(54) TETRAPEPTIDE COMPOUND, PREPARATION METHOD AND USE THEREOF


(57) The present invention discloses a tetrapeptide compound, a preparation method and a use thereof. The tetrapeptide compound of the present invention is TP represented by formula 1, the preparation method thereof is firstly preparing an intermediate compound, then adding the intermediate compound and catalysts Pd/C into a solvent, introducing hydrogen gas with the pressure being 1 to 30 Mpa for reaction, to obtain a final product of tetrapeptide compound TP. The compound of the present invention can be used for Aldol reaction of ketone and aromatic aldehyde, or can be used for catalyzing asymmetric conjugate addition reaction of fatty aldehyde and maleimide. The tetrapeptide compound of the present invention can be used for catalyzing the conjugate addition reaction of fatty aldehyde and maleimide at high efficiency in an asymmetric way, the reaction yield reaches 98%, the enantioselectivity is as high as 99%.
