TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to an eyebrow stamp.
BACKGROUND
[0002] As eyebrows in a human face are an important factor affecting characteristics or
impression of a person, he or she can give his or her clear impression to other people
according to how to make up his or her eyebrows.
[0003] In general, women make up their eyebrows with an eyebrow pencil. However, it takes
a long period of time to make up eyebrows with such pencil, and it is difficult to
draw eyebrows on both sides identically.
[0004] To compensate for such problems, a variety of eyebrow makeup devices are being launched
nowadays. For example, eyebrows can be drawn by putting on an eyebrow a plate in which
a hole of an eyebrow shape is formed and filling the hole. Further, eyebrows can be
drawn by providing a stamp of an eyebrow shape and pressing on an eyebrow the stamp
on which a user has had a cosmetic material spread.
[0005] However, as such eyebrow makeup devices are ones that use an eyebrow mold of an already
fixed eyebrow shape, there is a problem that a user cannot choose an eyebrow shape
which the user wants.
SUMMARY
[0007] The exemplary embodiments of the disclosure, which have been conceived to address
above-described problems, are to provide an eyebrow stamp which enables a user to
select a desired eyebrow shape.
[0008] Further, the embodiments of the disclosure are to provide an eyebrow stamp in which
an angle adjustment can be easily performed.
[0009] In accordance with an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an eyebrow
stamp comprising: a first body; a second body connected to the first body so that
a relative position is adjustable with respect to the first body; and an applicator
formed on one side surface of the first body and the second body to have a cosmetic
material spread thereon and apply the cosmetic material.
[0010] The aspect is directed to the eyebrow stamp, wherein a portion of the applicator
positioned on the first body and a portion of the applicator positioned on the second
body are connected.
[0011] The aspect is directed to the eyebrow stamp, wherein the first body and the second
body are connected via a connecting member, and the first body is rotated in any one
of a up and down direction and a left and right direction around the connecting member
to adjust the relative position to the second body.

