[0001] The invention in question relates to an innovative watertight extensible bulkhead,
at the top of which there is an articulated section conveniently equipped with an
electronic device, placed at its inside, able to detect the presence of water and
to report, thought a GSM device, the potential danger to the user applicable to all
accesses (doors and windows) present in civil homes, public buildings, shops, warehouses,
buildings used for commercial and industrial activities, in order to prevent, during
extreme weather events, their flooding.
[0002] As we unfortunately know, the climate changes underway mean that there is an increasing
number of strong and prolonged precipitations that, in vast areas of the territory,
are responsible for flooding and more or less severe floods. Such damages, as unfortunately
many people have experienced on their skin, appear to be so onerous to destroy the
work of an entire existence in an instant. Without prejudice to some areas with very
high hydrogeological risk, the vast majority of buildings does not have any protection
against these extreme events, exposing them, in fact, to very high risks.
[0003] The technical solution shown, as disclosed later, will be able to contain these threats
safely and effectively. For the purpose of this patent application, it is superfluous
to describe the various types of accessories and systems currently implemented to
solve or at least to limit the drawbacks described since their operation is known
to all the technicians of the field and constitutes known art and in any case does
not help to solve the expected issues. From
US7523589B 1 an adjustable flood-resistant barrier panel for removable installation in a window
or door opening or the like is known, where a laterally adjustable frame is received
within an elastic envelope and can be laterally expanded to engage the sides and bottom
of the opening, and where an adjusting mechanism includes a shaft, which projects
upward above the top of the frame, approximately in the centre thereof, and mounts
a handle for both carrying the panel and rotating the shaft to effect width adjustments
of the panel.
GB2356420A discloses a domestic flood barrier for doors or windows consisting of two rigid panels
connected together by a hinge means sealed against water, where the periphery of the
panels is also provided with water tight sealing means, where downwards pressure may
be exerted on the base seal by levers attached to the barrier which cooperate with
the edge of the aperture, and where a cover plate may be provided for the top of the
barrier that directs rainwater to its outer side, away from the building being protected.
[0004] The main objective of this invention is to protect civilian homes, public buildings,
shops, warehouses, buildings used for commercial and industrial activities from extreme
weather events, in order to efficiency prevent more or less serious flooding of the
same. This result has been achieved by adopting the technical solution of manufacturing
a system having the characteristics described in the independent claims.
[0005] Other characteristics of the innovation shown are the subject of the dependent claims.
The advantages deriving from the patent in question consist essentially in the fact
that by applying the innovative extensible bulkhead to all accesses (doors and windows)
present in the civil dwellings, public buildings, shops, warehouses, buildings used
for commercial and industrial activities, it will be possible to easily prevent, during
extreme weather events, any flooding of the same. These and further advantages and
features will be better understood by every technician in the field thanks to the
following description and with the aid of the attached drawings, given as a practical
example of the invention, but not to be considered in a limiting sense, of which:
- Table 1 shows the special invention object of the complete patent of all the parts
of which it is composed.
[0006] In Fig. 1 shows the innovative extensible bulkhead (1) completely assembled in sequence:
the large panel (2), effectively made up by different box-shaped profile sections
(3, 3B, 3C, 3D); the rounded side gasket (4); the linear gasket (5) placed along the
entire base of the structure; the second small panel (2B), joined to the first one
through the special hinge (6) - (partially shown in the figure), also provided with
a convex lateral gasket (4B); the coupling gasket (7); the special shaped lever (8);
the two mirror guides (9, 9B) inside which the special shaped lever (8) previously
mentioned will always be inserted; the contact ball (10) inserted under pressure inside
its seat; the safety lock (11); the sensors (12) that, thanks to an electronic device
placed inside the structure (not shown in the figure) will be able to check the presence
of water when the water exceeds a certain level; the key switch (13) with the task
of turning on/off the detection system; the antenna (14) able to communicate with
any type of mobile phone, computer, smartphone or other device of similar characteristics;
the sliding module (15) that will allow the system to adapt with extreme precision
to the relevant opening that, once in place, will be definitively blocked by the rivets
(16, 16B, 16C, 16D, 16E).
- Table 2 shows some parts of the innovative system in question reproduced in detail
to better understand its precise operation.
[0007] In Fig. 2, the innovative bulkhead (1B) is seen from above with in succession: the
large panel (2C) (partially shown in the figure); the second small panel (2D), joined
to the first one through the special hinge (6B), held in place by the self-tapping
screw (17); the convex side gasket (4C), whose rounded shape facilitates the positioning
operations of said system, firmly locked in its seat thanks to the securing tabs (18,
18B); the coupling gasket (7B) - (shown from above); the two mirror guides (9C, 9D);
the contact balls (10B, 10C), inserted under pressure inside their seats, having the
specific function of acting as a stop to the special shaped lever (not shown in the
figure); the safety closure (11B); the key switch (13B) with the task of turning on/off
