjusting rod; the first spring and the second
spring are respectively located at both sides of the adjusting rod; both ends of the
first spring and the second spring are respectively connected with the machine frame
and the rope guiding wheel; one end of the adjusting rod is rotatably connected with
the machine frame; and the rope guiding wheel is rotatably connected with the other
end of the adjusting rod.
[0009] A further solution is as follows: the quantity of the rope guiding mechanisms is
two; the two rope guiding mechanisms are arranged on the side surface of the machine
frame; and the two rope guiding mechanisms are respectively located above and below
the gallop knitting tray.
[0010] It can be seen from the above solutions that the above braiding machine of the braided
rope has the advantages of simple structure, good stability and high yield; and colors
of an inner core and an outer skin of the seamless wound braided rope braided by the
braiding machine are different, as an early-warning effect, i.e., when the seamless

mechanism; the gallop knitting tray is located on the machine frame; the plurality
of gallop knitting ingots are circularly mounted on the gallop knitting tray; colored
yarns and white yarns are placed on the plurality of gallop knitting ingots; the gallop
knitting tray is divided into a first working tray and a second working tray; the
first working tray and the second working tray can simultaneously move toward or away
from each other along a front and rear direction; the rope belt braiding mechanism
comprises a rope pressing mechanism and a rope guiding mechanism; the rope pressing
mechanism is provided with two belt pulley assemblies; the two belt pulley assemblies
are located above the gallop knitting ingots and are mounted on the machine frame
in parallel; a braided rope is located between the two belt pulley assemblies; the

guiding mechanism is provided with a rope guiding wheel; the rope guiding wheel can
move rotatably; the braided rope is wound outside the rope guiding wheel; a rubber
tube is arranged on the machine frame and located at a center of the gallop knitting
tray. The braiding method comprises: placing the colored yarns and the white yarns
on the plurality of gallop knitting ingots; starting the braiding machine of the seamless
wound braided rope, and controlling the first working tray and the second working
tray to simultaneously move toward each other along the front and rear direction;
controlling the gallop knitting ingots to rotate and braid a braided rope with a certain
length; pressing the braided rope between the two belt pulley assemblies, winding
a braided end of the braided rope outside the rope guiding wheel, then inserting into
a hollow core of a braiding end by the rubber tube on the machine frame so as to coat
the braided rope layer by layer in a braiding process, sewing the braided end of the
braided rope and a tail end of the braided rope together to form a desired multi-colored
seamless wound braided rope; controlling the gallop knitting ingots to stop rotating;
and controlling the first working tray and the second working tray to simultaneously
move away from each other along the front and rear direction and then taking out the
braided multi-colored seamless wound braided rope.
[0012] It can be seen from the above solution that the above braiding method enables the
braiding machine of the seamless wound braided rope to braid a certain colored section
with conspicuous distinguishing colors in the braiding process, and to braid the colored
section into and adjacent to an outermost layer, thereby forming an indication layer
of the seamless wound braided rope, in order to conveniently remind and replace the
worn seamless wound braided rope in time.
