(57) An intervertebral stabilisation screw that comprises a main body with a distal bone - fixation thread, said distal thread being located at a distal end of the main body, and a receiving area for a percutaneous drive tool at a proximal end, in which the screw also has externally and separated from the distal thread a proximal bone fixation thread located at a proximal end of the screw.
