RELATED APPLICATION
FIELD OF THE TECHNOLOGY
[0002] The present invention relates to the field of lighting technology, with particular
emphasis on a telescopic power supply track.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0003] When installing lamps on shelves in supermarkets, shopping malls and other occasions,
the power supply wires need to be led out from the back of the shelf and routed along
the side brackets under the shelves and then connected to the lights. The power wires
are mainly fixed on the laminate bracket by the wire buckle with magnet.
[0004] In the prior art, the width of the shelf layer is often adjusted, which causes the
installation position of the luminaries to change accordingly, so that the length
of the wire must be adjusted to meet the requirements of the installation position
of the luminaries, which will increase the workload of the cable management. At the
same time, because the power supply conductors of the existing design are exposed,
a certain length of wires needs to be reserved during installation for subsequent
adjustment and utilization, which affects the appearance.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0023] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail. Examples
of the embodiments are shown in the drawings, in which the same or similar reference
numerals indicate the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar
functions. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary,
and are used to explain the present invention.
[0024] As shown in FIG. 1 to 6, the telescopic power supply track comprises a strip-type
housing 1 having a hollow cavity and a sliding device with one end extending into
the cavity of the strip-type housing 1 and slidingly connected to the housing 1; the
housing 1 is provided with an input wire 2 at one end and an output wire 3 at the
other end, the sliding device is electrically connected to the input wire 2 and the
output wire 3 respectively, and the extension length of the output wire 3 relative
to the housing 1 also changes accordingly during the sliding of the sliding device
along the length direction of the housing 1. In this way, when installing lamps in
shelves with different widths, it is only necessary to adjust the sliding device so
that the extension length of the output wire 3 relative to the housing 1 changes correspondingly,
which can meet the needs of installing lamps in the shelves and is very convenient
to use.
[0025] Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1 to 6, the sliding device comprises a casing 4 that
extends into the cavity of the housing 1 at one end and can move along the length
direction of the housing 1, and a power taking component that is cooperatively connected
to the casing 4. The power taking component is electrically connected to the input
wire 2 and the output wire 3 respectively, and the output wire 3 extends from the
other end of the casing 4. During use, by pushing the casing 4 into the housing 1
or pulling the casing 4 outward, the distance between the other end of the casing
4 and the housing 1 becomes smaller or larger, so that the extension length of the
output wire 3 protruding from the other end of the casing 4 becomes shorter or longer
relative to the housing 1, so as to meet the requirements of different lengths of
power supply wires for the installation of the lamp.
[0026] As a preferred embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1 to 3, the power taking component includes
two conductive terminals 5, and two opposite inner side walls of the housing 1 are
provided with power strips 6 connected with positive and negative poles of the input
lead 2, respectively. The conductive terminals 5 are in corresponding contact with
the power strip 6. Specifically, the casing 4 is an insulated hard tube, one end of
the casing 4 extends into the housing 1, two conductive terminals 5 are provided on
opposite sides of the one end of the casing 4 located in the housing 1, and one end
of the output wire 3 located in the casing 4 stretches out from a hole on the casing
4 and then is connected to the two conductive terminals 5 respectively. The conductive
terminal 5 is fixed on the casing 4 by means of encapsulation. The output wire 3 is
embedded in the casing 4 and extends from the other end of the casing 4.
[0027] In the above design, the current passes through the input wire 2, the power strip
6, the conductive terminal 5, and the output wire 3 to form a path in the process.
In the process of pushing and pulling the casing 4, the casing 4 will drive the conductive
terminal 5 to move relative to the power strip 6, and the output wire 3 extended from
the other end of the casing 4 will also move along with the casing 4, so that the
extension lengths of the output wire 3 relative to the housing 1 change.
[0028] In this embodiment, the two ends of the housing 1 are provided with closed end covers
7 respectively, and the input wire 2 and the casing 4 respectively extend into the
housing 1 through the end covers 7 on the corresponding sides, so that the power supply
track can have very good waterproof performance. As a preference, the end cover 7
can be formed by encapsulation. At the same time, in order to prevent external moisture
from entering the housing 1 through the casing 4, the end of the casing 4 located
in the housing 1 adopts a closed structure, and the conductive terminal 5 is arranged
on the casing 4 by encapsulation. The hole on the casing 4 for passing through the
output wires 3 can be sealed to effectively prevent moisture from entering the housing
1 from the casing 4. Further, one end of the casing 4 for extending out the output
wire 3 and the output wire 3 are also fixed and sealed with a rubber coating, which
can prevent moisture from entering the casing 4, and can avoid pulling the output
wire 3 to cause loose connection between the output wire 3 and the conductive terminal
5, resulting in poor contact.
[0029] In this embodiment, a convex block 41 is formed on the casing 4 near the conductive
terminal 5. The convex block 41 is disposed on the side of the casing 4 on which the
conductive terminal 5 is close to the output wire 3 extending out. The convex block
41 can abut against the corresponding end cover 7 to limit the casing 4 when the casing
4 slides, so as to avoid damaging the conductive terminal 5 or bad contact when the
conductive terminal 5 is directly in contact with the end cover when the power supply
wire needs to be extended to excessively pull the casing 4, thus improving the service
life of the conductive terminal 5.
[0030] In this embodiment, the area on both sides of the cavity section of housing 1 is
smaller than the area in the middle. The section in the middle of the cavity is a
circle that matches the diameter of the casing 4. The section on both sides of the
cavity is a circle with a diameter smaller than the diameter of the middle section.