[0030] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, the eyebrow stamp 1 according to an exemplary embodiment
of the disclosure may include a body 10 forming an outer appearance of the eyebrow
stamp 1 and having a first body 110 and a second body 120, an applicator 20 provided
on a side of the body 10 for applying a cosmetic material, and a connecting member
30 for fixing the body 10 which connects the first body 110 with the second body 120
to be relatively movable.
[0031] In the exemplary embodiment, the eyebrow stamp 1 is intended for applying a cosmetic
material on an eyebrow, and will be described while exemplifying a case where it is
used after supplying a separately prepared cosmetic material to the applicator 20.
However, the spirit of the invention is not limited to this, and the eyebrow stamp
may be used as a cosmetic device for other usage unless the spirit of the invention
is departed from. Further, in the embodiment, the eyebrow stamp 1 is illustrated as
being used for one side eyebrow, but the eyebrow stamp 1 may be provided as a pair
that have a symmetric configuration.
[0032] The body 10, which is intended to form an outer appearance of the eyebrow stamp 1,
can change its shape. Further, the body 10 may include a first body 110, and a second
body 120 connected to the first body 110 so as to adjust a relative position between
a first and second bodies.
[0033] The body 10 may be formed with a plastic material, but the material of the body 10
is not limited to this. As an example, the body 10 may be formed with an aluminum
material. Further, the first body 110 and the second body 120 may be formed with different
materials.
[0034] Specifically, the first body 110 may be connected to the second body 120 at one side
thereof. In this case, the first body 110 may become narrower in width as it goes
from the one side to another side, and be provided in a shape curved in one direction.
Therefore, the shape of the first body 110 may correspond to a tail portion of an
eyebrow. However, the shape of the first body 110 is not limited to this. For example,
the first body 110 may be provided in a shape of substantially uniform thickness and
width throughout its length.
[0035] The one side of the first body 110 may be provided with a protruding portion 111.
Specifically, the protruding portion 111 may be formed on the one side of the first
body 110 so as to have a predetermined height, wherein the one side is close to the
second body 120. For example, the protruding portion 111 may be formed on the one
side of the first body 110 in a semi-circular shape. In this case, the protruding
portion 111 may have a height less than the total height of the first body 110, and
be provided in a shape of extending from an upper surface of the first body 110. The
embodiment will be described while exemplifying a case where the protruding portion
111 is of a semi-circular shape protruding toward the second body 120 from an upper
portion of the one side of the first body 110.
[0036] A peripheral surface of the protruding portion 111 may be provided with a plurality
of latching grooves 112. The latching grooves 112 may be provided in the protruding
portion 111 at a predetermined interval, and be continuously formed along an outer
periphery of the protruding portion 111. For example, the latching grooves 112 formed
on the peripheral surface of the protruding portion 111 may be provided in a shape
of a toothed wheel. The embodiment exemplifies a case where the protruding portion
111 is provided with five latching grooves 112, but the number of the latching grooves
112 is not limited thereto. The number of the latching grooves 112 may be determined
based on the magnitude of an adjustment angle of the first body 110 and the second
body 120.
[0037] Further, the protruding portion 111 may include a first insertion hole 113 so that
the first body 110 can be combined with the second body 120. The first insertion hole
113 through which the connecting member 30 penetrates may be provided in a central
portion of the protruding body 111, and may serve as a rotation center of the first
body 110 and the second body 120.
[0038] Meanwhile, on the one side of the first body 110, there may be provided the second
body 120. The second body 120 is connected with the first body 110, and a one side
of the second body may be combined with the first body 110, wherein the second body
is provided such that a relative angle can be adjusted. Here, the relative angle can
be understood as an angle formed between a direction in which the first body 110 extends
lengthwise and a direction in which the second body 120 extends lengthwise. For example,
the first body 110 and the second body 120 may form therebetween an angle ranging
from 0 to 20 degree when being initially provided to a user.
[0039] The second body 120 may be formed so as to have a predetermined thickness, and the
second body 120 may be provided so as to have a shape corresponding to a front portion
of an eyebrow. Here, the front portion of an eyebrow means a side close to a glabella.
[0040] The second body 120 may include a receiving portion 121 at the one side thereof.
The receiving portion 121, by which the protruding portion 111 of the first body 110
can be received and supported, may be formed at the one side of an upper surface of
the second body 120. Here, the one side of the second body 120 may be understood as
a direction facing the one side of the first body 110.
[0041] Further, on one side of the upper surface of the second body 120, a latching protrusion
122 may be formed to extend. The latching protrusion 122 may correspond to the latching
groove 112 of the first body 110. Specifically, when the first body 110 and the second
body 120 are combined with each other, the protruding portion 111 may be provided
in the receiving portion 121, and the latching protrusion 122 may be positioned at
any one of the plurality of the latching grooves 112. A specific description on how
the latching groove 112 and the latching protrusion 122 are combined will be discussed
later.

hole 123. The second insertion hole 123, through which the connecting member 30 penetrates,
may be formed to correspond to the first insertion hole 113. Therefore, the connecting
member 30 can sequentially penetrate through the first insertion hole 113 and the