the detection system; the antenna (14B) able to communicate with any type of mobile
phone, computer, smartphone or other device of similar characteristics.
[0008] In Fig. 3, the innovative bulkhead (1C), always shown from above, is now advantageously
used with the large panel (2E) (partially shown in the figure), stably approached
to the second small panel (2F), thanks to the rotation of the same obtained by means
of the special hinge (6C), held in place by the self-tapping screw (17B). As shown,
the coupling gasket (7C), in this specific configuration, avoids any infiltration
of water, thus making the invention completely waterproof. At the bottom it's shown
the safety closure (11C) in whose holes, now perfectly aligned, it is possible to
insert a padlock in order to prevent any theft of the device covered by the patent.
[0009] In Fig. 4 shows, in detail, the special hinge (6D) with in the background the two
wings (19, 19B) effectively used to prevent the same from unhooking under the water
pressure. Above, it is recognizable the self-tapping screw (17C) removed from its
seat (20). - Table 3 shows again some parts of the innovative system in question reproduced
in detail to better understand its precise operation.
[0010] In Fig. 5 shows some box-shaped profile sections (3E, 3F, 3G) - (shown in section)
that will be joined together and made perfectly tight thanks to a modest amount of
silicone sealant (21, 21B). Said box-shaped profile sections (3E, 3F, 3G), in order
to increase the resistance to the pressure of water thrust, have a side on which there
are concave sections (22, 22B, 22C, 22D, 22E, 22F) while, on the last element (3G),
there is the linear gasket (5B) placed along the entire length of the structure.
[0011] In Fig. 6 again the box-shaped profile sections (3H, 31, 3L, 3M), integral parts
of the invention that is the subject of the patent, are now assembled and ready to
be inserted inside the sliding module (15B) so as to allow the device to adapt with
extreme precision to the relevant opening (not shown in the figure) that, once in
place, will be permanently locked to them by rivets (16F, 16G, 16H, 161, 16L). Below,
placed inside the structure of the sliding module (15B), there is the angular guide
(23) complete with the groove (24) - (partially shown in the figure) where the linear
gasket will be inserted (not shown in the figure) supplied so as to connect and make
waterproof the two blocks once they are correctly assembled while on the side it's
possible to show the coupling gasket (7D) that is also suitable to make the two blocks
that are part of the assembly waterproof.
- Table 4 shows again some parts of the innovative system in question reproduced in
detail to better understand its precise operation.
[0012] In Fig. 7 shows, on the side, the sliding module (15C) with the angular guide (23B)
at the bottom complete with the groove (24B) - (shown in transparency) where the linear
gasket (not shown in the figure) will be inserted so as to connect and make the two
blocks waterproof once they are properly assembled. As shown, the aforementioned angular
guide (23B) is secured to the structure of the sliding module (15C) by means of the
tightening screws (25, 25B) effectively positioned behind the convex side gasket (4D).
[0013] In Fig. 8 the sliding module (15D), now framed from below, is correctly assembled
with on its background: the tightening screws (25C) - (of which only one is shown)
effectively positioned behind the convex side gasket (4E), whose rounded shape facilitates
the positioning operations of said system; the groove (24C) where the linear gasket
will be inserted (not shown in the figure) so as to connect and make the two blocks
integral parts of the patent waterproof; the coupling gasket (7E) that, by adhering
to the walls of the box-shaped profile sections (3N) - (partially shown in the figure)
makes the entire device watertight; the rivets (16M) - (of which only one is shown)
designed to lock the structure in its final position once this parameter will be precisely
established by the installer. For a better understanding of the apparatus in question,
it must be pointed out that in order to successfully complete the assembly operations
of the same, the application of a strip of silicone sealant along the entire lower
edge (26) must be provided, starting from the coupling gasket (7E ) up to the stop
(27) of said apparatus so as to prevent any water infiltration between the two modules.
[0014] In Fig. 9 shows, in profile section, the angular guide (23C) stably joined to the
groove (24C) by means of the welding (28), both conveniently equipped with the relative
tightening screws (25D, 25E) supplied.
[0015] In Fig. 10 shows again, now viewed from the front, the angular guide (23D) firmly
joined to the groove (24D) through the welding (28B) with the holes (29, 29B) in the
background where the relative tightening screws will be inserted (not shown in the
figure).
- Table 5 shows the system in question now used in order to better understand its precise
operation.
[0016] In Fig. 11 the innovative extensible bulkhead (1D), shown from above, is going to
be positioned under pressure between two walls (30, 30B), this result will be obtained
by acting on the special shaped lever (8B, 8C) that can be indifferently used on the
internal side than on the external side of the device. At the top of the innovative
extensible bulkhead (1D), the sliding module (15E) is shown, now locked in its final
position thanks to the supplied rivets (not shown in the figure), so as to allow the
device to adapt with extreme precision at the relevant opening.
[0017] In Fig. 12 said bulkhead (1E), by virtue of the rotation performed by the two panels
(2G, 2H) thanks to the force exerted by the user (not shown in the figure) on the
special shaped lever (8D), is now firmly fitted between the two walls ( 30C, 30D)
to protect the access door (31).
- Table 6 shows the small size of the electronic detection system inside the panel (21),
so as to understand how it works.
[0018] In Fig. 13 in fact shows, in a schematic way, the device complete with all the elements
