Technical Field
[0001] The present disclosure relates to, but is not limited to, the field of sanitary products,
in particular relates to but is not limited to a toilet paper holder.
Background
[0002] There exists a quick replacing toilet paper holder that can make a toilet paper be
replaced efficiently, but the toilet paper holder cannot prevent the toilet paper
from being stolen.
[0003] There also exists a lockable toilet paper holder that can prevent the theft of toilet
paper. However, the toilet paper holder is time-consuming in daily maintenance (such
as replacing toilet paper), because it needs to be unlocked and opened to replace
the toilet paper.
Summary
[0004] The following is a summary of the subject matters described in detail in the present
disclosure. This summary is not intended to limit the protection scope of the claims.
[0005] The embodiments of the present application provide a toilet paper holder, which can
quickly perform conventional replacement operation of the toilet paper, is convenient
to use, and can perform unconventional removal operation of the toilet paper, prevent
the toilet paper from being stolen, and has good safety.
[0006] A toilet paper holder includes a housing, a toilet paper bracket and a locking and
releasing mechanism. A toilet paper accommodating cavity is provided in the housing,
and the toilet paper accommodating cavity has a toilet paper access opening and a
first cavity wall disposed opposite to the toilet paper access opening. The toilet
paper bracket is rotatably installed in the toilet paper accommodating cavity, and
is configured to be capable of rotating towards the first cavity wall, so that the
toilet paper bracket is in an access position. In the access position, the toilet
paper bracket is configured to be capable of rotating into a hollow core of the toilet
paper to install the toilet paper, or rotating out of the hollow core of the toilet
paper to remove the toilet paper. The toilet paper bracket is further configured to
be capable of rotating from the access position toward the toilet paper access opening,
so that the toilet paper bracket is in a support position. In the support position,
the toilet paper bracket is configured to be located in the hollow core of the toilet
paper to support the toilet paper. The toilet paper bracket is further configured
to be capable of rotating from the support position toward the toilet paper access
opening, so that the toilet paper bracket is in a dismount position. In the dismount
position, the toilet paper bracket is configured to be capable of rotating out of
the hollow core of the toilet paper to remove the toilet paper. The locking and releasing
mechanism is mounted to the housing, and has a lock state to lock the toilet paper
bracket, so that the toilet paper bracket can only be switched between the access
position and the support position. The locking and releasing mechanism also has a
release state to release the toilet paper bracket so that the toilet paper bracket
can be switched to the dismount position.
[0007] In the toilet paper holder provided by the embodiments of the present application,
a toilet paper accommodating cavity is provided in the housing, which can be used
for accommodating the toilet paper. The toilet paper accommodating cavity has a toilet
paper access opening, and the toilet paper can be installed into the toilet paper
accommodating cavity from the toilet paper access opening, and the toilet paper can
be removed from the toilet paper access opening.
[0008] The toilet paper bracket is rotatably installed in the toilet paper accommodating
cavity, so that the toilet paper bracket can be switched between an access position,
a support position and a dismount position. The toilet paper bracket can rotate toward
the first cavity wall disposed opposite to the toilet paper access opening to the
access position, can rotate from the access position toward the toilet paper access
opening to the support position, and can continue to rotate from the support position
toward the toilet paper access opening to the dismount position.
[0009] During installation of the toilet paper, the toilet paper can enter the toilet paper
accommodating cavity from the toilet paper access opening and move towards the first
cavity wall, and the moving toilet paper can drive the toilet paper bracket to rotate
to the access position. At this time, the toilet paper bracket can rotate into the
hollow core of the toilet paper. Then, the toilet paper bracket rotates toward the
toilet paper access opening to the support position, and the toilet paper falls back
toward the toilet paper access opening and can be supported on the toilet paper bracket
to complete the installation of the toilet paper.
[0010] During removal of the toilet paper (such as the exhausted toilet paper), the toilet
paper moves towards the first cavity wall and drives the toilet paper bracket to rotate
to the access position. At this time, the toilet paper bracket can rotate out of the
hollow core of the toilet paper. Then, the toilet paper can be removed from the toilet
paper access opening.
[0011] The toilet paper holder also includes a locking and releasing mechanism, which can
lock the toilet paper bracket, so that the toilet paper bracket can only be switched
between the access position and the support position, but cannot be switched to the
dismount position; and the locking and releasing mechanism can also release the toilet
paper bracket, so that the toilet paper bracket can be switched to the dismount position.