[0043] On one side of the body 10, there may be provided the applicator 20. The applicator
20, which is intended to apply a cosmetic material spread thereon, may be provided
in a shape of an eyebrow. Specifically, the applicator 20 may be provided on upper
sides of the first body 110 and the second body 120 combined with each other. In this
case, the applicator 20 may be provided in a form that a portion thereof positioned
at the first body 110 and a portion thereof positioned at the second body 120 are
interconnected with each other, thus applying the cosmetic material in a continuous
eyebrow shape.
[0044] Further, the applicator 20 may be an applicator of an eyebrow, a shape of which can
be changed according to change in shape of the body 10.
[0045] Further, the applicator 20 may be provided with a material which can allow a predetermined
amount of cosmetic material to be absorbed therein or spread thereon, and may be formed
with a material, a shape of which can be changed. For example, the applicator 20 may
be formed with sponge. As the applicator 20 is formed with sponge, the applicator
20 can be changed in shape in response to change in shape of the body 10.
[0046] The first body 110 and the second body 120 may be combined with each other via the
connecting member 30. The connecting member 30, which can be inserted into the first
hole 113 of the first body 110 and the second hole 123 of the second body 120, may
include a connecting pin 310 and a pin fixing part 320. Specifically, the connecting
pin 310 penetrates through the first insertion hole 113 and the second insertion hole
123 from an upper side of the first body 110, and then the connecting pin 310 may
be fixed by being combined with the pin fixing part 320 at a lower side of the second
body 120. That is, the first body 110 and the second body 120 can be combined with
each other via the connecting member 30. In this case, the connecting pin 310 may
be provided with a bolt, and the pin fixing part 320 may be provided with a nut, wherein
the first body 110 and the second body 120 may be combined with a predetermined gap
interposed therebetween.
[0047] When the first body 110 and the second body 120 are combined with each other, the
first body 110 can be rotated about the connecting member 30. Specifically, if a user
applies an external force to a side surface of the first body 110, the first body
110 can be rotated about the connecting member 30 via a space between the first body
and the second body 120. In this case, as the latching grooves 112 of the first body
110 are rotated, the latching protrusion 122 of the second body 120 may be positioned
at another latching groove 112. That is, the latching groove 112 at which the latching
protrusion 122 is positioned after the first body 110 is rotated differs from the
latching groove 112 at which the latching protrusion 122 is positioned before the
first body 110 is rotated. Therefore, the first body 110 can be fixed at a changed
relative position to the second body 120. That is, the first body 110 and the second
body 120 can be rotated around the connecting member 30 to change the relative position.
[0048] In the embodiment, a case where the connecting pin 310 serves as a rotation axis
extending in an up and down direction with reference to the drawing and the first
body 110 and the second body 120 are rotated in a right and left direction with reference
to the drawing is exemplified, but the spirit of the invention is not limited to this.
For example, the protruding portion 111 and the receiving portion 121 may be formed
so as to be widened in a direction perpendicular to the surface to which the applicator
20 is adhered, and the connecting pin 310 may be inserted in a width direction of
the body 10, wherein the first body 110 and the second body 120 may be relatively
moved in an up and down direction with reference to the drawing.
[0049] Further, in the embodiment, a case where the connecting member 30 is provided with
the bolt and nut is illustrated as an example, but the connecting member 30 is not
limited to this. For example, the connecting member 30 may be provided with a universal
joint. In this case, at one side of any one of the first body 110 and the second body
120, a protruding part having a ball shape and serving as a universal joint may be
provided, and at one side of another of the first body and the second body, a receiving
part into which the protruding part is inserted may be provided. In this case, the
angle of the first body 110 can be adjusted in the right and left direction and in
the up and down direction. Specifically, when the angle of the first body 110 is adjusted
in the up and down direction, the heights of the applicator 20 attached to the first
body 110 and the second body 120 may become different from each other.
[0050] Hereinafter, operation and effect of the eyebrow stamp 1 according to the embodiment
having a configuration as described above will be described.
[0051] First, the first body 110 and the second body 120 may be combined with each other
via the connecting member 30. In this case, the connecting member 30 may be provided
with a bolt and a nut, or with a universal joint. Specifically, in a case where the
connecting member 30 is provided with the bolt and the nut, the connecting pin 310,
which is the bolt, may penetrate through the first insertion hole 113 of the first
body 110 and then the second insertion hole 123 of the second body 120, and be combined
with the pin fixing part 320, which is the nut, at a lower side of the second body
120. Therefore, the first body 110 can be rotated around the connecting member 30
in the left and right direction while adjusting its relative position to the second
body 120.
[0052] Further, in a case where the connecting member 30 is provided with the universal
joint, the first body 110 can be rotated in the up and down direction or in the left
and right direction via the universal joint which is the connecting member 30 while
adjusting its relative position to the second body 120.
[0053] When the first body 110 and the second body 120 are combined with each other, the
latching protrusion 122 of the second body 120 can be positioned at any one of the
latching grooves 112 of the first body 110. Therefore, the first body 110 can be fixed
while forming a certain angle with the second body 120. That is, the angle between
the first body 110 and the second body 120 can be easily adjusted according to the
position of the latching groove 112 at which the latching protrusion 122 is fixed.

