(54) COVER FOR A DUVET OR BLANKET


(57) A removable cover for a duvet or blanket (16) having on each of two opposing elongate edges (18, 20) a respective pair of complementary edge-fastening sections (22, 26) of corresponding length, separated by an intermediate gap section (24), and wherein in use a duvet or blanket received in the cover may be folded back on itself in zig-zag fashion via the intermediate gap section so as to bring the fastening sections into overlap and alignment, and form a pocket (40) via the intermediate gap section.. By fastening the overlapping fastening sections together on each elongate edge, the pocket may be retained in place without unfolding. The pocket provides a means for better insulating extremities such as the feet from the cold.