In the conventional installation and removal processes of the toilet paper, the locking
and releasing mechanism is in a lock state, and the toilet paper bracket can only
be switched between the access position and the support position for conventional
installation and removal operations. Under special circumstances, if a new complete
toilet paper needs to be removed, at this time the locking and releasing mechanism
can be switched to the release state, so that the toilet paper bracket can rotate
from the support position toward the toilet paper access opening to the dismount position,
and the toilet paper on the toilet paper bracket also moves therewith towards the
toilet paper access opening. In the dismount position, the toilet paper bracket can
rotate out of the hollow core of the toilet paper, so that the toilet paper can be
dismounted from the toilet paper bracket. The locking and releasing mechanism can
prevent toilet paper from being stolen.
[0012] The toilet paper holder of the embodiments of the present application can not only
ensure the convenient conventional installation and removal operations of the toilet
paper, but also ensure the removal of the toilet paper under special circumstances,
by cooperating the toilet paper holder with the locking and releasing mechanism, so
that the toilet paper holder is full-functional, is easy and safe to use, and prevents
the toilet paper from being stolen.
[0013] Other features and advantages of embodiments of the present application will be set
forth in the following description.

Detailed Description
[0016] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present application will be described in detail with
reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments in
the present application and the features in the embodiments can be arbitrarily combined
with each other if there is no conflict.
[0017] As shown in FIGS. 1-10, an embodiment of the present application provides a toilet
paper holder 100 including a housing 1, a toilet paper bracket 2 and a locking and
releasing mechanism 4. A toilet paper accommodating cavity 14 is provided in the housing
1, and the toilet paper accommodating cavity 14 has a toilet paper access opening
15 and a first cavity wall 16 disposed opposite to the toilet paper access opening
15.
[0018] As shown in FIG. 16 and FIG. 17, the toilet paper bracket 2 is rotatably installed
in the toilet paper accommodating cavity 14, and the toilet paper bracket 2 is configured
to be rotatable toward the first cavity wall 16, so that the toilet paper bracket
2 is in an access position. In the access position (shown by dashed lines in FIG.
7 and FIG. 16 (b4)), the toilet paper bracket 2 is configured to be capable of rotating
into a hollow core 52 of a toilet paper 5 (rotating from the state shown by dashed
lines in FIG. 7 and FIG. 16 (b4) to the state shown by solid lines in FIG. 7 and FIG.
16 (b4)) to install the toilet paper 5 as shown in FIG. 16 (b5); or, the toilet paper
bracket 2 is configured to be capable of rotating out of the hollow core 52 of the
toilet paper 5 (rotating from the state shown by dashed lines in FIG. 8 and FIG. 17
(c3) to the state shown by solid lines in FIG. 8 and FIG. 17 (c3)) to remove the toilet
paper 5 as shown in FIG. 17 (c4).
[0019] The toilet paper bracket 2 is further configured to be rotatable from the access
position towards the toilet paper access opening 15, so that the toilet paper bracket
2 is in a support position shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 16 (b5). As shown in FIG. 16 (b5),
in the support position, the toilet paper bracket 2 is configured to be located inside
the hollow core 52 of toilet paper 5 to support the toilet paper 5.
[0020] The toilet paper bracket 2 is further configured to be rotatable from the support
position toward the toilet paper access opening 15, so that the toilet paper bracket
2 is in a dismount position. In the dismount position, the toilet paper bracket 2
is configured to be capable of rotating out of the hollow core 52 of the toilet paper
5 to remove the toilet paper 5.
[0021] The locking and releasing mechanism 4 is mounted to the housing 1. As shown in FIG.
9, the locking and releasing mechanism 4 has a lock state to lock the toilet paper
bracket 2, so that the toilet paper bracket 2 can only be switched between the access
position and the support position. As shown in FIG. 10, the locking and releasing
mechanism 4 also has a release state to release the toilet paper bracket 2, so that
the toilet paper bracket 2 can be switched to the dismount position.
[0022] In the toilet paper holder 100 of an embodiment of the present application, a toilet
paper accommodating cavity 14 is provided in the housing 1 and configured to accommodate
the toilet paper 5. The toilet paper 5 includes a hollow core 52 located inside thereof
and roll paper 51 wound on the hollow core 52. The toilet paper accommodating cavity
14 has a toilet paper access opening 15. The toilet paper 5 can be installed inside
the toilet paper accommodating cavity 14 from the toilet paper access opening 15 and
removed from the toilet paper access opening 15.
[0023] The toilet paper bracket 2 is rotatably installed in the toilet paper accommodating
cavity 14, so that the toilet paper bracket 2 can be switched between an access position,
a support position and a dismount position. The toilet paper bracket 2 can rotate
toward the first cavity wall 16 provided opposite to the toilet paper access opening
15 to the access position, can rotate from the access position toward the toilet paper
access opening 15 to the support position, and can continue to rotate from the support
position toward the toilet paper access opening 15 to the dismount position.
