fixtures at present, LED light fixtures, having obvious advantages of energy saving
and longevity, are more and more favored by people. In the above, the LED panel lamp
is one of the most commonly used indoor light fixtures in people's daily life, and
it is usually designed as a whole lamp structure. However, due to the larger plane
area of the existing LED panel lamp, the housing of the light fixture will be deformed
and warped when the panel lamp is installed, which seriously affects the appearance
and normal use of the light fixture.
Summary
[0003] The purpose of the disclosure is to provide a panel lamp, which aims to solve the
problem that the housing of the LED panel lamp in the prior art is easily deformed
and warped, which affects the assembly of the light fixture and the appearance of
the light fixture.

present disclosure is to provide a panel lamp for lighting of indoor space, which
includes a lamp body base (bottom plate), a light-transmitting plate covering an opening
portion of the lamp body base, a compression frame body provided at the opening portion
of the lamp body base and configured to compress tightly and fix the light-transmitting
plate, and a lighting assembly provided inside the lamp body base, wherein the circumference
of the lamp body base is also provided with a mounting flange configured to be connected
with the compression frame body, and the mounting flange is also provided with a reinforcing
convex rib arranged in a length direction of the mounting flange, and the reinforcing
convex rib is provided in a protruding way on the side face of the mounting flange
away from the compression frame body.

is further provided between an edge of the lamp body base and the mounting flange,
and the connection reinforcement portion is provided in a circumference direction
of the lamp body base.

Compared with the prior art, the light-transmitting plate is compressed tightly and
covered at the opening portion of the lamp body base by the compression frame body
to form a housing of the whole lamp body, and a lighting assembly is provided inside
the lamp body base, the circumference of the lamp body base is also provided with
a mounting flange configured to be connected with the compression frame body, the
mounting flange is provided with a reinforcing convex rib arranged in a length direction
of the mounting flange, and the reinforcing convex rib is protruded from the side
face of the mounting flange away from the compression frame body. In the panel lamp
provided by the disclosure, the light emitted by the lighting assembly is emitted
from the light-transmitting plate for lighting, and the circumference of the lamp
body base is provided with the mounting flange, and the mounting flange is provide
with the reinforcing convex rib protruding in a direction toward the main body of
the lamp body base, which can strengthen the opening portion of the lamp body base
that is most easily deformed, prevent the lamp body base from warping deformation,
and improve the quality of the lamp body.

disclosure will be described. The panel lamp for the lighting of indoor space includes
a lamp body base 1, a light-transmitting plate 9 covering an opening portion of the

lamp body base 1 and configured to compress tightly and fix the light-transmitting
plate 9, and a lighting assembly 7 provided in the lamp body base 1, wherein the circumference

a circumference of the lamp body base (1) is further provided with a mounting flange
(3) configured to be connected with the compression frame body (2), the mounting flange
(3) is further provided with a reinforcing convex rib (4) arranged in a length direction
of the mounting flange (3), and the reinforcing convex rib (4) is protruded from a
side face of the mounting flange (3) away from the compression frame body (2).
2. The panel lamp according to claim 1, wherein a connection reinforcement portion is
further provided between an edge of the lamp body base (1) and the mounting flange
(3), and the connection reinforcement portion is provided in a circumference direction
of the lamp body base (1).
3. The panel lamp according to claim 2, wherein the connection reinforcement portion
is a bending groove (5) provided between the edge of the lamp body base (1) and the
mounting flange (3), the bending groove (5) is provided in the circumferential direction
of the lamp body base (1), and a bottom face of the bending groove (5) is located
at one side of the mounting flange (3) away from the reinforcing convex rib (4).
4. The panel lamp according to claim 3, wherein the lamp body base (1) and the mounting
flange (3) are in an integrally-formed structure, and the connection reinforcement
portion and the reinforcing convex rib (4) are both in an impact-molded structure.
5. The panel lamp according to claim 4, wherein a cross section of the reinforcing convex
rib (4) is a rectangle, and a bottom face of the reinforcing convex rib (4) is further
provided with a transition round corner configured to facilitate forming of the reinforcing
convex rib (4).

body (2) is formed by making a support structural section be a loop, and the support
structural section comprises a main body cavity portion (21) and a support plate portion
(22) provided on a side face of the main body cavity portion.

provided with at least one reinforcing rib strip (23) configured to enable reinforcement,
and the at least one reinforcing rib strip (23) is provided in a length direction
of the compression frame body (2).
8. The panel lamp according to claim 7, wherein the main body cavity portion (21) and
the support plate portion (22) are both integrally extrusion-formed, and the reinforcing
rib strip (23) and the support plate portion (22) are further integrally extrusion-formed.
9. The panel lamp according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the compression frame
body (2) is provided with a fixing groove (6), the fixing groove (6) being configured
to fix fasteners and provided in a length direction of the compression frame body
(2), the mounting flange (3) is also provided with a plurality of fixing via holes
(8) configured to allow the fastener to pass therethrough, and each of the fixing
via holes (8) is matched with the fixing groove (6) in position.

body base (1) is provided with reinforcing ribs configured to increase a strength
