TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] This application relates to the field of lighting device, in particular to a striplight.
BACKGROUND
[0002] The existing striplight includes a lamp tube and a printed circuit board with a light-emitting
element located inside the lamp tube. When assembling, the printed circuit board needs
to be fixed in the lamp tube by snap rings, and then the lamp holders at both ends
of the lamp tube are assembled with the lamp tube to complete the assembly of the
striplight. The striplight with this structure needs to be provided with a separate
snap ring to fix the printed circuit board, which makes the structure of the striplight
complicated and also increases the cost of raw materials. The provision of the snap
ring in the tube will also decrease the aesthetics of the striplight. Moreover, the
assembly process is more complicated, and the assembly time is increased.
SUMMARY
[0003] The purpose of this application is to provide a striplight, which aims to solve the
problem of complicated structure of the striplight in the prior art.
[0004] To achieve this goal, this application adopts the following technical solutions:
A striplight, which includes a lamp tube, a printed circuit board arranged in the
lamp tube, a light-emitting element arranged on the printed circuit board, two insulated
lamp holders respectively inserted at both ends of the lamp tube, and metal sockets
connected with the insulated lamp holders; both ends of the printed circuit board
have electrical connectors that are electrically connected with the metal sockets;
the inner wall of the insulated lamp holder has at least one mounting slot, and the
printed circuit board is inserted in the mounting slot.
[0005] Further, the insulated lamp holder includes a first connecting ring contacting the
inner wall of the lamp tube, a second connecting ring connected with a side of the
first connecting ring away from the lamp holder, and a third connecting ring connected
with a side of the second connecting ring away from the first connecting ring; the
mounting slot is located in the first connecting ring.
[0006] Further, the first connecting ring is a circular ring, and the number of the mounting
slots is two; the two mounting slots are located on the same diameter of the first
connecting ring.
[0007] Further, the inner wall of the first connecting ring is provided with a first limiting
plate and a second limiting plate that are opposed and spaced apart; a gap between
the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate is formed as the mounting slot.
[0008] Further, the inner diameter of the second connecting ring gradually decreases in
a direction away from the first connecting ring; the metal socket is sleeved outside
the third connecting ring.
[0009] Further, the insulated lamp holder further includes a protecting ring connected with
the second connecting ring and arranged around the first connecting ring, the length
of the protecting ring is less than the length of the first connecting ring, and the
protecting ring abuts against the lamp tube.
[0010] Further, the insulated lamp holder is a plastic part; the metal socket is an aluminum
part.
[0011] Further, an elastic metal member is provided between the electrical connector and
the metal socket; the elastic metal member is connected with the electrical connector
and abuts against the metal socket.
[0012] Further, the elastic metal member includes a fixing plate fixedly connected with
the electrical connector, a first elastic piece connected with the fixing plate, a
second elastic piece connected with the first elastic piece, a first arc-shaped transition
plate arranged between the first elastic piece and the second elastic piece, a third
elastic piece connected with the second elastic piece, and a second arc-shaped transition
plate arranged between the second elastic piece and the third elastic piece; the angle
between the second elastic piece and the first elastic piece is an acute angle.
[0013] Further, the elastic metal member is a spring.
[0014] The beneficial effects of the application are: a mounting slot adapted to the edge
of the printed circuit board is provided inside the insulated lamp holder, i.e., the
edge of the printed circuit board is accurately inserted into the mounting slot after
the insulated lamp holder and the lamp are assembled, to fix the printed circuit board
in the tube. The printed circuit board is fixed in the lamp tube without snap rings
or other components, thereby effectively simplifying the structure of the striplight
and reducing the cost of the striplight.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[0017] In order to make the purpose, technical solutions, and advantages of this application
clearer, the following further describes the application in detail with reference
to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific
embodiments described here are only used to explain the application, and are not used
to limit the application.
[0018] It should be noted that when an element is referred to as being "fixed to" or "disposed
on" another element, it can be directly on the other element or indirectly above the
other element. When an element is said to be "connected with" another element, it
can be directly connected with the other element or indirectly connected with the
other element.
[0019] It should be understood that the orientation or positional relationship indicated
by the terms "length", "width", "upper", "lower", "front", "back", "left", "right",
"vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", etc. is based on the
orientation or positional relationship shown in the drawings, and is only for the
convenience of describing the application and simplifying the description, and does
not indicate or imply the device or the element referred to must have a specific orientation,
be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and therefore cannot be understood
as a limitation of the present application.
[0020] In addition, the terms "first" and "second" are only used to describe, and cannot
be understood as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating
the number of indicated technical features. Thus, the features defined with "first"
and "second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of these features. In
the description of this application, "multiple" means two or more than two, unless
otherwise specifically defined.
[0021] The implementation of this application will be described in detail below in conjunction
with specific embodiments.
[0022] As shown in Figs 1 to 3, the embodiment of the present application proposes a striplight,
which includes a lamp tube 1, a printed circuit board 2 arranged in the lamp tube
1, a light-emitting element 3 arranged on the printed circuit board 2, two insulated
lamp holders 4 respectively inserted at both ends of the lamp tube 1, and a metal
socket 5 connected with the insulated lamp holder 4; both ends of the printed circuit
board 2 have electrical connectors 201 electrically connected with the metal socket
5; the inner wall of the insulated lamp holder 4 has at least one mounting slot 405,
and the printed circuit board 2 is inserted into the mounting slot 405.