[0024] As shown in FIG. 15 and FIG. 16, during installation of the toilet paper 5, the toilet
paper 5 can enter the toilet paper accommodating cavity 14 from the toilet paper access
opening 15 and move towards the first cavity wall 16, and the moving toilet paper
5 can drive the toilet paper bracket 2 to rotate to the access position. At this time,
the toilet paper bracket 2 can rotate into the hollow core 52 of the toilet paper
5. Then, the toilet paper bracket 2 rotates toward the toilet paper access opening
15 to the support position, the toilet paper 5 falls back toward the toilet paper
access opening 15 and can be supported on the toilet paper bracket 2 to complete the
installation of the toilet paper 5.
[0025] As shown in FIG. 17, during removal of the toilet paper 5 (such as the exhausted
toilet paper 5), the toilet paper 5 is moved towards the first cavity wall 16 and
the toilet paper 5 drives the toilet paper bracket 2 to rotate to the access position.
At this time, the toilet paper bracket 2 can rotate out of the hollow core 52 of the
toilet paper 5, and then the toilet paper 5 can be removed from the toilet paper access
opening 15.
[0026] The toilet paper holder 100 also includes a locking and releasing mechanism 4. The
locking and releasing mechanism 4 can lock the toilet paper bracket 2, so that the
toilet paper bracket 2 can only be switched between the access position and the support
position, but cannot be switched to the dismount position. The locking and releasing
mechanism 4 can also release the toilet paper bracket 2, so that the toilet paper
bracket 2 can be switched to the dismount position. In the conventional installation
and removal processes of toilet paper 5, the locking and releasing mechanism 4 is
in the lock state shown in FIG. 9, and the toilet paper bracket 2 can only be switched
between the access position and the support position for conventional installation
and removal operations of toilet paper 5. Under special circumstances, if the new
complete toilet paper 5 needs to be removed, the locking and releasing mechanism 4
can be switched to the release state shown in FIG. 10, so that the toilet paper bracket
2 can rotate from the support position toward the toilet paper access opening 15 to
the dismount position, and the toilet paper 5 on the toilet paper bracket 2 also moves
therewith toward the toilet paper access opening 15. In the dismount position, the
toilet paper bracket 2 can rotate out of the hollow core 52 of toilet paper 5, so
that the toilet paper 5 can be dismounted from the toilet paper bracket 2.
[0027] The toilet paper holder 100 of the embodiments of the present application can not
only ensure the convenient conventional installation and removal operations of the
toilet paper 5, but also ensure the removal of the toilet paper 5 under special circumstances,
by cooperating the toilet paper holder 100 with the locking and releasing mechanism
4, so that the toilet paper holder 100 is full-functional and is easy to use.
[0028] It should be understood that the toilet paper bracket 2 can rotate under the driving
of the toilet paper 5, and there is no need to provide a driving mechanism for the
toilet paper bracket 2. Alternatively, a driving mechanism may be provided to drive
the toilet paper bracket 2 to rotate.
[0029] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIG. 12, the toilet paper bracket 2 includes
a rotary connection part 21 rotatably connected with the toilet paper accommodating
cavity 14 and a toilet paper support part 22 for supporting the toilet paper 5. As
shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, in the access position, the distance between the end of
the toilet paper support part 22 away from the rotary connection part 21 and the first
cavity wall 16 is L, the maximum thickness of the roll paper 51 of the toilet paper
5 is T, the outer diameter of the hollow core 52 of toilet paper 5 is D, and the thickness
of the hollow core 52 of toilet paper 5 is t, where L≥T+t, L≥D, and L≤D+2
∗K
∗T, 0≤K < 1.
[0030] The toilet paper bracket 2 is rotatably connected with the toilet paper accommodating
cavity 14 through the rotary connection part 21, and the toilet paper support part
22 can extend into the hollow core 52 of the toilet paper 5 to support the toilet
paper 5. In the access position, the distance between the end of the toilet paper
support part 22 away from the rotary connection part 21 and the first cavity wall
16 is L. The maximum thickness of the roll paper 51 of toilet paper 5 (i.e., the thickness
of the toilet paper 5 when it is new and not used yet) is T, the outer diameter of
the hollow core 52 of toilet paper 5 is D, and the thickness of the hollow core 52
of the toilet paper 5 is t. As shown in FIG. 7, L≥T+t ensures that during installation
of a new toilet paper 5, the roll paper 51 of the toilet paper 5 can completely enter
between the toilet paper support part 22 in the access position and the first cavity
wall 16, so that the end of the toilet paper support part 22 away from the rotary
connection part 21 can face the cavity in the hollow core 52 of the toilet paper 5
so as to rotate the toilet paper support part 22 into the hollow core 52 of toilet
paper 5, achieving the installation of toilet paper 5.
