TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present disclosure relates to a cutting structure and a sewing process for back
wearing protective clothing, and belongs to the technical field of clothing.
BACKGROUND
[0002] Novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) has brought great changes to people's lives in 2019.
Because the main transmission routes of novel coronavirus are respiratory droplet
transmission and contact transmission, medical materials, such as respirators and
protective clothing, are in short supply.
[0003] The existing medical protective clothing is treated in the treatment manners of opening
in front, adding a zipper at an opening structure, or the like, and is added with
windshield for protecting. Because medical staff need to be in contact with patients
in front frequently in the process of work, although seams are spliced by pressing
medical adhesive strips for protection and adding windshield for protection in the
prior art, there is still a high risk that the virus harms the medical staff through
a front opening. The existing protective clothing is opened in front, so the medical
staff cannot perform backhand operation, and cannot roll the protective clothing from
top to bottom while taking off it. A polluted surface of the protective clothing cannot
be rolled in a taking off process, so secondary pollution is easily produced, and
the safety is poor.
SUMMARY
[0004] The present disclosure provides a cutting structure and a sewing process for back
wearing protective clothing with respect to the disadvantages in the prior art, which
makes an opening of the made protective clothing at the back, thereby reducing the
risk of virus harming medical staff through the opening, and improving the use safety
of the protective clothing.

sewing a cap cutting piece: overlapping and stitching cap top seams that are in left-right
symmetry on the cap cutting piece, and stitching to the positions of cap openings
to form a cap structure with an eye gap;
sewing an upper section cutting piece: sewing an upper right sleeve seam and a lower
right sleeve seam of the upper section cutting piece to form a right sleeve; sewing
an upper left sleeve seam and a lower left sleeve seam of the upper section cutting
piece to form a left sleeve;
sewing trouser legs: sewing a front trouser seam and a back trouser seam of a right
trouser cutting piece to form a right trouser leg; sewing a front trouser seam and
a back trouser seam of a left trouser cutting piece to form a left trouser leg;
sewing a crotch: aligning the left and right trouser cutting pieces, sewing front
crotch seams of the left and right trouser cutting pieces, and sewing back crotch
seams of the left and right trouser cutting pieces to form a crotch seam position
of ready-to-wear clothing;
sewing waist seams: sewing an upper middle waist seam of the upper section cutting
piece and lower middle waist seams of the trouser cutting pieces, and sewing a back
waist seam of the upper section cutting piece and the lower middle waist seams of

lower neck interface of the sewn upper section cutting piece through the upper neck
interface.
[0014] As a preferred solution of the sewing process for the back wearing protective clothing,
a step of drawing elastic bands is further included: bonding elastic bands at the
positions, on reverse sides, of the side seams on the two sides of the trouser cutting
pieces according to a set size.
[0015] In the cutting structure for the back wearing protective clothing, the eye gap is
formed in the top of the cap cutting piece. The upper neck interface is formed in

side of the upper section cutting piece. The back waist seam is formed between the
upper right sleeve seam and the lower right sleeve seam. The upper middle waist seam
is formed between the lower right sleeve seam and the lower left sleeve seam. The
lower neck interface is formed in the middle area of the upper section cutting piece.
The upper section opening is formed between the lower neck interface and the back
waist seam. By the sewing process, the opening of the made protective clothing is
located at the back. After medical staff wear the protective clothing, the back is
opened, only the position of an eyeshade is reserved, and the clothing body, the nose,
and the mouth are all within the scope of protection, which greatly reduces the risk
that virus enters through the opening to harm the medical staff, and improves a protection
effect on the medical staff. A back wearing type is adopted, so the medical staff
can roll the protective clothing from top to bottom while taking off it. A polluted
surface (namely, the front surface) of the protective clothing can be directly rolled
in a taking off process and is placed into a medical waste bag. The taking off process
is more convenient than that of conventional protective clothing, and secondary pollution
does not produced in the whole process, so the use safety of the protective clothing
is greatly improved.

of the upper section cutting piece 2 and the lower middle waist seams 17 of the trouser
cutting pieces 3, so that a main body is formed after sewing; connecting the cap and
the main body: resewing the sewn cap cutting piece 1 and the lower neck interface
15 of the sewn upper section cutting piece 2 through the upper neck interface 6. By
the sewing process, the opening of the made protective clothing is located at the
back. After medical staff wear the protective clothing, the back is opened, only the
position of an eyeshade is reserved, and the clothing body, the nose, and the mouth
are all within the scope of protection, which greatly reduces the risk that virus
enters through the opening to harm the medical staff, and improves a protection effect
on the medical staff. A back wear type is adopted, so the medical staff can roll the
protective clothing from top to bottom while taking off it. A polluted surface (namely,
the front surface) of the protective clothing can be directly rolled in a taking off
process and is placed into a medical waste bag. The taking off process is more convenient
than that of conventional protective clothing. Secondary pollution is not produced
in the whole process, so the use safety of the protective clothing is greatly improved.