[0023] In the embodiment of the present application, a mounting slot 405 adapted to the
edge of the printed circuit board 2 is provided inside the insulated lamp holder 4,
i.e., the edge of the printed circuit board 2 is accurately inserted into the mounting
slot 405 after the insulated lamp holder 4 and the lamp are assembled, to fix the
printed circuit board 2 in the lamp tube 1. The printed circuit board 2 is fixed in
the lamp tube 1 without snap rings or other components, thereby effectively simplifying
the structure of the striplight and reducing the cost of striplight. In the process
of assembling the striplight, the printed circuit board 2 is put in the lamp tube
1 first, and then the insulated lamp holder 4 is inserted on the lamp tube 1 and the
printed circuit board 2 is inserted into the mounting slot 405, and then the metal
socket 5 is connected with the insulated lamp holder 4, and the metal socket 5 is
in contact with the electrical connector 201 on the printed circuit board 2, so that
the metal socket 5 and the printed circuit board 2 are electrically connected. The
lamp tube 1 can be milky white to enhance the softness of the light.
[0024] Further, as shown in Fig. 4, as another specific embodiment of the striplight provided
by the present application, the insulated lamp holder 4 includes a first connecting
ring 401 contacting the inner wall of the lamp tube 1, a second connecting ring 402
connected with a side of the first connecting ring 401 away from the lamp holder,
and a third connecting ring 403 connected with a side of the second connecting ring
402 away from the first connecting ring 401; the mounting slot 405 is located in the
first connecting ring 401. The first connecting ring 401 of the insulated lamp holder
4 is inserted into the inside of the lamp tube 1 and in close contact with the inner
wall of the lamp tube 1 to realize the connection between the insulated lamp holder
4 and the lamp tube 1.
[0025] Further, as shown in Fig. 4, as another specific embodiment of the striplight provided
by the present application, the first connecting ring 401 is a circular ring, and
the number of the mounting slots 405 is two; the two mounting slots 405 are located
on the same diameter of the first connection ring 401, so the opposite sides of the
printed circuit board 2 can be inserted into the two mounting slots 405 respectively.
The first connecting ring 401 can achieve a more symmetrical installation and fixation
of the printed circuit board 2 to improve the stability of the printed circuit board
2 after installation.
[0026] Further, as shown in Fig. 4, as another specific embodiment of the striplight provided
by the present application, the inner wall of the first connecting ring 401 is provided
with a first limiting plate 406 and a second limiting plate 407 that are opposed and
spaced apart. The gap between the first limiting plate 406 and the second limiting
plate 407 is formed as a mounting slot 405. When the insulated lamp holder 4 is manufactured,
the first limiting plate 406 and the second limiting plate 407 can be formed simultaneously,
and the first connecting ring 401 is processed without a slotting process, which saves
the process to manufacture the first connecting ring 401.
[0027] Further, as shown in Fig. 4, as another specific embodiment of the striplight provided
by the present application, the inner diameter of the second connecting ring 402 gradually
decreases in a direction away from the first connecting ring 401, and the inner diameter
of the third connecting ring 403 is the same as the inner diameter of the small end
of the second connecting ring 402. The second connecting ring 402 serves as a transition
member between the first connecting ring 401 and the third connecting ring 403, so
that the first connecting ring 401 and the third connecting ring 403 which are significantly
different in size are processed smoothly; the metal socket 5 is sleeved on the outside
of the third connecting ring 403.
[0028] Further, as shown in Fig. 4, as another specific embodiment of the striplight provided
by the present application, the insulated lamp holder 4 further includes a protecting
ring 404 connected with the second connecting ring 402 and arranged around the first
connecting ring 401. The length of the protecting ring 404 is less than the length
of the first connecting ring 401, and the protecting ring 404 abuts against the lamp
tube 1. Therefore, when the insulated lamp holder 4 is inserted into the lamp tube
1, the protecting ring 404 can cover the gap between the first connecting ring 401
and the lamp tube 1 to improve dust and water-proof performance.
[0029] Further, as shown in Fig. 4, as another specific embodiment of the striplight provided
in the present application, the insulating lamp holder 4 is a plastic part; the metal
socket 5 is an aluminum part.
[0030] Further, as shown in Figs. 3 and 5, as another specific embodiment of the striplight
provided in the present application, an elastic metal member 6 is provided between
the electrical connector 201 and the metal socket 5; the elastic metal member 6 is
electrically connected with electrical connector 201 and abuts against the metal socket
5. The elastic metal member 6 can ensure the stable contact between the printed circuit
board 2 and the metal socket 5, and when the internal structure is loose or misaligned
during use, the elastic metal member 6 can still be in close contact with the metal
socket 5.
[0031] Further, as shown in Fig. 5, as another specific embodiment of the striplight provided
in the present application, the elastic metal member 6 includes a fixing plate 601
fixedly connected with the electrical connector 201, and a first elastic piece 602
connected with the fixing plate 601, a second elastic piece 603 connected with the
first elastic piece 602, a first arc-shaped transition plate 604 arranged between
the first elastic piece 602 and the second elastic piece 603, a third elastic piece
605 connected with the second elastic piece 603, and a second arc-shaped transition
plate 606 arranged between the second elastic piece 603 and the third elastic piece
605; the angle between the second elastic piece 603 and the first elastic piece 602
is an acute angle. The fixing plate 601 can realize a stable connection between the
elastic metal member 6 and the electrical connector 201, and the first elastic piece
602, the second elastic piece 603, and the third elastic piece 605 can be deformed
to achieve close contact with the metal socket 5.
[0032] Further, as another specific embodiment of the striplight provided in the present
application, the elastic metal member 6 is a spring, and may also be other metals
with conductive properties.
[0033] It can be understood that the solution in another specific implementation may be
an embodiment which can be achieved by further improving on the basis of other embodiments.
[0034] Obviously, the above-mentioned embodiments of the present application are only used
to clearly illustrate the examples of the present application, and are not intended
to limit the implementation of the present application. For those skilled in the art,