that compose it with in sequence: the key switch (13B) having the task of turning
on/off the system; the antenna (14B) able to communicate with any type of mobile phone,
computer, smartphone or other device of similar characteristics; the GSM/GPRS module
(32) that allows sending emails and/or SMS alerts associated with statuses and alarms
detected by diagnostic and control equipment; the rechargeable battery (33) designed
to supply energy to the entire system; the battery charger (34); the 12VDC power connector
(35) positioned on the internal side of the panel; the various auxiliary contacts
(36) on which various accessories can be connected such as signal lamps, LEDs, sirens,
etc.; the two detection sensors (37). Finally, Table 7 shows again the system in question,
which is always used in order to better understand its precise operation.
[0019] In Fig. 14 shows the innovative extensible bulkhead (IF), now shown from the front,
by virtue of the convergent rotation of the two panels (2L, 2M), imposed by the force
applied by the user (not shown in the figure) on the special shaped lever (8E) , is
now firmly fitted between the two walls (30E, 30F) to protect the access door (31B)
with the sliding module (15F) in the background, locked in its final position, thanks
to the rivets (16M).
[0020] Reduced to its essential structure and with reference to the figures of the attached
drawings of an innovative watertight extensible bulkhead, at the top of which there
is an articulated section conveniently equipped with an electronic device, placed
at its inside, able to detect the presence of water and to report, thought a GSM device,
the potential danger to the user applicable to all accesses (doors and windows) present
in civil homes, public buildings, shops, warehouses, buildings used for commercial
and industrial activities, in order to prevent, during extreme weather events, their
flooding, according to the invention it comprises:
- means to prevent, during extreme weather events, flooding of buildings such as civil
dwellings, public buildings, shops, warehouses, buildings used for commercial and
industrial activities, etc., thanks to an innovative watertight extensible bulkhead
(1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F), designed for this purpose;
- means to equip the innovative extensible bulkhead (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) in question,
with a sliding module (15, 15B, 15C, 15D, 15E, 15F) in which the panel will engage
the large panel (2, 2C, 2E, 2G, 2L), so as to allow the system in question to adapt
with extreme precision to the relevant opening that, once in place, will be definitively
blocked by the rivets (16, 16B , 16C, 16D, 16E, 16F, 16G, 16H, 16I, 16L, 16M) supplied;
- means to equip the innovative extensible bulkhead (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) in question
with a sliding module (15, 15B, 15C, 15D, 15E, 15F) effectively equipped with a coupling
gasket (7D, 7E) that will prevent any infiltration of water between the elements that
make up the system;
- means to equip the innovative extensible bulkhead (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) in question
with a sliding module (15, 15B, 15C, 15D, 15E, 15F) effectively equipped with a convex
side gasket (4, 4E);
- means to equip the innovative extensible bulkhead (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) in question
with a sliding module (15, 15B, 15C, 15D, 15E, 15F) that, to become fully operational,
provides for the application of a strip of silicone sealant along its entire lower
edge (26) starting from the coupling gasket (7D, 7E) until it reaches the stop (27)
of said device so as to prevent any infiltration of water between the elements previously
assembled;
- means to equip the innovative extensible bulkhead (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) in question
with a large panel (2, 2C, 2E, 2G, 2L), effectively formed by different box-shaped
profile sections (3, 3B, 3C, 3D, 3E, 3F, 3G, 3H, 31, 3L, 3M, 3N), stacked one on top
of the other and made perfectly tight thanks to a small amount of silicone sealant
(21, 21B) applied between their joints;
- means to equip the innovative extensible bulkhead (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) in question
with a large panel (2, 2C, 2E, 2G, 2L), formed by different box-shaped profile sections
(3, 3B, 3C, 3D, 3E, 3F, 3G, 3H, 31, 3L, 3M, 3N) effectively assembled together thanks
to common rivets (16, 16B, 16C, 16D, 16E, 16F, 16G, 16H, 161, 16L, 16M);
- means to equip the innovative extensible bulkhead (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) in question
with a large panel (2, 2C, 2E, 2G, 2L), effectively formed by different box-shaped
profile sections (3, 3B, 3C, 3D, 3E, 3F, 3G, 3H, 31, 3L, 3M, 3N) that have a side
where there are concave profile sections (22, 22B, 22C, 22D, 22E, 22F) the purpose
of which is to increase the pressure resistance of the water;
- means to equip the innovative extensible bulkhead (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) in question
with a large panel (2, 2C, 2E, 2G, 2L), effectively formed by different box-shaped
profile sections (3, 3B, 3C, 3D, 3E, 3F, 3G, 3H, 31, 3L, 3M, 3N) in whose last element
(3G, 3M, 3N) there is a linear gasket (5, 5B) located along the entire length of the
structure;
- means to equip the innovative extensible bulkhead (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) in question
with two convex side gaskets (4, 4B, 4C, 4D, 4E) whose rounded shape facilitates the
positioning operations of the system, firmly locked in its seat thanks to specific
securing tabs (18, 18B);
- means to equip the innovative extensible bulkhead (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) in question
with a linear gasket (5, 5B) placed along the entire base of the structure;
- means to equip the innovative extensible bulkhead (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) in question
with a second small panel (2B, 2D, 2F, 2H, 21, 2M), also advantageously equipped with
a convex side gasket (4B, 4C), joined to the first one by a special hinge (6, 6B,
6C, 6D) effectively held in place by common self-threading screws (17, 17B, 17C);