[0031] As shown in FIG. 8, L≥D ensures that the hollow core 52 of the toilet paper 5 can
completely enter between the toilet paper support part 22 in the access position and
the first cavity wall 16 during removal of the exhausted toilet paper 5 (that is,
when the roll paper 51 of the toilet paper 5 is used up and only the hollow core 52
is left at this time), so that the end of the toilet paper support part 22 away from
the rotary connection part 21 can be approximately flush with the part outside the
hollow core 52 of the toilet paper 5 so as to rotate the toilet paper support part
22 out of the hollow core 52 of the toilet paper 5, so that the toilet paper 5 is
separated from the toilet paper support part 22 in order to remove the toilet paper
5 from the toilet paper access opening 15.
[0032] L≤D+2
∗K
∗T , 0<K < 1. When K=0, D+2
∗K
∗T is the diameter of the toilet paper 5 after the roll paper 51 is completely used
up. At this time, the diameter of the toilet paper 5 is the outer diameter of the
hollow core 52. When K is 1, D+2
∗K
∗T is the maximum diameter of toilet paper 5 (that is, the diameter of the toilet paper
5 when it is new and has not been used). When K is a number greater than or equal
to 0 and less than 1, the distance L between the end of the toilet paper support part
22 away from the rotary connection part 21 and the first cavity wall 16 is smaller
than the maximum diameter of the toilet paper 5, i.e., smaller than the diameter of
unused new toilet paper 5, which can prevent the new toilet paper 5 from completely
entering between the toilet paper support part 22 in the access position and the first
cavity wall 16, effectively avoiding the possibility of removing the unused new toilet
paper 5 in the conventional removal operation, thus achieving the anti-theft purpose.
[0033] L≤D+2*K*T, which means that the toilet paper 5 can be removed normally when the locking
and releasing mechanism 4 is in the lock state, only after the toilet paper 5 has
been used to a certain extent, that is, after the thickness of the roll paper 51 has
been reduced to a certain extent. To remove an unused new toilet paper 5 or a toilet
paper 5 whose diameter is still too large after use, that is, to remove the toilet
paper 5 in a special (unconventional) way, the locking and releasing mechanism 4 can
be in a release state, allowing the toilet paper bracket 2 to rotate to the dismount
position. At this time, the toilet paper bracket 2 can rotate out of the hollow core
52 of the toilet paper 5 to remove the toilet paper 5.
[0034] It should be understood that when K is a positive number less than 1, it should be
ensured that L meets L≥T+t and L≥D. That is, when K is a positive number less than
1 so that L does not meet L≥T+t or L≥D, the value of K is not within the protection
scope of the present application.
[0035] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIG. 3, the toilet paper access opening
15 is located at the lower part of the toilet paper accommodating cavity 14, and the
first cavity wall 16 is an upper cavity wall of the toilet paper accommodating cavity
14.
[0036] Alternatively, the toilet paper access opening 15 can be disposed at other locations.
If the toilet paper access opening 15 is located on the front side, left side, right
side, back side or upper part of the toilet paper accommodating cavity 14, the first
cavity wall 16 is correspondingly the rear cavity wall, right cavity wall, left cavity
wall, front cavity wall or lower cavity wall of the toilet paper accommodating cavity
14.
[0037] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 3, 5 and 6, the toilet paper holder
100 further includes a mounting bracket 3 disposed inside the toilet paper accommodating
cavity 14, and the mounting bracket 3 is provided with a rotary matching part 31 matched
with the rotary connection part 21. One of the rotary matching part 31 and the rotary
connection part 21 is a shaft hole, and the other of the rotary matching part 31 and
the rotary connection part 21 is a rotating shaft part.
[0038] As shown in FIG. 12, the toilet paper bracket 2 is provided with two rotary connection
parts 21, and the rotary connection parts 21 are rotating shaft parts. As shown in
FIG. 6, the mounting bracket 3 is provided with two rotary matching parts 31, which
are shaft holes, and two rotating shaft parts are rotatably inserted into the two
shaft holes respectively to achieve the rotatable mounting of the toilet paper bracket
2.
