| (57) The method of mounting floor panels of OSB type, plywood consists in the fact that
in the first stage in the floor panel (1) holes are bored in which the bushes (2)
are placed, afterwards the cylindrical element (4) is screwed in the bush (2) by means
of which the floor panels (1) are levelled and wedged. Next, the washers (5) are put
in holes of the floor panel (1), and all this is fixed to the substrate (6) by means
of the screw (7). The set of elements for mounting floor panels of OSB type, plywood is characterised in that it comprises the bush (2) equipped with the flange (3), at the same time the bush (2) from inside is connected with the cylindrical element (4) by screwing in. Inside the cylindrical element the screw (7) is put whose head is surrounded by the washer (5). |
[0001] The subject of the invention is the method of and set of elements for mounting floor panels of OSB type, plywood.
[0002] It is known how to mount floor panels i.e. on ceiling joists wooden beams are put which are wedged and fixed with screws, and to the construction hardened this way floor panels are fastened.
[0003] Such a method is very labour-consuming and requires using wooden beams. By putting them on ceiling joists floors made of new floor panels are raised. This in turn requires very labour-consuming and costly adaptation of rooms to a raised floor e.g. shortening doors, frames, fitted furniture etc.
[0004] The essence of the invention is that the method of mounting floor panels of OSB type, plywood consists in the fact that in the first stage in a floor panel holes are bored in which bushes are placed. Afterwards, a cylindrical element is screwed in the bush, used for levelling and wedging floor panels. Next, washers are put in holes of floor panel, and all this is fixed to substrate by means of a screw.
[0005] Favourably the method of mounting consists in the fact that a screw is fixed to substrate in the form of a wooden ceiling joist or concrete ceiling.
[0006] A set of elements for mounting floor panels of OSB type, plywood comprises a bush equipped with a flange. From inside the bush is connected with the cylindrical element by screwing in. Inside the cylindrical element a screw is put whose head is surrounded by a washer.
[0008] Use of the invention is simple. It does not require raising floor. It allows mounting panels quickly and precisely. Favourably it contributes to protection of the natural environment because a necessity to use additional beams is eliminated. Consequently laying of 1m2 of floor panel results in saving 2.5rm of beams.
[0009] The subject of the invention is illustrated with an example of realisation on the drawing on which Fig. 1 presents a sectional view of the set with floor panel fixed and fastened to substrate, Fig. 2 shows a view of the cylindrical element from top, and Fig. 3 presents a sectional view of the set itself.

3. The set of elements for mounting floor panels of OSB type, plywood is characterised in that it comprises the bush (2) equipped with the flange (3), at the same time the bush
(2) from inside is connected with the cylindrical element (4) by screwing in, inside
the cylindrical element the screw (7) is put whose head is surrounded by the washer
(5).
4. The set according to claim 3 is characterised in that the element (4) is equipped, from top, with the seat (8) for hex key.

are placed, afterwards the cylindrical element (4) is screwed in the bush (2) by means
of which the floor plates (1) are levelled and wedged, next the washers (5) are put
in holes of the floor plate (1), and all this is fixed to the substrate (6) by means
of the screw (7).
2. The method of mounting according to claim 1 is characterised in that the screw (7) is fixed to the substrate (6) in the form of a wooden ceiling joist
or concrete ceiling.
3. The set of elements for mounting floor plates of OSB type, plywood is characterised in that it comprises the bush (2) equipped with the flange (3), at the same time the bush
(2) from inside is connected with the cylindrical element (4) by screwing in, inside
the cylindrical element the screw (7) is put whose head is surrounded by the washer
(5).
4. The set according to claim 3 is characterised in that the element (4) is equipped, from top, with the seat (8) for hex key.
