HAIR BRUSH AND HAIR STYLING SYSTEM

[0001] The present invention relates to a hair brush in particular for styling hair and to a system for styling hair.

[0002] The existing brushes are used to comb the hair also while drying it in combination with a hot and/or cold air electric hair dryer.

[0003] It is an object of the present invention to make a hair brush in particular for styling hair and a system for styling hair which facilitate hair fixing and hair styling.

[0004] A further purpose is to be able to have a hair brush in particular for styling hair and a system for styling hair which are cost-effective.

[0005] These purposes according to the present invention are achieved by making a hair brush in particular for styling hair and a system for hair styling as set out in claims 1 and 10.

[0007] The features and advantages of a hair brush in particular for styling hair and a system for styling hair according to the present invention will be more apparent from the following exemplary and non-limiting description.

[0008] According to the present invention, a hair brush is provided in particular for styling hair, which comprises a body, preferably made of a polymeric material, said body comprising a first handle portion provided with a first outer end, which is graspable with one hand, and further said body comprising a second portion which is made in one piece with said first handle portion, wherein said second portion is preferably enlarged with respect to said first portion, further said second portion comprises an outer surface from which extend a plurality of hairs or bristles for combing hair.

[0009] According to the present invention said brush comprises an inner cavity extending within said first handle portion and within said second portion, further said inner cavity comprises an inlet conduit for introducing within the same a mixture of cold air enriched with oxygen, and wherein said inlet conduit is made within said first outer end of said first handle portion, and further said second portion comprises a plurality of through holes made within said outer surface which are directly connected to, and in particular communicating with, said inner cavity to allow hair styling and in particular hair fixing in particular in combination with a hair dryer, and simultaneously for combing and treating with said oxygen-enriched cold air mixture the hair of a person.

[0010] This makes it possible to reduce the time for styling and treating a person's hair with said oxygen-enriched cold air mixture by performing two operations at the same time.

Claims

1. A hair brush in particular for styling hair, which comprises a body, preferably made of a polymeric material, said body comprising a first handle portion provided with a first outer end, which is graspable with one hand, and further said body comprising a second portion which is made in one piece with said first handle portion, wherein said second portion is preferably enlarged with respect to said first portion, further said second portion comprises an outer surface from which extend a plurality of hairs or bristles for combing hair, said brush comprises an inner cavity which extends within said first handle portion and within said second portion, characterized in that said brush comprises a supply conduit of said oxygen-enriched cold air mixture, said supply conduit being connectable to said brush for facilitating the movement of said hair brush and for supplying at the same time said oxygen-enriched cold air mixture, and further comprising an electrical machine for producing a mixture of cold air enriched with oxygen at a percentage of more than 82 %, said electrical machine for producing said mixture of cold air enriched with oxygen comprises a connection cable to the electrical network and further comprises an outlet for supplying said mixture of cold air enriched with oxygen wherein said outlet is connectable to a second end of said supply conduit, further said inner cavity comprises an inlet conduit for introducing within the same a mixture of cold air enriched with oxygen, and wherein said inlet conduit is made within said first outer end of said first portion of said handle, and further said second portion comprises a plurality of through holes made within said outer surface which are directly connected to said inner cavity for permitting hair styling and in particular hair fixing in particular in combination with a hair dryer, and simultaneously for combing and treating with said mixture of cold air enriched with oxygen the hair of a person.

2. Brush according to claim 1, characterized by comprising diffusion means in particular fixed to said outer surface of said second portion for uniformly distributing said oxygen-enriched cold air mixture over at least a portion of said outer surface of said second portion of said brush.

3. Brush according to claim 2, characterized in that said diffusion means comprise at least one foil preferably metallic and in particular perforated, said foil being fixed to said outer surface of said second portion at a predetermined distance therefrom, and wherein said foil is surrounded by said plurality of hairs or bristles for combing the hair.

4. Brush according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that said first end of said first handle portion comprises connecting means in particular integrated with said first end of said first handle portion, for connecting a supply conduit of said oxygen-enriched cold air mixture for facilitating the movement of said hair brush.

5. Brush according to claim 4, characterized in that said connecting means, in particular of male/female type, are quick connection means which are in particular integrated respectively with said first end of said first handle portion and with a first end of said supply conduit.

6. Brush according to claim 5, characterized in that said connecting means comprise a quick coupling, in particular of the snap-on type preferably of the male/female type which is integrated with said first outer end of said first handle portion and with said first end of said supply conduit, wherein in particular said snap-on type male/female quick coupling allows the passage of said oxygen-enriched cold air mixture and further allows a rotation of said hair brush with respect to said supply conduit.

