| (57) The invention is related to a wipes packaging that is formed by an inner impermeable
wall generating two independent compartments, one compartment for storing wipes to
be customized by the user. The cited compartment includes a safety seal located at
one of the ends of the wipes packaging and leak-proof closure means are located at
the same end. The cited independent compartment is integrated by an impermeable material
in order to be refilled by a specific fluid selected by the user to impregnate the
wipes to be customized. Additionally, the wipes packaging of the invention includes
a safety seal that allows the manipulation of the leak-proof closure means when the
safety seal is torn off.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention is related to an impermeable packaging that allows the user to customize the wipes contained in it, based on his preferences and/or according to the requirements of the specific use thereof.
[0002] In this sense, the wipes packaging of the invention contains an inner wall that defines two independent compartments for storing wipes. Additionally, the packaging has leak-proof closure means at one of its ends that allow the user to refill one of the compartments with a fluid to impregnate the wipes contained in it.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0003] Currently, wipes packagings are known in several formats that offer convenient containers adapted to the particular use of the wipes. In this sense, wet wipes are conventionally used for babies' hygiene, personal care and even cleaning tasks.
[0004] However, the already known packagings on the market usually contain wet wipes, even perfumed wipes, so they are all saturated by a fluid. Therefore, they do not offer the possibility of adding concrete ingredients into the packaging selected by the user, in order to customize the wipes depending on their preferences or needs.
[0005] As previously detailed, the known packagings for wipes do not allow consumers to impregnate them with a desired ingredient. Therefore, some consumers will not find wet wipes containing the specific ingredients according to their needs, nor will avoid the use of undesired ingredients.
[0006] The applicant of the present invention detects the necessity of developing a packaging enclosing means that allow the consumer to add a specific fluid, cream or ointment according to the use required for the wipe.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
[0007] The aim of the invention is to provide a packaging for wipes that allows the user to customize them by adding a specific desired component, for example: water, essential oils, fruit extracts, etc.
[0008] Therefore, the structural configuration of the invention renders the preparation of wipes suitable for the particular needs of the user.
[0009] To achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the proposed invention is formed by a packaging or container with an inner impermeable wall, preferably a transparent film sealed to the interior of the packaging, defining two independent compartments. Advantageously, the configuration defined by the inner impermeable wall provides two different compartments for storing two kinds of wipes in the same packaging: dry wipes to be impregnated by the user with his favourite fluid and another compartment for storing other type of wipes, for example, dry wipes.
[0010] One of the independent compartments is suitable for storing the dry wipes to be customized by the user. Because of that, the mentioned independent compartment comprises leak-proof closure means arranged in one of the ends of the packaging.
[0011] In particular, the leak-proof closure means are located on, at least, one of the internal surfaces of the packaging forming the independent compartment for storing the wipes to be customized.
[0012] At least, the above-mentioned independent compartment for storing the wipes to be customized is integrated by an impermeable material. As a result, the compartment will be able to maintain its integrity when fulfilled with any type of fluid, lotion, etc.
[0013] In this sense, the leak-proof closure means allow the user to open the packaging through them and to introduce the desired ingredient or ingredients for impregnating the wipes to be customized.
[0014] When the cited ingredients are placed inside the independent compartment, the user proceeds to close the leak-proof closure thus achieving an hermetic sealing of the compartment, while the wipes contained inside remain wet and ready to be used. The independent compartment containing the customized wipes presents a replaceable label, preferably an adhesive label that ensures the water tightness of the compartment and that it can be open and closed by the user to extract a customized wipe.
[0015] Additionally, the wipes packaging is equipped with the following elements:
- a safety seal located at the same end where the leak-proof closure means are located. The mentioned safety seal can be torn off by the user in the first use, so it ensures that the packaging has not been previously used.
- opening means arranged in the compartment where the wipes not to be customized by the user are stored. The cited opening means allow the user to extract the wipes from that compartment.