The power strip 6 is clamped in the circular cavity on both sides. Of course, it is
conceivable that the power strip 6 can also be fixed in the hollow cavity of the housing
1 in other ways, such as by bonding.
[0031] As another preferred method, as shown in FIG. 4 to 6, the power taking component
includes two power strips 6, and two conductive terminal 5 electrically connected
to the positive and negative poles of the input wires 2 are fixed on the inner wall
of the housing 1, the conductive terminal 5 is in corresponding contact with the power
strip 6.
[0032] Specifically, the casing 4 is provided with a groove 42 formed along the length direction
of the casing 4 and capable of accommodating the conductive terminal 5. The power
strips 6 are distributed on both inner side walls of the groove 42. In this embodiment,
the free ends of the two side walls of the groove 42 are bent on both sides to form
two first grooves 43 facing the groove bottom, and two second groove 44 opposite to
the two first groove 43 are formed on the groove bottom. The power strip 6 is clamped
and fixed in the first clamping groove 43 and the second clamping groove 44. Of course,
the power strip 6 can also be fixed to the groove 42 by means of bonding or the like.
The housing 1 is provided with a fixed block 11. There are many ways to fix the fixed
block 11 and the housing 1. In this embodiment, a T-shaped convex strip 12 is provided
on the inner wall of the housing 1, and a T-shaped groove 111 is formed on the fixed
block 11. The housing 1 is provided with first limiting holes 13 on both sides of
the T-shaped convex strip 12, and the fixed block 11 is formed with second limiting
holes 112 opposite to the first limiting holes 13 on both sides of the T-shaped groove
111. On the one hand, the T-shaped convex strip 12 and the T-shaped groove 111 cooperate
to limit the movement of the fixed block 11 in the direction perpendicular to the
length direction of the housing 1, and on the other hand, the limiting nail 14 are
inserted into the first limiting holes 13 and the second limiting holes 112 to restrict
the movement of the fixed block 11 along the length direction of the housing 1; the
conductive terminals 5 are distributed on both sides of the fixed block 11; the conductive
terminals 5 can be connected to the fixed block 11 by bonding or screw connection.
The inner wall of the housing 1 is also provided a power transmission strip 15 connected
to the input wire 2 and supplying power to the conductive terminal 5.
[0033] In the above design, the current passes through the input wire 2, the power transmission
strip 15, the conductive terminal 5, the power strip 6, and the output wire 3 to form
a path. In the process of pushing and pulling the casing 4, the casing 4 drives the
power strip 6 to move. During the movement, the conductive terminal 5 and the power
strip 6 are always in contact, and the output wire 3 connected to the other end of
the casing 4 also moves with the casing 4, so that the extension length of the output
wire 3 relative to the housing 1 changes.
[0034] In this embodiment, one end of the casing 4 is provided with a limit block 45 and
this end of the casing 4 is located in the housing 1 when using. The limit block 45
abuts against the fixed block 11 to limit the casing 4 when the casing 4 slides, so
as to prevent the casing 4 from sliding out of the housing 1 during the pulling process.
[0035] In this embodiment, the one end of the housing 1 and the other end of the casing
4 are respectively provided with sealed end covers 7, the input wire 2 extend into
the housing 1 passing through the corresponding end covers 7, and the output wire
3 extends into the casing 4 passing through the corresponding end cover 7 and is connected
to the power strip 6.
[0036] It should be mentioned that the above-mentioned conductive terminal 5 can use a terminal
of type 2510, the power strip 6 uses a copper strip, and the power transmission strip
15 also uses a copper strip.
[0037] Since most of the existing shelves use iron shelves, in order to facilitate the fixing
of the power supply track, a magnetic block 91 is provided on the end cover 7, and
the housing 1 is adsorbed and fixed on the to-be-installed surface of the shelf through
the magnetic block 91. Of course, it is conceivable that the magnetic block 91 can
also be provided on the housing 1. If the power supply track of the present application
is used on non-ferrous shelves, such as wooden shelves, etc., the power supply track
can be fixed by bonding, screw connection, or other fixing methods.
[0038] In this application, in order to prevent the output wire 3 from extending too long
relative to the housing 1 to sag, the output wire 3 is provided with a wire buckle
92, which is fixed to the surface to be installed by means of magnetic attraction,
etc. It can be made of plastic and other materials. Of course, a wire buckle 92 can
also be set on the input wire 2.
[0039] It should be noted that the power supply track of the present application can be
applied not only to the installation of shelf lamps, but also to exhibition cabinets,
homes, etc., not only for the installation of lamps, but also for the installation
and extraction of other electrical equipment.
[0040] In summary, the invention relates to a telescopic power supply track comprises a
housing with a hollow cavity, and a sliding device with one end extending into the
cavity of the housing and slidingly connected to the housing; the housing is provided
with an input wire at one end and an output wire at the other end, the sliding device
is electrically connected to the input wire and the output wire respectively, and
the extension length of the output wire relative to the housing changes accordingly
during the sliding of the sliding device along the length direction of the housing.
With this design, the extension length of the output wire relative to the power supply
track can be changed by adjusting the sliding device of the power supply track, thereby
meeting the different length requirements of the power supply wire, the operation
is very convenient, and the appearance is beautiful. The above disclosure has been