7. Brush according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized that said electrical machine is for producing a mixture of cold air enriched with oxygen at a percentage of more than 90 %.

8. Brush according to claim 7, characterized in that said electrical machine for producing a mixture of cold air enriched with oxygen is an oxygen concentrator in particular portable and preferably of the trolley type.

9. Brush according to claim 7, characterized in that said outlet and said second end of said supply conduit comprise a second quick coupling, in particular of the snap-on type preferably of the male/female type which is realized on said second end of said supply conduit and on said second end of said supply conduit.

10. A hair styling system characterized in that it comprises at least one hair brush, and preferably a plurality of hair brushes and in particular at least three hair brushes, according to any one of claims 1 to 9.

11. Hair styling system according to claim 10, characterized in that it comprises a hair cap, preferably washable and/or sterilisable, which is made of a non-breathable material and which comprises a connection preferably quick for introducing into the same said oxygen-enriched cold air mixture, and further which is wearable by a person for spraying said person's hair with said oxygen-enriched cold air mixture.

12. Hair styling system according to claim 11, characterized in that said hair cap comprises diffusion means which are fixed to or integrated within the same for uniformly distributing, internally to said hair cap, said mixture of cold air enriched with oxygen.

13. Hair styling system according to any one of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that it comprises an airbrush which is connectable to said supply conduit of said oxygen-enriched cold air mixture for spraying the hair of a person with said oxygen-enriched cold air mixture.

14. A method of styling hair by means of at least one hair brush according to any one of claims 1 to 9 or by means of a system for styling hair according to any one of claims 10 to 13, and by means of an electric hair dryer, said method characterized in that it comprises a step of a) combing and treating a person's hair with an oxygen-enriched cold air mixture, in particular said method further comprising a step of b) heating and drying said person's hair by means of said electric hair dryer wherein said step b) is performed simultaneously or sequentially with said step a), said method comprising repeating said step a) and said step b) a plurality of times for combing and styling the hair and for simultaneously treating said person's hair with said oxygen-enriched cold air mixture; preferably said step a) comprises a step a1) of grasping said first handle portion with a first hand, and further said step b) comprises a step of b1) grasping said electric hair dryer with a second hand, wherein in particular said first hand and said second hand are of the same further person.

15. A method of styling hair according to claim 14, characterized in that said method comprises repeating said step a) and said step b) a plurality of times for combing and styling said hair and to simultaneously treat said hair of a person with said oxygen-enriched cold air mixture, in particular said method comprises repeating said step a) and said step b) for at least 5 minutes and preferably for at least 10 minutes and even more particularly for at least 15 minutes.

Ansprüche

1. Haarbürste, insbesondere zum Frisieren von Haar, die einen Körper, vorzugsweise aus einem polymeren Material, umfasst, wobei der Körper einen ersten Griffabschnitt umfasst, der mit einem ersten äußeren Ende versehen ist, das mit einer Hand greifbar ist, und wobei der Körper ferner einen zweiten Abschnitt umfasst, der in einem Stück mit dem ersten Griffabschnitt hergestellt ist, wobei der zweite Abschnitt vorzugsweise in Bezug auf den ersten Abschnitt vergrößert ist, ferner der zweite Abschnitt eine äußere Oberfläche aufweist, von der sich eine Vielzahl von Haaren oder Borsten zum Kämmen der Haare erstreckt, wobei die Bürste einen inneren Hohlraum aufweist, der sich innerhalb des ersten Griffabschnitts und innerhalb des zweiten Abschnitts erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bürste eine Zuführungsleitung für die mit Sauerstoff angereicherte Kaltluftmischung aufweist, wobei die Zuführungsleitung mit der Bürste verbunden werden kann, um die Bewegung der Haarbürste zu erleichtern und gleichzeitig die mit Sauerstoff angereicherte Kaltluftmischung zuzuführen, und ferner eine elektrische Maschine zur Erzeugung einer mit Sauerstoff angereicherten Kaltluftmischung mit einem Prozentsatz von mehr als 82 % umfasst, die elektrische Maschine zum Erzeugen der mit Sauerstoff angereicherten Kaltluftmischung ein Verbindungskabel zum elektrischen Netz umfasst und ferner einen Auslass zum Zuführen der mit Sauerstoff angereicherten Kaltluftmischung umfasst, wobei der Auslass mit einem zweiten Ende der Zufuhrleitung verbindbar ist, ferner der innere Hohlraum eine Einlassleitung zum Einführen einer mit Sauerstoff angereicherten Kaltluftmischung in denselben umfasst, und wobei die Einlassleitung innerhalb des ersten äußeren Endes des ersten Abschnitts des Griffs ausgebildet ist, und wobei ferner der zweite Abschnitt eine Vielzahl von Durchgangslöchern umfasst, die innerhalb der äußeren Oberfläche ausgebildet sind, die direkt mit dem inneren Hohlraum verbunden sind, um ein Haarstyling und insbesondere eine Haarfixierung zu ermöglichen, insbesondere in Kombination mit einem Haartrockner, und gleichzeitig zum Kämmen und Behandeln des Haars einer Person mit der Mischung aus kalter, mit Sauerstoff angereicherter Luft.