[0039] As shown in FIG. 11, the mounting bracket 3 may include a plate-shaped main body
provided with two mounting parts 33, and the two mounting parts 33 are fitted with
the plate-shaped main body to form two shaft holes. The two mounting parts 33 and
the plate-shaped main body may be an integrated structure and formed by stamping;
or, the two mounting parts 33 and the plate-shaped main body may be a separated assembly
structure. The mounting bracket 3 and the housing 1 are an integrated structure or
a separated assembly structure.
[0040] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 2, 3, 5, 7, 8 and 11, there are
two mounting brackets 3, which are respectively located on opposite sides of the toilet
paper access opening 15, and the rotary matching parts 31 are provided on the sides
of the two mounting brackets 3 facing away from each other. Accordingly, as shown
in FIGS. 2, 3, 5, 7 and 8, there are two toilet paper brackets 2, which are respectively
installed on the two mounting brackets 3.
[0041] Two mounting brackets 3 and two toilet paper brackets 2 are respectively disposed
on the left and right sides of the toilet paper access opening 15 at the lower part.
The two toilet paper brackets 2 can support the toilet paper 5 more firmly to make
the toilet paper 5 to be firmly installed.
[0042] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 2-4, the locking and releasing mechanism
4 includes a drive component 41 and a lock component 42. The drive component 41 is
in transmission connection with the lock component 42 and can drive the lock component
42 to move, so that the locking and releasing mechanism 4 can be switched between
a lock state and a release state.
[0043] As shown in FIGS. 3, 4 and 9, in the lock state, the lock component 42 is configured
to lock the toilet paper bracket 2. As shown in FIG. 10, in the release state, the
lock component 42 is configured to release the toilet paper bracket 2.
[0044] In the locking and releasing mechanism 4, the drive component 41 can move and drive
the lock component 42 to move and change the position of the lock component 42, which
in turn makes the locking and releasing mechanism 4 be switchable between the lock
state and the release state. When the locking and releasing mechanism 4 is in a lock
state, the lock component 42 can lock the toilet paper bracket 2, so that the toilet
paper bracket 2 can only be switched between the access position and the support position
to perform the conventional removal and installation operations of the toilet paper
5 while the unused new toilet paper 5 cannot be removed. When the locking and releasing
mechanism 4 is in a release state, the lock component 42 can release the toilet paper
bracket 2, so that the toilet paper bracket 2 can be switched from the support position
to the dismount position. At this time, the special removal operation of the toilet
paper 5 may be performed.
[0045] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 3, 8 and 9, the lock component 42
can be installed on the mounting bracket 3 in reciprocating translation way.
[0046] As shown in FIG. 2, there are two lock components 42, which can translate back and
forth in a front-back direction in order to lock or release the two toilet paper brackets
2 respectively. As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the two lock components 42 are respectively
installed on the two mounting brackets 3, and are located on the sides of the two
mounting brackets 3 facing away from each other, which can avoid providing the mounting
structures for the lock components 42 separately and simplify the structure of the
toilet paper holder 100. Alternatively, a mounting structure may be additionally provided
to mount the lock component 42.
[0047] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 4, 9, 10, 12 and 14, the lock component
42 includes a limit part 421 and a first avoidance recess 422, and the toilet paper
bracket 2 includes a limit matching part 23. As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 9, in the
lock state, the limit part 421 is configured to abut against the limit matching part
23 to limit the toilet paper bracket 2. As shown in FIG. 10, in the release state,
the first avoidance recess 422 is configured to cooperate with the limit matching
part 23 to release the limit of the toilet paper bracket 2.
[0048] As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 9, the lock component 42 can be moved to make the limit
part 421 abut against the limit matching part 23 of the toilet paper bracket 2 in
the support position. At this time, the first avoidance recess 422 and the limit matching
part 23 are staggered to prevent the toilet paper bracket 2 in the support position
from rotating towards the toilet paper access opening 15. As shown in FIG. 10, the
lock component 42 can be moved to separate the limit part 421 from the limit matching
part 23 of the toilet paper bracket 2 in the support position, but the first avoidance
recess 422 cooperates with the limit matching part 23. At this time, the first avoidance
recess 422 will not limit the toilet paper bracket 2, so that the toilet paper bracket
2 in the support position can rotate toward the toilet paper access opening 15 to
the dismount position, so as to perform the special removal of the toilet paper 5.
[0049] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 9-11, the mounting bracket
3 is provided with a second avoidance recess 32 for avoiding the toilet paper bracket
2. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 9, in the lock state, the first avoidance recess 422 is
staggered with the second avoidance recess 32. As shown in FIG. 10, in the release
state, the first avoidance recess 422 and the second avoidance recess 32 at least
partially overlap.
