(54) IMPROVED FASTENER STRINGER, SLIDE FASTENER, SKIN PRODUCT AND FORMING METHOD THEREFOR


(57) An improved fastener tape, a slide fastener (2), a skin product, and a method of forming the fastener tape are provided. The method includes forming fabric tapes (3) made from high-melting warp yarns (m) and weft yarns (p). The fabric tapes (3) each include an outer connecting portion (32) and an inner connecting portion (31). Fastener teeth (22) are sewn to an outer side of the inner connecting portion (31) through a sewing thread (23). The inner connecting portion (31) includes an teeth sewing region (b). A low-melting component (L) is provided in at least the teeth sewing region (b), and the low-melting component (L) thermally welds the high-melting sewing thread (23), warp yarns (m), and weft yarns (p) to form a hardened structure. The method further includes heating, after the fastener teeth (22) are sewn to the fabric tapes (3), the fabric tapes (3) for bending and shaping, such that the low-melting component (L) thermally welds the sewing thread (23), the warp yarns (m), and the weft yarns (p), thereby turning a region where the low-melting component (L) is provided into the hardened structure. After the fastener tape is formed, a slider (21) is provided on the fastener tape to form the slide fastener (2), and the slide fastener (2) is provided on a fabric (1) of the skin product. The present disclosure adds only the low-melting component (L) on the basis of the existing fabrication process and realizes a simple process and a stable and reliable lump structure.