- means to equip the innovative extensible bulkhead (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) in question
with a second small panel (2B, 2D, 2F, 2H, 21, 2M), in which there is an electronic
device able to detect the presence of water and report the potential danger to the
user;
- means to equip the innovative extensible bulkhead (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) in question
with an electronic device effectively provided with a key switch (13, 13B) with the
task of turning the system on/off;
- means to equip the innovative extensible bulkhead (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) in question
with an electronic device effectively made up by an antenna (14, 14B) able to communicate
by email and/or SMS with any type of mobile phone, computer, smartphone or other device
of similar characteristics;
- means to equip the innovative extensible bulkhead (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) in question
with an electronic device effectively formed by a GSM/GPRS module (32) that allows
the sending of emails and/or SMS alerts associated with statuses and alarms detected
by the diagnostic and control equipment supplied with the same;
- means to equip the innovative extensible bulkhead (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) in question
with an electronic device effectively made up by a rechargeable battery (33) suitable
for supplying the entire system;
- means to equip the innovative extensible bulkhead (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) in question
with an electronic device effectively provided with a battery charger (34);
- means to equip the innovative extensible bulkhead (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) in question
with an electronic device effectively provided with a power connector (35) whose operating
voltage is 12VDC;
- means to equip the innovative extensible bulkhead (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) in question
with an electronic device effectively made up by several auxiliary contacts (36) on
which various accessories can be connected such as signal lamps, LEDs, sirens, etc.;
- means to equip the innovative extensible bulkhead (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) in question
with an electronic device effectively made up by two detection sensors (37, 37B) integral
parts of the system;
- means to equip the innovative extensible bulkhead (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) in question
with a special hinge (6, 6B, 6C, 6D), suitable for joining the two panels (2, 2B,
2C, 2D, 2E, 2F, 2G, 2H, 21, 2L, 2M) that make up the system, which has two doors (19,
19B) effectively used to prevent it from accidentally releasing under the pressure
of the water;
- means to equip the innovative extensible bulkhead (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) in question
with coupling gaskets (7, 7B, 7C, 7D, 7E) that avoid any infiltration of water both
between the two panels (2, 2B, 2C, 2D, 2E, 2F, 2G, 2H, 21, 2L, 2M) that make up the
system, which, between the large panel (2, 2C, 2E, 2G, 2L) and the sliding module
(15, 15B, 15C, 15D, 15E, 15F), an integral part of the apparatus object of the patent,
make the invention completely waterproof;
- means to equip the innovative extensible bulkhead (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) in question
with a safety closure (11, 11B, 11C) in which, once perfectly aligned, it is possible
to insert a padlock in order to prevent any theft;
- means to equip the innovative extensible bulkhead (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) in question
with a special shaped lever (8, 8B, 8C, 8D, 8E), able to turn on the system, which
can be used both on the internal side and on the external side of the same;
- means to equip the innovative extensible bulkhead (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) in question
with two mirror guides (9, 9B, 9C, 9D), one located in the internal side and the other
in the external side of the second small panel (2B, 2D, 2F, 2H, 21, 2M), inside which
the special shaped lever (8, 8B, 8C, 8D, 8E), an integral part of the system, will
be inserted;
- means to equip the innovative extensible bulkhead (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) in question
with two mirror guides (9, 9B, 9C, 9D), one located in the internal side and the other
in the external side of the second small panel (2B, 2D, 2F, 2H, 21, 2M), in whose
structure there are some contact balls (10, 10B, 10C), inserted under pressure in
their seats, having the specific function to stop the special shaped lever (8, 8B,
8C, 8D, 8E) as an integral part of the system;
- means to manufacture the innovative extensible bulkhead (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) in
question, adopting plastic, composite or ferrous materials of any kind without compromising
their correct operation.
1. Extensible watertight bulkhead (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F), comprising:
- a sliding module (15, 15B, 15C, 15D, 15E, 15F);
- a therewith engageable large panel (2, 2C, 2E, 2G, 2L);
- of the box-shaped profile sections (3, 3B, 3C, 3D, 3E, 3F, 3G, 3H, 31, 3L, 3M, 3N)
that have a side where there are concave sections (22, 22B, 22C, 22D, 22E, 22F);
- two convex side gaskets (4, 4B, 4C, 4D, 4E) locked in their seat thanks to specific
securing tabs (18, 18B);
- a linear gasket (5, 5B) along a base;
- a second panel (2B, 2D, 2F, 2H, 21, 2M), of small dimensions;
- an electronic device that detects the presence of water and warns the user of the
potential danger;
- two detection sensors (37, 37B) able to check the presence of water;
- a hinge (6, 6B, 6C, 6D), suitable for joining the two panels (2, 2B, 2C, 2D, 2E,
2F, 2G, 2H, 21, 2L, 2M) that make up the system;
- coupling gaskets (7, 7B, 7C, 7D, 7E);
- a safety closure (11, 11B, 11C);
- a special shaped lever (8, 8B, 8C, 8D, 8E) able to turn on the system;
able to prevent, during extreme weather events, flooding of buildings such as civil
dwellings, public buildings, shops, warehouses, buildings used for commercial and
industrial activities, etc.