2. Bürste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Diffusionsmittel umfasst, die insbesondere an der Außenfläche des zweiten Teils befestigt sind, um das mit Sauerstoff angereicherte Kaltluftgemisch gleichmäßig über mindestens einen Teil der Außenfläche des zweiten Teils der Bürste zu verteilen.

3. Bürste nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Diffusionsmittel mindestens eine Folie, vorzugsweise aus Metall und insbesondere perforiert, umfassen, wobei die Folie an der Außenfläche des zweiten Abschnitts in einem vorbestimmten Abstand davon befestigt ist, und wobei die Folie von der Vielzahl von Haaren oder Borsten zum Kämmen der Haare umgeben ist.

4. Bürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Ende des ersten Griffabschnitts Anschlussmittel umfasst, die insbesondere in das erste Ende des ersten Griffabschnitts integriert sind, um eine Zufuhrleitung für das mit Sauerstoff angereicherte Kaltluftgemisch anzuschließen, um die Bewegung der Haarbürste zu erleichtern.

5. Bürste nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel, insbesondere vom Typ Stecker/Buchse, Schnellverbindungsmittel sind, die insbesondere mit dem ersten Ende des ersten Griffteils bzw. mit einem ersten Ende der Versorgungsleitung integriert sind.

6. Bürste nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel eine Schnellkupplung, insbesondere vom Schnapptyp, vorzugsweise vom Typ männlich/weiblich, umfassen, die mit dem ersten äußeren Ende des ersten Griffabschnitts und mit dem ersten Ende der Versorgungsleitung integriert ist, wobei insbesondere die Schnappschnellkupplung vom Typ männlich/weiblich den Durchgang des sauerstoffangereicherten Kaltluftgemischs ermöglicht und außerdem eine Drehung der Haarbürste in Bezug auf die Versorgungsleitung erlaubt.

7. Bürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrische Maschine zur Erzeugung eines mit Sauerstoff angereicherten Kaltluftgemisches mit einem Prozentsatz von mehr als 90 % dient.

8. Bürste nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektrische Maschine zur Erzeugung eines mit Sauerstoff angereicherten Kaltluftgemisches ein Sauerstoffkonzentrator ist, der insbesondere tragbar und vorzugsweise vom Typ Trolley ist.

9. Bürste nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auslass und das zweite Ende der Versorgungsleitung eine zweite Schnellkupplung, insbesondere vom Schnapptyp, vorzugsweise vom Typ Stecker/Buchse, umfassen, die am zweiten Ende der Versorgungsleitung und am zweiten Ende der Versorgungsleitung realisiert ist.

10. Haarstyling-System, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens eine Haarbürste und vorzugsweise eine Vielzahl von Haarbürsten und insbesondere mindestens drei Haarbürsten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 umfasst.

11. Haarstyling-System nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Haarkappe, vorzugsweise waschbar und/oder sterilisierbar, umfasst, die aus einem nicht atmungsaktiven Material besteht und die einen Anschluss, vorzugsweise einen Schnellanschluss, zum Einleiten des sauerstoffangereicherten Kaltluftgemisches in dieselbe umfasst, und die ferner von einer Person getragen werden kann, um das Haar der Person mit dem sauerstoffangereicherten Kaltluftgemisch zu besprühen.

12. Haarstyling-System nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haarkappe Diffusionsmittel umfasst, die an ihr befestigt oder in sie integriert sind, um das mit Sauerstoff angereicherte Kaltluftgemisch gleichmäßig im Inneren der Haarkappe zu verteilen.

13. Haarstyling-System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Airbrush umfasst, die an die Zufuhrleitung der mit Sauerstoff angereicherten Kaltluftmischung anschließbar ist, um das Haar einer Person mit der mit Sauerstoff angereicherten Kaltluftmischung zu besprühen.

