Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] This invention relates to the technical field of decoration, and more particularly relates to a snap-type movable wooden floor and an assembling method therefor.

BACKGROUND

[0002] At present, when assembling a floor, some adjacent plates are fitted without using buckles, making it prone to looseness between these adjacent plates and dust falling in the expansion gap. In another aspect, buckles are used for fitting purposes, but the installation is rendered inconvenient.

SUMMARY

[0003] The purpose of the present invention is to aim at the defects and deficiencies of the prior art to provide a reasonably designed snap-type movable wooden floor and an assembling method thereof, which not only can enhance the connection strength between adjacent panels, but also has the advantages of quick installation effect.

[0004] In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the snap-type movable wooden floor described in the present invention includes floor panels and connecting buckles, adjacent floor panels are fitted and connected by connecting buckles, the above-mentioned connecting buckles are arranged in a "mountain"-shaped structure. The groove surfaces on the left and right sides are obtuse-angle slops, and the inner sides of the left and right ends of the connecting buckle are equipped with arc-shaped surfaces arranged from the bottom to the top from the inside to the outside. The upper end of the connecting buckle provided with the above-mentioned "mountain"-shaped structure is mutually engaged with a groove, and the connecting buckle below the groove constitutes an obtuse-angled clamping end that is engaged with the above-mentioned groove with an obtuse-angle slop. The floor plate at the bottom of the end is recessed upward to form a bottom groove. One side of the bottom groovecatch groove is provided with a conflicting slope that abuts against the arc-shaped surface of the clip. The bottom of the floor plate on the side adjacent to the conflicting slope is locked in inside the groove with obtuse angle slope.

[0005] Further, a gap is provided between the left and right sides of the upper end of the connecting buckle and the grooves located on the left and right sides of the connecting buckle.

[0006] Further, a gap is provided between the obtuse-angled clamping end and the obtuse-angled inclined surface.

[0007] Further, a plurality of through holes are opened in the connecting buckle.

[0008] Methods for assembling the snap-type movable wooden floor in the present invention, the steps are as follows:

Step 1: Put the connection buckle on the ground first and keep it level;

Step 2: Align the obtuse-angled clamping end of the floor plate on the right side with the obtuse-angled groove on the right side of the connecting buckle in an oblique shape, and insert it;

Step 3: After the upper side wall of the local plate touches the top of the connecting buckle, press down on the floor plate above the other end of the floor plate. At this time, the floor plate on the right side rotates clockwise to a horizontal position. The right end is clamped into the bottom groovecatch groove at the bottom of the floor panel on the right, and the arced surface of the clamp and the oblique surface abut against each other. At the same time, the sides of the floor panel above the connecting buckle collide with each other to complete the right floor assembly of the plates;

Step 4: Follow the steps 2 to 3 above to assemble the floor panel on the left side (the installation sequence of the left and right floor panels above can be interchanged).

[0009] After adopting the above structure, the beneficial effects of the present invention are:
Use the "mountain"-shaped connecting buckle to connect adjacent floor panels, which can enhance the connection strength between adjacent panels;

[0010] The obtuse-angled clamping end and the groove with the obtuse-angle slop are used for clamping, and the clamping arc- shaped surface and the conflicting inclined surface are arranged to realize quick installation.

Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without creative work shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

[0014] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the snap-type movable wooden floor described in this embodiment includes a floor panel 1 and a connecting buckle 2. The connecting buckle 2 is provided with several through holes 2-3, which can reduce consumables while improving the toughness, it can also solve the deformation problems caused by air humidity, thermal expansion and contraction, and effectively release the pressure when the floor panel 1 is stepped on. The adjacent floor panels 1 are connected by the connecting buckle 2. The above-mentioned connecting buckle 2 is arranged in a "mountain"-shaped structure, and the groove surfaces on the left and right sides are all obtuse-angled inclined surfaces 2-1. The arc-shaped surface 2-2 of the clamping; both sides of the floor panel 1 are provided with the upper end of the connecting buckle 2 arranged with the "mountain"-shaped structure and the upper end of the connecting buckle 2. There is a gap between the left and right sides and the groove 1-4, and the connecting buckle 2 below the groove 1-4 constitutes an obtuse-angled clamping end 1-1 that is engaged with the above-mentioned groove with an obtuse-angled inclined surface 2-1. There is a gap between the obtuse-angled clamping end 1-1 and the obtuse-angle slop 2-1. The floor plate 1 at the bottom of the obtuse-angled clamping end 1-1 is recessed upward to form a bottom groovecatch groove 1-2, and the bottom groovecatch groove 1-2 is provided with a conflicting slope 1-3 that abuts against the arc-shaped surface 2-2 of the clamping, and the bottom of the floor panel 1 on the side adjacent to the conflicting slope 1-3 is clamped on the obtuse-angled inclined surfacee 2-1 in the groove.

[0015] Referring to Figures 3 to 4, the method of assembling the snap-type movable wooden floor described in this specific embodiment includes the following steps:

Step 1: Put the connecting buckle 2 on the ground and keep it level; Step 2 Align the obtuse-angled clamping end 1-1 of the floor plate 1 on the right side with the groove position on the right side of the connecting buckle 2 with the obtuse-angle slop 2-1 in an oblique shape, and insert it;

Step 3: After the upper side wall of the floor plate 1 touches the top of the connecting buckle 2, press down on the floor plate 1 above the other end of the floor plate 1. At this time, the floor plate 1 on the right side rotates clockwise to a horizontal state. At this time, the right end of the connecting buckle 2 is inserted into the bottom groove 1-2 at the bottom of the floor plate 1 on the right side, and the arcuate surface 2-2 and the inclined surface 1-3 are pressed against each other. At the same time, the floor plate 1. The side surfaces at the position above the connecting buckle 2 conflict with each other, that is, the assembly of the right floor panel 1 is completed, and the bottom surface of the assembled floor panel 1 is flush with the bottom surface of the connecting buckle 2;

Step 4: Follow the steps 2 to 3 above to assemble the floor panel on the left.

[0016] After adopting the above structure, the beneficial effects of this embodiment are:

Use the "mountain"-shaped connecting buckle to connect adjacent floor panels, which can enhance the connection strength between adjacent panels;

Adopt the obtuse-angled clamping end and the groove with the obtuse-angle slop to cooperate with the clamping device, and the clamping arc surface and the conflicting inclined surface are used to set up fast installation;

There are several through holes in the connecting buckle, which can reduce consumables and improve toughness, while also solving deformation problems caused by air humidity, thermal expansion and contraction, and effectively releasing the pressure when the floor is stepped on.