einem speziell geformten Hebel (8, 8B, 8C, 8D, 8E), der das System einschalten kann,
der in der Lage ist, bei extremen Wetterereignissen Überschwemmungen von Gebäuden
wie zivilen Wohnungen, öffentlichen Gebäuden, Geschäften, Lager und Gebäuden für gewerbliche
und industrielle Zwecke zu verhindern;
2. Dehnbares wasserdichtes Schott (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F), gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es durch ein Schiebemodul (15, 15B, 15C, 15D, 15E, 15F) gebildet ist, in dem die
Großplatte (2, 2C, 2E, 2G, 2L) eingreifen wird, so dass sich das betreffende System
mit äußerster Präzision an die entsprechende Öffnung anpassen kann, die, sobald sie
an ihrem Platz ist, endgültig durch die gelieferten Nieten (16,16B, 16C, 16D, 16E,
16F, 16G, 16H, 16I, 16L, 16M) blockiert wird.
3. Dehnbares wasserdichtes Schott (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) nach Patentanspruch 1, 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Schiebemodul (15, 15B, 15C, 15D, 15E, 15F) aufweist, das mit einer Kupplungsdichtung
(7D, 7E) wirksam versehen ist, die ein Wassereindrang zwischen den Elementen verhindert,
die das System bilden.
4. Dehnbares wasserdichtes Schott (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) nach den Patentnsprüchen 1,
2, 3, so gekennzeichnet, daß es ein Schiebemodul (15, ISB, 15C, 15D, 15E, 15F) aufweist,
das es effektiv mit einer konvexen Seitendichtung (4, 4E) zu versehen ist.
5. Dehnbares wasserdichtes Schott (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) nach den Patentansprüchen 1,
2, 3, 4, so gekennzeichnet, daß es ein Schiebemodul (15, 15B, 15C, 15D, 15E, 15F)
aufweist, das für das Aufbringen eines Silikondichtstoffstreifens entlang seiner gesamten
Unterkante (26) und ausgehend von der Kupplungsdichtung (7D, 7E) sorgt, (7E) bis es
den Anschlag (27) dieser Vorrichtung erreicht, um ein Wassereindrang zwischen die
zuvor montierten Elemente zu verhindern.
6. Dehnbares wasserdichtes Schott (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F), gemäß Patentanspruch 1, so
gekennzeichnet, dass es aus einer großen Platte (2, 2C, 2E, 2G, 2L) gebildet ist,
die aus verschiedenen kastenförmigen Profilen (3, 3B, 3C, 3D, 3E, 3F, 3G, 3H, 3I,
3L, 3M, 3N) besteht, die übereinander gestapelt und dank einer geringen Menge an Silikondichtmasse
(21, 21B) zwischen ihren Gelenken perfekt dicht gemacht sind.
7. Dehnbares wasserdichtes Schott (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F), nach den Patentansprüchen
1, 6, so gekennzeichnet, daß es aus einer großen Platte (2, 2C, 2E, 2G, 2L) gebildet
ist, die effektiv aus verschiedenen kastenförmigen Profilabschnitten (3, 3B, 3C, 3D,
3E, 3F, 3G, 3H, 3I, 3L, 3M) zusammengesetzt ist, welche dank gemeinsamer Nieten (16,
16B, 16C, 16D, 16E, 16F, 16G, 16H, 16I, 16L, 16M) effektiv zusammengebaut sind.
8. Dehnbares wasserdichtes Schott (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) nach den Patentansprüchen 1,
6, 7, und so gekennzeichnet, daß es durch eine große Platte (2, 2C, 2E, 2G, 2L) gebildet
ist, 10, die effektiv aus verschiedenen kastenförmigen Profilabschnitten (3, 3B, 3C,
3D, 3E, 3F, 3G, 3H, 3I, 3L, 3M, 3N) zusammengesetzt ist, die eine Seite mit konkaven
Abschnitten (22, 22B, 22C, 22D, 22E, 22F) aufweisen, deren Zweck darin besteht, ihre
Beständigkeit gegen Wasserdruck zu erhöhen.

