(57) An exercise bicycle comprising a frame including a first portion and a second portion, the first and second portions being pivotably coupled to each other and being adjustable in a plurality of positions, and a support rod including a first end and second end, the first end pivotally coupled to the first portion of the frame and the second end pivotally coupled to the second portion of the frame, the support rod configured to adjustably lock the first and second portions in each of the plurality of positions.
