Object of the invention
[0001] The invention, as established in the title of the present specification, i.e., interchangeable
keyboard for accordion, constitutes an innovation which provides advantages that are
not known until now within the current state of the art.
[0002] The interchangeable keyboard for accordion brings a novel utility to the current
state of the art, allowing the keyboard of an accordion to be interchanged to thereby
standardize the accordion, and this allows different types of keyboards, either with
buttons or keys, to be used in one and the same accordion, so, one and the same accordion
can be used with different keyboard configurations. More specifically, the interchangeable
keyboard for accordion is formed by an accordion keyboard that features a connector
pin compatible with the strip of the accordion to make a practicable connection between
the keyboard and the accordion; this practicable connection is ensured by means of
a mechanical safety which prevents accidental disconnection and allows disconnecting
the keyboard whenever the user wishes.
Field of application of the invention
[0003] The field of application of the present invention is within the sector of musical
instruments, and more specifically as an accessory applicable to accordions.
Background of the invention
[0004] Today, accordions come with their keyboards incorporated therein in a non-removable
manner; although this obviously does not entail any technical problem, it does limit
the use of the accordions, given that each accordion only has a single keyboard, limiting
the possibilities thereof, considering that depending on the region of use of the
accordion, or depending on the type of user, there may be a need to use keyboards
with certain differences; this can make it necessary to have several accordions in
which only the type of keyboard is different.
[0005] The proposed interchangeable keyboard for accordion bring a novel utility to the
current state of the art, allowing the keyboard of an accordion to be interchanged
to enable using one and the same accordion with different types of keyboards, standardizing
and facilitating use.
[0006] The existence of an interchangeable keyboard for accordion having structural and
constitutive technical features that are identical or similar to those described in
this specification as claimed is not known today.
Description of the invention
[0007] The object of the present invention relates to an interchangeable keyboard for accordion,
providing a significant innovation within its field of application, with the characterizing
details making it possible being suitably described in the final claims accompanying
the present description.
[0008] The interchangeable keyboard for accordion brings a novel utility to the current
state of the art, allowing the keyboard of an accordion to be interchanged with another
keyboard of another type or configuration, in order to thereby provide a more versatile
accordion; this allows using the type of keyboard that the user needs in one and the
same accordion, providing greater versatility to the accordion.
[0009] More specifically, the interchangeable keyboard for accordion is compatible with
the accordion and is formed by an accordion keyboard that features connector pins
compatible with the strip of connectors of the accordion.
[0010] The accordion features elements typical of an accordion, and furthermore features
a strip of connectors compatible with the connector pins of the keyboard. The accordion
features anti-disconnection couplings compatible with the anti-disconnection safety
of the keyboard.
[0011] The accordion keyboard features elements typical of a keyboard, and furthermore features
connector pins and an anti-disconnection safety. The connector pins of the keyboard
are compatible with the strip of connectors of the accordion so as to allow connection
for the transmission of communication between the keyboard and the accordion.
[0012] The connector pins of the keyboard and the strip of connectors of the accordion,
as a result of their design and shape, provide a stable and solid support attachment
required between the keyboard and the accordion.
[0013] The anti-disconnection safety of the keyboard is compatible with the anti-disconnection
couplings of the accordion and serve for locking the attachment between the keyboard
and the accordion to prevent accidental disconnection.
[0014] The anti-disconnection safety is deactivated by means of a drive which, when pressed,
unlocks the keyboard-accordion attachment and the disconnection thereof is thereby
allowed for changing the keyboard or for keeping the keyboard and the accordion away
when they are no longer in use.
[0015] For this reason, the interchangeable keyboard for accordion of the present invention
presents a significant innovation with respect to the current state of the art.
Explanation of the figures
[0016] To complete the description provided herein, and for the purpose of helping to make
the features of the invention more readily understandable, this description is accompanied
by a figure constituting an integral part of the same, which by way of illustration
and not limitation represents the following.
[0017] Figure 1 shows a view in which an accordion with the interchangeable keyboards is
depicted.
Preferred embodiment of the invention
[0018] The object of the present invention relates to an interchangeable keyboard for accordion,
providing a significant innovation within its field of application, with the characterizing
details making it possible being suitably described in claims.
[0019] The accordion (2) features elements typical of an accordion, and furthermore features
a strip (2.1) of connectors compatible with the connector pins (1.1) of the keyboard
(1).
[0020] The accordion (2) features anti-disconnection coupling (not depicted) compatible
with the anti-disconnection safety (not depicted) of the keyboard (1). The accordion
keyboard (1) features elements typical of a keyboard and furthermore features connector
pins (1.1) and an anti-disconnection safety (not depicted).
[0021] The connector pins (1.1) of the keyboard (1) are compatible with the strip (2.1)
of connectors of the accordion (2) so as to allow connection for the transmission
of communication between the keyboard (1) and the accordion (2). The connector pins
(1.1) of the keyboard (1) and the strip (2.1) of connectors of the accordion (2),
as a result of their design and shape, provide a stable and solid support attachment
required between the keyboard (1) and the accordion (2).
[0022] The anti-disconnection safety (not depicted) of the keyboard (1) is compatible with
the anti-disconnection couplings (not depicted) of the accordion (2) and serve for
locking the attachment between the keyboard (1) and the accordion (2) to prevent accidental
disconnection.
[0023] The anti-disconnection safety (not depicted) is deactivated by means of a drive which,
when pressed, unlocks the keyboard (1)-accordion (2) attachment and the disconnection
thereof is thereby allowed for changing the keyboard (1) or for keeping the keyboard
(1) and the accordion (2) away.