14. Verfahren zum Stylen von Haaren mittels mindestens einer Haarbürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 oder mittels eines Systems zum Stylen von Haaren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13 und mittels eines elektrischen Haartrockners, wobei das Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es einen Schritt a) des Kämmens und der Behandlung des Haares einer Person mit einem mit Sauerstoff angereicherten Kaltluftgemisch umfasst, insbesondere umfasst das Verfahren ferner einen Schritt b) des Erwärmens und Trocknens des Haars der Person mittels des elektrischen Haartrockners, wobei der Schritt b) gleichzeitig oder nacheinander mit dem Schritt a) durchgeführt wird, wobei das Verfahren das mehrmalige Wiederholen des Schritts a) und des Schritts b) zum Kämmen und Stylen des Haars und zum gleichzeitigen Behandeln des Haars der Person mit der mit Sauerstoff angereicherten Kaltluftmischung umfasst; vorzugsweise umfasst der Schritt a) einen Schritt a1) des Ergreifens des ersten Griffteils mit einer ersten Hand, und ferner umfasst der Schritt b) einen Schritt b1) des Ergreifens des elektrischen Haartrockners mit einer zweiten Hand, wobei insbesondere die erste Hand und die zweite Hand von derselben weiteren Person sind.

15. Verfahren zum Stylen von Haaren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren das mehrmalige Wiederholen des Schritts a) und des Schritts b) zum Kämmen und Stylen der Haare und zum gleichzeitigen Behandeln der Haare einer Person mit dem sauerstoffangereicherten Kaltluftgemisch umfasst, wobei das Verfahren insbesondere das Wiederholen des Schritts a) und des Schritts b) für mindestens 5 Minuten und vorzugsweise für mindestens 10 Minuten und noch spezieller für mindestens 15 Minuten umfasst.

Revendications

1. Une brosse à cheveux, en particulier pour coiffer les cheveux, qui comprend un corps, de préférence en matériau polymère, ledit corps comprenant une première partie de manche munie d'une première extrémité extérieure, qui peut être saisie d'une main, et ledit corps comprenant en outre une deuxième partie qui est faite d'une seule pièce avec ladite première partie de manche, dans laquelle ladite deuxième partie est de préférence élargie par rapport à ladite première partie, ladite deuxième partie comprend en outre une surface extérieure à partir de laquelle s'étend une pluralité de poils ou de soies pour peigner les cheveux, ladite brosse comprend une cavité intérieure qui s'étend à l'intérieur de ladite première partie du manche et à l'intérieur de ladite deuxième partie, caractérisée en ce que ladite brosse comprend un conduit d'alimentation dudit mélange d'air froid enrichi en oxygène, ledit conduit d'alimentation pouvant être relié à ladite brosse pour faciliter le mouvement de ladite brosse à cheveux et pour fournir en même temps ledit mélange d'air froid enrichi en oxygène, et comprenant en outre une machine électrique pour produire un mélange d'air froid enrichi en oxygène à un pourcentage de plus de 82 %, ladite machine électrique pour produire ledit mélange d'air froid enrichi d'oxygène comprend un câble de connexion au réseau électrique et comprend en outre une sortie pour fournir ledit mélange d'air froid enrichi d'oxygène, ladite sortie pouvant être connectée à une deuxième extrémité dudit conduit d'alimentation, ladite cavité intérieure comprend en outre un conduit d'entrée pour introduire dans celle-ci un mélange d'air froid enrichi d'oxygène, et dans laquelle ledit conduit d'entrée est situé à l'intérieur de la première extrémité extérieure de la première partie de la poignée, et dans laquelle la deuxième partie comprend une pluralité de trous traversants situés à l'intérieur de la surface extérieure et directement reliés à la cavité intérieure pour permettre la coiffure et en particulier la fixation des cheveux, notamment en combinaison avec un sèche-cheveux, et simultanément pour peigner et traiter les cheveux d'une personne avec ledit mélange d'air froid enrichi d'oxygène.

2. Brosse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend des moyens de diffusion en particulier fixés à ladite surface extérieure de ladite deuxième partie pour distribuer uniformément ledit mélange d'air froid enrichi en oxygène sur au moins une partie de ladite surface extérieure de ladite deuxième partie de ladite brosse.

3. Brosse selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de diffusion comprennent au moins une feuille, de préférence métallique et en particulier perforée, ladite feuille étant fixée à ladite surface extérieure de ladite deuxième partie à une distance prédéterminée de celle-ci, et dans laquelle ladite feuille est entourée par ladite pluralité de poils ou de soies pour peigner les cheveux.