[0050] In the release state, the first avoidance recess 422 and the second avoidance recess
32 at least partially overlap, so that the toilet paper bracket 2 in the support position
can rotate through the first avoidance recess 422 and the second avoidance recess
32 toward the toilet paper access opening 15.
[0051] The second avoidance recess 32 always aligns with the limit matching part 23 of the
toilet paper bracket 2 so as not to affect the rotation of the toilet paper bracket
2.
[0052] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIG. 14, the lock component 42 includes
two limit parts 421 and two first avoidance recesses 422, and the limit parts 421
and the first avoidance recesses 422 are alternately disposed in the translation direction
of the lock component 42.
[0053] As shown in FIG. 12, the toilet paper support part 22 is U-shaped, two side walls
of the U-shaped toilet paper support part 22 form the limit matching parts 23. The
rotary connection parts 21 include two rotating shaft parts formed by bending ends
of two side walls of the U-shaped toilet paper support part 22.
[0054] As shown in FIG. 11, the rotary matching part 31 includes two shaft holes disposed
on the mounting bracket 3 and respectively fitted with the two rotating shaft parts,
and the mounting bracket 3 is provided with two second avoidance recesses 32.
[0055] Two limit parts 421 are provided on the lock component 42 capable of reciprocating
translation. As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 9, the two limit parts 421 (the locking and
releasing mechanism 4 is in the lock state) can limit the two limit matching parts
23 (the toilet paper bracket 2 is in the support position) of the U-shaped toilet
paper support part 22. The lock component 42 is also provided with two first avoidance
recesses 422, and the two limit parts 421 and the two first avoidance recesses 422
are alternately disposed in the translation direction of the lock component 42. The
mounting bracket 3 is provided with two second avoidance recesses 32, so that as shown
in FIG. 10, each limit matching part 23 (the toilet paper bracket 2 is in the support
position) can rotate through one first avoidance recess 422 (the locking and releasing
mechanism 4 is in the release state) and one second avoidance recess 32 toward the
toilet paper access opening 15, respectively.
[0056] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 9-10 and 13-14, the drive component
41 is a translatable drive component. The drive component 41 includes a transmission
part 411, and the lock component 42 includes a transmission matching part 423 fitted
with the transmission part 411. The transmission part 411 is a protruding part protruded
toward the transmission matching part 423, and the protruding part and the transmission
matching part 423 abut against each other for transmission, so as to switch the locking
and releasing mechanism 4 from the lock state as shown in FIG. 9 to the release state
as shown in FIG. 10.
[0057] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 9-11, the locking and releasing mechanism 4 further includes
a first elastic restoring member 43, which is disposed between the mounting bracket
3 and the lock component 42 and switches the lock component 42 from the release state
shown in FIG. 10 to the lock state shown in FIG. 9.
[0058] When the drive component 41 translates, the abutment between the transmission part
411 and the transmission matching part 423 can drive the lock component 42 to translate,
which in turn switches the locking and releasing mechanism 4 from the lock state to
the release state. The first elastic restoring member 43 can apply an elastic force
to the lock component 42 to make the lock component 42 translate reversely, which
in turn switches the lock component 42 from the release state to the lock state, and
the drive component 41 also translates reversely and resets through the transmission
cooperation between the transmission part 411 and the transmission matching part 423.
[0059] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 9, 10 and 13, the moving direction
of the drive component 41 is perpendicular to the moving direction of the lock component
42, and the transmission part 411 is V-shaped.
[0060] As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the drive component 41 can translate in the up-down direction
and the lock component 42 can translate in the front-back direction, so that the moving
direction of the drive component 41 is perpendicular to the moving direction of the
lock component 42. The drive component 41 is located at the rear side of the lock
component 42, and the transmission part 411 protrudes forward and is transversely
placed in a V shape to cooperate with the transmission matching part 423 on the lock
component 42 located in the front thereof for transmission.
[0061] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 9, 10 and 14, one side of the lock
component 42 adjacent to the drive component 41 is provided with a mounting groove
424, an opening of which faces away from the drive component 41. The first elastic
restoring member 43 and the mounting bracket 3 are an integrated structure or a separated
assembly structure, and one end of the first elastic restoring member 43 extends into
the mounting groove 424 and abuts against the bottom wall of the mounting groove 424.
A portion of the bottom wall of the mounting groove 424 is inclined toward the side
facing away from the drive component 41 to form a transmission matching part 423.
[0062] As shown in FIGS. 9, 10 and 14, a mounting groove 424 is provided on the rear side
of the lock component 42, and the opening of the mounting groove 424 faces forward.
