    Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

    [0001] Combing out tangles in hair is a drama in many families because especially children with long hair perceive it as painful.

    PRIOR ART

    [0002] WO 1997011622 A2 discloses a holding device for hair, which works with a telescoping double comb. It is meant to hold hair straightener while dyeing, which the hairdresser usually does between two fingers.

    [0003] However, the handling requires a lot of skill and training and is therefore unsuitable for private use.

    [0004] Combs with split teeth are known for fixing hair, dressed in chignon style, wherefore otherwise combs with ondulated tines may be applied.

    [0005] Other combs that could secure hair against training single strands of hair are so far not known.

    [0006] US 2015/136163 A1 discloses a comb for detangling hair which includes a handle, a head portion attached to the handle, and a plurality of teeth attached to the head portion wherein at least some of the teeth comprise first and second proximal ends, and a distal end, the first and second proximal ends being spaced apart from one another and being relatively moveable, wherein such relative movement of the proximal ends of said at least some of the teeth causes flexion or shape change of the tooth.

    [0007] CN 202 653 446 U discloses a multifunctional rib comb.

    [0008] CN 201 727 024 U discloses a comb with curve comb teeth.

    [0009] US 2 384 013 A discloses a comb comprising a body portion and teeth, said teeth being recessed to provide concave rear surfaces, said body portion being recessed to provide lateral slots, some of said slots opening into the rear surface of said body portion and extending from a point high on the rear surface of said body to a point intermediate said teeth, other of said slots opening into the rear surface of said body portion and merging with concave rear surfaces of said teeth.

    TASK OF THE INVENTION

    [0010] The object therefore is to find an easy-to-use holding device for hair strands, which compensates for the painful train when combing entangled hair.

    SOLUTION

    [0011] A solution was found by providing a holding comb according to claim 1.

    [0012] The result might quite easily be inserted into a strand of hair from one lateral side and as easily be torn out again, however hardly be moved in a direction along to the hair, thus also blocking the tear on single strands.

    [0013] For this purpose, the teeth are arranged so, that they overlap.

    [0014] In addition, the comb is provided with a protruding handle, by which strands of hair can be held tight.

    [0015] In case of single-handed combing of entangled strands, a non-slip cover for the handle prevents the comb from slipping off, if deposited on dressed hair.

    [0016] This may happen, when temporarily laying it down, instead of tiresome holding the comb permanently overhead.

    [0017] The non-slip material may e.g. be an outside open-pore plastic foam, which sheathes the handle, so that the holding comb can temporarily remain lying on the hair to be combed.

    DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENT BASED ON THE DRAWINGS

    [0018] Fig. 1 shows a holding comb (1) according to the invention with a protruding handle (2) and two-legged, spread teeth (3 to 9) made of elastic material, which partially overlap.

    [0019] Drawing Fig. 2 shows some of the overlapping tines (10, 11 and similar) with a hair tress stuck in it (12).

    Claims

    1. A holding comb (1) for detangling matted strands of hair wherein

    the teeth (3) are designed as double arches;

    the spreading of the teeth (3) results from their division centrally along the longitudinal axis and bending it open;

    the teeth (3) are made of each two oppositely arched bows of plastic or metal wire, characterized in that the arched bows are joined at their common tip and at their root; and

    the double teeth (3) overlap partially with the next one in row.

    2. A holding comb (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that
    the double teeth (3) are made of elastic plastic, e.g. hard PVC, by 3D-printing.

    3. A holding comb (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that
    a handle (2) is attached laterally, or at the top side of the bracket bar of the comb (1).

    4. A holding comb (1) as to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that
    a sheath of non-slip material, e.g. open-pored foam material, is pushed over the handle (2) to provide some hold against slipping off, if the comb (1) is simply deposed on dressed hair.

    Ansprüche

    1. Haltekamm (1) zum Entwirren von verfilzten Haarsträhnen, wobei

    die Zinken (3) als Doppelbögen ausgestaltet sind;

    sich die Aufspreizung der Zinken (3) aus ihrer mittigen Aufteilung entlang der Längsachse und deren Aufbiegen ergibt;

    die Zinken (3) aus jeweils zwei entgegengesetzt gebogenen Bügeln aus Kunststoff oder Metalldraht hergestellt sind,

    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass

    die gebogenen Bügel an ihrer gemeinsamen Spitze und an ihrer Wurzel verbunden sind; und

    sich die Doppelzinken (3) teilweise mit dem nächsten in der Reihe überlappen.

    2. Haltekamm (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Doppelzinken (3) aus elastischem Kunststoff, z. B. Hart-PVC, mittels 3D-Druck hergestellt sind.

    3. Haltekamm (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Griff (2) seitlich oder an der Oberseite der Halteleiste des Kamms (1) angebracht ist.

    4. Haltekamm (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    eine Umhüllung aus rutschfestem Material, z. B. offenporigem Schaumstoff, über den Griff (2) geschoben ist, um einen Halt gegen Abrutschen bereitzustellen, wenn der Kamm (1) einfach auf frisiertes Haar aufgesetzt wird.

    Revendications

    1. Peigne (1) de maintien pour démêler des mèches de cheveux emmêlées, dans lequel

    les dents (3) sont conçues comme des arcs doubles ;

    l'écartement des dents (3) résulte de leur division au centre suivant l'axe longitudinal et de l'ouverture par fléchissement ;

    les dents (3) sont constituées de deux coudes arqués opposés en plastique ou en fil métallique,

    caractérisé en ce que

    les coudes arqués sont joints à leur pointe commune et à leur racine; et les dents doubles (3) chevauchent partiellement la suivante dans une rangée.

    2. Peigne (1) de maintien selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    les doubles dents (3) sont constituées de plastique élastique, par exemple de PVC dur, par impression 3D.

    3. Peigne (1) de maintien selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    un manche (2) est attaché latéralement, ou sur la face supérieure de la barre de support du peigne (1).