4. Brosse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que ladite première extrémité de ladite première partie du manche comprend des moyens de connexion notamment intégrés à ladite première extrémité de ladite première partie du manche, pour connecter un conduit d'alimentation dudit mélange d'air froid enrichi en oxygène pour faciliter le mouvement de ladite brosse à cheveux.

5. Brosse selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de connexion, notamment de type mâle/femelle, sont des moyens de connexion rapide qui sont notamment intégrés respectivement à ladite première extrémité de ladite première portion de poignée et à une première extrémité dudit conduit d'alimentation.

6. Brosse selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de raccordement comprennent un raccord rapide, en particulier du type encliquetable, de préférence du type mâle/femelle, qui est intégré à ladite première extrémité extérieure de ladite première partie du manche et à ladite première extrémité dudit conduit d'alimentation, dans lequel en particulier ledit raccord rapide mâle/femelle du type encliquetable permet le passage dudit mélange d'air froid enrichi en oxygène et permet en outre une rotation de ladite brosse à cheveux par rapport audit conduit d'alimentation.

7. Brosse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que ladite machine électrique est destinée à produire un mélange d'air froid enrichi en oxygène à un pourcentage supérieur à 90 %.

8. Brosse selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que ladite machine électrique de production d'un mélange d'air froid enrichi en oxygène est un concentrateur d'oxygène notamment portable et de préférence du type chariot.

9. Brosse selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que ladite sortie et ladite deuxième extrémité dudit conduit d'alimentation comprennent un deuxième raccord rapide, en particulier du type encliquetable de préférence du type mâle/femelle qui est réalisé sur ladite deuxième extrémité dudit conduit d'alimentation et sur ladite deuxième extrémité dudit conduit d'alimentation.

10. Système de coiffure caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une brosse à cheveux, et de préférence une pluralité de brosses à cheveux et en particulier au moins trois brosses à cheveux, selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9.

11. Système de coiffure selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un bonnet à cheveux, de préférence lavable et/ou stérilisable, qui est fait d'un matériau non respirant et qui comprend un raccord, de préférence rapide, pour introduire dans celui-ci ledit mélange d'air froid enrichi en oxygène, et qui est en outre porté par une personne pour pulvériser sur les cheveux de cette personne ledit mélange d'air froid enrichi en oxygène.

12. Système de coiffure selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que ledit bonnet de coiffure comprend des moyens de diffusion qui sont fixés ou intégrés à celui-ci pour distribuer uniformément, à l'intérieur dudit bonnet de coiffure, ledit mélange d'air froid enrichi d'oxygène.

13. Système de coiffure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un aérographe qui peut être raccordé audit conduit d'alimentation dudit mélange d'air froid enrichi en oxygène pour pulvériser les cheveux d'une personne avec ledit mélange d'air froid enrichi en oxygène.

14. Procédé de coiffure au moyen d'au moins une brosse à cheveux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 ou au moyen d'un système de coiffure selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 13, et au moyen d'un sèche-cheveux électrique, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une étape consistant à a) peigner et traiter les cheveux d'une personne au moyen d'un mélange d'air froid enrichi en oxygène, en particulier, ladite méthode comprend en outre une étape b) de chauffage et de séchage des cheveux de la personne au moyen dudit sèche-cheveux électrique, ladite étape b) étant réalisée simultanément ou séquentiellement avec ladite étape a), ladite méthode comprenant la répétition de ladite étape a) et de ladite étape b) plusieurs fois pour peigner et coiffer les cheveux et pour traiter simultanément les cheveux de la personne avec ledit mélange d'air froid enrichi d'oxygène ; de préférence, ladite étape a) comprend une étape a1) consistant à saisir ladite première partie du manche avec une première main, et ladite étape b) comprend une étape b1) consistant à saisir ledit sèche-cheveux électrique avec une seconde main, ladite première main et ladite seconde main étant en particulier celles de la même personne.

15. Méthode de coiffage des cheveux selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que ladite méthode comprend la répétition de ladite étape a) et de ladite étape b) plusieurs fois pour peigner et coiffer lesdits cheveux et pour traiter simultanément les cheveux d'une personne avec ledit mélange d'air froid enrichi en oxygène, en particulier ladite méthode comprend la répétition de ladite étape a) et de ladite étape b) pendant au moins 5 minutes et de préférence pendant au moins 10 minutes et encore plus particulièrement pendant au moins 15 minutes.
