DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS
[0019] In order to make the objectives, technical solutions, and advantages of the present
disclosure clearer, the following further describes the present disclosure in detail
with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood
that the specific embodiments described here are only used to explain the present
invention, but not to limit the present disclosure.
[0020] A shown in FIGS. 1-4, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a drawing-board
backpack dual-use garment, comprising: a garment body used as a bag front body and
bag rear body of a drawing-board backpack, wherein in a direction of the garment body,
a neckline of the garment body is provided with a closable opening 701 for a drawing
board to be inserted or removed, wherein a lower part of the garment body is provided
with a fifth connecting member 204 which connects the lower part of the garment body
to form a bottom of the backpack, and/or comprises a first decoration used as a bottom
of the backpack; and wherein the first decoration is configured to be connected to
the lower part of the garment body, and a detachable second decoration is used as
a backpack strap 205.
[0021] In the present disclosure, by arranging parts such as the closable opening 701 and
the fifth connecting member 204, the garment is designed into a structure that can
transform the drawing-board backpack, which can greatly improve the convenience of
people's life. For example, when the drawing board is put in the present disclosure,
it can be used as a backpack carrying on user's back, and it can be worn as a garment
when the user don't want to carry the drawing board. The present disclosure can also
be used to hold other items, which can not only solve the problem of carrying drawing
board, but also place additional items, which greatly facilitates people's travel.
[0022] Side handles can also be provided on the sides of the garment body to hold the drawing
board sideways to meet people's different needs. The fifth connecting member can be
embodied by a zipper.
[0023] In a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the closable opening 701 is
formed by extending a neck side of the neckline toward a shoulder of the garment.
In a preferred embodiment, the closable opening 701 is provided with a closure button
or a zipper.
[0024] When in use, the closure button or the zipper is opened and the drawing board and
other parts related to drawing are put in, then the closure button or the zipper is
closed. Preferably, in order to facilitate the classification and placement of different
drawing tools, a plurality of storages 702 for storing articles are provided on the
outer surface of the garment body. The storages 702 can be designed into different
structures and shapes according to the different articles to be put in. It can be
square, strip, column, etc., and can be closed by a zipper, a buckle, etc.
[0025] In a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to put a 60X90cm drawing
board, the length of the garment body is 55-65cm, the neckline is a pile collar 209,
the height of the pile collar 209 is 25-35cm, and the width of the garment body is
60-65cm. The garment body is provided with an adjustment mechanism that can reduce
or enlarge the width of the garment body to a predetermined width. The adjustment
mechanism may be a zipper, and there is an adjustment distance between the two sides
of the zipper. After the zipper is closed, the cylindrical circumference of the garment
body shortens the adjustment distance. The adjustment mechanism is mostly used when
worn as a garment to increase the fit between the garment and the human body, and
meet the requirements of garment comfort and self-cultivation. Moreover, in the present
embodiment, drawing boards of various specifications, such as 30x45cm, 45x60cm, 60x90cm,
etc., can be selected at will, which has a wide range of uses and is convenient to
use.
[0026] In some preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, sleeves 203 are further
provided, wherein a front end of each sleeve 203 is provided with a closing mechanism
which is configured for closing a cuff and being folded into the garment body to form
a secondary compartment of the backpack. Further, the upper part of the sleeve 203
is also provided with a closing mechanism for closing the upper part of the sleeve
203 to close the secondary compartment. The sleeve 203 can be turned into the garment
body or directly placed outside the garment body to place drawing tools. In addition,
a connecting member is set on the sleeve 203, so that the front part or the whole
of the sleeve 203 can be fixed on the garment body, and the backpack capacity is increased
to avoid the flick of the sleeve 203 when the present disclosure is used as a backpack,
which will affect the use experience.
[0027] In a preferred embodiment, the closing mechanism is a drawstring structure. When
used as a backpack, it can be used to hold umbrellas, water cups and other items,
and can also be used to set a drawstring at the connection between the sleeve 203
and the garment body or the middle of the sleeve 203 to tighten the drawstring to
achieve the closure of the secondary compartment to avoid items dropping. In a preferred
embodiment, a handle 206 is provided at the junction of the hat and the garment body.
When used as a backpack but not carried on the shoulder, the handle 206 can be carried
by hand.
[0028] In some preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, a hat used as a backpack
cover after buckled forward is further provided, wherein the garment body comprises
a front garment body 201 and a rear garment body 202, and wherein the front garment
body 201 is provided with a first snapping member, the hat is provided with a second
snapping member, and the first snapping member and the second snapping member are
snapped to each other so as to enclose a primary compartment of the backpack by the
backpack cover. When worn as the garment body, the first snapping member and the second
snapping member can be attached as decorations. When used as a backpack, the first
snapping member and the second snapping member are fastened to complete the fastening
of the backpack. In addition, the first snapping member and the second snapping member
are preferably two sets that are symmetrically arranged, which can effectively enhance
the aesthetics during wearing.
[0029] In some preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, an upper portion of the
backpack strap is connected between the hat and the garment body, a lower portion
of the backpack strap is connected to the rear garment body 202 and arranged in pairs
to form straps 205 of the backpack. This connection structure of the backpack strap
can ensure the practicability when the present disclosure is used as a backpack, and
the aesthetics and comfort are not affected when it is used as a garment.
[0030] In some preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, the first decoration comprises
a bag bottom body and a connecting member arranged on an edge of the bag bottom body,
the connecting member is configured to connect the bag front body of the backpack
with a lower edge of the rear bag body, or to be connected to the garment body to
increase the thickness of the drawing-board backpack.
[0031] The above are only used to illustrate the technical solutions of the present disclosure
and not to limit them. Other modifications or equivalent substitutions made by those
of ordinary skill in the art to the technical solutions of the present disclosure
shall be covered, and as long as they do not depart from the spirit and scope of the
technical solutions of the present disclosure, they shall be included within the scope
of the claims of the present disclosure.