The front end of the first elastic restoring member 43 is fixed with the mounting
bracket 3, and the rear end of the first elastic restoring member 43 extends into
the mounting groove 424 from the opening and abuts against the bottom wall (the rear
side wall opposite to the opening) of the mounting groove 424, so as to apply an elastic
force to the lock component 42. The bottom wall of the upper part of the mounting
groove 424 inclines toward the front side to form an arc-shaped transmission matching
part 423. The arc-shaped transmission matching part 423 can abut against the lower
part of the transversely placed V-shaped transmission part 411 for transmission.
[0063] As shown in FIGS. 9, 10 and 14, two guide plates 425 are provided above the mounting
groove 424 to guide the translation movement of the drive component 41. The guide
plates 425 may be formed by two groove walls of the mounting groove 424, or the guide
plates 425 and the mounting groove 424 may be a separate fixed structure.
[0064] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 9, 10 and 14, the first elastic
restoring member 43 is an elastic piece and forms an integrated structure with the
mounting bracket 3. Alternatively, the first elastic restoring member 43 can be in
other forms, such as a spring, and can be a separated assembly structure with the
mounting bracket 3.
[0065] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIG. 13, the drive component 41 is U-shaped,
and both side walls of the U-shaped drive component 41 are provided with transmission
parts 411, and the two transmission parts 411 are matched with the transmission matching
parts 423 of the two lock components 42 for transmission.
[0066] The drive component 41 has an inverted U-shape, two side walls of the U-shaped drive
component 41 are located on the left and right sides respectively, the left and right
side walls of the U-shaped drive component 41 are provided with transmission parts
411, and the left and right transmission parts 411 are matched with the transmission
matching parts 423 of the two lock components 42 respectively for transmission.
[0067] One U-shaped drive component 41 drives two lock components 42 to translate, which
can reduce the number of drive components 41 and simplify the structure of the toilet
paper holder 100. It is also possible to provide two drive components 41 to respectively
drive two lock components 42 to translate.
[0068] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 10 and 13, the housing 1 is
provided with a keyhole 17, and the drive component 41 is provided with a drive part
412, which can be driven to translate by the key 6 inserted from the keyhole 17.
[0069] As shown in FIG. 10, the drive component 41 is located inside the toilet paper accommodating
cavity 14, and the upper part of the housing 1 is provided with a keyhole 17. When
the locking and releasing mechanism 4 is to be switched from the lock state to the
release state, the key 6 can be inserted into the keyhole 17 and press the drive part
412 of the drive component 41 to drive the drive component 41 to translate downward.
The drive component 41 further drives the lock component 42 to translate forward,
so that the locking and releasing mechanism 4 is switched from the lock state to the
release state.
[0070] By driving of the key 6, the locking and releasing mechanism 4 is switched from the
lock state to the release state, thus ensuring the safety of the special removal operation
of the toilet paper 5 and effectively preventing the toilet paper 5 from being stolen.
[0071] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIG. 13, the bottom wall (opposite to
the opening of the U-shape) of the U-shaped drive component 41 forms a drive part
412. The drive component 41 has an inverted U-shape, and the drive part 412 can be
located at the upper part of the drive component 41.
[0072] In some exemplary embodiments, the toilet paper bracket 2 is configured to automatically
rotate from the access position to the support position and from the support position
to the dismount position under the action of gravity.
[0073] The toilet paper access opening 15 is located at the lower part of the toilet paper
accommodating cavity 14. The toilet paper bracket 2 rotates downward when it rotates
from the access position to the support position, and rotates downward when it automatically
rotates from the support position to the dismount position. Therefore, the toilet
paper bracket 2 can automatically rotate downward from the access position to the
support position or from the support position to the dismount position under the gravity
action of toilet paper bracket 2 and toilet paper 5.
[0074] In some other exemplary embodiments, a second elastic restoring member is disposed
between the toilet paper bracket 2 and the mounting bracket 3, and the elastic force
of the second elastic restoring member is set to rotate the toilet paper bracket 2
toward the toilet paper access opening 15.
[0075] The second elastic restoring member is disposed between the toilet paper bracket
2 and the mounting bracket 3, and can exert the elastic force on the toilet paper
bracket 2, so that the toilet paper bracket 2 rotates towards the toilet paper access
opening 15, and can rotate from the access position to the support position or from
the support position to the dismount position.
[0076] In some exemplary embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2, the housing 1 includes a front
panel 11, a rear panel 12 and a side surrounding panel 13. The front panel 11 is connected
to the front side of the side surrounding panel 13, and the rear panel 12 is connected
to the rear side of the side surrounding panel 13. The side surrounding panel 13 is
U-shaped with a downward opening, and the rear panel 12 is provided with a keyhole
17. The first elastic restoring member 43, the mounting bracket 3 and the side surrounding
panel 13 can be an integrated structure, so as to reduce the number of parts and simplify
the structure of the toilet paper holder 100.