6, 7, 8, und so gekennzeichnet, daß es aus einer großen Platte (2, 2C, 2E, 2G, 2L)
gebildet ist, die aus verschiedenen kastenförmigen Profilen (3, 3B, 3C, 3D, 3E, 3F,
3G, 3H, 3I, 3L, 3M, 3N) besteht, in deren letzten Element (3G, 3M, 3N) eine Lineardichtung
(5, 5B) über die gesamte Baulänge angeordnet ist.
10. Dehnbares wasserdichtes Schott (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) nach Patentanspruch 1, und
so gekennzeichnet, dass es zwei konvexe Seitendichtungen (4, 4B, 4C, 4D, 4E) aufweist,
deren abgerundete Form die Positionierung des Systems erleichtert, und durch spezielle
Sicherungslaschen (18, 18B) fest im Sitz verriegelt.
11. Dehnbares wasserdichtes Schott (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, IF) gemäß Patentanspruch 1 und
so gekennzeichnet, dass es eine lineare Dichtung (5, 5B) aufweist, die entlang des
gesamten Bodens der Struktur gesetzt ist.
12. Dehnbares wasserdichtes Schott (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F), gemäß Patentanspruch 1 und
so gekennzeichnet, dass es durch eine zweite kleinen Platte (2B, 2D, 2F, 2H, 21, 2M)
gebildet ist, die vorteilhaft auch mit einer konvexen Seitendichtung (4B, 4C) durch
ein bestimmtes Scharnier (6, 6B, 6C, 6D) versehen ist, das durch gemeinsame mitgelieferte
gewindeschneidende Schrauben (17, 17B, 17C) wirksam in Position gehalten wird.