of the first body 110 may correspond to a tail side shape of an eyebrow, and a portion
of the applicator 20 provided on the upper side of the second body 120 may correspond
to a head side shape of an eyebrow.

according to a desired eyebrow shape. Specifically, the user can adjust the relative
position of the first body 110 and the second body 120 so that the applicator 20 can
have the desired eyebrow shape. As an example, if a user wants an eyebrow having a
straight line shape, the user can rotate the first body 110 in the left and right
direction so that the portion of the applicator 20 provided on the upper side of the
first body 110 and the portion of the applicator 20 provided on the upper side of
the second body 120 have a straight line shape.
[0056] Further, in order to use the eyebrow stamp 1 in accordance with a face shape, a user
can adjust the relative position of the first body 110 and the second body 120. Specifically,
the first body 110 can be rotated in the up and down direction so that the upper surface
of the first body 110 has a certain inclination with respect to the upper surface
of the second body 120. Therefore, the eyebrow stamp 1 can be used in correspondence
to a curved face shape and eyebrow shape.
[0057] After the first body 110 is fixed to the second body 120 so as to coincide with a
desired eyebrow shape, a user can apply a separate cosmetic material on the applicator
20. Further, the applicator 20 on which the cosmetic material has been spread can
be stamped so as to coincide with a position of an eyebrow. Therefore, the user can
use while easily adjusting the body 10 and the applicator 20 to a desired eyebrow
shape. That is, there is effect of enabling a user to select a desired eyebrow shape.

will be described with reference to FIG. 5. However, as another embodiment is different
in that a guide applicator 40' is added when compared with the one embodiment, the
difference will be mainly described, whereas reference will be made to the description
and reference signs of the one embodiment for same parts.

disclosure may be provided with the guide applicator 40' at an outer side of the applicator
20. Specifically, the guide applicator 40' may be formed so as to have a predetermined
thickness, and provided so as to surround the applicator 20 with a predetermined gap
interposed therebetween. In this case, the guide applicator 40', which corresponds
to an outer peripheral portion of an eyebrow, may be formed of a rubber material.
Therefore, as the shape of the body 10 is changed, a shape of the guide applicator
40' can also be changed in correspondence with the shape of the body 10.
[0061] Specifically, as a user changes an angle of the first body 110 and the second body
120 according to a desired eyebrow shape, the shapes of the applicator 20 and the
guide applicator 40' provided on the upper surfaces of the first body 110 and the
second body 120 can be changed. As the applicator 20 and the guide applicator 40',
the shapes of which have been changed to desired shapes, are stamped on a user's eyebrow
after a cosmetic material is applied on the applicator and the guide applicator, the
guide applicator 40' can apply the cosmetic material on the outer peripheral portion
of the eyebrow, and the applicator 20 can apply the cosmetic material on an inner
side of the outer peripheral portion on which the cosmetic material is applied by
the guide applicator 40'.

the disclosure will be described with reference to FIG. 6. However, as still another
embodiment is different in that only a guide applicator 40" is provided on the one
side of the body 10 when compared with another embodiment, the difference will be

signs of the one embodiment for same parts.

provided so as to have a predetermined thickness, may be provided in a shape with
an empty interior. In this case, the guide applicator 40" may be provided in a shape
corresponding to an outer peripheral line. Further, the guide applicator 40" may be
provided with a deformable material, and, for example, may be formed of a rubber material.

is adjusted, the shape of the guide applicator 40" provided on the one side of the

the disclosure may include a first body 510 and a second body 520. In this case, the
first body 510 and the second body 520 may include a first housing part 510a and a
second housing part 520a which are provided in a form with an empty interior. Further,
the eyebrow stamp 2 may include a first bottom part 510b and a second bottom part
520b which correspond to the first housing part 510a and the second housing part 520a,
respectively. In this case, the first housing part 510a and the second housing part
520a may be provided in a form with one surface opened, the one surface being a side
where the housing part and the bottom part are adjacent to each other.