[0077] The toilet paper holder 100 of the embodiments of the present application will be
described below with reference to the drawings.
[0078] The toilet paper holder 100 of the embodiments of the present application can allow
people to quickly replace the toilet paper 5 and install the toilet paper 5 in the
toilet paper holder 100 without any unlocking operation.
[0079] The quick replacement function of the toilet paper 5 is realized by using two toilet
paper brackets 2. When the locking and releasing mechanism 4 is in the lock state,
the toilet paper brackets 2 can freely rotate upward, but cannot rotate downward beyond
initial support position thereof.
[0080] During installation, as shown in FIGS. 15 and 16, when the toilet paper 5 is installed
into the toilet paper accommodating cavity 14 from below the toilet paper holder 100,
the toilet paper 5 pushes the toilet paper brackets 2 to rotate upwards. When the
toilet paper bracket 2 rotates to the access position, one end of the toilet paper
support part 22 away from the rotary connection part 21 reaches the hollow core 52
of toilet paper 5, and the toilet paper support part 22 can automatically fall into
the hollow core of the toilet paper 5 and return to the initial support position.
[0081] When the end of the toilet paper support part 22 away from the rotary connection
part 21 reaches the hollow core 52 of toilet paper 5, and the toilet paper support
part 22 automatically falls into the hollow core and returns to the initial support
position, the distance between the end of the toilet paper support part 22 away from
the rotary connection part 21 and the first cavity wall 16 at the top of the toilet
paper holder 100 is just enough to accommodate the standard complete toilet paper
5 (unused new toilet paper 5).
[0082] At this time, the complete toilet paper 5 is supported by the toilet paper brackets
2 and installed in the toilet paper holder 100, because the toilet paper brackets
2 in the hollow core 52 of the toilet paper 5 can prevent the toilet paper 5 from
being removed from the bottom of the toilet paper holder 100, and the design of the
top first cavity wall 16 can also prevent the toilet paper 5 from being removed from
the top.
[0083] The only way to replace the toilet paper 5 is when the roll paper 51 of the toilet
paper 5 is used up or almost used up. Only in this case, as shown in FIG. 17, there
is enough space to push up the toilet paper 5 and separate the toilet paper 5 from
the toilet paper brackets 2 to remove the toilet paper 5.
[0084] As shown in FIG. 18, if a complete toilet paper 5 needs to be replaced, the key 6
can be used to release the toilet paper 5. By inserting the key 6 into the preset
keyhole 17, the key 6 can push downward the drive component 41, thereby moving the
lock component 42 to a predetermined release position, so that the locking and releasing
mechanism 4 is in a release state. At this time, the toilet paper brackets 2 can rotate
downward freely, so that the toilet paper 5 can be removed from the toilet paper holder
100.
[0085] As shown in FIG. 9, when the locking and releasing mechanism 4 is in the initial
lock state, the first elastic restoring member 43 pushes the lock component 42 toward
the drive component 41, the lock component 42 is in the initial locking position,
and the transmission matching part 423 of the lock component 42 is fitted with the
transmission part 411 of the drive component 41 to move the drive component 41 upward.
In the lock state, the limit part 421 of the lock component 42 abuts against the limit
matching part 23 of the toilet paper bracket 2 for limiting, which locks the toilet
paper bracket 2 and prevents it from rotating downwards. The first avoidance recess
422 of the lock component 42 does not align with the second avoidance recess 32 of
the mounting bracket 3, but is staggered.
[0086] As shown in FIG. 10, after the key 6 is inserted into the keyhole 17, the key 6 pushes
downward the drive component 41, which moves the lock component 42 and makes the first
avoidance recess 422 of the lock component 42 align with the limit matching part 23
of the toilet paper bracket 2 and the first avoidance recess 422 of the lock component
42 align with the second avoidance recess 32 of the mounting bracket 3. At this time,
the toilet paper bracket 2 can freely rotate downward and release the toilet paper
5.
[0087] When the new toilet paper 5 is pushed up into the toilet paper holder 100, the toilet
paper bracket 2 is pushed up therewith and rotated, and the lock component 42 will
return to its initial locking position under the action of the first elastic restoring
member 43.
[0088] The toilet paper holder 100 of the present application can realize the rapid replacement
of the toilet paper 5 and can guard against theft, which improves the safety and reduces
the replacement time.