12, und so gekennzeichnet, daß es durch ein zweite Platte (2B, 2D, 2F, 2H, 21, 2M)
geringer Grosse gebildet ist, in der sich ein elektronisches Gerät befindet, das fahig
ist, das Anwesenheit von Wasser zu erkennen und den Benutzer über die potenzielle
Gefahr zu informieren.

13, uns so gekennzeichnet, dass es eine elektronische Vorrichtung aufweist, die mit

eine Antenne (14, 14B) gebildet ist, die in der Lage ist, mit jedem Mobiltelefon,
Computer, Smartphone oder andere Geräte mit ähnlichen Eigenschaften per E-Mail und/oder
SMS zu kommunizieren.
16. Dehnbares wasserdichtes Schott (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) nach den Patentansprüchen 1,
13, 14, 15, und so gekennzeichnet, daß es eine elektronische Einrichtung aufweist,
die durch ein GSM/GPRSModul (32) wirksam gebildet ist, welches das Senden von E-Mails
und/oder SMS-Warnungen im Zusammenhang mit Zuständen und Alarmen ermöglicht, die von
dem mitgelieferten Diagnose und Kontrollgerät erkannt werden.
17. Dehnbares wasserdichtes Schott (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) nach den Patentansprüchen 1,
13, 14, 15, 16, und so gekennzeichnet, daß es eine elektronische Vorrichtung aufweist,
die aus einer wiederaufladbaren Batterie (33) gebildet ist, die zur Versorgung des
gesamten Systems geeignet ist.
18. Dehnbares wasserdichtes Schott (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) nach den Patentansprüchen 1,
13, 14, 15, 16, 17, und so gekennzeichnet, daß es eine elektronische Vorrichtung aufweist,
die mit einem Batterieladegerät (34) wirksam versehen ist.
19. Dehnbares wasserdichtes Schott (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F), nach Patentansprüche 1, 13,
14, 15, 16, 17, 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine elektronische Einrichtung aufweist, die mit einem Stromversorgungsanschluss
(35) versehen ist, dessen Betriebsspannung 12Vdc beträgt.
20. Dehnbares wasserdichtes Schott (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F) nach den Patentansprüchen 1,
13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, und so gekennzeichnet, dass es eine elektronische Vorrichtung
aufweist durch mehrere Hilfskontakte (36), an die verschiedene Zubehörteile wie Signallampen,
LEDs, Sirenen etc. angeschlossen werden können.