511. The protruding portion 511, which extends from one side of the first housing
part 510a by a predetermined length, may be provided at one side close to the second
housing part 520a. In this case, a portion of the protruding portion 511 may have

1. An eyebrow stamp comprising:
a first body;
a second body connected to the first body so that a relative position is adjustable
with respect to the first body; and
an applicator formed on one side surface of the first body and the second body to
have a cosmetic material spread thereon and apply the cosmetic material.
2. The eyebrow stamp of claim 1, wherein a portion of the applicator positioned on the
first body and a portion of the applicator positioned on the second body are connected.
3. The eyebrow stamp of claim 1, wherein the first body and the second body are connected
via a connecting member, and the first body is rotated in any one of a up and down
direction and a left and right direction around the connecting member to adjust the
relative position to the second body.
4. The eyebrow stamp of claim 3, wherein the connecting member is provided with a pin
or a universal joint.
5. The eyebrow stamp of claim 3, wherein the first body includes a protruding portion
and a plurality of latching grooves which are shaped to be like a toothed wheel, and
the second body includes a latching protrusion corresponding to the latching groove,
and
wherein as the first body and the second body are combined with each other via the
connection member, the latching protrusion is positioned at any one of the latching
grooves.
6. The eyebrow stamp of claim 1, wherein the applicator is provided with sponge, and
a shape of the applicator is changed according to change in the relative position
of the first body and the second body.
7. The eyebrow stamp of claim 1, further comprising a guide applicator surrounding the
applicator.
8. The eyebrow stamp of claim 7, wherein the guide applicator is provided so as to be
spaced by a predetermined gap from the applicator.
9. The eyebrow stamp of claim 1, wherein the applicator is a guide applicator which is
provided in a shape corresponding to an outer peripheral line of an eyebrow.
10. The eyebrow stamp of claim 9, wherein the guide applicator is provided with a rubber
material, and a shape of the guide applicator is changed according to change in the
relative position of the first body to the second body.
11. The eyebrow stamp of claim 9, wherein the guide applicator is provided in a form with
an empty interior.
12. The eyebrow stamp of claim 1, wherein the first body and the second body include a
first housing part and a second housing part which are respectively provided in a
form with an empty interior and with one surface opened; and, a first bottom part
and a second bottom part which are combined with the first housing part and the second
housing part, respectively at the opened surface, and
wherein the applicator is provided on one side of the first bottom part and one side
of the second bottom part.
13. The eyebrow stamp of claim 12, wherein the first body includes
a protruding portion extending by a predetermined length;
an insertion groove provided on one side of the protruding portion;
a first supporting column provided within the first housing;
a second supporting column provided on an upper surface of the first bottom part,
and provided so as to surround a portion of the first supporting column; and
a first position adjusting part provided at a position which does not overlap that
of the protruding portion, and provided in a form of a protrusion, and
wherein the second body includes
an inserting column which is rotatably combined into the insertion groove;
a third supporting column provided within the second housing;
a fourth supporting column provided on an upper surface of the second bottom part,
and provided so as to surround a portion of the third supporting column; and
a second position adjusting part including a plurality of grooves corresponding to
the first position adjusting part.
14. The eyebrow stamp of claim 13, wherein the protruding portion has a higher height
at a side close to the second housing part, and a lower height at a side remote from
the second housing part, and
wherein the insertion groove is formed on the side of the higher height of the protruding
portion, and the second position adjusting part is provided in the side of the lower
height of the protruding portion.
15. The eyebrow stamp of claim 12, wherein on an upper surface of the applicator, there
are provided a plurality of inserting protrusions, and on the first bottom part and
the second bottom part, there are provided a plurality of insertion holes corresponding
to the inserting protrusions.