[0016] Optionally, the wipes packaging of the invention is integrated by a biodegradable natural wood pulp material.
[0017] Advantageously, the structural configuration previously described will allow the user to customize wipes by adding ointments as natural oils, eucalyptus, mint, jasmine, lemon, grape fruit, cleaning agents and so on, therefore controlling the products that the user is applying while taking care of his skin or cleaning a surface.
[0018] Finally, it has to be mentioned that due to the fact that the proposed packaging initially contains preferably dry wipes to be customized, the weight of the packaging is lower than that of conventional packagings containing wet wipes. Based on that, the present invention involves lower shipment costs compared to the marketed conventional wipes packaging.
DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0019] To complement the description that will be made below and for the purpose of aiding to better understand the features of the invention according to a preferred practical embodiment thereof, a set of drawings is attached as an integral part of said description in which the following is depicted for an illustrative and non-limiting purpose:
Figure 1 shows a representation of one external side of the wipes packaging according to a preferred embodiment of the invention.
Figure 2 shows a representation of the opposed external side to that depicted in figure 1, according to the wipes packaging of the invention.
Figure 3 shows a perspective representation of the wipes packaging, wherein the packaging is open through the leak-proof closure, showing the wipes contained in both independent compartments.
Figure 4 shows the same view depicted in figure 3, wherein the wipes are not represented.
Figure 5 shows a cross section of the wipes packaging where the different compartments of the present invention can be observed.
PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
[0020] The listed drawings represent the preferred embodiment of the invention. In particular, figures 1, 2, 3 and 4 depict the elements that integrate the wipes packaging (1) according to the present invention, which shows an elongated-shape body defining two ends of the container as such.
[0021] In this sense, the wipes packaging (1) of the invention is formed by the following elements:
- an inner impermeable wall (2)
- a safety seal (6) located at one of the ends of the wipes packaging (1),
- leak-proof closure means (5) located at the same end than the safety seal (6), extending along the same length that the safety seal (6),
- opening means (7) for extracting the wipes contained in compartment (3), and
- an adhesive replaceable label (8),
[0022] Advantageously, as it can be observed in figure 5, the inner impermeable wall (2) of the wipes packaging (1) generates two independent compartments, one of the compartments (3) for storing dry wipes (10) and the other independent compartment (4) for storing the wipes (11) to be customized.
[0023] In order to allow the packaging to be filled by a fluid or any kind of cream or ointment, it is required that the wipes packaging (1) is integrated by an impermeable material.
[0024] Additionally, other essential technical features of the present invention are related to its structural configuration. In this regard, figures 3 and 4 show that the leak-proof closure means (5) are preferably arranged facing each other on the two internal surfaces of the independent compartment (4) for storing the wipes to be customized.
[0025] In fact, the leak-proof closure means (5) are integrated by a grooved line located in one of the internal surfaces and it is arranged facing a ledged line that is located in the opposed internal surface, showing complementary dimensions for an adjusted and tight coupling.
[0026] As a warranty and safety measure, the wipes packaging (1) of the present invention includes the safety seal (6) that allows the manipulation of the leak-proof closure means (5) when the safety seal (6) is torn off.
[0027] Optionally, the opening means (7) of the wipes packaging for the preferred embodiment of the invention is integrated by a die cut area, as it is shown in figure 2. The mentioned die cut area allows the user to extract the dry wipes contained in the inner space generated by the independent compartment (3).

surfaces of the independent compartment (4); wherein the leak-proof closure means
(5) are integrated by a grooved line located in one of the internal surfaces and a
ledged line located in the opposed internal surface, which have complementary dimensions
for an adjusted and tight coupling.
3. a.- Wipes packaging, according to claim 1, characterized in that the opening means (7) are integrated by a die cut area.
4. a.- Wipes packaging, according to claim 1, characterized in that the material of the packaging is biodegradable natural wood pulp.

is printed on, at least, one of the external sides.