ist, die das aus zwei Blättern bestehen (19, 19B) und effektiv verwendet werden, um
zu verhindern, dass es sich unter dem Druck des Wassers versehentlich löst.

so gekennzeichnet, dass es einige Kupplungsdichtungen (7, 7B, 7C, 7D, 7E) aufweist,

2G, 2H, 2I, 2L, 2M), die das System bilden, und die, zwischen der grossen Platte (2,
2C, 2E, 2G, 2L) und dem Schiebemodul (15, I5B, 15C, ISD, 15E, 15F), ein integraler
Bestandteil der
Ausrüstung des Patents sind und die Erfindung vollständig undurchlässig machen.

um dessen Diebstahl zu verhindern.

desselben gleichgültig verwendet werden kann.

12, 13, 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es zwei gespiegelte Führungen (9, 9B, 9C, 9D) aufweist, eine in der Innenseite und
die andere in der Außenseite des zweiten kleinen Platte (2B, 2D, 2F, 2H, 2I, 2M),
in die der spezielle geformte Hebel (8, 8B, 8C, 8D, 8E) als ein integraler Bestandteil
des Systems eingesetzt wird.

2. Cloison étanche extensible (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F), selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle est formée par un module coulissant (15, 15B, 15C, 15D, 15E, 15F) ou le grand
panneau (2, 2C, 2E, 2G, 2L) s'active, afin de permettre au système en question de
s'adapter avec une extrême précision à l'ouverture correspondante qui, une fois en
place, sera définitivement bloqué par les rivets (16, 16B, 16C, 16D, 16E, 16F, 16G,

3, 4, caractérisée par un module coulissant (15, 15B, 15C, 15D, 15E, 15F) qui, pour devenir pleinement opérationnel,
prévoit l'application d'une bande de silicone le long de son bord inférieur (26),
à partir du joint d'accouplement (7D, 7E) 20 jusqu'à ce qu'il atteigne la butée (27)
du dispositif sous-mentionné, afin d'empêcher toute infiltration d'eau entre les éléments
assemblés précédemment.

les uns sur les autres et parfaitement serrés grâce à une petite quantité de mastic
silicone (21, 21B), qui est appliquée entre leurs articulations.

3L, 3M, 3N) dans lequel dernier élément (3G, 3M, 3N) il y a un joint linéaire (5,
5B) situé le long de toute la longueur de la structure.

les opérations de positionnement du système, fermement verrouillé dans son siège grâce
à des languettes de fixation spécifiques (18, 18B).

l'équipement du brevet, rendent l'invention complètement étanche.

13, 25, 26, caractérisée en ce qu'elle a deux guides miroir (9, 9B, 9C, 9D), l'une située sur la face interne et l'autre

structure il y a balles de contact (10, 10B, 10C), qui sont insérées sous pression
dans leurs sièges, dont la fonction est d'agir comme une butée pour le levier avec
profil spécial (8, 8B, 8C, 8D, 8E), qui est partie intégrante du système.
28. Cloison étanche extensible (1, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F), selon la revendication 1, est
caractérisée en ce que la même tous ses accessoires fournis, peuvent être fabriqués avec des matériaux plastiques,
composites ou ferreux de toute nature, sans compromettre leur bon fonctionnement.
